Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a navigation device capable of ordering food by using a takeaway application and a method for using the takeaway application.
Background
In recent years, along with the spread of electronic terminal devices in china, various applications such as shopping applications, riding applications, and meal ordering applications have become popular in various fields. On the one hand, with the change of living habits of young people, more and more young people like to buy food home for dining; on the other hand, developers often launch many ordering offers to expand the market share of their own application software. Therefore, a meal ordering mode in which a user orders a meal through a networked application and then the ordered food is sent to a place where the user desires is very popular among young people. Generally, after the food delivery location of the user is determined, such as at home or at a company, a restaurant providing food delivery service for the location will be displayed on the page, and the user only needs to select a favorite restaurant and food, and then input the food delivery time and order directly, thereby completing a takeaway meal order.
Related art japanese application: japanese patent laid-open No. 2001-283021 describes a commodity distribution and ordering system capable of easily and quickly purchasing commodities when a user urgently needs medicines or foods in an unfamiliar place such as an out-of-home place or a trip. In this commodity distribution ordering system, a user can access a host computer part via a mobile terminal, and the host computer part can search out an adjacent shop based on the location information of a distribution place. When a user orders a meal in the store by using the mobile terminal, the store delivers the ordered meal to the user.
However, with the above-described delivery-to-home service, when the vehicle is in the process of traveling, for example, when the user is out or on the way, the delivery address of the user is a mobile address, and is not a frequently used delivery address. Therefore, in order to accurately deliver the product ordered by the user, the user must input the address of the moving place as a specific delivery address, which makes the operation cumbersome.
Fig. 1 and 2 are diagrams illustrating a delivery address and a delivery time inputted in a conventional takeout application. Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a navigation device applied to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a car navigation system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the in-vehicle navigation apparatus includes: a destination setting unit 1, a route planning unit 2, a display control unit 3, a takeout application starting unit 4, an ordered product determining unit 5, a delivery-related item setting unit 6, a communication unit 7, a setting determination unit 8, a delivery destination candidate setting unit 9, a selection unit 10, a predicted time calculation unit 11, a display unit 12, and an operation unit 13.
First, the destination setting unit 1 sets a destination, a transit point, and the like where the vehicle travels based on map data (not shown) mounted on the in-vehicle system in accordance with an input operation performed by the user through the operation unit 13, and stores the set destination and transit point.
Next, the route planning unit 2 detects the current position of the vehicle by a vehicle position detection method (not shown), and plans a guidance route from the current position to the destination and the waypoint set by the destination setting unit 1. The position of the vehicle is detected by a vehicle position detecting device having a gps (global Positioning system) and an automatic navigation unit.
The display control unit 3 is capable of displaying a screen for navigation such as a guide route planned by the route planning unit 2 on the display unit 12; meanwhile, the order picture of the takeaway application program displayed after the takeaway application program is started can be controlled. In addition, according to the operation of the user, after the takeaway application program is started, the display picture is switched to a takeaway application program ordering picture from an original navigation picture such as route guidance; and returning to the original navigation picture after the user finishes ordering and sends out the information of the ordered commodity.

