Abstract
本发明公开了一种番薯切丝机,所述的番薯切丝机包括底座、导料槽、转盘切刀;所述底座,上面为一块长方形支撑板,支撑板四个角下面设有四个垫板,垫板下连接圆柱;所述导料槽安装在所述底座表面,所述导料槽分为支座和导料口,导料口安装在支座上;所述转盘切刀,由转轴支座、手把、转轴、转盘、丝刀组成,转轴连接手把安装在转轴支座上,转轴一头连接安装转盘,丝刀则安装在转盘上。本发明结构简单,设计科学合理,解决了传统农村家庭需要人工手动番薯切丝存在的效率低,劳动强度大,易弄伤手的问题,还解决了目前市场上番薯切丝机在切丝时番薯容易卡料的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于农业用品技术领域,具体来说是一种番薯切丝机。
背景技术
番薯是一种营养齐全而丰富的天然滋补食品,在我国广大农村人们都喜欢把番薯切丝晒干用来煮糖水食用或者作为饲料用于为养牲畜。
传统的番薯切丝都是人们切菜似的,把番薯垫在木板上一只手扶着番薯,另一只手用刀切;或者用推刨来刨丝,也是用一只手拿着番薯放在推刨上来回推动刨丝。以上的两种方式,都存在效率低,劳动强度大,还极易弄伤手。
目前市场上的番薯切丝装置,都可以快速的进行切丝,但是都是把若干个番薯倒入导料槽内,形状大小不同的番薯在导槽料内无法进行有效的移动,极其容易卡住,需要人工用手去搬动纠正才可以正常落料切丝,这样效率上也会大大折扣。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种番薯切丝机。
本发明的目的通过以下方式来实现:
一种番薯切丝机,所述的番薯切丝机包括底座、导料槽、转盘切刀;所述底座,上面为一块长方形支撑板,支撑板四个角下面设有四个垫板,垫板下连接圆柱;所述导料槽安装在所述底座表面,所述导料槽分为支座和导料口,导料口安装在支座上;所述转盘切刀,由转轴支座、手把、转轴、转盘、丝刀组成,转轴连接手把安装在转轴支座上,转轴一头连接安装转盘,丝刀则安装在转盘上。
优选的,所述的导料槽支座,安装在所述转盘切刀支座右侧,支座上表面为斜面,斜面与支座立柱夹角角度为75度。75度形成较好的下滑面,可以让番薯仔导料槽内自行向下滑落。
优选的,所述的导料槽导料口,安装在支座斜面上,外形为倒角四方形,内部为口字型;导料口内侧底部开有方形凹槽,方形凹槽两侧边上均匀设有直径1mm开孔,开孔安装直径3mm的滚轴。内部为口字型,可以做到左右上下四面是封闭性,保证番薯只会向前下滑。滚轴保证让番薯在滚轴的作用下向下滚动,不会因为是平面摩擦力过大卡住番薯。
优选的,所述的导料槽导料口,内侧左右两侧设有导料辅助手,内侧左右两侧靠近进料端设有导料辅助手固定孔,导料辅助手固定孔前面设有横向导料调节弹簧固定孔;导料辅助手前端与导料口内侧表面接触面设有横向导料调节弹簧固定孔。不同长度的番薯横向放入导料槽内,导料辅助手会在不同长度番薯的压力下进行打开不同大小的开口,同时在横向导料调节弹簧的反作用力下,导料辅助手会持续根据两个作用力下对番薯进行把握固定为横向。
优选的,所述的导料辅助手,顶部两侧设有纵向导料调节弹簧固定孔,固定孔内连接弹簧一头,弹簧另一头连接纵向导料调节板;纵向导料调节板内设有凹槽,凹槽内侧两边上均匀设有直径1mm开孔,开孔安装直径3mm的滚轴。纵向导料调节板对番薯有个纵向的固定,保证番薯不会纵向弹出;纵向导料调节弹簧可以自动适应不同大小的番薯,对其进行纵向固定;滚轴保证番薯在受到下压的作用力时不会卡住,可以滚动。
优选的,所述的单边导料辅助手打开角度为0度-45度。双边导料辅助手协同配合打开复位的角度尽可能满足不同长度番薯的需求。
优选的,所述的转盘切刀,丝刀安装在转盘上,每90度安装一把,共四把;丝刀刀口为倾斜状,倾斜处在转盘背部;转盘设有折边,折边往外。每90度一把丝刀,让转盘带动丝刀对番薯切丝更均匀,受力均匀,不会打飞番薯,也不会因为丝刀切丝点不均匀导致番薯过量伸出,存在卡住丝刀的可能性;倾斜状刀口可以更好的切入番薯,切好的番薯丝会顺着倾斜的刀口带出,不会堵塞丝刀;转盘折边防止切好的番薯丝乱飞溅。
优选的,所述内容材料均为不锈钢材质。生番薯是有水分的,不锈钢避免切番薯丝的水分氧化生锈腐蚀零件,保证使用寿命。
