Abstract
一种高真空绝热容器用活动式套胆工装,包括多根设置在高真空绝热容器外壳上且相互平行的外壳加强圈,所述相邻的两根外壳加强圈之间设有载荷传递架,载荷传递架包括一根连接杆,连接杆的两端均固定有支撑块,所述载荷传递架的上端设有活动式导轨,活动式导轨包括导轨底座,导轨底座的上端固定有轨道。本发明中轨道长度与每片导轨底座的宽度相等,轨道一端伸出导轨底座,另一端缩入导轨底座,以配合高真空绝热容器套装时使用的套装车时,通过一对活动式导轨交替啮合,不断前进,完成套装,从而达到不在高真空绝热容器的外壳内设置永久导轨的目的,大大减少外壳的焊接、焊接变形、打磨等工作量,质量及效率得到明显提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高真空绝热容器用活动式套胆工装。
背景技术
低温液体罐箱、低温液体槽车等高真空绝热容器作为运输低温液体的主流设备,越来越广泛的被应用于生活的各领域。但受运输要求等条件限制,降低设备自重,提高载液重量成为制造厂及设备业主追求的目标。
在减重方面,目前应用最广泛的方法是降低真空绝热容器外壳的壁厚,同时适当增加外壳加强圈。但增加外壳加强圈会带来许多工艺上的问题,例如,会增加外壳加强圈的与固定套装导轨的切割、焊接、打磨等工作,而且,如果采用不锈钢材质制造外壳,焊接飞溅和割渣附着在外壳内壁上,极难清理,另外,由于外壳减薄,加强圈增多,焊接也随之增多,如果仍采用固定式导轨,增加的焊接会带来严重的变形。
发明内容
本发明其目的就在于提供一种高真空绝热容器用活动式套胆工装,实现了不要在高真空绝热容器的外壳内焊接永久导轨,且大大减少外壳的焊接、焊接变形、打磨等工作量,质量及效率得到明显提升。
为实现上述目的而采取的技术方案是,一种高真空绝热容器用活动式套胆工装,包括多根设置在高真空绝热容器外壳上且相互平行的外壳加强圈,所述相邻的两根外壳加强圈之间设有载荷传递架,载荷传递架包括一根连接杆,连接杆的两端均固定有支撑块,所述载荷传递架的上端设有活动式导轨,活动式导轨包括导轨底座,导轨底座的上端固定有轨道。
有益效果
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下优点。
1、不需要在外壳内焊接永久导轨,从而减少大量切割、焊接、打磨等工作,尤其对不锈钢材质制造外壳,焊接飞溅和割渣附着在外壳内壁上,极难清理;
2、由于外壳减薄,加强圈增多,焊接也随之增多,如果仍采用固定式导轨,增加的焊接会带来严重的变形;
3、套装完成后,工装全部取出,避免永久导轨焊接在外壳内引起的重量增加问题。

具体实施方式
本发明包括多根设置在高真空绝热容器外壳31上且相互平行的外壳加强圈32,如图1、图2所示,所述相邻的两根外壳加强圈32之间设有载荷传递架2,载荷传递架2包括一根连接杆21,连接杆21的两端均固定有支撑块22,所述载荷传递架2的上端设有活动式导轨1,活动式导轨1包括导轨底座12,导轨底座12的上端固定有轨道11。
所述导轨底座12采用不锈钢板卷制,厚度不小于3mm,且宽度不小于外壳加强圈32的最窄间距。
所述轨道11由两根开口朝下的不锈钢角钢焊接在导轨底座12上制成,轨道11的长度与导轨底座12的宽度相等,且轨道11的一端伸出导轨底座12,另一端缩入导轨底座12,以便在套装过程中,通过一对活动式导轨1的交替搭接实现前进,从而完成套装。
所述支撑块22和连接杆21均由不锈钢材质制成,其中连接杆21的长度应确保两个支撑块22分别位于轨道11的正下方,以解决加强圈32间距不相等时,导轨底座12无法支撑在相邻两段加强圈32上的问题。
本发明中,在外壳加强圈32上标出最低位置上的一条素线,在导轨底座12上做好中线标记,再在第一根加强圈和第二根加强圈的间距中放入一组载荷传递架和活动式导轨,在第二根加强圈(右起)和第三根加强圈(右起)的间距中放入一组载荷传递架2和活动式导轨1,保证导轨底座12的中线与外壳加强圈32标出的素线对齐,以防止套装轨道偏离既定路线,借助套装车,自右向左推入内容器,当内套装车驶过第一块活动式导轨(右起)后,将其拿出,并放入在第三根加强圈(右起)和第四根加强圈(右起)的间距中,以此类推,直至完成套装工序,一件活动式套装导轨配一件载荷传递架为一组,且至少需要两组才能完成高真空绝热容器的套装工作。
Claims (4)
1.一种高真空绝热容器用活动式套胆工装,包括多根设置在高真空绝热容器外壳(31)上且相互平行的外壳加强圈(32),其特征在于,所述相邻的两根外壳加强圈(32)之间设有载荷传递架(2),载荷传递架(2)包括一根连接杆(21),连接杆(21)的两端均固定有支撑块(22),所述载荷传递架(2)的上端设有活动式导轨(1),活动式导轨(1)包括导轨底座(12),导轨底座(12)的上端固定有轨道(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高真空绝热容器用活动式套胆工装,其特征在于,所述导轨底座(12)采用不锈钢板卷制,厚度不小于3mm,且宽度不小于外壳加强圈(32)的最窄间距。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高真空绝热容器用活动式套胆工装,其特征在于,所述轨道(11)由两根开口朝下的不锈钢角钢焊接在导轨底座(12)上制成,轨道(11)的长度与导轨底座(12)的宽度相等,且轨道(11)的一端伸出导轨底座(12),另一端缩入导轨底座(12),以便在套装过程中,通过一对活动式导轨(1)的交替搭接实现前进,从而完成套装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高真空绝热容器用活动式套胆工装,其特征在于,所述支撑块(22)和连接杆(21)均由不锈钢材质制成,其中连接杆(21)的长度应确保两个支撑块(22)分别位于轨道(11)的正下方,以解决加强圈(32)间距不相等时,导轨底座(12)无法支撑在相邻两段加强圈(32)上的问题。
