Abstract
本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,涉及一种洗发用品。一种含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,含有以下占组合物重量百分数配比的原材料:阴离子表面活性剂;两性表面活性剂;阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物,其电荷密度为约0.5~1.0 meq/g;并且分子量为400000~1500000 g/mol;非离子表面活性剂;高级脂肪醇或高级脂肪酸;盐;非挥发性调理剂悬浮剂;以及余量的纯水。本发明通过组合物体系架构的合理搭建以及对原料关键参数的限制,使得该组合物具有中等强度的絮凝和合理的硅油沉积,并且具备良好的使用手感和泡沫稳定程度。组合物组成温和,对各类发质适用,效果显著,成本低廉,应用简捷。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,涉及一种洗发用品。
背景技术
在现阶段的二合一洗发水,特别是以絮凝携带聚硅氧烷颗粒从而沉积到毛发或头皮带来调理功效的,在短时间内具有非常明显的二合一效果,这是本领域公认并且能够实现的效果。而实现这种效果,大部分通过阳离子多糖聚合物来达到目的。例如市面上广泛应用的利用阳离子瓜儿胶衍生物和阴离子表面活性剂形成絮凝的二合一洗发水,能带来十分明显的即时调理的效果。
类似的,提供调理功效的香波也是本领域所公知的。例如中国专利申请号00809131.5和中国专利申请号00808517.X公开了一种由阴离子表面活性剂与阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物形成的絮凝相来携带硅油颗粒和zpt颗粒,通过对于阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物参数的优选实现携带有效颗粒物的能力;中国专利申请号201480045888.9同样公开了一种由阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂与阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物来携带二硫化硒、吡啶硫酮锌和硅氧烷来实现去屑调理的效果。
但是,这些利用阳离子瓜儿胶衍生物和阴离子表面活性剂形成的絮凝虽然效果十分明显,但是由于这种絮凝的沉积并非可选择性的,因此大多数情况下,随着此类型洗发组合物的清洗次数的增多,有效颗粒诸如聚硅氧烷颗粒等等会逐步沉积而不被清洗干净,随着时间的推移,使用者就会感到油腻、发硬等不适。
然而,现阶段有另外一种解决方案,利用传统方案的阳离子改性的纤维素衍生物来代替阳离子瓜儿胶衍生物进行絮凝,这种方案虽然能够有效改善有效物过度沉积的弊端,但是往往在很多洗发香波体系中,难以做到其絮凝强度并携带有效颗粒物的能力与阳离子瓜儿胶衍生物等齐,因此,其有效颗粒物的携带能力存在不足,洗发冲击感也不足。
但是申请人发现,如果通过对于体系的优选搭配,限制某些原料的使用,同时优选阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物的分子量和电荷密度,可以做到既能够在洗发组合物在冲水过程中絮凝出凝聚相来调理湿发感觉,并且携带有效颗粒物沉积到头发上,带来干后的调理感,同时也通过调节絮凝强度和絮凝含水量,来控制硅油沉积,降低长期使用硅油的积聚感。
本发明的目的是提供一种洗发组合物,通过对于组合物体系架构的合理搭建以及对原料关键参数的限制,获得稳定绵密的泡沫感受,使得该组合物具有中等强度的絮凝和合理的硅油沉积,提供良好的湿冲感受和干爽的干发感受,不反油,降低硅油的积聚程度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中对絮凝强度和硅油沉积控制不当的技术难题,过强的絮凝强度和硅油沉积会让消费者长期使用之后头发反油发硬的情况,如果过小的絮凝强度和硅油沉积则会使消费的体验感受下降,头发湿冲带有涩感。为了克服这种技术缺陷,本发明提供了一种具有良好的湿冲感受和干爽的干发感受,不反油,降低硅油的积聚程度的洗发组合物。该组合物所带来的有益效果,不是单一原料所带来的,而是通过组合物体系架构的合理搭建以及对原料关键参数的限制,使得该组合物具有中等强度的絮凝和合理的硅油沉积,并且具备良好的使用手感和泡沫稳定程度。组合物组成温和,对各类发质适用,效果显著,成本低廉,应用简捷。
本发明公开了一种含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,该洗发组合物含有以下占组合物重量百分数配比的原材料:
(A)阴离子表面活性剂9-15%;
(B)两性表面活性剂 0.5~1.8%;
