背景技术
锤式破碎机用于破碎一般性的脆性矿石,如石灰石、泥质粉砂岩、页岩、石膏和煤等,也适合破碎石灰石和粘土质的混合物。主电动机通过联组窄 V 带带动装有大带轮的转子转动。但是传统破碎机破碎能力低,产品针片状高,锤头与反击板之间的间距不可调,锤头与底部出料筛板磨损大,转子使用寿命短。

一种锤式破碎机,是由物料入口、挡板、口护板、机壳、吊环、反击板、锤头、边护板、转子盘、转子轴、前护板、隔环套、传动轴、筛条、支筛板和支架组成,所述的物料入口位于机壳的右上方,挡板连接物料入口内部,口护板连接在物料入口的内壁上,吊环连接机壳上方,反击板连接机壳内壁,传动轴连接机壳内部中心位置,传动轴外围设置有隔环套,转子盘连接隔环套,边护板连接转子盘,锤头四个均匀的连接在转子盘与边护板上,四个锤头上分别连接转子轴,前护板连接机壳内部右侧,筛条连接机壳内部下方,支筛板连接机壳外部下方,支架连接机壳外部两侧。
所述的转动轴、隔环套、转子盘与边护板的侧面均为圆形。
所述的边护板上设置有穿销孔。
所述的挡板与物料入口的夹角为45°。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,技术合理。破碎能力强,生产成本低,提高了生产产品的质量。使用方便,实用性强,适用范围广。
