本发明涉及气凝胶,特别是涉及一种喷雾式气凝胶。
背景技术
气凝胶是一种固体物质形态,世界上密度很小的固体之一。密度为3千克每立方米。一般常见的气凝胶为硅气凝胶,其最早由美国科学工作者Kistler在1931年因与其友打赌制得。气凝胶的种类很多,有硅系,碳系,硫系,金属氧化物系,金属系等等。aerogel是个组合词,此处aero是形容词,表示飞行的,gel显然是凝胶。字面意思是可以飞行的凝胶。任何物质的gel只要可以经干燥后除去内部溶剂后,又可基本保持其形状不变,且产物高孔隙率、低密度,则皆可以称之为气凝胶。目前市场上常用有气凝胶隔热材料多为气凝胶毡,厚度较厚不能适应电子产品日益朝轻、薄、小的方向发展的需要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种喷雾式气凝胶,储存稳定性好,再分散佳,涂膜附着力强,使用方便快捷;具有极低的导热系数;能有效的隔开热源周围的热敏感元件,增加热敏感元件使用寿命和保证热敏感元件的正常运行。
一种喷雾式气凝胶,它按质量份数由30-40份的丙烯酸树脂、10-20份的气凝胶粉体、0.5-1.5份的硅烷偶联剂、1-3份的防沉剂、10-20份的溶剂和30-40份的抛射剂混合而成。
喷雾式气凝胶还包括0.1-5份的颜料。
所述丙烯酸树脂为油性液状丙烯酸树脂、油性固体丙烯酸树脂、水性乳液型丙烯酸树脂、水性固体丙烯酸树脂、羟基型丙烯酸树脂、羧基型丙烯酸树脂、缩水甘油基丙烯酸树脂或酰氨基丙烯酸树脂;其玻璃化温度为50-85℃。
所述气凝胶粉体为SiO2气凝胶粉体、Al2O3气凝胶粉体、TiO2气凝胶粉体或SiC气凝胶粉体;其粒径为0.1-50μm。
所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-540、KH-550、KH-560、KH-570、KH-792、Si-602、Si-563或A-151。
所述防沉剂为气相二氧化硅、聚烯烃蜡、改性氢化蓖麻油和聚酰胺蜡中的一种或其中几种按任意比例的混合物。
所述溶剂为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、200号煤焦溶剂、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、醋酸戊酯、丙酮、丁酮、环戊酮、甲基异丁酮、甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、乙二醇乙醚、乙二醇丁醚和二乙二醇乙醚中的一种或其中几种按任意比例的混合物。
所述抛射剂为CO2压缩气体、N2O压缩气体、N2压缩气体、气态碳氢化合物或二甲醚。
所述颜料为钛白、锌钡白、铅铬黄、铁蓝、铁红、红丹、大红粉、偶氮黄、酞菁蓝或喹吖啶酮。

实施例一
本实施例提供了一种喷雾式气凝胶,它包按质量份数由35份的丙烯酸树脂AC1021、10份的SiO2气凝胶粉体、2份的颜料酞菁蓝、1份的硅烷偶联剂KH-550、2份的防沉剂气相二氧化硅、15份的醋酸乙酯和35份的二甲醚混合而成。
本实施例将35份的丙烯酸树脂AC1021、10份的SiO2气凝胶粉体、2份的颜料酞菁蓝、1份的硅烷偶联剂KH-550、2份的防沉剂气相二氧化硅和15份的醋酸乙酯投入分散釜中搅拌均匀制得气凝胶液料;然后将制得的65份气凝胶液料与35份的二甲醚填充于配套有气雾阀门与按头的气雾剂罐内,即得到喷雾式气凝胶。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种喷雾式气凝胶,它包按质量份数由30份的丙烯酸树脂AC1229、10份的SiO2气凝胶粉体、2份的颜料大红粉、1份的硅烷偶联剂KH-570、2份的防沉剂聚酰胺蜡、15份的乙二醇乙醚和40份的二甲醚混合而成。
本实施例将30份的丙烯酸树脂AC1229、10份的SiO2气凝胶粉体、2份的颜料大红粉、1份的硅烷偶联剂KH-570、2份的防沉剂聚酰胺蜡和15份的乙二醇乙醚投入分散釜中搅拌均匀制得气凝胶液料;然后将制得的60份气凝胶液料与40份的二甲醚填充于配套有气雾阀门与按头的气雾剂罐内,即得到喷雾式气凝胶。
上述实施例制备得到的喷雾式气凝胶,储存稳定性好,具有良好的再分散性,喷出的膜附着力强,喷出的气凝胶厚度最薄可达0.01-0.08mm,并且气凝胶具有极低的导热系数,可达0.028-0.20W/MK。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾式气凝胶,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-540、KH-550、KH-560、KH-570、KH-792、Si-602、Si-563或A-151。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾式气凝胶,其特征在于:所述防沉剂为气相二氧化硅、聚烯烃蜡、改性氢化蓖麻油和聚酰胺蜡中的一种或其中几种按任意比例的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾式气凝胶,其特征在于:所述溶剂为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、200号煤焦溶剂、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、醋酸戊酯、丙酮、丁酮、环戊酮、甲基异丁酮、甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、乙二醇乙醚、乙二醇丁醚和二乙二醇乙醚中的一种或其中几种按任意比例的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾式气凝胶,其特征在于:所述抛射剂为CO2压缩气体、N2O压缩气体、N2压缩气体、气态碳氢化合物或二甲醚。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾式气凝胶,其特征在于:所述颜料为钛白、锌钡白、铅铬黄、铁蓝、铁红、红丹、大红粉、偶氮黄、酞菁蓝或喹吖啶酮。