(C)阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物 0.2~0.8%;其中所述的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物的电荷密度为约0.5~1.0 meq/g;并且分子量为 400000~1500000 g/mol;
(D)非离子表面活性剂 0.5-1.5%;
(E)高级脂肪醇或高级脂肪酸 0.3-1.0%
(F)盐0.4-1.6%;
(G)非挥发性调理剂0.05-5%;
(H)悬浮剂 0.01-3%;以及余量的
(I)纯水。
所述的阴离子表面活性剂选自选自烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐、N-脂肪酰氨基酸盐、脂肪酰甲基牛磺酸盐、单烷基硫酸盐、单烷基羧酸盐、单烷基磷酸酯盐中的一种或几种。其中优选至少含有烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐、N-脂肪酰氨基酸盐、脂肪酰甲基牛磺酸盐中的一种或两种,本领域公知,此类阴离子表面活性剂具有较大的临界堆积参数,这里所说的堆积参数用如下公式表示:
其中,即为表面活性剂的堆积参数,V为表面活性剂碳氢链体积,l则为临界长度,a则为端基面积;这里要求至少包含有临界堆积参数至少达到1/4以上的阴离子表面活性剂,同时可以选择性是否辅助搭配单烷基硫酸盐、单烷基羧酸盐、单烷基磷酸酯中的一种或两种,不搭配这类低堆积参数的表面活性剂也在本专利的保护范围内。
通过实验发现,含有具有较大堆积参数的表面活性剂,有助于降低整体体系刺激性,同时可以增强阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂与阳离子纤维素衍生物产生的絮凝强度和絮凝持久度,于本专利中所要实现的技术效果有增益作用。而加入来了辅助阴离子表面活性剂,能够带来改善的泡沫效果和增稠效果,依据最终组合物定位不同选择性加入。
所述的两性表面活性剂选自脂肪酰两性醋酸盐、脂肪酰丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酰胺羟丙基磺基甜菜碱中的一种或几种。优选脂肪酰两性醋酸盐和脂肪酰丙基甜菜碱中的一种或两种,特别优选脂肪酰丙基甜菜碱。两性表面活性剂的加入,使得絮凝强度和絮凝持久度进一步加强,同时,若阴离子表面活性剂部分有优选堆积参数高的表面活性剂的加入,两性表面活性剂有利于增加组合物粘度的易调节性,而且本领域公知,两性表面活性剂的加入,对于泡沫性能、温和性能和工艺可实现性能都有较大的改善。
所述的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物的电荷密度为约0.5~1.0 meq/g;并且分子量为约400000~1500000 g/mol;优选电荷密度为约0.6~0.9 meq/g,并且分子量为 约450000~1300000 g/mol;最优选电荷密度为约0.7~0.8 meq/g,并且分子量为约450000~1300000 g/mol 500000~1200000 g/mol;申请人实验发现,在采用本发明所述的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物以及复配有阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物的体系中,并且搭配本发明所述的优化体系中,其稀释絮凝相表现出良好地包裹有效颗粒物的效果,同时其絮凝相的含水量达到理想状态,因此具有良好的湿冲效果。在添加有本发明所述的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物后,并且处于本发明最终保护的组合物架构中,其纯水稀释范围在5倍-20倍之间存在有能够携带有效物质的可见固体絮凝相,并且能够看到洗发组合物添加的有效颗粒物如非挥发性调理剂颗粒和去屑颗粒能够被絮凝相包裹或者吸附。
所述非离子表面活性剂选自椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、椰油酸甲基单乙醇酰胺、椰油酸二乙醇胺、烷基糖苷。优选椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、椰油酸甲基单乙醇酰胺。最优椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺。所述的非离子表面活性剂有助于降低表面活性剂临界胶束浓度的作用,提高表面活性性能,如果采用优选的椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺,既能够起到对体系的增稠作用,还能够与本发明后续所述的悬浮剂达到复配稳定的作用,协助结晶体的形成。
