Abstract
本发明公开了一种印刷用多功能切纸刀,包括工作台、切割电机和液压泵,工作台一端上方设有升降板,升降板上方设有切割电机,切割电机一端连接有输出轴,输出轴上连接有切割盘,升降板外端中部连接有调节杆,工作台一侧壁上连接有隔离板,工作台另一端一角设有活动件,活动件一侧连接有定位板,活动件顶端连接有支撑杆,支撑杆一侧连接有扳手,扳手中部下方连接有切刀,扳手顶端下方连接有液压杆,液压杆底端连接有液压泵,通过在扳手一端设有液压杆和液压泵组合,用于动过液压力带动扳手对纸张进行切割,实现自动化切割,便于减轻操作人员的劳动力;在工作台上设有切割电机和切割板,用于切割印刷后的书本,便于切割,保持切割边的整齐度。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷技术领域,特别涉及一种印刷用多功能切纸刀。
背景技术
印刷(Graphic Communications即图形传播的)是将文字、图画、照片、防伪等原稿经制版、施墨、加压等工序,使油墨转移到纸张、织品、塑料品、皮革等材料表面上,批量复制原稿内容的技术,在印刷中通常有平板纸印刷(又称单张纸印刷,是应用平板纸进行印刷)和卷筒纸印刷(也称轮转印刷,是使用卷筒纸印刷的方法),在这两种印刷中都需要输纸装置为其供纸,而在印刷用纸时,由于需要不同的纸张,因此需要对纸张进行切割,而现有切纸刀结功能单一,大多采用手动下压扳手的形式进行切割,当切割量较大时,手动操作致使手臂酸痛麻木,严重影响切割效率,同时大大增加了人工劳动力,在复印好以后装订成书本后难以用手动扳手进行修剪和切割,严重影响工作质量和效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种印刷用多功能切纸刀,解决了现有功能单一的问题,同时增加了其实用功能。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种技术方案:
一种印刷用多功能切纸刀,包括工作台、切割电机和液压泵,所述工作台一端上方设有升降板,所述升降板上方设有所述切割电机,所述切割电机一端连接有输出轴,所述输出轴上连接有切割盘,所述升降板外端中部连接有调节杆,所述工作台一侧壁上连接有隔离板,所述工作台另一端一角设有活动件,所述活动件一侧连接有定位板,所述活动件顶端连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆一侧连接有扳手,所述扳手中部下方连接有切刀,所述扳手顶端下方连接有液压杆,所述液压杆底端连接有所述液压泵,所述工作台的外侧壁中部设有若干控制按钮。
作为优选,所述隔离板包括防护盖、照明灯连接杆、放置槽、照明灯和挂钩,所述隔离板中部内侧连接有所述防护盖,所述隔离板中部外侧连接有所述照明灯连接杆,所述照明灯连接杆上连接有所述照明灯,所述隔离板另一端内侧设有所述放置槽,所述防护盖一侧且位于所述隔离板内壁上连接有若干所述挂钩,所述挂钩与所述隔离板之间均通过设有的螺栓连接,所述防护盖与所述隔离板之间通过设有的铰链连接,所述切割盘下方且位于所述工作台内部设有切割槽,所述控制按钮与所述照明灯电性连接。
作为优选,所述防护盖采用透明材质制作。
作为优选,所述工作台底部四角均连接有支撑腿,所述支撑腿底部均连接有防滑垫。
作为优选,所述控制按钮分别与所述切割电机和所述液压泵电性连接。
作为优选,所述工作台一端且位于所述活动件的内侧设有定位装置,所述定位装置包括挡板、弹簧定位按钮、压板和连接件,所述定位装置下方且位于所述工作台上设有所述挡板,所述挡板一侧连接有所述压板,所述挡板上方内部设有定位槽,所述定位槽上连接有所述弹簧定位按钮,所述弹簧定位按钮与所述定位槽之间且位于所述压板上连接有所述连接件,所述弹簧定位按钮与所述挡板之间通过设有的螺杆连接,所述挡板与所述工作台之间通过设有的螺母连接。
作为优选,所述工作台一端且位于所述压板下方设有测量板。
