Abstract
本发明涉及塑料母粒,更确切的说,是涉及一种导电塑料母粒及其制备方法以及该导电塑料母粒的用途,所述的导电塑料母粒包括以下重量份的物质:聚酯树脂40‑50份、过渡金属盐0.05‑0.2份、含胺基和羟基的有机络合剂0.1‑1份、发泡剂1‑5份、表面活性剂2‑5份、加工助剂0.1‑2份;本发明提供的导电塑料母粒中含有金属有机络合物,避免了对塑料熔融后的过滤器产生过大的压力,同时该金属有机络合物无炭黑的颜色,提高了导电塑料母粒的应用范围;本发明的导电塑料母粒中还含有发泡剂,在塑料中发泡,提高了金属有机络合物接触的几率,从而提高了塑料制品的导电性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料母粒,更确切的说,是涉及一种导电塑料母粒及其制备方法以及该导电塑料母粒的用途。
背景技术
塑料母料(Plastic Master batch)是把塑料助剂超常量地载附于树脂中而制成的浓缩体;在制造塑料制品时,不必再加入该种塑料助剂,只需按比例加入这种带有超常量的母料即可。因此塑料母料是一种新型高分子材料加工专用料。品种多种多样,例如填充母料、色母料、阻燃母料、抗静电母料、耐磨母料、多功能母料等。
通常情况下,塑料制成的制品都是绝缘体,即不能导电,但是越来越多的实际应用中,需要塑料制品具有一定的导电性能,比如说,导电的塑料可以是一种具有良好抗静电性能的材料,或电磁波屏蔽材料。现有技术中,按照导电塑料的制作方法分类,可以分为结构型导电塑料和复合型导电塑料,结构型高分子导电材料主要有:(1)π共轭系高分子:如聚乙炔、(Sr)n、线型聚苯、层状高聚物等;(2)金属螯合物:如聚酮酞菁;(3)电荷移动型高分子络合物:如聚阳离子、CQ络合物。通常这类的高分子材料的生产成本高、工艺难度大,至今尚无大量生产。现有技术中广泛应用的导电高分子材料一般都是复合型高分子材料,其填充物质主要有金属分散系、炭黑系、有机络合物分散系;其中,炭黑系的填充料往往因为其黑色导致其应用受限,而且,导电炭黑填料不易加入(一般在35%以下),且在基体中分散不均匀,体现不出导电炭黑优异的导电性能,更重要的是对基体物理性能的破坏较大,且易污染生产环境;而金属分散系填充到基体中后往往难以通过塑料熔融基础过程中的过滤器单元,导致过滤器的压力过大,往往无法正常生产或生产成本过高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种导电塑料母粒,确保塑料制品具备导电性能的同时,避免对塑料制品的颜色造成影响且避免对塑料制品生产过程中的过滤器造成过大的压力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:一种导电塑料母粒,包括以下重量份的物质:聚酯树脂40-50份、过渡金属盐0.05-0.2份、含胺基和羟基的有机络合剂0.1-1份、发泡剂1-5份、表面活性剂2-5份、加工助剂0.1-2份。
本发明的技术要点在于:过渡金属与有机络合物反应生成金属有机络合物,该金属有机络合物以金属为中心原子,与有机配位体以配位键形成络合物,在聚酯树脂形成的制品中起到转移电荷的作用,同时,该金属有机络合物不会对聚酯熔融挤出过程中的过滤器造成过大的压力,对最终成品的颜色亦不会产生影响。
在导电塑料母粒使用到塑料制品中后,发泡剂促使塑料基体形成孔隙结构,金属有机络合物的可占用体积减小,提高了金属有机络合物在塑料基体中相互接触的几率,由此在不提高金属有机络合物总量的前提下提高了导电性能。
根据本发明,本发明中所述的过渡金属盐中的过渡金属为镍、钴、铜中的一种或至少两种的组合物。
进一步的,所述的过渡金属盐可以选自如硫酸镍、硝酸镍、硫酸铜、硝酸铜。
根据本发明,本发明中所述的含胺基和羟基的有机络合剂为三乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺,1-二甲胺基-2-丙醇,二丁基氨基乙醇中的一种。
根据本发明,本发明中所述的发泡剂包括无机发泡剂和有机发泡剂;进一步的,所述的无机发泡剂为碳酸盐;所述的碳酸盐为本领域技术人员所公的,如碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢钠;所述的有机发泡剂为偶氮化合物、磺酰肼类化合物和亚硝基化合物。
表面活性剂能够降低材料的表面自由能,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂。进一步优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂为酯型表面活性剂、醚型表面活性剂、胺型表面活性剂、酰胺型表面活性剂及酯醚型表面活性剂中的至少一种。具体如下:酯型表面活性剂可以为山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯及聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯等中的至少一种。醚型表面活性剂可以为聚氧乙烯烷基醇醚和聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚等中的至少一种。胺表面活性剂可以为聚氧乙烯脂肪胺等。酰胺表面活性剂可以为如聚氧乙烯酰胺等。酯醚表面活性剂可以为山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚型(吐温型)等。优选山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪胺、聚氧乙烯酰胺或聚氧乙烯醚,更加优选聚氧乙烯脂肪胺、聚氧乙烯酰胺或聚氧乙烯醚。其中所述的脂肪酸酯、脂肪胺中的脂肪是指C2-C4的直链烃。烷基醇醚、烷基苯酚醚中的烷基为C2-C4的直链烃,更优选的,所述表面活性剂为吐温80、吐温60、聚硅氧烷接枝聚醚化合物中的至少一种。
