本发明属于农药除草剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于防除免耕田杂草的组合物。
背景技术
为了保护土壤、水和环境,免耕技术得到了快速的发展,且省时省力。免耕是指除播种或注入肥料外,不再搅动土壤。肥料可与播种同时进行,也可以在播前或出苗后进行,可施入土壤中,也可以撒施于地表。但在过程管理中不对其进行机械除草和中耕,收获后作物残留物留在地表防治土壤侵蚀。但在实践经验过程中也总结出“免耕不除草,等于瞎白搞”。可见免耕田地的除草是免耕节水保墒栽培的关键。
草甘膦铵盐,即N-(膦羧甲基)-甘氨酸铵盐或N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸铵盐,为内吸传导型灭生性除草剂,主要通过抑制植物体内烯醇丙酮基莽草素磷酸合成酶,从而抑制莽草素向苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸及色氨酸的转化,使蛋白质的合成受到干扰,导致植物死亡。其内吸传导性强,不仅能通过茎叶传导到地下部分,而且在同一植株的不同分蘖间也能进行传导,对多年生深根杂草也有一定的防除效果。草甘膦铵盐可用于玉米、棉花、大豆田和免耕田防除1 年生和多年生禾本科、莎草科、阔叶杂草、藻类、蕨类和杂灌木丛,对茅草、香附子、狗牙棉等恶性杂草的防效也很好,因而广泛用于森林、橡胶园、果园、茶园、桑园、甘蔗田、农田以及铁路、机场、仓库、油库附近和牧场更新方面的除草。
精喹禾灵是苯氧脂肪酸类除草剂,为选择性内吸传导型茎叶处理剂。药剂在禾本科杂草与双子叶作物间有高度选择性,茎叶可在几小时内完成对药剂的吸收,一年生杂草在24h内可传遍全株。适用于棉花、大豆、油菜、花生、亚麻、苹果、葡萄、甜菜及多种宽叶蔬菜作物地防除单子叶杂草。提高剂量时,对狗牙根、白茅、芦苇等多年生杂草也有作用。如防除棉田禾本科杂草,在3~5叶期施药,用10%乳油7.5~10.5mL/100m2,对水茎叶喷雾;防治大豆田一年生禾本科杂草,于3~5叶期施药,用10%乳油9~15mL/100m2,对水6~7.5kg均匀喷雾;防除油菜田看麦娘,在杂草出齐,处于分叶或有一个分叶时用药,用10%乳油5.3~7.5mL/100m2;防除4~6叶期锪上生禾本科杂草,用10%乳油20~30mL/100m2。在单、双叶子杂草混生田,可与防除阔叶杂草的除草剂(甜菜宁、虎威、阔叶枯、杂草焚等)隔天搭配使用,或用10%乳油7.5mL/100m2,加45%阔叶枯乳油或48%苯达松液剂20mL混用。也可用于旱田芽后除草剂,适用于大豆、花生、棉花、马铃薯、绿豆、西瓜、油菜等阔叶作物田防除禾本科杂草。
三氟啶磺隆是属于磺酰脲类除草剂,施药后可被杂草的根、茎、叶吸收,可在植物体内向下和向上传导,通过抑制乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)的活性,从而影响支链氨基酸(如:亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸等)的生物合成。植物受害后表现为生长点坏死、叶脉失绿,植物生长受到严重抑制、矮化,最终全株枯死。三氟啶磺隆对杂草和作物的选择性主要是由于降解代谢的差异。其在棉花和甘蔗体内可以被迅速代谢为无活性物质,从而使作物植株免受伤害。主要用于防除阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草。对苣荬菜(苦苣菜)、藜(灰菜)、小藜、灰绿藜、马齿苋、反枝苋、凹头苋、绿穗苋、刺儿菜、刺苞果、豚草、鬼针草、大龙爪、水花生、野油菜、田旋花、打碗花、苍耳、醴肠(旱莲草)、田菁、胜红蓟、羽芒菊、臂形草、大戟、醡浆草(酸咪咪)等阔叶杂草具有很好的防除效果;对香附子(三棱草)有特效;对马唐、旱稗、牛筋草、狗尾草、假高粱等禾本科杂草防效较差。
上述的三种不同作用类型的除草剂,虽均有一定的除草效果,但都具有一定的局限性,难以满足免耕田地的生产需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种增效作用显著、杀草谱广、除草速度快的用于防除免耕田杂草的组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种用于防除免耕田杂草的组合物,所述组合物的有效组份是由草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵和三氟啶磺隆钠盐组成,所述草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵和三氟啶磺隆钠盐的质量比为10~80∶1~5∶1~5。
进一步方案,还包括增效剂,所述草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐和增效剂的质量比为10~80∶1~5∶1~5:1~5。
更进一步方案,所述草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐和增效剂的质量比为70: 2:2:4。
进一步方案,所述增效剂为有机硅、环己二酮或吡咯烷酮。
进一步方案,所述组合物的剂型为水剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可溶性粉剂或可溶性粒剂。
有机硅是指含有Si-O键,且至少有一个有机基是直接与硅原子相连的化合物。有机硅具有独特的结构:C-H无极性,使分子间相互作用力十分微弱;Si-O键长较长,Si-O-Si键键角大;Si-O键是具有50%离子键特征的共价键(共价键具有方向性,离子键无方向性)。由于有机硅独特的结构,兼备了无机材料与有机材料的性能,具有表面张力低、粘温系数小、能促使农药迅速润湿、渗透到植物的表面,使农药的作用发挥到最大效力,且延长药剂的作用时间。