本发明的有益效果是:一种番薯切丝机,结构简单,使用可靠方便。在导料槽内采用横向和纵向弹簧伸缩结构可以在横向和纵向上适应不同长度和大小的番薯,不会让导料槽和传统切丝后的导料槽因为四周是单一平面,会因为与番薯间摩擦力增大而导致番薯卡住,同时滚轴可以让番薯更好的滚动,进一步降低番薯卡住的可能性,从而避免传统切丝机需要人工手动去看管导料槽内的番薯。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明:
如图1至图7所示, 一种番薯切丝机,所述的番薯切丝机包括底座1、导料槽2、转盘切刀3;所述底座1,上面为一块长方形支撑板,支撑板四个角下面设有四个垫板,垫板下连接圆柱;所述导料槽2安装在所述底座1表面,所述导料槽分为支座21和导料口22,导料口22安装在支座21上;所述转盘切刀3,由转轴支座31、手把32、转轴33、转盘34、丝刀35组成,转轴33连接手把32安装在转轴支座31上,转轴33一头连接安装转盘34,丝刀35则安装在转盘34上。
如图1至图7所示为本发明实例,把番薯横向放到导料槽2上的导料口21内,番薯会顺着导料槽2的导料口21内的滚轴211滚下,到达导料辅助手212后,番薯会撑开导料辅助手212压迫横向导料调节弹簧2121,横向导料调节弹簧2121会反馈作用力给导料辅助手212,在横向方向上导料辅助手212会牢牢握住番薯,此时固定在导料辅助手212上的纵向导料调节板2123会在固定在纵向导料调节弹簧固定孔2122的纵向导料调节弹簧2124作用力下对番薯施加向下的作用力,番薯也会反馈作用力到纵向导料调节板2123上,相互的作用力会牢牢把固定在横向方向上,与此同时的滚轴21231也会给番薯带来向下的滚动,不会让番薯卡住。最后,番薯到导料槽2出口,转动手把32带动转盘切刀3,在四把丝刀35均匀经过番薯时,倾斜的刀口的丝刀35会切入番薯内,番薯丝会经过倾斜的刀口在转动里下带出,番薯丝被甩离丝刀35后会给转盘34的折边挡住,不会四处飞溅。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种番薯切丝机,所述的番薯切丝机包括底座、导料槽、转盘切刀;所述底座,上面为一块长方形支撑板,支撑板四个角下面设有四个垫板,垫板下连接圆柱;所述导料槽安装在所述底座表面,所述导料槽分为支座和导料口,导料口安装在支座上;所述转盘切刀,由转轴支座、手把、转轴、转盘、丝刀组成,转轴连接手把安装在转轴支座上,转轴一头连接安装转盘,丝刀则安装在转盘上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种番薯切丝机,其特征在于:所述的导料槽支座,安装在所述转盘切刀支座右侧,支座上表面为斜面,斜面与支座立柱夹角角度为75度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种番薯切丝机,其特征在于:所述的导料槽导料口,安装在支座斜面上,外形为倒角四方形,内部为口字型;导料口内侧底部开有方形凹槽,方形凹槽两侧边上均匀设有直径1mm开孔,开孔安装直径3mm的滚轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种番薯切丝机,其特征在于:所述的导料槽导料口,内侧左右两侧设有导料辅助手,内侧左右两侧靠近进料端设有导料辅助手固定孔,导料辅助手固定孔前面设有横向导料调节弹簧固定孔;导料辅助手前端与导料口内侧表面接触面设有横向导料调节弹簧固定孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种番薯切丝机,其特征在于:所述的导料辅助手,顶部两侧设有纵向导料调节弹簧固定孔,固定孔内连接弹簧一头,弹簧另一头连接纵向导料调节板;纵向导料调节板内设有凹槽,凹槽内侧两边上均匀设有直径1mm开孔,开孔安装直径3mm的滚轴。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种番薯切丝机,其特征在于:所述的单边导料辅助手打开角度为0度-45度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种番薯切丝机,其特征在于:所述的转盘切刀,丝刀安装在转盘上,每90度安装一把,共四把;丝刀刀口为倾斜状,倾斜处在转盘背部;转盘设有折边,折边往外。
8.根据权利要求1至7所述的一种番薯切丝机,其特征在于:以上所述内容材料均为不锈钢材质。
