Abstract
一种空气净化消毒装置,其包括由前盖和后盖组成的壳体,设置于所述壳体内的控制器和风机。所述壳体由所述前盖向内设有集尘过滤网、脱臭过滤网以及光催化滤网,所述壳体内设置有与所述控制器电性连接的紫外光源以及的负离子发生器与温湿度传感器,所述紫外光源发出紫外光照射所述光催化滤网。本发明的空气净化消毒装置,其能够同时实现净化与消毒。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术,特别涉及一种空气净化消毒装置。
背景技术
在经历了18世纪工业革命带来的“煤烟型污染”和19世纪石油和汽车工业带来的“光化学烟雾污染”之后,现代人正经历以“室内环境污染”为标志的第三污染时期。室内污染物可能达数千种之多,室内污染也被称为现代城市的特殊灾害。国际上已经把室内空气污染列为对公众健康危害最大的环境因素。有基于此,室内空气净化技术应运而生。
空气净化技术早期一般是采用高效空气过滤器(HEPA,High efficiencyparticulate air Filter)+活性炭组合的单纯过滤型净化。进入2000年以后,在负离子、静电积尘、臭氧、等离子等技术的推动下,空气净化技术开始进入多功能复合技术领域。然而,传统的空气净化器不具有除菌消毒功能。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种能够除菌消毒的空气净化器。
一种空气净化消毒装置,其包括由前盖和后盖组成的壳体,设置于所述壳体内的控制器和风机。所述壳体由所述前盖向内设有集尘过滤网、脱臭过滤网以及光催化滤网,所述壳体内设置有与所述控制器电性连接的紫外光源以及的负离子发生器与温湿度传感器,所述紫外光源发出紫外光照射所述光催化滤网。
作为一种优选方案,所述光催化滤网上涂覆有光催化剂层。
作为一种优选方案,所述空气净化消毒装置还包括检测器以及加湿器,所述检测器用于检测环境湿度以及PM2.5值并将检测信息传输至所述控制器,所述控制器接收所述检测信息并将其与预设阀值进行比较,且同时控制所述加湿器的开启和关闭。
作为一种优选方案,所述空气净化消毒装置还包括除湿器,所述控制器接收所述检测信息并将其与预设阀值进行比较,且同时控制所述除湿器的开启和关闭。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体两侧均设有进风口。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体的前盖上设有用于显示工作状态和数据的显示屏。
本发明的空气净化消毒装置,通过设置光催化滤网,在紫外光源的照射下对空气进行净化处理。通过负离子发生器产生负离子,以对空气进行消毒。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

请一并参阅图1至图3,本发明一实施方式提供的空气净化消毒装置100,其包括壳体1以及设置于所述壳体1上检测器60、加湿器82与除湿器84。
所述壳体1由前盖11和后盖12组成。壳体1的前盖11上设有用于显示工作状态和数据的显示屏4,显示屏4采用LCD。壳体1的两侧均设有进风口2。该结构可使空气净化消毒装置100内外的空气实现良好的交换,从而确保传感器能够准确检测外界空气中的温湿度。
壳体1内还依次由前盖11向内设有集尘过滤网3、脱臭过滤网(图中未示出)和光催化过滤网(图未示),空气从进风口2进来后,依次经过、集尘过滤网3、脱臭过滤网和湿式过滤器,最后通过由出风口(图未示)排出。所述光催化滤网上涂覆有光催化剂层(图未示)。
所述壳体1内还设置有控制器7、风机9,以及与控制器7电性连接的紫外光源6、负离子发生器8与温湿度传感器(图未示)。
所述紫外光源6照射于所述光催化剂层上,并起到光催化作用,从而对流过的空气进行消毒灭菌。光催化杀菌消毒的原理,是基于光催化剂在紫外线照射下具有的氧化还原能力而净化污染物。利用光催化净化技术去除空气中的有机污染物具有以下特点:(1)直接用空气中的氧气做氧化剂,反应调节温和,在常温常压下即可工作;(2)可以将有机污染物分解为二氧化碳和水等无机小分子,净化效果彻底,无二次污染;(3)半导体光催化剂化学性质稳定,氧化还原性强,不存在吸附饱和现象,使用寿命长。因此,本发明实施方式所提供的带有光催化装置的空气净化器具有寿命长、安全可靠、净化效率高且污染小的优点。
