技术领域
本发明涉及经编布设备技术领域,具体为一种仿牛皮复合经编布。
背景技术
现有的各种经编面料大多是由各种丝线经编而成,由于丝线本身材质的问题,其自身的耐磨效果不佳,因此造成经编布的使用效果不佳,有待于做进一步的改进,而如果增加丝线密度的方式则使得经编布的制作成本大大增加,而且同时其效果仍然不甚理想,因此有待于我们对于现有的经编布做进一步改进,以提高其耐磨效果。同时现有的经编布也不具有减震、保健和抗静电功能,因此,设计一种仿牛皮复合经编布是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿牛皮复合经编布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种仿牛皮复合经编布,包括经编布本体、母扣、第一连接件、第二连接件和公扣,所述经编布本体的一端通过焊接固定有第一连接件,所述第一连接件的顶部安装有若干个母扣,所述经编布本体的另一端通过焊接固定有第二连接件,所述第二连接件的底部安装有若干个公扣,所述经编布本体由底层、无纺布层、防霉层、经编层、海绵层、负离子层、远红外线层和顶层组成,所述底层的顶部通过粘合剂固定有无纺布层,所述无纺布层的顶部通过粘合剂固定有防霉层,所述防霉层的顶部通过粘合剂固定有经编层,所述经编层的顶部通过粘合剂固定有海绵层,所述海绵层的顶部通过粘合剂固定有负离子层,所述负离子层的顶部通过粘合剂固定有远红外线层,所述远红外线层的顶部通过粘合剂固定有顶层,所述经编层由纬线和经线编制而成。
进一步的,所述母扣均匀分布在第一连接件的顶部。
进一步的,所述公扣均匀分布在第二连接件的底部。
进一步的,所述纬线为一种导电聚酯材料构件。
进一步的,所述顶层为一种仿牛皮复合材料构件。
进一步的,所述防霉层由竹纤维丝、棉纤维丝和氨纶丝交错编制而成。
进一步的,所述底层为一种PVC材料构件。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:该仿牛皮复合经编布,第一连接件和第二连接件上分别安装有母扣和公扣,便于将经编布本体的两端连接在一起,可以有效提升使用的方便性;防霉层由竹纤维丝、棉纤维丝和氨纶丝交错编制而成,使其具有良好的防霉性能,提升使用的方便性;海绵层的设置,使其具有良好的减震性能;负离子层和远红外线层产生的负离子和远红外线对人体具有良好的保健效果,有效提升使用的方便性;经编层由纬线和经线编制而成,纬线为一种导电聚酯材料构件,具有良好的导电性能,使其具有良好的抗静电性能。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种仿牛皮复合经编布,包括经编布本体1、母扣2、第一连接件3、第二连接件4和公扣5,经编布本体1的一端通过焊接固定有第一连接件3,第一连接件3的顶部安装有若干个母扣2,经编布本体1的另一端通过焊接固定有第二连接件4,第二连接件4的底部安装有若干个公扣5,经编布本体1由底层6、无纺布层7、防霉层8、经编层9、海绵层10、负离子层11、远红外线层12和顶层13组成,底层6的顶部通过粘合剂固定有无纺布层7,无纺布层7的顶部通过粘合剂固定有防霉层8,防霉层8的顶部通过粘合剂固定有经编层9,经编层9的顶部通过粘合剂固定有海绵层10,海绵层10的顶部通过粘合剂固定有负离子层11,负离子层11的顶部通过粘合剂固定有远红外线层12,远红外线层12的顶部通过粘合剂固定有顶层13,经编层9由纬线14和经线15编制而成。
进一步的,母扣2均匀分布在第一连接件3的顶部,保证连接的稳定性。
进一步的,公扣5均匀分布在第二连接件4的底部,保证连接的稳定性。
进一步的,纬线14为一种导电聚酯材料构件,具有良好的导电性能。
进一步的,顶层13为一种仿牛皮复合材料构件,具有良好的耐磨性。
进一步的,防霉层8由竹纤维丝、棉纤维丝和氨纶丝交错编制而成,具有良好的防霉效果。
进一步的,底层6为一种PVC材料构件,具有良好的耐磨性。
工作原理:第一连接件3和第二连接件4上分别安装有母扣2和公扣5,便于将经编布本体1的两端连接在一起,可以有效提升使用的方便性;防霉层8由竹纤维丝、棉纤维丝和氨纶丝交错编制而成,使其具有良好的防霉性能,提升使用的方便性;海绵层10的设置,使其具有良好的减震性能;负离子层11和远红外线层12产生的负离子和远红外线对人体具有良好的保健效果,有效提升使用的方便性;经编层9由纬线14和经线15编制而成,纬线14为一种导电聚酯材料构件,具有良好的导电性能,使其具有良好的抗静电性能。