环己二酮、吡咯烷酮与有机硅类似都是作用除草剂上的增效剂,能明显改善草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵和三氟啶磺隆钠盐的润湿、展布、分散、滞留和渗透性能,减少喷雾药液随风(气流) 漂移,防止或减轻对邻近敏感作物等的损害,利于药液在叶面铺展及黏附、减少紫外线对农药制剂中有效成分的分解,达到延长药效有效期,提高其生物活性;并制或弱化靶标杂草对农药活性的解毒防药害作用,延缓药剂在防治对象内的代谢速度,从而增加生物防效。
本发明的除草组合物,可以添加农业上可接受的表面活性剂和载体,配成可溶粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂或微乳剂等。其中表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、NNO、 NO、MF、ZS—1、十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、N-甲基脂肪酰基牛磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、茶枯粉、皂素、亚硫酸纸浆废液、脂肪醇硫酸盐、渗透剂T、渗透剂OT、JFC、脂肪酰胺—N—甲基牛磺酸钠盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、拉开粉等。
载体分为固体载体和溶剂,固体载体有膨润土,白碳黑、高岭土、轻质碳酸钙、硫酸钠、硫酸铵、硅藻土、淀粉、陶土等;溶剂有甲苯、二甲苯、氯苯、溶剂油、α—甲基萘、松节油、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、甲醇、乙醇、丙三醇、乙二醇、丁醇、异戊醇、丙二醇、环己酮、异佛尔酮、苯乙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯、DMF、DMSO、溶纤剂等,上述可单独使用,也可二种以上复合使用。
以上各种助剂或载体均可在市场上买到。
本发明组合物中各种制剂的加工工艺和设备均为已知,如:
水乳剂是将液体或与溶剂混合制得的液体农药原药以0.5-1.5微米的小液滴分散于水中的制剂,外观为乳白色牛奶状液体。是将有效成分溶解于溶剂中,然后加入乳化剂、分散剂、抗冻剂等搅拌形成。
可湿性粉剂的加工是将农药活性成分、助剂、填料按比例混合经气流粉碎后再混合制得可湿性粉剂;主要设备有混合机、气流粉碎机。
水分散粒剂的加工是将农药活性成分、助剂、填料按比例混合经气流粉碎后再经造粒剂进行造粒制得水分散粒剂;主要设备有混合机、气流粉碎机、造粒剂等。
本发明组合物可以按普通方法施用,如加水喷雾作茎叶处理,也可直接撒施。本发明的施用量随天气情况及作物状态而变化,可以通过使用适当的剂型来达到防治目的。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中有效组份草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵和三氟啶磺隆钠盐的除草作用机制不同,能够显著扩大除草草谱,扩大适用范围,除草效果比单剂有显著提高,减少残留,有利于减轻农药对环境的潜在威胁。
(2)本发明组合物能够显著改善其在除草过程中的润湿、展布、分散、滞留和渗透性能,减少喷雾药液随风(气流)漂移,防止或减轻对邻近敏感作物等的损害,利于药液在叶面铺展及黏附、减少紫外线对农药制剂中有效成分的分解,达到延长药效有效期,提高其生物活性;并制或弱化靶标杂草对农药活性的解毒防药害作用,延缓药剂在防治对象内的代谢速度,从而增加生物防效。
(3)本发明组合物在特定配比条件下,有明显的增效作用,提高了除草速度,显著降低除草剂使用次数,实现节省人力和节省成本,满足免耕田地的生产需求。
具体实施方式
下面以几种不同剂型的具体实施例来进一步说明本发明。但本发明绝非仅限于这些例子。所有配方中百分比均为质量分数。
一、剂型配方例:
二、室内生物活性测定:
以下通过草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐和有机硅组合物除草剂对免耕田杂草室内生物活性测定来验证配方的合理性。
本发明组合物中,草甘膦铵盐(98%原药)由安徽华星化工股份有限公司生产,精喹禾灵(95%原药)由安徽久易农业股份有限公司生产,三氟啶磺隆钠盐(90%原药)瑞士先正达作物保护有限公司,有机硅由上海惠今化工贸易有限公司生产。
试验方法是采用温室盆栽法,在盆中播种定量的杂草(每盆40株),待杂草出土后长至 2-4叶期时,用喷雾机进行茎叶喷雾处理,处理后6小时后放在温室内继续培养观察,15天后调查对杂草的防除效果。调查方法采用绝对值调查法,先调查每盆残存杂草的鲜重,再按下列公式计算各处理的鲜重防效:E=(C-T)/C×100%,式中E为鲜重防效,C为对照杂草鲜重,T为处理杂草鲜重。然后以Colby法对杂草活性进行检测对杂草的联合毒力作用,按Colby法,当E0-E>10%为增效作用;当E0-E<-10%为拮抗作用;当-10%≤E0-E≤10%为加成作用。

注:上表1中配比为重量比。
