本发明属于环保设备技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型汽车尾气净化器。
背景技术
汽车尾气是汽车使用时产生的废气,含有上百种不同的化合物,其中的污染物有固体悬浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等。尾气在直接危害人体健康的同时,还会对人类生活的环境产生深远影响。尾气中的二氧化硫具有强烈的刺激气味,达到一定浓度时容易导致“酸雨”的发生,造成土壤和水源酸化,影响农作物和森林的生长。
目前市场上对汽车尾气的处理方式是增加尾气净化器,但普通的尾气净化器往往只能处理一部分的尾气,并且处理手段比较单一,无法达到环保的要求,从而无法满足市场的需求,为了解决上述所出现的问题,本发明提供了一种环保型汽车尾气净化器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,包括壳体、隔音层、氧化催化器、还原催化器、阳极铁片、阴极铝片和活性炭层,所述壳体的左端安装有出气管,且出气管与壳体的内部相连通,所述壳体的右端安装有进气管,且进气管与壳体的内部相连通,所述壳体、进气管和出气管的内壁上均安装有隔音层;
所述壳体内设置有第一净化室,所述第一净化室的顶部设置有补气管,且补气管与第一净化室的内部相连通,所述补气管上设置有单向阀,所述第一净化室内安装有三元催化器,且三元催化器包括氧化催化器和还原催化器,且氧化催化器设置在还原催化器的左侧,所述氧化催化器的左侧表面安装有氧化镀金层,所述还原催化器的右侧表面安装有还原镀金层;
所述壳体内还设置有第二净化室,且第二净化室设置在第一净化室的左侧,所述第二净化室的右侧壁上设置有第一通气孔,所述第二净化室通过第一通气孔与第一净化室相连通,所述第二净化室内的顶部安装有阳极铁片,且阳极铁片通过阳极陶瓷座与第二净化室的内壁顶端固定连接,所述第二净化室内的底部安装有阴极铝片,且阴极铝片通过阴极陶瓷座与第二净化室的内壁底端固定连接;
所述壳体内还设置有第三净化室,且第三净化室设置在第二净化室的左侧,所述第二净化室的左侧壁上设置有第二通气孔,所述第三净化室通过第二通气孔与第二净化室相连通,所述第三净化室内的底端设置有出水管,且第三净化室内设置有活性炭层。

本发明的有益效果:该环保型汽车尾气净化器结构简单合理、经济实用,通过隔音层的设置,能够有效地降低净化器的噪音,降低噪音污染,通过防护罩的设置,避免大量的烟尘进入三元催化器中,造成三元催化器中的通孔堵塞,有利于三元催化器的顺利工作,并且通过第一净化室、第二净化室和第三净化室的设置,能够对尾气进行多重处理,从而使得汽车尾气达到排放的标准,通过补气管的设置,能够使得三元催化器的顺利实现催化功能,提高了净化的效率,通过单向阀的设置,避免尾气从补气管中泄露出来,通过出水管的设置,能够顺利的对催化后生成的水进行排放。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,包括壳体1、隔音层2、氧化催化器9、还原催化器10、阳极铁片14、阴极铝片16和活性炭层21,壳体1设置成圆筒形结构,壳体1的左端安装有出气管3,且出气管3与壳体1的内部相连通,壳体1的右端安装有进气管4,且进气管4与壳体1的内部相连通,进气管4的左端安装有防护罩5,且防护罩5设置在第一净化室6内,且防护罩5设置成筛网状结构,壳体1、进气管4和出气管3的内壁上均安装有隔音层2,隔音层2内设置有消音器;
壳体1内设置有第一净化室6,第一净化室6的右侧设置成圆弧状结构,第一净化室6的顶部设置有补气管7,且补气管7与第一净化室6的内部相连通,补气管7上设置有单向阀8,第一净化室6内安装有三元催化器,且三元催化器包括氧化催化器9和还原催化器10,且氧化催化器9设置在还原催化器10的左侧,氧化催化器9和还原催化器10均设置成多孔陶瓷结构,氧化催化器9的左侧表面安装有氧化镀金层11,还原催化器10的右侧表面安装有还原镀金层12;
壳体1内还设置有第二净化室19,且第二净化室19设置在第一净化室6的左侧,第二净化室19的右侧壁上设置有第一通气孔13,第二净化室19通过第一通气孔13与第一净化室6相连通,第二净化室19内的顶部安装有阳极铁片14,且阳极铁片14通过阳极陶瓷座15与第二净化室19的内壁顶端固定连接,第二净化室19内的底部安装有阴极铝片16,且阴极铝片16通过阴极陶瓷座17与第二净化室19的内壁底端固定连接,阳极铁片14与阴极铝片16上下对应设置;
壳体1内还设置有第三净化室22,且第三净化室22设置在第二净化室19的左侧,第三净化室22的左侧设置成圆弧状结构,第二净化室19的左侧壁上设置有第二通气孔18,第三净化室22通过第二通气孔18与第二净化室19相连通,第三净化室22内的底端设置有出水管20,且第三净化室22内设置有活性炭层21。
使用原理:使用时,通过隔音层2的设置,能够有效地降低净化器的噪音,降低噪音污染,通过防护罩5的设置,避免大量的烟尘进入三元催化器中,造成三元催化器中的通孔堵塞,有利于三元催化器的顺利工作,并且通过第一净化室6、第二净化室19和第三净化室22的设置,能够对尾气进行多重处理,从而使得汽车尾气达到排放的标准,通过补气管7的设置,能够使得三元催化器的顺利实现催化功能,提高了净化的效率,通过单向阀8的设置,避免尾气从补气管7中泄露出来,通过出水管20的设置,能够顺利的对催化后生成的水进行排放。