为了改善聚酯切片加工过程,所述的导电塑料母粒中还含有加工助剂,所述的加工助剂包括抗氧剂、交联剂中的一种或多种混合物。
进一步的,所述的抗氧剂在聚合物体系中少量存在即可实现延缓和抑制聚合物在热加工过程中的热氧化降解,延长聚合物的使用寿命。本发明对于所述的抗氧剂的种类不做特殊要求,为本领域技术人员所公知的,如芳香胺类抗氧剂、受阻酚类抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂,具体的,如二苯胺、对苯二胺、二氢喹啉、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯、双十二碳醇酯、双十四碳醇酯、双十八碳醇酯。
所述的交联剂在塑料中促使多个线型分子相互键合交联成网状结构的物质,促进和调节聚合物分子链间共价键或离子键的形成,提高聚酯切片和金属有机络合物的相容性。所述的交联剂为本领域技术人员所常知的,如过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、二叔丁基过氧化物、过氧化氢二异丙苯。
本发明还提供了一种导电塑料母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的过渡金属盐、含胺基和羟基的有机络合剂、发泡剂、表面活性剂和加工助剂投入到高速混合机中混合均匀,然后和聚酯树脂切片通过失重称添加到双螺杆挤出机中进行充分混炼,均化得到熔融混合物,所述的双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为250-280℃,螺杆转速为200-600r/min;
(2)将步骤(1)中的熔融混合物通过溶体泵增压和过滤器过滤后得到熔融物;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的熔融物拉条,通过水槽冷却,然后通过除水器除水,切粒,即得所述的导电母粒。
本发明还提供了一种该导电塑料母粒的用途,包括将所述的导电母粒添加到聚酯反射膜的辅层中,所述的聚酯反射膜包括设置在主层两侧的辅层。
现有技术中的抗静电型的聚酯反射膜的原理为在两侧的辅层(又称为表层)中添加抗静电剂,实际上是一种表面活性剂,在一定的湿度条件下,表面活性剂迁移到聚酯反射膜的表面,实现电荷转移,避免电荷在聚酯表层的堆积产生静电大的现象;这种聚酯反射膜在干燥的地区使用时,其抗静电性能变弱,通常无法满足使用要求,而本发明中提供的导电母粒,其导电原理为内部的金属有机络合物接触导电,不受外界湿度的影响,由此,改善了传统抗静电型聚酯反射膜在干燥区域抗静电性能弱的缺点。
本发明具有以下技术效果:
1、本发明提供的导电塑料母粒中含有金属有机络合物,避免了对塑料熔融后的过滤器产生过大的压力,同时该金属有机络合物无炭黑的颜色,提高了导电塑料母粒的应用范围;
2、本发明的导电塑料母粒中还含有发泡剂,在塑料中发泡,提高了金属有机络合物接触的几率,从而提高了塑料制品的导电性能。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1
一种导电塑料母粒,其组分配方如下:
聚酯树脂(中国仪征化纤有限公司生产的PET膜级切片,商品牌号为FG620) 45kg
硫酸镍 0.1kg
三乙醇胺 0.5kg
碳酸钠 3kg
山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯 3kg
二苯胺 0.5kg
过氧化氢二异丙苯 0.3kg
该导电塑料母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的硫酸镍、三乙醇胺、碳酸钠、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯和二苯胺、过氧化氢二异丙苯投入到高速混合机中混合均匀,然后和聚酯树脂切片通过失重称添加到双螺杆挤出机中进行充分混炼,均化得到熔融混合物,所述的双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为270℃,螺杆转速为500r/min;
(2)将步骤(1)中的熔融混合物通过溶体泵增压和过滤器过滤后得到熔融物;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的熔融物拉条,通过水槽冷却,然后通过除水器除水,切粒,即得所述的导电塑料母粒。
实施例2
一种导电塑料母粒,其组分配方如下:
聚酯树脂(中国仪征化纤有限公司生产的PET膜级切片,商品牌号为FG620) 40kg
硫酸铜 0.05kg
N-甲基二乙醇胺 0.1kg
碳酸镁 1kg
聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯 2kg
对苯二胺 0.5kg
过氧化苯甲酰 0.8kg
