Abstract

一种硬盘固定装置包括支架及硬盘。支架包括第一侧壁并形成一收容空间，硬盘滑动地收容于收容空间，硬盘包括存储数据的主体及固定于主体一端的安装件，硬盘朝第一侧壁滑动使安装件卡合于第一侧壁上。硬盘固定装置还包括转动地连接于第一侧壁的转动件，转动件在施加外力时可转动至一预设位置按压安装件使安装件脱离第一侧壁并使硬盘朝远离第一侧壁的方向滑动。

硬盘固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘固定装置。
背景技术
伺服器包括支架及固定于支架上的硬盘。硬盘一般通过螺钉固定于支架上。如此，在安装及拆卸硬盘时，需要借助工具才能完成硬盘的安装及拆卸。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种无需工具就可完成硬盘的安装及拆卸的硬盘固定装置。
一种硬盘固定装置，包括支架及硬盘，支架包括第一侧壁并形成一收容空间，硬盘滑动地收容于收容空间，硬盘包括存储数据的主体及固定于主体一端的安装件，硬盘朝第一侧壁滑动使安装件卡合于第一侧壁上，硬盘固定装置还包括转动地连接于第一侧壁的转动件，转动件在施加外力时可转动至一预设位置按压安装件使安装件脱离第一侧壁并使硬盘朝远离第一侧壁的方向滑动。
进一步地，安装件包括弹性卡扣及按压件，弹性卡扣用于与第一侧壁卡合，转动件包括第一转动部及第二转动部，在弹性卡扣与第一侧壁卡合时，第一转动部位于弹性卡扣下方，第一转动部可转动至与弹性卡扣抵持并使弹性卡扣变形从而使弹性卡扣脱离第一侧壁，在弹性卡扣脱离第一侧壁时，第二转动部按压按压件使硬盘朝远离第一侧壁的方向滑动。
进一步地，第一侧壁包括扣合部，扣合部从第一侧壁远离硬盘的一侧延伸而出，第一侧壁形成第一通孔，支架还包括与与第一侧壁垂直的底壁，弹性卡扣包括朝底壁延伸的凸起，凸起穿过第一通孔与扣合部卡合。
进一步地，第一侧壁还形成有第二通孔，按压件穿过第二通孔位于第一侧壁远离主体的一侧。
进一步地，硬盘固定装置还包括固定件及固定轴，固定件固定于第一侧壁上，固定件形成具有同一中心轴的两通孔，所述中心轴垂直于硬盘的滑动方向，转动件形成一与两通孔对齐的轴孔，固定轴固定于轴孔及两通孔中使转动件绕固定轴转动。
进一步地，一收容空间形成于两通孔之间，转动件收容于收容空间内。
进一步地，硬盘固定装置还包括扭簧，扭簧套设于固定轴上并与转动件相抵持，在硬盘朝远离第一侧壁的方向滑动并且施加于转动件上的力移除时，转动件在扭簧的弹力作用下回复原位。
进一步地，所述中心轴垂直于第一侧壁。
进一步地，主体包括一与第一侧壁相对的连接座，硬盘固定装置还包括固定于第一侧壁上的连接器，连接器包括多个引脚，在安装件与第一侧壁卡合时，引脚插入连接座使连接器与硬盘电连接。
进一步地，第一侧壁还形成一缺口，引脚穿过缺口位于第一侧壁靠近主体的一侧。
上述硬盘固定装置通过安装件与第一侧壁卡扣实现硬盘的安装，通过转动件按压安装件使安装件脱离第一侧壁并使硬盘朝远离第一侧壁的方向滑动实现硬盘的拆卸。上述硬盘固定装置在安装及拆卸硬盘时均无需工具。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请参照图1及图2，本发明提供了一种硬盘固定装置100。硬盘固定装置100包括支架20、硬盘40及转动件60。硬盘40可拆卸地固定于支架20上。转动件60转动地连接于支架20上。转动件60用于按压硬盘40使硬盘40可从支架20上拆卸而下。
支架20包括顶壁21、底壁22、第一侧壁24及两第二侧壁26。顶壁21平行于底壁22。第一侧壁24及两第二侧壁26垂直地固定于顶壁21及底壁22之间。两第二侧壁26相互平行。第一侧壁24垂直地至于两第二侧壁26之间。顶壁21、底壁22、第一侧壁24及两第二侧壁26形成一容置空间28。硬盘40容置于容置空间28并可沿第二侧壁26滑动。
请同时参阅图3至图5，硬盘40包括用于存储数据的主体42及固定于主体42一端的安装件44。硬盘40朝第一侧壁24滑动使安装件44卡合于第一侧壁24上从而使硬盘40固定于容置空间28内。转动件60转动地连接于第一侧壁24。当外力施加于转动件60上时，转动件60可转动至一预设位置按压安装件44使安装件44脱离第一侧壁24并使硬盘40朝远离第一侧壁24的方向滑动从而使硬盘40可从支架20上拆卸而下。
安装件44包括弹性卡扣46及按压件48。第一侧壁24包括扣合部30。弹性卡扣46用于与扣合部30卡合。转动件60包括第一转动部62及第二转动部64。在弹性卡扣46与扣合部30卡合时，第一转动部62位于弹性卡扣46靠近底壁22一侧。第一转动部62可转动至与弹性卡扣46抵持并使弹性卡扣46变形从而使弹性卡扣46脱离扣合部30。第二转动部64随第一转动部62转动，并在弹性卡扣46脱离扣合部30时，按压按压件48使硬盘40朝远离第一侧壁24的方向滑动。
弹性卡扣46包括与底壁平行的基板50及凸起52。凸起52凸设于基板50靠近底壁22的一侧。第一侧壁24形成第一通孔34。扣合部30从第一侧壁24远离硬盘40的一侧延伸而出。扣合部30临近第一通孔34设置。凸起52穿过第一通孔34与扣合部30卡合。弹性卡扣46还包括从主体42的所述一端延伸的连接板56。连接板56连接于基板50与主体42之间。按压件48固定于连接板56上并与基板50平行。第一侧壁24还形成有第二通孔36。按压件48穿过第二通孔36位于第一侧壁24远离主体42的一侧。