所述加湿器82能够产生水雾以对室内空气进行加湿处理,如通常使用的加湿器。通常采用洁净的纯净水作为该加湿器82的工作原料,当然也可以在该纯净水中加入艾叶等其他功能原料。
所述除湿器84带有吸风口和出风口,工作时空气从吸风口进入再从出风口流出,其能够对进入其内的空气进行干燥吸湿处理。除湿器84的除湿能力一般通过在其内设置干燥剂材料来实现。
所述检测器60能够检测室内湿度和室内PM2.5值,并将检测到的室内湿度和室内PM2.5值输出。具体来说,该检测器60包括湿度传感器和PM2.5传感器,分别用于检测室内的湿度和PM2.5值。
控制器7与所述检测器60、加湿器82和除湿器84分别连接,控制器7中预存有关于空气湿度和PM2.5的预设阈值。在系统开机时,所述控制器7接收并判断所述检测器60输出的室内湿度和室内PM2.5值是否大于控制器7中预存的预设阀值,当所述室内湿度和室内PM2.5值触发预设阀值时启动所述加湿器82及/或除湿器84。也就是说,当检测器60检测到的室内湿度大于控制器7中预存的预设湿度阀值时,则启动触发除湿器84,以降低室内空气湿度使湿度维持在舒适范围内。当检测器60检测到的室内PM2.5大于控制器7中预存的预设PM2.5阀值时,则启动触发加湿器82,加湿器82产生的水雾进入室内空间后,会附着在室内中间漂浮的PM2.5粉尘颗粒上,而将PM2.5粉尘颗粒上带至室内地面上,从而降低室内PM2.5值。而且水雾与PM2.5粉尘颗粒结合后,也便于利用相应的设备对PM2.5粉尘颗粒的去除。当检测器60检测到的室内湿度和室内PM2.5值均大于控制器7中预存的湿度和PM2.5阀值时,则同时启动加湿器82和除湿器84。
由上可见,当室内PM2.5值大于预设PM2.5阈值时,控制器7控制加湿器82启动,加湿器82产生的水雾进入室内空间后,会附着在室内中间漂浮的PM2.5粉尘颗粒上,而将PM2.5粉尘颗粒上带至室内地面上,从而降低室内PM2.5值。然而,加湿器82产生的水雾会增加室内的空气湿度,从而影响室内空气质量。当空气湿度高于阈值湿度阈值时,控制器7控制除湿器84启动,除湿器84将室内的潮湿空气从吸风口吸入其内,经过干燥处理后再从出风口排出。如此既降低了室内空气的PM2.5值,又使室内空气的湿度维持在预设范围内。而且PM2.5粉尘颗粒与水雾结合后,更容易被吸入除湿器84内从而去除一部分PM2.5粉尘颗粒,这也在一定程度上降低了室内PM2.5值。
本发明实施方式的空气净化消毒装置,通过设置光催化滤网30,在紫外光源6的照射下对空气进行净化。通过负离子发生器8产生负离子,以对空气进行消毒。另外设置加湿器82以及除湿器84,对室内湿度进行调节,且降低室内PM2.5值,进一步提高净化效率。
以上实施方式仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照以上较佳实施方式对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换都不应脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种空气净化消毒装置,其包括由前盖和后盖组成的壳体,设置于所述壳体内的控制器和风机,其特征在于:所述壳体由所述前盖向内设有集尘过滤网、脱臭过滤网以及光催化滤网,所述壳体内设置有与所述控制器电性连接的紫外光源以及的负离子发生器与温湿度传感器,所述紫外光源发出紫外光照射所述光催化滤网。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述光催化滤网上涂覆有光催化剂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述空气净化消毒装置还包括检测器以及加湿器,所述检测器用于检测环境湿度以及PM2.5值并将检测信息传输至所述控制器,所述控制器接收所述检测信息并将其与预设阀值进行比较,且同时控制所述加湿器的开启和关闭。
4.如权利要求3所述的空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述空气净化消毒装置还包括除湿器,所述控制器接收所述检测信息并将其与预设阀值进行比较,且同时控制所述除湿器的开启和关闭。
5.如权利要求1所述的空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述壳体两侧均设有进风口。
6.如权利要求1所述的空气净化消毒装置,其特征在于:所述壳体的前盖上设有用于显示工作状态和数据的显示屏。