该导电塑料母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的硫酸铜、N-甲基二乙醇胺、碳酸镁、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯和对苯二胺、过氧化苯甲酰投入到高速混合机中混合均匀,然后和聚酯树脂切片通过失重称添加到双螺杆挤出机中进行充分混炼,均化得到熔融混合物,所述的双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为275℃,螺杆转速为400r/min;
(2)将步骤(1)中的熔融混合物通过溶体泵增压和过滤器过滤后得到熔融物;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的熔融物拉条,通过水槽冷却,然后通过除水器除水,切粒,即得所述的导电塑料母粒。
实施例3
一种导电塑料母粒,其组分配方如下:
聚酯树脂(中国仪征化纤有限公司生产的PET膜级切片,商品牌号为FG620) 50kg
硫酸镍 0.2kg
1-二甲胺基-2-丙醇 1kg
碳酸氢钠 5kg
聚氧乙烯酰胺 5kg
二氢喹啉 0.9kg
过氧化二异丙苯 1.0kg
该导电塑料母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的硫酸镍、1-二甲胺基-2-丙醇、碳酸氢钠、聚氧乙烯酰胺和二氢喹啉、过氧化二异丙苯投入到高速混合机中混合均匀,然后和聚酯树脂切片通过失重称添加到双螺杆挤出机中进行充分混炼,均化得到熔融混合物,所述的双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为265℃,螺杆转速为300r/min;
(2)将步骤(1)中的熔融混合物通过溶体泵增压和过滤器过滤后得到熔融物;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的熔融物拉条,通过水槽冷却,然后通过除水器除水,切粒,即得所述的导电塑料母粒。
将实施例1-3所得的导电塑料母粒按3%的添加量到聚酯反射膜的辅层中,与传统的添加有3%抗静电剂的聚酯反射膜在不同湿度下测试表面电阻,记录到表1中。

由上表数据可以看出,传统的添加有抗静电剂的聚酯反射膜随着湿度的降低,其表面电阻是增大的,在湿度38%RH时表面电阻为1012.5Ω,无法满足抗静电的要求,而本发明提供的导电塑料母粒添加的聚酯反射膜具有优异且稳定的抗静电性能。

Claims (8)
1.一种导电塑料母粒,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的物质:聚酯树脂40-50份、过渡金属盐0.05-0.2份、含胺基和羟基的有机络合剂0.1-1份、发泡剂1-5份、表面活性剂2-5份、加工助剂0.1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电塑料母粒,其特征在于:所述的过渡金属盐中的过渡金属为镍、钴、铜中的一种或至少两种的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导电塑料母粒,其特征在于:所述的含胺基和羟基的有机络合剂为三乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺,1-二甲胺基-2-丙醇,二丁基氨基乙醇中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导电塑料母粒,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂包括无机发泡剂和有机发泡剂;和/或
所述的无机发泡剂为碳酸盐;
所述的有机发泡剂为偶氮化合物、磺酰肼类化合物和亚硝基化合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的导电塑料母粒,其特征在于:所述的加工助剂包括抗氧剂、交联剂中的一种或多种混合物。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的导电塑料母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)称取配方量的过渡金属盐、含胺基和羟基的有机络合剂、发泡剂、表面活性剂和加工助剂投入到高速混合机中混合均匀,然后和聚酯树脂切片通过失重称添加到双螺杆挤出机中进行充分混炼,均化得到熔融混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)中的熔融混合物通过溶体泵增压和过滤器过滤后得到熔融物;
(3)将步骤(2)中所得的熔融物拉条,通过水槽冷却,然后通过除水器除水,切粒,即得所述的导电母粒。
7.根据权利要求6所述的导电塑料母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,所述的双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为250-280℃,螺杆转速为200-600r/min。
8.一种如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的导电塑料母粒的用途,其特征在于:将所述的导电母粒添加到聚酯反射膜的辅层中,所述的聚酯反射膜包括设置在主层两侧的辅层。
