背景技术
近年来,随着我省社会经济的快速发展与人民生活水平的提高,人们对优质食味稻米的需求日益剧增,2000年以来,江苏省粳稻育种的目标已从高产、优质、多抗转向优质、高产、多抗,优质成为江苏省粳稻育种的首要目标;另一方面,随着农村劳动力大量向城市转移,传统的水稻种植方式严重滞后,轻简化、机械化栽培已成必然趋势。
稻瘟病是水稻重要病害之一,可引起大幅度减产,严重时减产40%~50%,甚至颗粒无收。世界各稻区均匀发生。本病在各地均有发生,其中以叶部、节部发生为多,发生后可造成不同程度减产,尤其穗颈瘟或节瘟发生早而重,可造成白穗以致绝产。
丙硫咪唑,也称丙硫多菌灵,英文通用名Albendazole,化学名称:5一(丙硫基)一1H-苯并咪唑一2-基一氨基甲酸甲酯。该药为高效、安全、广谱性咪唑类杀菌剂,对多种植物病害有显著的防效,对人、畜毒性低,施用安全。并有一定的增产作用。并可防治烟草上的黑胫病,水稻稻瘟病、纹枯病,小麦白粉病、赤霉病、锈病,油菜、白菜等叶菜类的霜霉病、白粉病、叶斑病、软腐病、菌核病,瓜类、豆类的炭疽病、白粉病、猝倒病、疫病,花生、西番莲、葱、姜的根腐病、青枯病、疫病,番茄、葡萄、香蕉、柑桔等的叶斑病、白粉病、炭疽病、溃疡病,棉花炭疽病、立枯病、疫病及铃期各种病害,桑、茶树的叶斑病、炭疽病、猝倒病、百星病。
化学农药在当今的农作物种植中得到广泛的使用,但如果连续使用单一制剂很容易使病害在短时期内就产生抗性,从而降低农药的防治效果,人们往往通过增大用药量和使用频次来达到防治效果,这样农药残留和环境污染的几率大大增加,长年的使用也会出现抗药性。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能提高防治效果的防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。
一种防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,主要活性成分包括丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素,丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素重量比为60:1~1:55。
进一步地所述组合物可制成可湿性粉剂、水乳剂或水分散性粉剂。
进一步地,所述可湿性粉剂包括丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素组合物15~55%,湿润剂3~10%、分散剂2~15%、余量为填料。所述填料为粘土、高岭土、膨润土中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述水分散性粉剂包括丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素组合物15~55%,湿润剂2~10%,分散剂1~8%,粘结剂1~5%,崩解剂1~5%,余量为填料。所述粘结剂为羟甲基纤维素,所述崩解剂为海藻酸钠,填料为硅藻土。
进一步地,所述水乳剂包括丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素组合物15~55%,有机溶剂15~25%,农药用乳化剂1~6%,增稠剂0.1~0.5%,防腐剂0.04%,防冻剂1~5%,余量为水。有机溶剂为甲苯或二甲苯;农药用乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种;增稠剂为黄原胶或明胶;防腐剂为山梨酸钾;所述防冻剂为丙三醇。
进一步地,所述湿润剂为顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠或拉开粉;分散剂为木质磺酸钠。

药效:丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素组合物防治水稻稻瘟病
本发明试验共设置实施例1-实施例9、10%丙硫咪唑悬浮剂、4%嘧肽霉素水剂和空白对照共6个处理,每处理重复3次,重复面积100平方米,每亩兑水60公斤进行均匀喷雾,药后10天调查各处理稻瘟病病情指数,并以对照区的病情指数计算相对防治效果,调查结果如表1。

从表1看出,本发明组合物对水稻稻瘟病的防治效果均显著,比明显高于对照药剂,且对水稻生长安全,田间没有发现不良反应。
本发明按照上述实施例进行了说明,应当理解,上述实施例不以任何形式限定本发明,凡采用等同替换或等效变换方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,其特征在于,主要活性成分包括丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素,丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素重量比为60:1~1:55。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物可制成可湿性粉剂、水乳剂或水分散性粉剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述可湿性粉剂包括丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素组合物15~55%,湿润剂3~10%、分散剂2~15%、余量为填料。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述填料为粘土、高岭土、膨润土中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述水分散性粉剂包括丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素组合物15~55%,湿润剂2~10%,分散剂1~8%,粘结剂1~5%,崩解剂1~5%,余量为填料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为羟甲基纤维素,所述崩解剂为海藻酸钠,填料为硅藻土。
7.根据权利要求3~6中任一项所述的防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述湿润剂为顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠或拉开粉;分散剂为木质磺酸钠。
8.根据权利要求2所述的防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述水乳剂包括丙硫咪唑和嘧肽霉素组合物15~55%,有机溶剂15~25%,农药用乳化剂1~6%,增稠剂0.1~0.5%,防腐剂0.04%,防冻剂1~5%,余量为水。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防治水稻稻瘟病的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为甲苯或二甲苯;农药用乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种;增稠剂为黄原胶或明胶;防腐剂为山梨酸钾;所述防冻剂为丙三醇。
