Abstract

本发明主要是提供一种改良型卫星天线盘体唇缘,其主要是在卫星天线的盘体冲压成型时,先于盘边缘处预留适当长度的唇缘,该唇缘并再经由模具的卷压后形成「ρ」状,藉此,除令唇缘不会有锋利的边缘外,且能够增加其结构强度及抗风的效果。

Description

卫星天线盘体唇缘
本发明涉及卫星天线盘体,尤指一种卫星(碟型)天线的盘体唇缘。
已有传统的卫星(碟型)天线(如图1所示),其盘体A在冲压成型时,是将唇缘A1一起挤压成「L」型,并将边缘多余部份予以裁切,而由于边缘A2部份经切除后会形成极为锋利状,就算该盘体A经表面处理及烤漆后,仍有令搬运或组装人员发生刮伤的危险,再者,因已有的卫星天线盘体A的唇缘A1仅设成「L」型,所以其结构性及抗风性极差,容易因不当碰撞而凹陷损坏。
有鉴于此,本发明人乃经过长时间的精心设计、开发,并针对已有卫星天线所产生的缺点作一彻底解决、改善,而有了本发明「改良型卫星天线盘体唇缘」的产生。
本发明的主要目的,是提供一种「改良型卫星天线盘体唇缘」,其藉由该改良的结构,除令卫星天线盘体唇缘不会有锋利的边缘外,且能够增加其结构强度及抗风的效果,如此,以提供产品及人员的安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明所使用的技术手段为:一种卫星天线盘体唇缘,其特征在于:主要是在卫星天线的盘体冲压成型时,先于盘边处预留一段长度的唇缘,该唇缘并再经由模具的卷压后形成一除令唇缘不会有锋利的边缘外且能够增加其结构强度及抗风效果的ρ状。
本发明所提供的卫星天线盘体唇缘,其唇缘是呈「ρ」状,没有已有卫星天线盘体的呈「L」的唇缘的锋利的边缘,且该「ρ」的唇缘更可用来增加整体卫星天线盘体的结构强度及抗风的效果,可确保产品及人员的安全性。
下面结合附图举一较佳的实施例对本发明详述于后,以使对本发明更易于了解。
图1是已有卫星天线盘体的部份剖面示意图。
图2是本发明的卫星天线盘体的部份剖面示意图。标号简单说明:
1盘体    11盘边    12唇缘    13边缘
如图2所示,本发明是在卫星天线的盘体1冲压成型时,先于盘边11处预留适当长度的唇缘12,该唇缘12并再经由模具的卷压后,在位于边缘13处是以环状向唇缘12内侧卷绕成型,而唇缘12则形成如「ρ」状,藉此,不但令唇缘12不会有锋利的边缘外,且能够利用唇缘12来增加其结构强度及抗风的效果,以确保产品及人员的安全性。
综上所述,本发明「改良型卫星天线盘体唇缘」,不但能够有效的解决已有卫星天线盘体所产生的缺陷,且具有「创新性」及「可供产业的利用性」。

1.一种卫星天线盘体唇缘,其特征在于:主要是在卫星天线的盘体冲压成型时,先于盘边处预留一段长度的唇缘,该唇缘并再经由模具的卷压后形成-除令唇缘不会有锋利的边缘外且能够增加其结构强度及抗风效果的ρ状。