The ordered product determining unit 5 determines a store to be ordered and a product to be ordered, from among stores and products of different store types that can be ordered in the takeout application displayed on the display unit 12, based on information interaction with the external server, based on a selection operation performed by the user with respect to the operation unit 13.
The delivery-related item setting unit 6 sets related items, that is, a delivery location and a delivery time, so that the product ordered by the user can be delivered correctly and quickly. Here, the user may select either the destination or the transit destination displayed on the display unit, or may manually input the address through the operation unit 13. When the delivery location address selects one of the destination and the transit location, the predicted arrival time at the selected delivery location is automatically set as the delivery time. When the delivery location address is manually input by the user, the delivery time also needs to be manually set by the user.
The communication unit 7 communicates with an external server based on the product information determined by the ordered product determining unit 5 and information such as the delivery location and the delivery time set by the delivery-related item setting unit 6.
The setting determination unit 8 determines whether or not the destination setting unit 1 has set the destination and the transit point.
The delivery destination candidate setting unit 9 displays the destination and the transit destination set by the user on the display screen through the display unit 12 as the candidate options of the delivery destination address that can be selected. Specifically, the delivery destination candidate setting unit 9 outputs the destinations and destinations stored in the destination setting unit 1, the destinations and the like as a selectable candidate list, and displays the list on the display screen via the display unit 12.
The selection unit 10 selects a desired delivery destination from the candidate list created by the delivery destination candidate setting unit 9 displayed on the display unit 12.
The estimated time calculation unit 11 calculates the distance from the vehicle position to the destination or the transit point set by the user, and calculates the estimated time at which the vehicle reaches the destination or the transit point based on the calculated distance and the predicted average vehicle traveling speed.
Also, the display section 12 includes a display screen composed of a liquid crystal cell and an organic EL cell, and a drive circuit. The display part corresponds the image data one by one and finally displays the image data in the form of an image.
The operation unit 13 and the display unit 12 are configured by a common touch panel, and a touch panel sensor is provided on the display panel of the display unit 12 to enable a user to perform various inputs based on the detection of the operation position of the user.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing the car navigation device according to the embodiment of the present invention.
First, a navigation screen displaying a map and a vehicle position is displayed on the display unit 12 (step 201).
Next, the operation unit 13 receives an operation of switching the menu screen or an operation of selecting a takeout application icon by the user, and the takeout application is started by the takeout application starting unit 4 (step 202).
Next, the setting determination section 8 determines whether or not the destination setting section 1 sets a destination on navigation and a transit destination (step 203).
Then, when the destination setting part 1 sets the destination and the transit point (YES in step 203), the delivery destination candidate setting part 9 displays the destination and the transit point that have been set as the selectable delivery destination address candidates on the display part 12 in the form of a list (step 204).

When the user selects one of the addresses in the displayed candidate list (YES in step 205), the delivery related item setting part 6 automatically sets the selected address as the delivery destination address (step 206).
When the destination setting unit 1 does not set the destination and the transit destination (step 203: no), or when the user does not select any of the addresses in the candidate list (step 205: no), and either of the two occurs, the delivery related item setting unit 6 sets the address input by the user as the delivery destination address by manually inputting the delivery destination address through the operation unit 13 (step 207).
When the delivery location is set in step 206 or step 207, a plurality of restaurants that provide takeout services around the delivery location are displayed on the display screen of the display unit 12. The user determines a restaurant to order food through the operation unit 13, selects a product such as an article or food from the display screen according to his or her preference, and finally the order product determination unit 5 forms an order from the restaurant selected by the user and the product (step 208).
Next, after the ordered restaurant and the ordered commodity are determined by the ordered commodity determining unit 5, the setting and determining unit 8 determines whether or not the delivery destination address set by the delivery-related item setting unit 6 is any of the destination or transit destination set by the destination setting unit 1 (step 209).
When the delivery location address is the destination or transit location (yes in step 209), the predicted time calculation unit 11 calculates the predicted arrival time at the delivery location where the delivery is set, and the delivery-related item setting unit 6 automatically sets the predicted arrival time as the desired delivery time (step 210).
When the delivery destination address is not the destination or the transit destination (no in step 209), the user manually inputs the delivery time through the operation unit 13, and the delivery-related item setting unit 6 sets the manually input delivery time as the desired delivery time (step 211).
Next, after setting the delivery time in step 210 or step 211, the communication unit 7 transmits the ordered product information, the delivery destination address, and the delivery time to the external server (step 212).
Finally, the display screen is switched from the original takeaway application display screen to the navigation display screen before the takeaway application is started (step 213).
Next, the setting of the navigation device delivery address and the delivery time according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5, 6, and 7.
Fig. 5 is a display diagram of an input screen of a delivery address after the user selects the takeout application on the car navigation device. Although the embodiments of the present invention described above have been described with reference to a product in which a takeout application and a communication function are incorporated in a car navigation device, the present invention is also applicable to an equipment system in which a portable terminal and a car navigation device provided with both a takeout application and a communication function are connected to each other wirelessly or in a limited manner.
The present invention is not limited to the car navigation system, but is also applicable to a navigation device in which navigation software is installed in a portable terminal or the like.

1. A navigation device, comprising:
a destination setting unit for setting a destination and a transit point;
a route planning unit that plans a guide route from a vehicle position to the destination and the transit destination set by the destination setting unit;
a display control unit that displays the guide route on a display screen;
a takeout application starting unit that starts a takeout application to order a commodity;
a delivery-related item setting unit that sets a delivery destination address and a delivery time;
an order commodity determining unit that determines information on an order commodity;
a communication unit that transmits information of the ordered product, the delivery location address, and the delivery time information;
characterized in that the navigation device further comprises:
a setting judgment unit that judges whether or not the destination setting unit sets a destination or a transit point;
