现有技术大多数为电源线带数据线在一起和电源线带同轴线在一起,也有数据线和同轴线合在一起,数据线和同轴线合在一起时,由于它们都是通信电缆类,传输信号有互相干扰的现象。本发明是电源线、数据线和同轴线合在一起,并且将电源线安在中间,致使数据线和同轴线信号不互相产生干扰,本发明提供的一种综合电缆的制作方法,该方法制备的电源线安在中间,致使两边的数据线和同轴线信号不互相产生干扰,使用时安装方便快捷,电缆外形简捷、大方、漂亮。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种综合电缆的制作方法,具体来说分为以下几个步骤,
(1)数据线缆芯制作:在导体外绝缘挤出一层绝缘层,共制成四对芯线,将四对芯线按不同节距绞合,得到数据线缆芯。
(2)电源线缆芯制作:在导体外绝缘挤出一层绝缘层,同时放入排流线,得到电源线缆芯。
(3)同轴编织芯制作:在导体外绝缘挤出一层绝缘层,屏蔽层与外导体采用双面自粘铜箔和镀锡铜丝编织;制成同轴编织芯。
(4)外护套制作:将步骤(1)中的数据线缆芯、步骤(2)中的电源线缆芯、步骤(3)中的同轴编织芯平行排列,然后挤包成外护套。
优选的,所述的步骤(1)、步骤(2)和步骤(3)中的导体材料均为铜,以满足优良的导电性能要求。
优选的,所述的步骤(1)中绝缘层材质为PE或者PP;所述的步骤(2)中绝缘层材质为PVC;所述的步骤(3)中绝缘层材质为FPE,以满足优良的绝缘性能要求。

一种综合电缆的制作方法,具体来说分为以下几个步骤,
(1)数据线缆芯制作:在导体外绝缘挤出一层绝缘层,共制成四对芯线,将四对芯线按不同节距绞合,得到数据线缆芯。
(2)电源线缆芯制作:在导体外绝缘挤出一层绝缘层,同时放入排流线,得到电源线缆芯。
(3)同轴编织芯制作:在导体外绝缘挤出一层绝缘层,屏蔽层与外导体采用双面自粘铜箔和镀锡铜丝编织;制成同轴编织芯。
(4)外护套制作:将步骤(1)中的数据线缆芯、步骤(2)中的电源线缆芯、步骤(3)中的同轴编织芯平行排列,电源线缆芯放置中间,然后挤包外护套。

(1)、数据线缆芯制作:在导体外绝缘挤出一层绝缘层,共制成四对芯线,将四对芯线按不同节距绞合,得到数据线缆芯;
(2)、电源线缆芯制作:在导体外绝缘挤出一层绝缘层,同时放入排流线,得到电源线缆芯;
(3)、同轴编织芯制作:在导体外绝缘挤出一层绝缘层,屏蔽层与外导体采用双面自粘铜箔和镀锡铜丝编织;制成同轴编织芯;
(4)、外护套制作:将步骤(1)中的数据线缆芯、步骤(2)中的电源线缆芯、步骤(3)中的同轴编织芯平行排列,电源线缆芯放置中间,然后挤包外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合电缆的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)、步骤(2)和步骤(3)中的导体材料均为铜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种综合电缆的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中绝缘层材质为PE或者PP;所述的步骤(2)中绝缘层材质为PVC;所述的步骤(3)中绝缘层材质为FPE。