硬盘固定装置100还包括固定件66、固定轴68及扭簧70。固定件66固定于第一侧壁24上。固定件66形成具有同一中心轴的两第三通孔65。所述中心轴垂直于硬盘40的滑动方向。所述中心轴与第一侧壁24垂直。一收容空间72形成于两第三通孔65之间。该收容空间72与第一通孔34相通。转动件60收容于收容空间72内。转动件60形成一与两第三通孔65对齐的轴孔74。固定轴68固定于轴孔74及两第三通孔65中使转动件60绕固定轴68转动。第一转动部62及第二转动部64与硬盘40相对从而按压弹性卡扣46及按压件48。扭簧70套设于固定轴68上并与转动件60相抵持。在硬盘40朝远离第一侧壁24的方向滑动并且施加于转动件60上的力移除时，转动件60在扭簧70的弹力作用下回复原位。
主体42包括一与第一侧壁24相对的连接座43。硬盘固定装置100还包括固定于第一侧壁24上的连接器80。连接器80可通过螺栓（图未标）固定于第一侧壁24上。连接器80包括多个引脚82。在弹性卡扣46与扣合部30卡合时，引脚82插入连接座43使连接器80与硬盘40电连接。在硬盘40朝远离第一侧壁24的方向滑动时，引脚82可脱离连接座43。第一侧壁24还形成一缺口32。引脚82穿过缺口32位于第一侧壁24靠近主体42的一侧。
上述硬盘固定装置100通过安装件44与第一侧壁24卡扣实现硬盘40的安装，通过转动件60按压安装件44使安装件44脱离第一侧壁24并使硬盘40朝远离第一侧壁24的方向滑动实现硬盘40的拆卸。上述硬盘固定装置100在安装及拆卸硬盘40时均无需工具。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到，以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明，而并非用作为对本发明的限定，只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内，对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明所公开的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种硬盘固定装置，包括支架及硬盘，其特征在于：支架包括第一侧壁并形成一收容空间，硬盘滑动地收容于收容空间，硬盘包括存储数据的主体及固定于主体一端的安装件，硬盘朝第一侧壁滑动使安装件卡合于第一侧壁上，硬盘固定装置还包括转动地连接于第一侧壁的转动件，转动件在施加外力时可转动至一预设位置按压安装件使安装件脱离第一侧壁并使硬盘朝远离第一侧壁的方向滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘固定装置，其特征在于：安装件包括弹性卡扣及按压件，弹性卡扣用于与第一侧壁卡合，转动件包括第一转动部及第二转动部，在弹性卡扣与第一侧壁卡合时，第一转动部位于弹性卡扣下方，第一转动部可转动至与弹性卡扣抵持并使弹性卡扣变形从而使弹性卡扣脱离第一侧壁，在弹性卡扣脱离第一侧壁时，第二转动部按压按压件使硬盘朝远离第一侧壁的方向滑动。
3.如权利要求2所述的硬盘固定装置，其特征在于：第一侧壁包括扣合部，扣合部从第一侧壁远离硬盘的一侧延伸而出，第一侧壁形成第一通孔，支架还包括与与第一侧壁垂直的底壁，弹性卡扣包括朝底壁延伸的凸起，凸起穿过第一通孔与扣合部卡合。
4.如权利要求2所述的硬盘固定装置，其特征在于：第一侧壁还形成有第二通孔，按压件穿过第二通孔位于第一侧壁远离主体的一侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的硬盘固定装置，其特征在于：硬盘固定装置还包括固定件及固定轴，固定件固定于第一侧壁上，固定件形成具有同一中心轴的两通孔，所述中心轴垂直于硬盘的滑动方向，转动件形成一与两通孔对齐的轴孔，固定轴固定于轴孔及两通孔中使转动件绕固定轴转动。
6.如权利要求5所述的硬盘固定装置，其特征在于：一收容空间形成于两通孔之间，转动件收容于收容空间内。
7.如权利要求5所述的硬盘固定装置，其特征在于：硬盘固定装置还包括扭簧，扭簧套设于固定轴上并与转动件相抵持，在硬盘朝远离第一侧壁的方向滑动并且施加于转动件上的力移除时，转动件在扭簧的弹力作用下回复原位。
8.如权利要求5所述的硬盘固定装置，其特征在于：所述中心轴垂直于第一侧壁。
9.如权利要求1所述的硬盘固定装置，其特征在于：主体包括一与第一侧壁相对的连接座，硬盘固定装置还包括固定于第一侧壁上的连接器，连接器包括多个引脚，在安装件与第一侧壁卡合时，引脚插入连接座使连接器与硬盘电连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的硬盘固定装置，其特征在于：第一侧壁还形成一缺口，引脚穿过缺口位于第一侧壁靠近主体的一侧。
