Abstract

The invention provides a method for rapidly acquiring user information, which comprises the following steps: receiving acquisition requests from a plurality of registered users, distributing a unique ID number to each registered user, and sending the ID number, the image acquisition batch number and an information supplement entry link to the corresponding registered user; collecting a multi-user image information, wherein the multi-user image information contains image information of a plurality of registered users and ID numbers of the registered users by using a preset template; respectively extracting the image information of each registered user and the ID number of the registered user from the multi-person image information, and corresponding the extracted image information to the user account one by one according to the ID number; and receiving the supplementary information sent by the registered user and adding the supplementary information to the account information of the corresponding registered user. When a lot of services relate to personal image acquisition, on one hand, the photographing time per se is long for each user, on the other hand, the client needs to look for customer service personnel to supplement other information per se before and after photographing acquisition, the time consumption after the two are added is quite remarkable, half-day or even one-day time is delayed when one service is frequently handled, and most of the time is used for waiting.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method and a system for rapidly acquiring user information, which can acquire image information of a plurality of users at the same time, provide user information supplement entry links to supplement and perfect personal information through a network, greatly increase the freedom of user information acquisition and reduce the time of user information acquisition.

The invention also provides a system for rapidly acquiring the user information by adopting the method, which comprises a server and an image acquisition site;
the image acquisition site comprises a plurality of acquisition positions, a shooting background used for displaying the plurality of ID numbers corresponding to the acquisition positions at the same time, and image acquisition equipment used for acquiring image information of a plurality of persons;
the server comprises:
a module for receiving acquisition requests from a plurality of registered users, assigning a unique ID number to each registered user, and sending the ID number, the image acquisition batch number, and an information supplement entry link to the corresponding registered user;

With reference to fig. 1 and 2, there are three types of personal information that a user needs to collect when transacting business:

Third, other identity information, such as palm prints, fingerprints, pupil entries, etc.
In the three types, the second type of information can be filled by a user, the third type of information needs to be input by special equipment, and the input of the first type of information has two options, namely the information is input after being shot by the special shooting equipment, and the picture is uploaded by the user according to the requirement.
However, since the photos uploaded by the users often do not meet the requirements or some photos have special specifications, the users still need to go to a place where special equipment is provided for shooting.
The invention provides a method for rapidly acquiring user information, which starts from the following two aspects, increases the freedom of user information acquisition and reduces the time of user information acquisition.
In the first aspect, the user image information collection is changed from the one-by-one collection in the prior art to the simultaneous collection of image information of a plurality of users, and the realization of the function is based on the face recognition technology.
In the second aspect, the user image information acquisition and other information acquisition are separated independently, the other information acquisition is supplemented and perfected by the user through the network, the workload of counter business is reduced, and the function can be realized through APP and webpage link.
On the basis of the foregoing theory, the method for rapidly collecting user information provided by the present application includes:

The registered user is used to have an identification corresponding to the user, so that the image information collected next and other information sent by the user through the network are added below the identification. There are various allocation rules of the ID number and the image collection lot number, and only one of them is described below, that is:

As can be seen from the foregoing steps, the multi-user image information includes image information of a plurality of registered users in a preset template, for example, the multi-user image information can be divided into a plurality of blocks having image information of a single registered user according to the capturing position at the time of shooting, and the ID number of the registered user in each block can be deduced according to the capturing position.
This process requires the following several substeps.

The method for analyzing and judging whether the image information meets the acquisition standard can be carried out based on a human face detection and quality evaluation algorithm, a plurality of image quality factors in the image information are extracted and measured, and a set threshold value meeting the acquisition standard is preset for each image quality factor.
On the basis, the measured values of the image quality factors are compared with the corresponding set thresholds one by one, when the measured values of all the image quality factors are larger than the corresponding set thresholds, the image information is judged to accord with the acquisition standard, otherwise, the image information is judged to be not accord with the acquisition standard, and the registered user is requested to shoot the image again.
The image quality factor comprises any or all of a brightness index, a definition index, a symmetry index, a sunglasses index, a glasses index, a white left index, a left eye closure index, a right eye closure index and a mouth closure index.
When the judged image does not meet the acquisition standard, a message can be pushed to inform workers and/or the registered user which image quality factor does not meet the requirement, so that the registered user can quickly correct the image.
And c, storing the image information meeting the acquisition standard under the corresponding user account by taking the ID number as a common point to finish the image acquisition work.
If a person is absent when a certain batch of image acquisition is carried out, the method is set as follows:
the position of the absent person is free, and other persons in the same collection batch shoot as usual, so that the normal image collection of other persons in the presence can be ensured.
And as for absent personnel, the account number and the corresponding ID number of the unregistered registered user are recorded into an information missing database, and the registered user is informed when to collect the account number and the corresponding ID number again, or the registered user selects the collection time.
And after the image information of the absent person is acquired, deleting the information of the registered user from the information missing database.
The above work flow is inevitably sparse and dense, such as wrong position of the user station, and the like, so the application also provides that after the image information is acquired, an image information check entry is sent to be linked to the user side, and similarly, the function entry can be set on the APP or the webpage and is checked by the user.
And once an image information acquisition error instruction sent by a registered user is received, deleting the original image information and the original ID number under the account, regenerating an ID number and an image acquisition batch number, sending the newly generated ID number and the image acquisition batch number to the user side, and requesting the user to acquire an image again.
And step four, receiving the supplementary information sent by the registered user and adding the supplementary information to the account information of the corresponding registered user.
As mentioned above, this part of information mainly refers to the second type of information, so step four can be placed before any step, and this step and the image acquisition step are actually independent of each other.
In addition, if the user needs to collect the third kind of information such as fingerprints and palmprints which must be carried out on the counter, the user can do the transaction according to the conventional business transaction procedures.

respectively extracting the image information of each registered user and the ID number of the registered user from the multi-person image information, and corresponding the extracted image information to the user account one by one according to the ID number;
and receiving the supplementary information sent by the registered user and adding the supplementary information to the account information of the corresponding registered user.
2. The method for rapidly collecting user information according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
analyzing the extracted image information of each registered user, judging whether the image information meets the acquisition standard, and if not, generating a re-acquisition instruction for the registered user.
