Abstract
本发明提供了一种农药可溶性粉剂的助剂,属于农用表面活性剂领域,能够防止制剂吸湿和结块,本发明包括:一种农药可溶性粉剂助剂由高纯度固体月桂酰基甘氨酸盐组成,高纯度固体月桂酰基甘氨酸盐的有效成分的含量大于或等于90%,以上所述的月桂酰基甘氨酸盐为月桂酰基甘氨酸钠或月桂酰基甘氨酸钾。

技术领域
本发明属于农用表面活性剂领域,尤其涉及一种农药可溶性粉剂的助剂。
背景技术
农药可溶性粉剂是农药的一种加工剂型,由水溶性较大的农药原药,或水溶性较差的原药附加了亲水基,与水溶性无机盐和吸附剂等混合磨细后制成。粉粒细度要求98%通过80目筛,其有效成分可溶于水,其填料能极细地均匀分散到水中,本剂型防治效果比可湿性粉剂高,而且使用方便,便于包装运输。由于可溶性粉剂中有效成分、助剂和填料等成分均具有一定水溶性,很容易吸收空气中的水分,而造成制剂结块,甚至失效,影响农药的使用效果。
月桂酰基甘氨酸钠或钾盐具有良好的生物降解性、分散性、润湿性和渗透性外,还具有良好的包裹性能,但是月桂酰基甘氨酸盐在农药可溶性粉剂方面的应用还未有过报道。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种农药可溶性粉剂助剂,该助剂由月桂酰基甘氨酸盐组成,具有良好的生物降解性、分散性、润湿性和渗透性,能有效解决农药可溶性粉剂结块问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种农药可溶性粉剂助剂由高纯度固体月桂酰基甘氨酸盐组成,高纯度固体月桂酰基甘氨酸盐的有效成分的含量大于或等于90%,以上所述的月桂酰基甘氨酸盐为月桂酰基甘氨酸钠或月桂酰基甘氨酸钾。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种农药可溶性粉剂助剂,由绿色溶剂月桂酰基甘氨酸盐组成,利用月桂酰基甘氨酸盐的优点使得助剂的水溶性和润湿增效更佳,性能更稳定,而且还有很好的生物降解性。月桂酰基甘氨酸盐可有效包裹农药有效成分微粒,有利于微粒粉体的流动,避免制剂吸湿和结块,便于农药可溶性粉剂的生产、运输、贮藏和使用,有利于提高其使用寿命。

实施例1
20%啶虫脒可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:啶虫脒20%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钠5%,硫酸铵35%,硫酸钠补足100%。
该20%啶虫脒可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.5%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏2年未发生吸湿和结块现象。
实施例2
40%啶虫脒可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:啶虫脒40%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钠8%,硫酸铵25%,硫酸钠补足100%。
该40%啶虫脒可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.5%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏2年未发生吸湿和结块现象。
实施例3
20%呋虫胺可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:啶虫脒20%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钾6%,硫酸铵35%,硫酸钠补足100%。
该20%呋虫胺可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.5%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏2年未发生吸湿和结块现象。
实施例4
50%烯啶虫胺可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:烯啶虫胺50%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钾8%,硫酸铵20%,硫酸钠补足100%。
该50%烯啶虫胺可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.3%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏2年未发生吸湿和结块现象。
实施例5
13%二甲四氯钠可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:二甲四氯钠13%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钠10%,硫酸铵40%,硫酸钠补足100%。
该13%二甲四氯钠可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.5%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏2年未发生吸湿和结块现象。
实施例6
50%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:草甘膦铵盐50%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钠7%,硫酸铵20%,硫酸钠补足100%。
该50%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.5%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏2年未发生吸湿和结块现象。
实施例7
88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:草甘膦铵盐88.8%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钾补足100%。
该88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.5%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏2年未发生吸湿和结块现象。
实施例8
20%赤霉素可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:赤霉素20%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钾5%,硫酸铵30%,硫酸钠补足100%。
该20%赤霉素可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.5%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏1年未发生吸湿和结块现象。
实施例9
72%农用硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:硫酸链霉素72%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钠5%,硫酸铵10%,硫酸钠补足100%。
该72%农用硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.5%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏1年未发生吸湿和结块现象。
实施例10
90%杀虫单可溶性粉剂,由以下物质按质量百分比,并利用常规农药制剂加工方法配制而成:杀虫单90%,月桂酰基甘氨酸钠补足100%。
该90%杀虫单可溶性粉剂,水分≤0.5%,流行性良好,溶解速度快,冷热贮稳定性良好,水分和有效成分含量未发生变化,常温贮藏2年未发生吸湿和结块现象。

4.根据权利要求2所述的农药可溶性粉剂助剂,其特征在于,所述的高纯度固体月桂酰基甘氨酸盐中月桂酰基甘氨酸盐含量的质量百分比大于或等于。
