背景技术
眼罩,是戴在眼睛上起保护或遮挡作用的东西,现在已成为时尚的用品,在生活旅行当中有消除疲劳的重要作用。现在市面上的眼罩种类繁多,有很多遮光眼罩、保健眼罩等,还有很多电子产品的保健眼罩。随着生活水平的提高,人们追求更高品质的生活质量,使得更多的人们对天然环保健康的眼罩愈加喜爱。在这种情况下,开发一种更天然环保、持久耐用、香气宜人,且具有一定保健功效的眼罩越来越成为人们的需求,竹炭眼罩叶越来越受到人们的欢迎。
茉莉花,学名为Jasminum sambac (L.) Ait,木犀科、素馨属直立或攀援灌木。广泛植栽于亚热带地区,印度、中国南方及世界各地均有广泛栽培,主要分布在伊朗、埃及、法国、意大利等地中海沿岸国家,东南亚各国均有栽培。茉莉的花极香,为著名的花茶原料及重要的香精原料;花、叶可药用,用于下痢腹痛,目赤红肿,疮毒等,并有健脾理气、止咳化痰之效。茉莉花的香气是花香中最“丰富多彩”的,其中包含有“恰到好处”的动物香、青香、药香、果香等,数以百计的花香香料都是从茉莉花的香气成分里发现或是化学家模仿茉莉花的香味制造出来的。茉莉花茶是用经过精制后的绿茶茶坯与茉莉鲜花窨制而成的茶叶品种,含有大量有益于人体健康的化合物,有去寒邪、助理郁的功效。根据茶叶独特的吸附性能和茉莉花的吐香特性,使茉莉花茶既保持了绿茶的天然茶味,又饱含茉莉花的鲜灵芳香。
广西壮族自治区横县是全国最大的茉莉花生产基地和加工基地,被茶业界和新闻界誉为“中国茉莉花之都”,茉莉花种植面积广、产量高、品质高。目前茉莉鲜花主要用于窨制茶叶,而茉莉鲜花窨制茶叶已达到一个瓶颈,茉莉鲜花更深层次的综合利用有待提高。
目前公开文献中未报道有关于茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的相关技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的制备方法。该茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩具有茉莉花独特的芬香让人心情舒畅,且有一定的遮光静心、健脾理气、养神安眠的作用,可以有效缓解眼部疲劳,减轻黑眼圈、眼肿等症状,减缓视力老化和预防近视加深。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
(1)茶坯处理:对绿茶茶坯进行复火干燥后再进行通凉降温,以提高茶香和控制茶坯的含水量与坯温,适应窨花工艺的技术要求;
(2)茉莉鲜花处理:精选未完全开放的茉莉花花蕾,放置在通气恒温室内待用;交替进行鲜花摊凉散热和复堆升温,促使花蕾在一定温度和充分供氧的条件下,开放均匀;
(3)窨花:按茉莉鲜花与茶坯按重量比为1:0.5-0.8均匀拌和,堆放在室内,盖上薄膜,静置窨花10~12小时,窨好后的花和茶无需分离,制成茉莉花茶;堆温升高超过40℃则进行通花工序;通花即将茶叶翻动摊开,使温度下降到30-35℃后再收堆续窨;
(4)烘焙:将茉莉花茶用微波炉烘焙3-5min,控制其水分含量在10%以内;用密封塑料袋保存,防止香气散失;
(5)制成颗粒:将茉莉花茶打碎,加入马铃薯改性淀粉和适量的水,加入的水量是使玉米改性淀粉能与茉莉花茶粘结为颗粒为宜,搅拌均匀,使颗粒外表都粘有一层马铃薯改性淀粉液,制成茉莉花茶混合颗粒;茉莉花和马铃薯改性淀粉的重量比为3:1;颗粒不宜过大或过小,似决明子大小为宜;
(6)包衣:将包衣剂制成混合均匀的粘稠状物料,把茉莉花茶混合颗粒浸没在包衣剂中,浸润3-5min后取出,放在筛网上晾干使其成包衣颗粒,控制其水分含量在10%以内;
(7)制眼罩套:选择活性炭布面料制备眼罩外套;选择无纺布制作眼罩内套,留一小口用于装进茉莉花茶混合颗粒;
(8)成型:取适量茉莉花茶混合颗粒装进无纺布眼罩内套,形成眼罩内胆,封口,将内胆装进眼罩外套,即成茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩。
所述包衣剂由以下质重量份的原料制成:木薯变性淀粉20-30份,聚丙烯酸树脂25-30份,羟乙基甲基纤维素20-25份,十二烷基硫酸钠3-5份,水250-800份;其制备方法为:将木薯变性淀粉、聚丙烯酸树脂、羟乙基甲基纤维素和70-80℃的水混合,在搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后边搅拌边加入十二烷基硫酸钠,继续搅拌25-30min,制成混合均匀的粘稠状物料,控制其含水量为80%-90%。
