背景技术
卫生巾是一种对液体具有吸收力的物质,属于女性专用护理产品,卫生巾主要的材质为棉状纸浆和高分子吸收体,用来吸收女性月经来潮时,自阴道流出的经血,以免弄脏衣物。目前,现有妇女卫生的新设计和新功能层出不穷,但是大多数都是防漏功能和加长加大型的,但女性在生理期的时候,经血是人体内的一种污血,所以排除体外时带有很强的异味,用卫生巾也容易滋生很多细菌。卫生巾的表层是与人体直接接触进行体液吸收的,因此表层材料的好坏直接影响了使用者的体验,现有的卫生巾与人体皮肤接触的表层大多为合成纤维、无纺布等普通的面料,由于表层面料吸收体液速度有限,使得经血在卫生巾表层扩散长期停留,且合成纤维、无纺布等与会阴私处摩擦导致私处色素沉淀,影响美观。而卫生巾的吸水速度和吸水量是比较重要的性能指标,一般情况下会与厚度呈正比,即吸水速度和吸水量大时其芯体厚度也会较大;但芯体厚度增大后会影响用户的舒适度,所以,一般情况下,吸水速度和吸水量这个指标与用户使用舒适度呈反比。传统的卫生巾虽然在材质和结构方面尽量改进以实现在较小厚度前提下尽量提高吸水速度和吸水量,但目前来看效果依然难以满足用户需求。

一种可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,包括卫生巾本体和设置在卫生巾本体两侧带有粘接功能的护翼 ,所述卫生巾本体包括由上而下排列的面层、渗水层、吸水层和透气底膜,所述面层上设有抑菌药物层,所述抑菌药物层包括下列重量份的原料:紫杉醇10-20份、纳米银4-8份、负离子粉2-6份和远红外纳米粉2-6份,所述卫生巾本体周边设有一圈防侧漏压缩槽,所述吸水层包括外吸水层和内吸水层,外吸水层设有内腔,内吸水层置于外吸水层的内腔内,内吸水层为折叠后形成的双层结构。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述抑菌药物层包括下列重量份的原料:紫杉醇15份、纳米银6份、负离子粉4份和远红外纳米粉4份。