所述的高级脂肪醇或者高级脂肪酸选材自含有12个碳原子至22个碳原子的含羟基或羧酸基的直链有机醇或者酸,所述的高级脂肪醇或者高级脂肪酸可以是十二醇、十四醇、十六醇、十八醇、二十醇、二十二醇、十二酸、十四酸、十六酸、十八酸、二十酸、二十二酸中的一种或多种搭配,优选碳原子数与所选表面活性剂中碳链碳原子数一致的高级脂肪醇或者高级脂肪酸。申请人认为,这种有机添加剂能够在表面活性剂胶束上镶嵌,形成更加致密的胶束结构,有助于稳泡的作用,还能够赋予洗发组合物一定的调理度。
所述的非挥发性调理剂是分散的聚硅氧烷、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两者复配。并且优选其中所述的聚硅氧烷的粘度为约30万粘度至50万粘度,所述的聚硅氧烷和氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷以粒径为约0.05微米至约50微米的大小存在于组合物中。这也是被认为是有效颗粒物的一种,对于头发有调理作用,能被本发明所实现的絮凝相包裹吸附并且携带至头发之上,能够实现清爽二合一的效果,提高洗发组合物的使用感觉。
所述的悬浮剂选自酰基衍生物和长链氧化胺。其中,所述的酰基衍生物包括但不限于含有16-22个碳原子的脂肪酸乙二醇酯、长链烃、长链脂肪酸的长链酯、长链烷醇酰胺的长链酯。其中所述的长链氧化胺包括但不限于16-22个碳原子的二甲基氧化胺。优选含有18个碳原子的脂肪酸乙二醇二酯。申请人通过实验证实,这种悬浮剂对于体系的絮凝程度的影响很小,并且悬浮力很足,不依靠屈服值提供悬浮能力。
上述一种改善有效颗粒物过度沉积的去屑洗发组合物,除了上述必须的成分之外,还含有如下组分的至少一种:
辅助悬浮剂:0.01-5%;
阳离子纤维素衍生物:0.01-0.5%;
聚乙二醇:0.01-0.3%;
有机调理油:0.01-2%;
防腐剂:0.01-1%;
香精:0.01-3%;
粘度调节剂:0.01-4%;
螯合剂:0.005-0.2%;
紫外线吸收剂:0.01-2%;
植物提取物及其衍生物:0.0001-5%;
其中,所述的辅助悬浮剂选自羟丙基甲基纤维素,羟乙基纤维素,瓜儿胶衍生物,淀粉衍生物,羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯,汉生胶,卡波姆聚合物中的一种或几种;而丙烯酸类聚合物及其衍生物,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10~C30烷醇丙烯酸酯共聚物,丙烯酸盐/ C10~C30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联共聚物乳化剂,丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物,聚丙烯酸酯-1交联聚合物,丙烯酸(酯)类/硬脂醇聚醚(20)甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物则不在选择的范围内。之所以不选择后续这类悬浮剂,是申请人通过实验证实,此类悬浮剂虽然能够提供良好的稳定性和屈服值,但是对于洗发组合物的絮凝强度有很大的影响,为了保证洗发组合物的效果和有效颗粒物的携带能力,因此不做优选。
上述一种含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,可任意比例与常用基料制成发用类化妆品中,化妆品剂型可以是溶液、悬浮液、固体状中的一种。
上述一种含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其配置方法为常规的配置和混合技术,在此不做详细说明。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的调理组合物的絮凝强度和硅油沉积程度适中,絮凝强度既能有效携带有效颗粒物,又能起到良好的调理效果。本发明选用了低分子量和低电荷密度的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物,并且搭配不影响絮凝强度的悬浮稳定剂,优选了阴离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的搭配,使得在低稀释倍数能够絮凝出可见的固体絮凝相,而且这种絮凝相含水量较高,这有助于有效颗粒物的携带和改善洗发水整体性能。
2、本发明的洗发组合物提供良好的湿发感觉和干后清爽的感觉。本发明最终保护的组合物架构中,其纯水稀释范围在5倍-20倍之间存在可见的含水量较高的固体絮凝相,这种絮凝相带来良好的湿发感觉,同时搭配以优选的非挥发性调理剂,带来干爽的干发感觉,不反油。
3、本发明通过在絮凝增强的体系中复配有高级脂肪醇或者高级脂肪酸,通过与表面活性剂在结构上完成镶嵌,能够使组合物具备良好的使用手感和泡沫稳定程度,提高产品的使用体验。