所述活性炭布为竹质活性炭布,具有良好的吸附性能,厚度薄、透气性好,易于热合成形,可有效吸附苯、甲醛、氨气、二氧化硫等工业废气;其制作方法为:以优质粉状活性碳为吸附材料,采用高分子粘结材料将其载附在无纺基体之上制成。
所述的茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的制备方法中,将混合花茶颗粒外部加入包衣剂,使其具有缓释作用;包衣剂表面有微孔,使花的香气缓慢释放,花香持久,独特的芬香给人与愉悦的心情;所用包衣剂无毒、防潮、不易碎,安全卫生,制作方法环保简单。
所述的茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩是以竹质活性炭布制作的遮光眼罩,戴上时可舒缓眼部神经血管压力,促进血液循环,消除疲劳,易于睡眠。竹炭释放的远红外线和负离子能改善眼部血液循环,活化细胞功能,缓解眼部疲劳,从而达到减轻黑眼圈、眼肿等症状,减缓视力老化和预防近视加深。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的制备方法中,所用包衣剂无毒、防潮、不易碎,安全卫生,制作方法环保简单;将茉莉花颗粒进行包衣处理,使其花香缓慢持久释放,给人清新愉悦之感,包衣后颗粒不易碎,且具有一定的防潮效果,眼罩持久耐用。
2、本发明的茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的制备方法中,其制备方法简单环保,以茉莉花和茶坯为主要原料,原料成本较低,且来源广泛、天然无污染;其中的茉莉花颗粒是经过严格筛选的,使其大小适中,比例适合,给人以柔软舒适的触感,佩戴时眼睛舒适放松不产生沉重不适感;眼罩再加以适当的外表装饰,可给人以更好的美观效果。
3、本发明制作的茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩可用于长时间电脑上网、看电视、看书、开车,长期失眠等多种场合,适合于电脑族、学生族、工作压力大的上班族及老年失眠人群使用,特别是可以有效缓解眼睛疲劳。不管是在办公室午休小憩,还是在居家旅行,都很方便携带使眼睛得到良好的保护;眼罩外套上的竹炭的远红外线效果能舒缓眼部神经及血管压力,消除眼部疲劳,利于眼睛保健;竹炭还可吸附眼部汗气,具有一定的遮光静心、健脾理气、养神安眠的作用,可以有效缓解眼部疲劳,减轻黑眼圈、眼肿等症状,减缓视力老化和预防近视加深。
具体实施方式
为了更加详细的介绍本发明,下面结合实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
采用以下工艺步骤即可制备得茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩:
(1)茶坯处理:对绿茶茶坯进行复火干燥后再进行通凉降温,以提高茶香和控制茶坯的含水量与坯温,适应窨花工艺的技术要求;
(2)茉莉鲜花处理:精选未完全开放的茉莉花花蕾,放置在通气恒温室内待用;交替进行鲜花摊凉散热和复堆升温,促使花蕾在一定温度和充分供氧的条件下,开放均匀;
(3)窨花:按茉莉鲜花与茶坯按重量比为1: 0.8均匀拌和,堆放在室内,盖上薄膜,静置窨花10小时,窨好后的花和茶无需分离,制成茉莉花茶;堆温升高超过40℃则进行通花工序;通花即将茶叶翻动摊开,使温度下降到35℃后再收堆续窨;
(4)烘焙:将茉莉花及茉莉花茶用微波炉烘焙5min,控制其水分含量在10%以内;用密封塑料袋保存,防止香气散失;
(5)制成颗粒:将茉莉花及茉莉花茶打碎,加入马铃薯改性淀粉和适量的水,加入的水量是使玉米改性淀粉能与茉莉花茶粘结为颗粒为宜,搅拌均匀,使颗粒外表都粘有一层马铃薯改性淀粉液,制成茉莉花茶混合颗粒;茉莉花和马铃薯改性淀粉的重量比为3:1;颗粒不宜过大或过小,似决明子大小为宜;
(6)包衣:将包衣剂制成混合均匀的粘稠状物料,把茉莉花茶混合颗粒浸没在包衣剂中,浸润5min后取出,放在筛网上晾干使其成包衣颗粒,控制其水分含量在10%以内;
