本发明公开了一种以小茴香秸秆为主要原料的无烟蚊香的制备方法,先将小茴香秸秆干燥、脱水、粉碎,然后与吸附剂、碳粉、粘合剂和杀虫剂按比例混合并加水搅拌均匀,成型后在片状基料两面分别压上一层石墨烯,烘干脱水即可。以小茴香秸秆粉为主要原料,得到的蚊香具有特殊的香气,可以驱风散寒、温肾散寒、和胃理气;为了防止电加热过程中,有烟雾产生,本发明的配方中加入了吸附剂,可以吸附有毒气体和大颗粒物质,同时加入石墨烯,可以将烟雾封闭在内部,只有粒径小于石墨烯的孔径的纳米级有效物质才能释放到空气中。本发明的无烟蚊香不但成本低,效果好,对人体无害,而且大量使用小茴香秸秆,有效防止了农民燃烧秸秆造成的环境污染。

本发明涉及无烟蚊香技术领域,尤其涉及一种以小茴香秸秆为主要原料的无烟蚊香的制备方法。
背景技术
小茴香,中药名。为伞形科植物茴香Foeniculum vuLgare Mill.的干燥成熟果实。秋季果实初熟时采割植株,晒干,打下果实,除去杂质。小茴香作为一种香料植物,全国种植面积约30万亩,小茴香籽被采摘利用后,小茴香秸秆被废弃或焚烧处理。小茴香秸秆含有茴香脑、茴香酮、茴香醛等化合物,茴香醛具有茴芹和山楂香气,香气强烈,颇留长。茴香脑用作茴香香精和甘草香精;也用于食品、饮料、香皂的香料等。茴香脑作为药物,以因化疗或放疗反致的白细胞减少症有一定的治疗作用。茴香酮GB2760~1996规定为暂时允许使用的食品用香料。小茴香植物秸秆本身具有独特的香气,运用到制香原料上提高小茴香整体的经济效益。
蚊香是生活中的必需品,我国自宋代开始蚊香就形成了一个行业,传统观念一直认为蚊香的烟雾有驱蚊效果,但根据现代技术研究,实质上真正起作用的是含在烟雾中的有效杀虫成分,而烟雾本身却是有害人的身体健康的,特别是有烟蚊香中木质纤维燃烧中产生的烟雾中含有强致癌物质。所以无烟蚊香已经取代传统蚊香广泛的进入千家万户。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种以小茴香秸秆为主要原料的无烟蚊香的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种以小茴香秸秆为主要原料的无烟蚊香的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将干燥脱水的小茴香秸秆粉碎制得微米级的小茴香秸秆粉;
B、将小茴香秸秆粉、吸附剂、碳粉、粘合剂和杀虫剂按比例混合并加水搅拌均匀;
C、将上述物料搅拌均匀后得到膏状基料,通过成型机成型,得到片状基料;
D、用冲压机在片状基料两面分别压上一层石墨烯,放入烘干机中脱水,即可。
优选的,所述的步骤A中,所述的微米级的小茴香秸秆粉的粒径为50μm以下。

对比例1中,由于不添加活性炭,加热后,碳粉和秸秆粉发生燃烧后,产生大量的烟雾,会有部分石墨烯被顶开,导致石墨烯无法完全包覆,部少量烟雾进入空气中;而实施例1-3则不会产生此现象。
本发明的无烟蚊香不但结构密实,不易碎,燃烧过程中无烟,而且可以散发出独特的香味,长期使用不但对人体无害,还有一定的保健功效。

4.如权利要求1所述的以小茴香秸秆为主要原料的无烟蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中,各原料的重量百分比含量为小茴香秸秆粉 20-40%、吸附剂 3-10%、碳粉8-15%、粘合剂 2-8%、杀虫剂 0.5-2%和水 余量。
5.如权利要求1所述的以小茴香秸秆为主要原料的无烟蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤C中,所述的片状基料的厚度为0.8-2mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的以小茴香秸秆为主要原料的无烟蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤D中,所述的石墨烯的孔径为150-200nm。
7.如权利要求1所述的以小茴香秸秆为主要原料的无烟蚊香的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤D中,脱水后,无烟蚊香的含水量为2-5%。
