Abstract
本发明涉及一种玻璃防雾剂及其制备方法。将
烷基苯磺酸用氢氧化钠溶液中和或直接取烷基苯磺
酸钠溶于水，再加入烷醇酰胺和甘油，搅匀，用稀的氢
氧化钠或盐酸溶液调pH6.0～8.0，再加入香精和余
量的水，搅匀，即得玻璃防雾剂。可做成喷剂和湿纸
巾剂型。本发明防雾效果好，持效长，带香味，成本
低，易于制作。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于玻璃防雾的化学组合物及其制备方法。
每当雨天开车时，档风玻璃时常积结一层薄雾或水珠，影响视线。此外，带着眼镜由寒冷的室外走进室内时，浴室中用热水洗澡时，室内开空调时，眼镜、浴镜、玻璃窗等都有同样的情况。为此，人们研制了几款玻璃防雾剂，如中国专利申请90105672.3、90105353.8、90108393.3、90109705.5和91102090.X等。这些防雾剂大多成本偏高，有的防雾效果欠佳，有的则由于粘度较大不能做成喷雾剂型用于汽车玻璃时不方便使用。而且大多数未加入香精，无令人愉快的香味。
本发明的目的是克服上述不足而提供一种防雾效果好、持效长、有香味而又成本低，并可做成喷射剂和纸巾剂型的玻璃防雾剂及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的，本发明的防雾剂由下列成分按比例混合而成：烷基苯磺酸或其钠盐、烷醇酰胺、丙三醇、香精和水。
制备时，先将烷基本磺酸用氢氧化钠溶液中和，或直接取烷基苯磺酸钠溶于水，再加入烷醇酰胺和丙三醇，搅拌均匀，用氢氧化钠或盐酸稀溶液调至pH6.0～8.0，加入香精及余量水，搅匀，即得本发明的玻璃防雾剂。将本防雾剂装于带喷嘴的瓶中或带驱动剂的气雾罐中即得喷射剂;还可以将其喷在棉浆纸上做成湿纸巾再用塑料薄膜封紧。
根据试验，本发明的玻璃防雾剂的各成分以下列配比（重量）为宜：
烷基苯磺酸或其钠盐 6～12
烷醇酰胺 3～6
丙三醇 1～3
香精 0.2～0.5
水 加至100
在尘埃不太多的广州地区，应用本发明的玻璃防雾剂喷或抹过的室内玻璃防雾持效达七天，市内运行的汽车的玻璃可持效两天，防雾效果好。
此外，本产品还具有清洁清洗功能并带芳香味，成本低廉，容易生产。
下面给出实施例：
例1：取十二烷基苯磺酸8克，用10%的氢氧化钠溶液中和至pH5～6，加入3克烷醇酰胺（6501）和1克丙三醇（甘油），搅匀，调pH＝7.0，加入0.2克柠檬香精，搅匀，加水至100克，搅匀。
例2：取十二烷基苯磺酸钠原料42克（含纯品12克），用水溶解，加入6克烷醇酰胺和3克丙三醇，搅匀，用稀盐酸调pH＝7.5，加入茉莉花香精0.5克，搅匀，加水至100克，搅匀。
Claims (3)
1、一种玻璃防雾剂，其特征在于由烷基苯磺酸或其钠盐、烷醇酰胺、丙三醇和水混合而成。
2、根据权利要求1所棕的玻璃防雾剂，其特征在于组成该防雾剂的各物质的配比（重量）为：
烷基苯磺酸或其钠盐 6～12
烷醇酰胺 3～6
丙三醇 1～3
香精 0.2～0.5
水 加至100
3、一种玻璃防雾剂的制备方法，其特征在于将烷基苯磺酸用氢氧化钠中和或直接将烷基苯磺酸钠溶于水，再加入烷醇酰胺和丙三醇，搅匀，用氢氧化钠或盐酸稀溶液调至pH6.0～8.0，加入香精和余量水，搅匀。