从上表可看,草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵和三氟啶磺隆钠盐组合物的E0-E值在25.53~36.93 之间,联合作用类型为增效作用,以草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐、有机硅的重量比为70:2:2:4制备的可溶性粉剂的效果最明显,E0-E值36.93。
三、药效实施例:
1、供试对象:为多年非耕地田块中一年生杂草,杂草较多且草相较为复杂,如马唐、狗尾草、反枝苋、铁苋菜、播娘蒿、灰绿藜、马齿苋、藜、曼陀罗、辣蓼、龙葵等等。
试验药剂:实施例2中药剂:74%可溶性粒剂(70%草甘膦铵盐·2%精喹禾灵·2%三氟啶磺隆钠盐·4%有机硅)(本公司生产);
对照药剂:88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂(安徽华星化工股份有限公司);
10%精喹禾灵乳油(江苏长青生物科技有限公司);
11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂(上海绿泽生物科技有限责任公司)。
施药时间及方法:试验于是2016年4月10日施药,当时杂草3~5叶一心期,按常规每亩配制药液50KG进行喷雾,施药时无风晴朗,施药后8小时以内非见有降雨。
调查时间和次数:施药前调查杂草基数,施药后5、7天观察处理区杂草叶片颜色、生长状况。施药后10天(2016年4月20日)、30天(2016年5月10日)分别调查株防效和杂草地上部鲜重。
调查方法:采用5点取样法,每个小区随机选择调查5个点,每点面积0.25m2,施药10 天后调查总杂草的株数,30天后同时调查总杂草的株数以及地上部鲜重,计算减退率和防效率,如下表2所示。
药效计算方法如下:

结果分析:74%可溶性粒剂对非耕田总杂草防效效果,30天后的防效最高,平均减退率高达94.72%,平均防除率为98.60%。88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂平均减退率85.05%,平均防除率为83.29%。而10%精喹禾灵乳油与11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂的平均减退率仅为68.03%、52.69%,两者平均防除率分别62.60%、52.71%。说明本发明中74%可溶性粒剂对免耕田总杂草防治效果明显高于草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。
2、供试对象:为多年非耕地田块中一年生杂草,杂草较多且草相较为复杂,如马唐、狗尾草、反枝苋、铁苋菜、播娘蒿、灰绿藜、马齿苋、藜、曼陀罗、辣蓼、龙葵等等。
试验药剂:实施例4中药剂:82%可湿性粉剂(75%草甘膦铵盐·3%精喹禾灵·4%三氟啶磺隆钠盐·4%有机硅)(本公司生产);
对照药剂:88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂(安徽华星化工股份有限公司);
10%精喹禾灵乳油(江苏长青生物科技有限公司);
11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂(上海绿泽生物科技有限责任公司)。
施药时间及方法:试验于是2016年4月10日施药,当时杂草3~5叶一心期,按常规每亩配制药液50KG进行喷雾,施药时无风晴朗,施药后8小时以内非见有降雨。

结果分析:82%可湿性粉剂对免耕田总杂草防效效果,药30天后的防效最高,平均减退率高达96.66%,平均防除率为97.73%。88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂平均减退率82.76%,平均防除率为83.67%。10%精喹禾灵乳油与11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂的平均减退率仅为62.96、52.72%,两者平均防除率分别63.93%、53.27%。说明82%可湿性粉剂对免耕田总杂草防治效果明显高于草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。
3、供试对象:为多年非耕地田块中一年生杂草,杂草较多且草相较为复杂,如马唐、狗尾草、反枝苋、铁苋菜、播娘蒿、灰绿藜、马齿苋、藜、曼陀罗、辣蓼、龙葵等等。
试验药剂:实施例5中药剂:75.7%可分散粒剂(68.7%草甘膦铵盐·4%精喹禾灵·3%三氟啶磺隆钠盐·2%环已二酮(本公司生产);
对照药剂:88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂(安徽华星化工股份有限公司);
10%精喹禾灵乳油(江苏长青生物科技有限公司);
11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂(上海绿泽生物科技有限责任公司)。
施药时间及方法:试验于是2016年4月10日施药,当时杂草3~5叶一心期,按常规每亩配制药液50KG进行喷雾,施药时无风晴朗,施药后8小时以内非见有降雨。

结果分析:75.7%可分散粒剂对免耕田总杂草防效效果,药30天后的防效最高,平均减退率高达97.29%,平均防除率为97.98%。88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂平均减退率83.42%,平均防除率为82.80%。10%精喹禾灵乳油与11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂的平均减退率仅为61.32%、51.00%,两者平均防除率分别61.85%、55.31%。说明92.8%可分散粒剂免耕田总杂草防治效果明显高于草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。