(7)制眼罩套:选择规格为23*10cm的竹质活性炭布面料制备眼罩外套;对折面料,沿对折线处取一点A(距离边沿7.5cm),沿23厘米长线方向取一点B(距离边沿9.5cm),将AB点连线,沿AB点连线剪去小三角布,摊开面料,形成正、反片两片面料;将正反片面料上沿边分片单边锁边;用20cm隐形拉链居中车缝缝合正反片上沿,拉链口宽19cm;将其余正反片边缝头1cm车缝缝合,在正面左、右边距上沿边缘2厘米处上35cm长白色加柔加棉松紧带;选择无纺布制作眼罩内套,按照眼罩外形缝合后留一小口,用于装进茉莉花茶包衣颗粒;
(8)成型:取25g茉莉花茶混合颗粒装进无纺布眼罩内套,形成眼罩内胆,封口,将内胆装进眼罩外套,即成茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩。
所述包衣剂由以下重量份的原料制成:马铃薯改性淀粉35份,聚丙烯酸树脂25份,羟乙基甲基纤维素20份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5份,水650份;所述包衣剂的制备方法为:将马铃薯改性淀粉、聚丙烯酸树脂、羟乙基甲基纤维素和80℃的水混合,在搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后边搅拌边加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,继续搅拌30min,制成混合均匀的粘稠状物料,控制其含水量为80%-90%。
实施例2
采用以下工艺步骤即可制备得茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩:
(1)茶坯处理:对绿茶茶坯进行复火干燥后再进行通凉降温,以提高茶香和控制茶坯的含水量与坯温,适应窨花工艺的技术要求;
(2)茉莉鲜花处理:精选未完全开放的茉莉花花蕾,放置在通气恒温室内待用;交替进行鲜花摊凉散热和复堆升温,促使花蕾在一定温度和充分供氧的条件下,开放均匀;
(3)窨花:按茉莉鲜花与茶坯按重量比为1:0.7均匀拌和,堆放在室内,盖上薄膜,静置窨花10小时,窨好后的花和茶无需分离,制成茉莉花茶;堆温升高超过40℃则进行通花工序;通花即将茶叶翻动摊开,使温度下降到34℃后再收堆续窨;
(4)烘焙:将茉莉花及茉莉花茶用微波炉烘焙4min,控制其水分含量在10%以内;用密封塑料袋保存,防止香气散失;
(5)制成颗粒:将茉莉花及茉莉花茶打碎,加入马铃薯改性淀粉和适量的水,加入的水量是使玉米改性淀粉能与茉莉花茶粘结为颗粒为宜,搅拌均匀,使颗粒外表都粘有一层马铃薯改性淀粉液,制成茉莉花茶混合颗粒;茉莉花和马铃薯改性淀粉的重量比为3:1;颗粒不宜过大或过小,似决明子大小为宜;
(6)包衣:将包衣剂制成混合均匀的粘稠状物料,把茉莉花茶混合颗粒浸没在包衣剂中,浸润3-5min后取出,放在筛网上晾干使其成包衣颗粒,控制其水分含量在10%以内;
(7)制眼罩套:选择规格为23*10cm的活性炭布面料制备眼罩外套,在正面印上茉莉花的图案;对折面料,沿对折线处取一点A(距离边沿7.5cm),沿23厘米长线方向取一点B(距离边沿9.5cm),将AB点连线,沿AB点连线剪去小三角布,摊开面料,形成正、反片两片面料;将正反片面料上沿边分片单边锁边;将正反片边缝头1cm车缝缝合,在正面左、右边距上沿边缘2厘米处上35cm长白色加柔加棉松紧带;选择无纺布制作眼罩内套,按照眼罩外形缝合后留一小口,用于装进茉莉花茶包衣颗粒;
(8)成型:取适量茉莉花茶混合颗粒装进无纺布眼罩内套,形成眼罩内胆,封口,将内胆装进眼罩外套,即成茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩。
所述包衣剂由以下重量份的原料制成:马铃薯改性淀粉30份,聚丙烯酸树脂30份,羟乙基甲基纤维素20份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5份,水600份;所述包衣剂的制备方法为:将马铃薯改性淀粉、聚丙烯酸树脂、羟乙基甲基纤维素和78℃的水混合,在搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后边搅拌边加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,继续搅拌30min,制成混合均匀的黏稠状液体制成混合均匀的粘稠状物料,控制其含水量为80%-90%。
