Abstract

本发明是一种益智的室内迷宫式臂力锻炼结构设计,其特征是利用高强度木板或者金属板制作迷宫式样的内嵌凹槽轨道的造型,利用能与内嵌凹槽咬合承重的活动把手进行水平或者垂直运动,使人体双手紧握活动把手,双脚悬空,利用臂力及智力进行从迷宫式内嵌轨道里的找到迷宫出口的过程。适合体能锻炼和竞技,安全益智,便于推广。

技术领域
本发明属于室内健身设施领域,特别是类似室内攀岩的一种益智迷宫式臂力锻炼结构设计。
背景技术
公知的室内攀岩是有造型岩体上方安装悬吊绳索外配至少一名安全员配合的运动项目,占地面积及综合各项成本都不低,(造型岩体制作成本,绳索系统成本,人力成本,场地成本及安全成本)导致此项运动收费高昂难以普及推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的室内攀岩的成本问题及安全问题的不足,(建造成本,绳索系统成本,人力安全员成本,场地成本及安全成本 ,克服以上种种存在的各种问题如营造成本及人力成本及安全成本及场地成本,解决以上诸多不足所采用的技术方案是:利用高强度木材或者金属材料,以各种造型(图形可定制,可以做成文字或者客户需求的图形内容)的迷宫格子为轮廓,内置两个可在迷宫格结构预置的倒梯形内槽轨道里活动但不会与迷宫墙体松脱脱离的把手,离地160cm-175cm(依据人体身高的平均值)垂直安装于墙体,人体踮脚或者向上跳跃10CM即可双手抓住内置活动把手,双脚离地依据自己的智力和臂力在短时间内从迷宫的入口找到出口过程,以竞技或者锻炼的方式获得类似于攀岩的乐趣。安全系数对比纯粹的悬空攀岩高出很多,并且不需要安全绳索及安全专员的配合就能完成此项活动。 适用人群年龄段广泛。
例如:人体双脚离地悬空身体将双手紧握活动把手,双脚悬空,依靠体能及耐力从入口通过臂力将内嵌把手的位移,找到最佳的出口的位置,双脚触地视为失败。
本发明的有益效果是:依据运动时间的长短进行竞赛。参赛方从竞赛过程获得乐趣,同时也能锻炼体能及耐力。便于普及及推广。

具体实施方式 :利用高强度木料或金属材料,外观以各种造型(图形内容可以定制尺寸可调)的迷宫格子为轮廓,预置好可让活动把手(受限定的外力重量)下垂直或者水平位移不松脱的凹槽轨道,底边外框离地160CM-175CM(依据安装环境适用人群)垂直牢固安装于墙体,人体踮脚或者向上跳跃10cm即可双手抓住内置活动把手,双脚离地依据自己的智力和臂力在短时间内从迷宫的入口循序渐进找到出口的过程,以竞技或者锻炼的放松获得类似于攀岩及竞技的乐趣。
实施例: 选用高强度木材或者金属板根据内容图1制作,②凹槽轨道设计水平宽度大于垂直宽度,③活动把手嵌槽部分也是水平尺寸大于垂直尺寸,略小于②凹槽轨道尺寸,便于进入凹槽轨道,方便水平或者垂直位移并能受垂直力咬合牢固不松脱。图1迷宫形式内容及尺寸和凹槽轨道可以根据实际要求定制。

3.一种益智的室内迷宫式臂力锻炼结构设计方法,其特征在于利用图章式结构活动把手内嵌在凹槽轨道进行水平或者垂直位移的活动。