4、供试对象:为多年非耕地田块中一年生杂草,杂草较多且草相较为复杂,如马唐、狗尾草、反枝苋、铁苋菜、播娘蒿、灰绿藜、马齿苋、藜、曼陀罗、辣蓼、龙葵等等。
试验药剂:实施例7中药剂:15%微乳剂(13%草甘膦铵盐·1%精喹禾灵·1%三氟啶磺隆钠盐·2%吡咯烷酮)(本公司生产);
对照药剂:88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂(安徽华星化工股份有限公司);
10%精喹禾灵乳油(江苏长青生物科技有限公司);
11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂(上海绿泽生物科技有限责任公司)。
施药时间及方法:试验于是2016年4月10日施药,当时杂草3~5叶一心期,按常规每亩配制药液50KG进行喷雾,施药时无风晴朗,施药后8小时以内非见有降雨。

结果分析:15%微乳剂对免耕田总杂草防效效果,药30天后的防效最高,平均减退率高达98.00%,平均防除率为98.45%。88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂平均减退率80.66%,平均防除率为81.11%。10%精喹禾灵乳油与11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂的平均减退率仅为 61.17%、51.91%,两者平均防除率分别62.56%、54.15%。说明15%微乳剂对免耕田总杂草防治效果明显高于草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。
5、供试对象:为多年非耕地田块中一年生杂草,杂草较多且草相较为复杂,如马唐、狗尾草、反枝苋、铁苋菜、播娘蒿、灰绿藜、马齿苋、藜、曼陀罗、辣蓼、龙葵等等。
试验药剂:实施例13中药剂:34%可分散油悬浮剂(30%草甘膦铵盐·2%精喹禾灵·2%三氟啶磺隆钠盐)(本公司生产);
对照药剂:88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂(安徽华星化工股份有限公司);
10%精喹禾灵乳油(江苏长青生物科技有限公司);
11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂(上海绿泽生物科技有限责任公司)。
施药时间及方法:试验于年是20164月10日施药,当时杂草3~5叶一心期,按常规每亩配制药液50KG进行喷雾,施药时无风晴朗,施药后8小时以内非见有降雨。
调查时间和次数:施药前调查杂草基数,施药后5、7天观察处理区杂草叶片颜色、生长状况。施药后10天(2016年4月10日)、30天(2016年5月10日)分别调查株防效和杂草地上部鲜重。

结果分析:34%可分散油悬浮剂对免耕田总杂草防效效果,药30天后的防效最高,平均减退率高达97.36%,平均防除率为97.82%。88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶性粒剂平均减退率81.37%,平均防除率为80.24%。10%精喹禾灵乳油与11%三氟啶磺隆钠盐可分散油悬浮剂的平均减退率仅为62.17%、50.66%,两者平均防除率分别62.09%、50.26%。说明34%水乳剂对免耕田总杂草防治效果明显高于草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐单剂效果,因此具有较好的推广应用前景。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于防除免耕田杂草的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的有效组份是由草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵和三氟啶磺隆钠盐组成,所述草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵和三氟啶磺隆钠盐的质量比为10~80∶1~5∶1~5。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于防除免耕田杂草的组合物,其特征在于:还包括增效剂,所述草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐和增效剂的质量比为10~80∶1~5∶1~5:1~5。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种用于防除免耕田杂草的组合物,其特征在于:所述草甘膦铵盐、精喹禾灵、三氟啶磺隆钠盐和增效剂的质量比为70:2:2:4。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种用于防除免耕田杂草的组合物,其特征在于:所述增效剂为有机硅、环己二酮或吡咯烷酮。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种用于防除免耕田杂草的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为水剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可溶性粉剂或可溶性粒剂。
