Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料齿轮,包括齿轮本体和轴孔,齿轮本体中央设有轴孔,所述轴孔四周设有若干槽孔,齿轮本体的材料包括下列重量份的组分:聚酰胺树脂60‑80份、多羟基氨基聚醚2‑5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2‑5份、氧化镁0.5‑1份、二氧化钛0.5‑1份、交联剂1‑2份和油剂0.5‑1份。本发明结构简单,相比金属齿轮,塑料齿轮更具有润滑性和耐磨性,通过组分的合理复配以及比例的精确配制,使得制得的塑料齿轮具有较好的机械性能,能够很好地吸收传动所产生的冲击负荷,使齿轮噪声低、运行更平稳,耐磨损,加工简单方便,降低了成本且材料环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿轮,尤其涉及一种塑料齿轮。
背景技术
随着齿轮行业竞争的不断加剧,国内优秀的齿轮生产企业愈来愈重视对行业市场的研究,随着科学的发展,齿轮已经慢慢由金属齿轮转变为塑料齿轮。因为塑料齿轮更具有润滑性和耐磨性,可以减小噪音,降低成本,降低摩擦。塑料齿轮是一种以塑料为材质制成的齿轮,塑料齿轮具有轻巧、成本低和易加工的特点,塑料齿轮广泛应用于纺织、机床、仪表仪器等行业,现有技术中的齿轮没有散热结构,齿轮运动过程中与轴摩擦产生的热量如果不及时散发,就会导致齿轮磨损加剧和产生变形,影响其传动稳定性和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨散热效果好,噪声小和成本低的塑料齿轮。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所采用的技术方案是:
一种塑料齿轮,包括齿轮本体和轴孔,所述齿轮本体中央设有轴孔,所述轴孔四周设有若干槽孔,所述齿轮本体的材料包括下列重量份的组分:聚酰胺树脂60-80份、多羟基氨基聚醚2-5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-5份、氧化镁0.5-1份、二氧化钛0.5-1份、交联剂1-2份和油剂0.5-1份。
进一步地,所述齿轮本体的材料包括下列重量份的组分:聚酰胺树脂60份、多羟基氨基聚醚2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、氧化镁0.5份、二氧化钛0.5份、交联剂1份和油剂0.5份。
进一步地,所述齿轮本体的材料包括下列重量份的组分:聚酰胺树脂80份、多羟基氨基聚醚5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、氧化镁1份、二氧化钛1份、交联剂2份和油剂1份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,相比金属齿轮,塑料齿轮更具有润滑性和耐磨性,通过组分的合理复配以及比例的精确配制,使得制得的塑料齿轮具有较好的机械性能,能够很好地吸收传动所产生的冲击负荷,使齿轮噪声低、运行更平稳,耐磨损,加工简单方便,降低了成本且材料环保。

如图1所示的一种塑料齿轮,包括齿轮本体1和轴孔2,齿轮本体1中央设有轴孔2,轴孔2四周设有若干槽孔3,齿轮本体1的材料包括下列重量份的组分:聚酰胺树脂60份、多羟基氨基聚醚2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、氧化镁0.5份、二氧化钛0.5份、交联剂1份和油剂0.5份。
实施例2
如图1所示的一种塑料齿轮,包括齿轮本体1和轴孔2,齿轮本体1中央设有轴孔2,轴孔2四周设有若干槽孔3,齿轮本体1的材料包括下列重量份的组分:聚酰胺树脂70份、多羟基氨基聚醚3.5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3.5份、氧化镁0.8份、二氧化钛0.8份、交联剂1.5份和油剂0.8份。

如图1所示的一种塑料齿轮,包括齿轮本体1和轴孔2,齿轮本体1中央设有轴孔2,轴孔2四周设有若干槽孔3,齿轮本体1的材料包括下列重量份的组分:聚酰胺树脂80份、多羟基氨基聚醚5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、氧化镁1份、二氧化钛1份、交联剂2份和油剂1份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料齿轮,其特征在于:所述齿轮本体的材料包括下列重量份的组分:聚酰胺树脂60份、多羟基氨基聚醚2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、氧化镁0.5份、二氧化钛0.5份、交联剂1份和油剂0.5份。
