本发明公开了一种预制砼槽型空心板‑‑叠合梁楼盖,它由预制砼槽型空心板和后浇叠合梁组合而成;所述预制砼槽型空心板,它由腹板和水平顶板组成;所述腹板为两条沿水平顶板长度方向布置于顶板的两边与水平顶板等长的矩型梁,在腹板的底部沿板长方向向外伸出有纵向翼缘。所述水平顶板为空心板,其中的圆孔为等间距设置的横向贯通圆孔。施工时,先将数块预制砼槽型空心板安装好后,其相邻两块预制砼槽型空心板的腹板和翼缘就成为了后浇叠合梁的模板,然后通过绑扎叠合梁钢筋和浇筑叠合梁砼,将预制砼槽型空心板叠合成装配整体式叠合梁板楼盖。本发明具有自重轻、预制率高、整体性好、施工方便、速度快、造价低等特点。市场前景广阔。

本发明涉及一种建筑楼盖,具体涉及一种预制砼槽型空心板--叠合梁楼盖。
背景技术
在我国目前大力推进的装配式钢筋砼建筑中,装配整体式钢筋砼叠合楼盖作为最主要的PC构件得到了快速发展,但目前采用的钢筋砼叠合楼盖,虽然具有生产工艺简单、安装方便、施工快速、结构安全可靠的优点,但这些叠合楼板大都是实心板,楼板的自重大,应用跨度小,同时,还需进行后浇叠合层的施工,因此目前的叠合楼板的造价一般都高于现浇板的造价。所以为降低装配式建筑的施工造价,促进装配式建筑的发展,研发新型的预制率高、施工简便、造价低的装配整体式砼叠合楼盖,是十分急需和非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种预制砼槽型空心板--叠合梁楼盖,它具有自重轻、预制率高、整体性好、施工方便、速度快、造价低等特点。本发明公开了一种预制砼槽型空心板--叠合梁楼盖,它由预制砼槽型空心板和后浇叠合梁组合而成;施工时,先将数块预制砼槽型空心板安装好后,其相邻两块预制砼槽型空心板的腹板和翼缘就成为了后浇叠合梁的模板,然后通过绑扎叠合梁钢筋和浇筑叠合梁砼,将预制砼槽型空心板叠合成装配整体式叠合梁板楼盖。所述预制砼槽型空心板,它由腹板和水平顶板组成;所述腹板为两条沿水平顶板长度方向布置于顶板的两边与水平顶板等长的矩型梁;所述水平顶板为空心板,其中的圆孔为等间距设置的横向贯通圆孔。所述预制砼槽型空心板中的腹板的底部沿板长方向向外伸出有纵向翼缘。所述预制砼槽型空心板中的腹板底部受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋。所述后浇叠合梁在后浇砼时,其流入预制砼槽型空心板的水平顶板圆孔中的砼就形成了砼榫头,用以保证预制砼槽型空心板和后浇叠合梁的连接可靠。本发明为预制砼槽型空心板和后浇叠合梁叠合而成的装配整体式楼盖,其中的预制砼槽型空心板的顶板采用空心板,降低了自重,节约了砼和钢筋的用量。同时其两条腹板在施工时,作为后浇叠合梁的模板,施工完成后又和后浇叠合梁一起形成叠合框架梁,共同承担荷载作用。所以本发明具有自重轻、预制率高、整体性好、施工方便、速度快、造价低等特点。市场前景广阔。 附图说明:图1为本发明的立体示意图。图2为本发明的横截面示意图。图3为本发明中预制砼槽型空心板的纵截面示意图。具体实施方式:如图1-3所示,本实施例公开了一种,它由预制砼槽型空心板1和后浇叠合梁2组合而成。所述预制砼槽型空心板1,它由腹板11和水平顶板12组成;所述腹板11为两条沿水平顶板长度方向布置于顶板的两边与水平顶板等长的矩型梁;所述水平顶板12为空心板,其中的圆孔121为等间距设置的横向贯通圆孔。所述预制砼槽型空心板1中的腹板11的底部沿板长方向向外伸出有纵向翼缘111。所述预制砼槽型空心板1中的腹板11底部受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋。所述后浇叠合梁2在后浇砼时,其流入预制砼槽型空心板的水平顶板圆孔中的砼就形成了砼榫头21,用以保证预制砼槽型空心板和后浇叠合梁的连接可靠。施工时,先将数块预制砼槽型空心板1安装好后,其相邻两块预制砼槽型空心板的腹板11和翼缘111就成为了后浇叠合梁2的模板,然后通过绑扎叠合梁钢筋和浇筑叠合梁砼,将预制砼槽型空心板叠合成装配整体式叠合梁板楼盖。本实施例为预制砼槽型空心板和后浇叠合梁叠合而成的装配整体式楼盖,其中的预制砼槽型空心板的顶板采用空心板,降低了自重,节约了砼和钢筋的用量。同时其两条腹板在施工时,作为后浇叠合梁的模板,施工完成后又和后浇叠合梁一起形成叠合框架梁,共同承担荷载作用。所以本发明具有自重轻、预制率高、整体性好、施工方便、速度快、造价低等特点。市场前景广阔。

1.一种预制砼槽型空心板--叠合梁楼盖,其特征在于:它由预制砼槽型空心板和后浇叠合梁组合而成;施工时,先将数块预制砼槽型空心板安装好后,其相邻两块预制砼槽型空心板的腹板和翼缘就成为了后浇叠合梁的模板,然后通过绑扎叠合梁钢筋和浇筑叠合梁砼,将预制砼槽型空心板叠合成装配整体式叠合梁板楼盖。