S1:将紫杉醇、纳米银、负离子粉和远红外纳米粉按重量份制备成水溶液,药物组合物的浓度为5000-8000ppm;
S2:向步骤S1中配置好的药物组合物溶液中加入水溶性基质,搅拌均匀,使得药物组合物的浓度为1000-1600ppm;
S3:将步骤S2中得到的组合物倒入片膜内成型后脱膜,然后按常规卫生巾工艺生产。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,包括卫生巾本体1和设置在卫生巾本体两侧带有粘接功能的护翼 2,所述卫生巾本体1包括由上而下排列的面层5、渗水层6、吸水层和透气底膜9,所述面层5上设有抑菌药物层3,所述卫生巾本体1周边设有一圈防侧漏压缩槽4,防侧漏压缩槽4上设有高低不同的凹槽,能有效的防止测漏,所述吸水层包括外吸水层7和内吸水层8,外吸水层7设有内腔,内吸水层8置于外吸水7的内腔内,内吸水层8为折叠后形成的双层结构,外吸水层7和内吸水层8均为表面附着有高分子吸水树脂的吸收纸。
所述抑菌药物层3包括下列重量份的原料:紫杉醇10份;纳米银4份;负离子粉2份和远红外纳米粉2份。
所述纳米银的粒径为5纳米。
所述紫杉醇是从裸子植物红豆杉的树皮分离提纯的天然次生代谢产物。
所述抑菌药物层3的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将紫杉醇、纳米银、负离子粉和远红外纳米粉按重量份制备成水溶液,药物组合物的浓度为5000ppmppm;
S2:向步骤S1中配置好的药物组合物溶液中加入水溶性基质,搅拌均匀,使得药物组合物的浓度为1000ppm,水溶性基质包括明胶、月桂酸甘油酯和水;所述明胶、月桂酸甘油酯和水之间的质量比为1:1:1;
S3:将步骤S2中得到的组合物倒入片膜内成型后脱膜,然后按常规卫生巾工艺生产。
实施例2
请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,包括卫生巾本体1和设置在卫生巾本体两侧带有粘接功能的护翼 2,所述卫生巾本体1包括由上而下排列的面层5、渗水层6、吸水层和透气底膜9,所述面层5上设有抑菌药物层3,所述卫生巾本体1周边设有一圈防侧漏压缩槽4,防侧漏压缩槽4上设有高低不同的凹槽,能有效的防止测漏,所述吸水层包括外吸水层7和内吸水层8,外吸水层7设有内腔,内吸水层8置于外吸水7的内腔内,内吸水层8为折叠后形成的双层结构,外吸水层7和内吸水层8均为表面附着有高分子吸水树脂的吸收纸。
所述抑菌药物层3包括下列重量份的原料:紫杉醇15份;纳米银6份;负离子粉4份和远红外纳米粉4份。
所述纳米银的粒径为10纳米。
所述紫杉醇是从裸子植物红豆杉的树皮分离提纯的天然次生代谢产物。
所述抑菌药物层3的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将紫杉醇、纳米银、负离子粉和远红外纳米粉按重量份制备成水溶液,药物组合物的浓度为6500ppm;
S2:向步骤S1中配置好的药物组合物溶液中加入水溶性基质,搅拌均匀,使得药物组合物的浓度为1300ppm,水溶性基质包括明胶、月桂酸甘油酯和水;所述明胶、月桂酸甘油酯和水之间的质量比为1:1:1;
S3:将步骤S2中得到的组合物倒入片膜内成型后脱膜,然后按常规卫生巾工艺生产。
实施例3
请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,包括卫生巾本体1和设置在卫生巾本体两侧带有粘接功能的护翼 2,所述卫生巾本体1包括由上而下排列的面层5、渗水层6、吸水层和透气底膜9,所述面层5上设有抑菌药物层3,所述卫生巾本体1周边设有一圈防侧漏压缩槽4,防侧漏压缩槽4上设有高低不同的凹槽,能有效的防止测漏,所述吸水层包括外吸水层7和内吸水层8,外吸水层7设有内腔,内吸水层8置于外吸水7的内腔内,内吸水层8为折叠后形成的双层结构,外吸水层7和内吸水层8均为表面附着有高分子吸水树脂的吸收纸。
所述抑菌药物层3包括下列重量份的原料:紫杉醇20份;纳米银8份;负离子粉6份和远红外纳米粉6份。
所述纳米银的粒径为15纳米。
所述紫杉醇是从裸子植物红豆杉的树皮分离提纯的天然次生代谢产物。
所述抑菌药物层3的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将紫杉醇、纳米银、负离子粉和远红外纳米粉按重量份制备成水溶液,药物组合物的浓度为8000ppm;
S2:向步骤S1中配置好的药物组合物溶液中加入水溶性基质,搅拌均匀,使得药物组合物的浓度为1600ppm,水溶性基质包括明胶、月桂酸甘油酯和水;所述明胶、月桂酸甘油酯和水之间的质量比为1:1:1;
S3:将步骤S2中得到的组合物倒入片膜内成型后脱膜,然后按常规卫生巾工艺生产。
本发明设置的抑菌药物层中含有紫杉醇,具有强效抗氧化的作用,能够抑制黑色素的沉淀,淡化私处色素,减少色斑,纳米银具有止痒抗菌的作用,还能够有效的抑制细菌的滋生,保持私处环境净爽,负离子粉和远红外纳米粉大大提高了净化私处的效果,还能够对私处加热升温,起到温暖子宫的作用;卫生巾本体周边设有一圈防侧漏压缩槽能有效的防止测漏,通过将卫生巾本体设计为内外结构的双层结构,使卫生巾本体同时具有吸收均匀、吸收快、吸量大、不反渗、芯体超薄的特点,使其使用舒适性大大提高。

Claims (9)
1.一种可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,包括卫生巾本体(1)和设置在卫生巾本体两侧带有粘接功能的护翼 (2),其特征在于,所述卫生巾本体(1)包括由上而下排列的面层(5)、渗水层(6)、吸水层和透气底膜(9),所述面层(5)上设有抑菌药物层(3),所述抑菌药物层(3)包括下列重量份的原料:紫杉醇10-20份、纳米银4-8份、负离子粉2-6份和远红外纳米粉2-6份,所述卫生巾本体(1)周边设有一圈防侧漏压缩槽(4),所述吸水层包括外吸水层(7)和内吸水层(8),外吸水层(7)设有内腔,内吸水层(8)置于外吸水层(7)的内腔内,内吸水层(8)为折叠后形成的双层结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,其特征在于,所述抑菌药物层(3)包括下列重量份的原料:紫杉醇15份、纳米银6份、负离子粉4份和远红外纳米粉4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,其特征在于,所述纳米银的粒径为5-15纳米。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,其特征在于,所述紫杉醇是从裸子植物红豆杉的树皮分离提纯的天然次生代谢产物。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,其特征在于,所述抑菌药物层(3)的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将紫杉醇、纳米银、负离子粉和远红外纳米粉按重量份制备成水溶液,药物组合物的浓度为5000-8000ppm;
S2:向步骤S1中配置好的药物组合物溶液中加入水溶性基质,搅拌均匀,使得药物组合物的浓度为1000-1600ppm;
S3:将步骤S2中得到的组合物倒入片膜内成型后脱膜,然后按常规卫生巾工艺生产。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述水溶性基质包括明胶、月桂酸甘油酯和水。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,其特征在于,所述明胶、月桂酸甘油酯和水之间的质量比为1:1:1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,其特征在于,所述防侧漏压缩槽4上设有高低不同的凹槽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可以抑菌淡化色素的薄型卫生巾,其特征在于,所述外吸水层(7)和内吸水层(8)均为表面附着有高分子吸水树脂的吸收纸。
