Abstract
本发明公开一种壳聚糖洗手液,按重量百分比计,各原料及其用量分别为:壳聚糖0.5~3%、月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾1~5%、十二烷基葡萄糖苷5~9%、甘油1~3%、柠檬酸0.1~0.8%、氯化钠1~4%、芦荟大黄素0.01~0.3%、余量为去离子水。本发明一种壳聚糖洗手液能够清洁手部肌肤,并有效抑菌,且对皮肤无刺激性,使用更加安全健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤用品技术领域,具体涉及的是一种壳聚糖洗手液。
背景技术
由于洗手液在使用后可以有效避免细菌交叉污染,成为了公共场所洗涤用品的首选。如申请号为200910187739.7的中国发明专利公开了一种杀菌洗手液,它是由以下组分按下述重量份数比组成的:硬脂酸∶硬脂酸乙二醇酯∶拉丝粉∶水∶玫瑰花提取液∶樟树叶提取液=5-20∶1-10∶0.5-4∶20-50∶10-25∶15-35。该发明中的杀菌洗手液添加了玫瑰花提取液,还采用樟树叶提取液释放的挥发性有机物来杀菌,但杀菌抑菌效果仍不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种壳聚糖洗手液,该壳聚糖洗手液具有广谱抗菌性,杀菌效果好,且对皮肤无刺激作用。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:

该壳聚糖洗手液的制备可以采用实验室方法制备,具体步骤如下:以配制100g产品为基准,用200ml的烧杯,先按照配方要求分别加入月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾1~5g、十二烷基葡萄糖苷5~9g、甘油1~3g和50mL的去离子水,加热至60-70℃,待搅拌均匀后降温至30-40℃,然后加入壳聚糖0.5~3g、柠檬酸0.1~0.8g、芦荟大黄素0.01~0.3g和余量的去离子水,搅拌均匀,最后在搅拌下缓慢加入氯化钠1~4g调节产品的粘度,即可得到本发明壳聚糖洗手液。
该壳聚糖洗手液的制备还可以采用本行业通用的方法制备,具体步骤如下:在混合反应釜中,先加入配方比例的去离子水,加热至60-70℃,在搅拌条件下,然后加入配方比例的月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾、十二烷基葡萄糖苷和甘油,搅拌均匀后降温至30-40℃,最后加入壳聚糖、柠檬酸、芦荟大黄素和氯化钠,搅拌均匀,即可得到本发明壳聚糖洗手液。
在本发明中根据客户需要,还可以添加其他原料,如防腐剂(卡松、防腐剂ECOCIDEITH2)、香精以及颜料等,其他原料的加入可基本实现其各自的功能,通常不会影响本发明的基本性能,因此本领域技术人员无需付出创造性劳动即可实施。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明一种壳聚糖洗手液,相对于现有技术,本发明的创新之处在于配方的选择,在原料中加入天然提取物壳聚糖,由于壳聚糖的多聚阳离子,一是易与真菌细胞表面带负电荷的基团作用,从而改变病原菌细胞膜的流动性和通透性;二是干扰DNA的复制与转录;三是阻断病原菌代谢,由此得到的本发明一种壳聚糖洗手液能够清洁手部肌肤,并有效抑菌,且对皮肤无刺激作用,使用更加安全健康。
具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
一、一种壳聚糖洗手液的制备
实施例1-3
1、原料准备
按照表1所指定的对应实施例1-3的原料及其用量,进行原料称取,%指重量百分比,原料以有效物含100wt%计。
2、制备方法
在混合反应釜中,先加入配方比例的去离子水,加热至60-70℃,在搅拌条件下,然后加入配方比例的月桂醇醚磷酸酯钾、十二烷基葡萄糖苷和甘油,搅拌均匀后降温至30-40℃,最后加入壳聚糖、柠檬酸、芦荟大黄素和氯化钠,搅拌均匀,即可得到本发明壳聚糖洗手液。

二、抑菌活性测定:
按照行业标准QB/T2850-2007抗菌抑菌型洗涤剂,进行抑菌效果测试,作用浓度均为1wt%,作用时间均为20分钟,具体检测数据详见表2。

通过与未加入壳聚糖的对比例1进行实验对照发现,添加壳聚糖的本发明壳聚糖洗手液抗菌抑菌效果更加明显,通过与未加入芦荟大黄素的对比例2进行试验对照发现,添加芦荟大黄素的本发明壳聚糖洗手液抑菌抗菌效果更加明显,说明壳聚糖和芦荟大黄素都具有一定的抗菌性,并且两者具有协同作用,可以提高洗手液的抗菌性能。