4、本发明的洗发组合物之间的复配协同作用明显,通过原料之间的协同作用,使得洗发组合物整体性能的提升,同时降低了工艺的难度,降低了体系的刺激性,提高了增稠效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细的说明。
下表1为本发明3个优选的实施例与3个对比例。其中,对比例4选用市面上的一种销量好的用阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物做成的二合一洗发水。
其中,阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物的参数如下:
我们测得对比例和实施例在洗涤五次发束之后硅油的沉积量,测试结果如图1所示。
从图1可以明显看出,实施例1-3的硅油沉积没有随着清洗次数的增加而增加,而对比例1所用的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物由于分子量过大,造成絮凝强度过强,含水量较低,导致硅油的沉积量较为明显,也可以看到硅油沉积量随着清洗次数的增加而增加;对比例2采用了一种对絮凝相影响很大的悬浮稳定剂,其结果表明,硅油的沉积没有得到很好的控制,虽然有硅油沉积,但是硅油沉积量随着清洗次数的增加而增加的趋势更加明显,可以预知多次清洗之后的清爽感将大大降低。对比例3将十六醇去掉,带来的变化是泡沫稳定性的下降,在实际洗发过程中泡沫较差,不容易在头发上较长时间停留;对比例4市面上的产品,也可以看到硅油沉积量随着清洗次数的增加而增加。
Claims (10)
1.一种含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:含有以下重量百分数配比的原材料:
(A)阴离子表面活性剂9-15%;
(B)两性表面活性剂 0.5~1.8%;
(C)阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物 0.2~0.8%,其电荷密度为0.5~1.0 meq/g,分子量为 400000~1500000 g/mol;
(D)非离子表面活性剂 0.5-1.5%;
(E)高级脂肪醇或高级脂肪酸 0.3-1.0%;
(F)盐0.4-1.6%;
(G)非挥发性调理剂0.05-5%;
(H)悬浮剂 0.01-3%;以及余量的
(I)纯水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:所述的阴离子表面活性剂选自选自烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸单甘油酯硫酸盐、脂肪醇醚磺基琥珀酸酯盐、N-脂肪酰氨基酸盐、脂肪酰甲基牛磺酸盐、单烷基硫酸盐、单烷基羧酸盐、单烷基磷酸酯盐中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:所述的两性表面活性剂选自脂肪酰两性醋酸盐、脂肪酰丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酰胺羟丙基磺基甜菜碱中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂选自椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、椰油酸甲基单乙醇酰胺、椰油酸二乙醇胺、烷基糖苷中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:所述的高级脂肪醇或者高级脂肪酸选材自含有12个碳原子至22个碳原子的含羟基或羧酸基的直链有机醇或者有机酸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:所述的高级脂肪醇或者高级脂肪酸优选碳原子数与所选表面活性剂中碳链碳原子数一致的高级脂肪醇或者高级脂肪酸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:所述的非挥发性调理剂是分散的聚硅氧烷、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两者复配。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:所述的聚硅氧烷的粘度为约30万粘度至50万粘度,所述的聚硅氧烷和氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷以粒径为约0.05微米至约50微米的大小存在于组合物中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:所述的悬浮剂选自酰基衍生物和长链氧化胺。
10.根据权利要求9所述的含高级脂肪醇的清爽型洗发水组合物,其特征在于:所述的悬浮剂优选含有18个碳原子的脂肪酸乙二醇二酯。