所述活性炭布为竹质活性炭布,其制作方法为:以优质粉状活性碳为吸附材料,采用高分子粘结材料将其载附在无纺基体之上制成。
本发明茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩从2016年至2017年给50名志愿者试用,该50名志愿者均有睡觉戴眼罩的习惯,且睡眠质量均不高,有的甚至长期失眠;使用本发明茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩一个月后,其中的48名志愿者表示对该眼罩很满意,缓解眼睛疲劳和助眠效果很好,有效率达96%,特别感觉身心愉快。
首先申请人声明:我们是一家销售茶叶、纺织品和工艺品的企业,几年来在研究和开发纺织工艺品方面做出了很多产品,目前有的产品已经经过试验和检验,即将投入市场,同日申请的有几个专利都是我们自己的科研成果,本《一种茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的制备方法》与《一种茉莉花香包的制备方法》、《一种茉莉花茶靠枕的制备方法》与《一种茉莉花茶睡枕的制备方法》、《一种茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的制备方法》、《一种茉莉花茶婴儿安眠枕的制备方法》、《一种茉莉花茶婴儿枕的制备方法》、《一种防蚊的茉莉花茶婴儿枕的制备方法》、《一种茉莉花茶绣球的制备方法》和《一种茉莉花茶老人保健枕的制备方法》有的配方和工艺有类似之处,但是是我们的系列产品,申请专利的目的是为了专利战略布局 ,保护我们的系列产品,不是为了其它的目的。
Claims (3)
1.一种茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)茶坯处理:对绿茶茶坯进行复火干燥后再进行通凉降温,以适应窨花工艺的技术要求;
(2)茉莉鲜花处理:精选未完全开放的茉莉花花蕾,放置在通气恒温室内,交替进行鲜花摊凉散热和复堆升温,促使花蕾开放均匀;
(3)窨花:按茉莉鲜花与茶坯按重量比为1:0.5-0.8均匀拌和,堆放在室内,盖上薄膜,静置窨花10~12小时,窨好后的花和茶无需分离,制成茉莉花茶;堆温升高超过40℃则进行通花工序;通花即将茶叶翻动摊开,使温度下降到30-35℃后再收堆续窨;
(4)烘焙:将茉莉花茶用微波炉烘焙3-5min,控制其水分含量在10%以内;用密封塑料袋保存,防止香气散失;
(5)制成颗粒:将茉莉花茶打碎,加入马铃薯改性淀粉和适量的水,搅拌均匀,使颗粒外表都粘有一层马铃薯改性淀粉液,制成茉莉花茶混合颗粒;茉莉花和马铃薯改性淀粉的重量比为3:1;
(6)包衣:将包衣剂制成混合均匀的粘稠状物料,把茉莉花茶混合颗粒浸没在包衣剂中,浸润3-5min后取出,放在筛网上晾干使其成包衣颗粒,控制其水分含量在10%以内;
(7)制眼罩套:选择活性炭布面料制备眼罩外套;选择无纺布制作眼罩内套,留一小口用于装进茉莉花茶混合颗粒;
(8)成型:取适量茉莉花茶混合颗粒装进无纺布眼罩内套,形成眼罩内胆,封口,将内胆装进眼罩外套,即成茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的制备方法,其特征在于:所述包衣剂由以下重量份的原料制成:马铃薯改性淀粉30-40份,聚丙烯酸树脂25-35份,羟乙基甲基纤维素20-30份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5-8份,水300-1000份;所述包衣剂的制备方法为:将马铃薯改性淀粉、聚丙烯酸树脂、羟乙基甲基纤维素和70-80℃的水混合,在搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后边搅拌边加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,继续搅拌25-30min,制成混合均匀的粘稠状物料,控制其含水量为80%-90%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的茉莉花茶竹炭眼罩的制备方法,其特征在于:所述活性炭布为竹质活性炭布,其制作方法为:以优质粉状活性碳为吸附材料,采用高分子粘结材料将其载附在无纺基体之上制成。