作为优选,所述扳手顶端且位于所述液压杆的连接处设有把手套,所述液压杆与所述扳手之间可拆卸连接。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明具有结构合理简单,使用方便,通过在扳手一端设有液压杆和液压泵组合,液压泵带动液压杆收缩,液压杆将扳手拉下,从而对纸张进行切割,实现自动化切割,便于减轻操作人员的劳动力;在工作台上设有切割电机和切割板,用于切割印刷后的书本,便于切割,保持切割边的整齐度;工作台一侧设有隔离板,用于和外部环境隔离,防止切割碎屑乱飞;通过以上多方面考虑,合理设计,大大提高实用功能问题。

如图1-3所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:一种印刷用多功能切纸刀,包括工作台1、切割电机2和液压泵3,工作台1一端上方设有升降板6,升降板6上方设有切割电机2,切割电机2一端连接有输出轴7,输出轴7上连接有切割盘5,升降板6外端中部连接有调节杆8,工作台1一侧壁上连接有隔离板9,工作台1另一端一角设有活动件4,活动件4一侧连接有定位板16,活动件4顶端连接有支撑杆17,支撑杆17一侧连接有扳手18,扳手18中部下方连接有切刀19,扳手18顶端下方连接有液压杆21,液压杆21底端连接有液压泵3,工作台1的外侧壁中部设有若干控制按钮29。
其中,隔离板9包括防护盖24、照明灯连接杆25、放置槽26、照明灯27和挂钩23,隔离板9中部内侧连接有防护盖24,隔离板9中部外侧连接有照明灯连接杆25,照明灯连接杆25上连接有照明灯27,隔离板9另一端内侧设有放置槽26,防护盖24一侧且位于隔离板9内壁上连接有若干挂钩23,挂钩23与隔离板9之间均通过设有的螺栓30连接,防护盖24与隔离板9之间通过设有的铰链31连接,切割盘5下方且位于工作台1内部设有切割槽,控制按钮29与照明灯27电性连接。
其中,防护盖24采用透明材质制作,用于遮挡切割时留下的碎屑,同时便于观察。
其中,工作台1底部四角均连接有支撑腿28,支撑腿28底部均连接有防滑垫,起到支撑防滑的作用。
其中,控制按钮29分别与切割电机2和液压泵3电性连接,便于操控。
其中,工作台1一端且位于活动件4的内侧设有定位装置22,定位装置22包括挡板12、弹簧定位按钮11、压板14和连接件15,定位装置22下方且位于工作台1上设有挡板12,挡板12一侧连接有压板14,挡板12上方内部设有定位槽10,定位槽10上连接有弹簧定位按钮11,弹簧定位按钮11与定位槽10之间且位于压板14上连接有连接件15,弹簧定位按钮11与挡板12之间通过设有的螺杆连接,挡板12与工作台1之间通过设有的螺母连接。
其中,工作台1一端且位于压板14下方设有测量板13,用于测量纸张切割尺寸。
其中,扳手18顶端且位于液压杆21的连接处设有把手套20,防止手动切割时脱手,液压杆21与扳手18之间可拆卸连接,实现自动和手动一体化的功能。
本发明的使用状态为:本发明具有结构合理简单,使用方便,使用时,首先将纸张放在测量板13上,然后将连接件15抬起,将压板14压在纸张上,最后将纸张带切割面放在切刀19的正下方工作台1的边缘处,调整好切割角度,将定位板16压在纸张上,通过控制按钮29开启液压泵3带动液压杆21收缩,液压杆21将扳手18拉下,完成对纸张的切割,通过多次将纸张固定,大大提高切割的精准度,当需要切割较厚的书本时,首先通过旋转调节杆8将升降板6升起或降下至切割盘5在切割槽内的厚度大于书本厚度,然后通过控制按钮29开启切割电机2带动切割盘5转动,最后将书本沿着切割边慢慢抵住切割盘5进行切割,防护盖24采用透明材质制作,用于遮挡切割时留下的碎屑,同时便于观察,工作台1底部四角均连接有支撑腿28,支撑腿28底部均连接有防滑垫,起到支撑防滑的作用,控制按钮29分别与切割电机2和液压泵3电性连接,便于操控,工作台1一端且位于压板14下方设有测量板13,用于测量纸张切割尺寸,扳手18顶端且位于液压杆21的连接处设有把手套20,防止手动切割时脱手,液压杆21与扳手18之间可拆卸连接,实现自动和手动一体化的功能。