此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (8)

1.一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,包括壳体(1)、隔音层(2)、氧化催化器(9)、还原催化器(10)、阳极铁片(14)、阴极铝片(16)和活性炭层(21),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的左端安装有出气管(3),且出气管(3)与壳体(1)的内部相连通,所述壳体(1)的右端安装有进气管(4),且进气管(4)与壳体(1)的内部相连通,所述壳体(1)、进气管(4)和出气管(3)的内壁上均安装有隔音层(2);
所述壳体(1)内设置有第一净化室(6),所述第一净化室(6)的顶部设置有补气管(7),且补气管(7)与第一净化室(6)的内部相连通,所述补气管(7)上设置有单向阀(8),所述第一净化室(6)内安装有三元催化器,且三元催化器包括氧化催化器(9)和还原催化器(10),且氧化催化器(9)设置在还原催化器(10)的左侧,所述氧化催化器(9)的左侧表面安装有氧化镀金层(11),所述还原催化器(10)的右侧表面安装有还原镀金层(12);所述壳体(1)内还设置有第二净化室(19),且第二净化室(19)设置在第一净化室(6)的左侧,所述第二净化室(19)的右侧壁上设置有第一通气孔(13),所述第二净化室(19)通过第一通气孔(13)与第一净化室(6)相连通,所述第二净化室(19)内的顶部安装有阳极铁片(14),且阳极铁片(14)通过阳极陶瓷座(15)与第二净化室(19)的内壁顶端固定连接,所述第二净化室(19)内的底部安装有阴极铝片(16),且阴极铝片(16)通过阴极陶瓷座(17)与第二净化室(19)的内壁底端固定连接;
所述壳体(1)内还设置有第三净化室(22),且第三净化室(22)设置在第二净化室(19)的左侧,所述第二净化室(19)的左侧壁上设置有第二通气孔(18),所述第三净化室(22)通过第二通气孔(18)与第二净化室(19)相连通,所述第三净化室(22)内的底端设置有出水管(20),且第三净化室(22)内设置有活性炭层(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)设置成圆筒形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述隔音层(2)内设置有消音器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述进气管(4)的左端安装有防护罩(5),且防护罩(5)设置在第一净化室(6)内,且防护罩(5)设置成筛网状结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述氧化催化器(9)和还原催化器(10)均设置成多孔陶瓷结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述阳极铁片(14)与阴极铝片(16)上下对应设置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述第一净化室(6)的右侧设置成圆弧状结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于:所述第三净化室(22)的左侧设置成圆弧状结构。
