本发明涉及夹层玻璃。
背景技术
近年来,越来越多地在车辆用的窗玻璃、例如汽车的挡风玻璃上投影信息(抬头显示器,Head Up Display,通称HUD)。为了让车内的人看到没有变形的投影图像,投影信息的玻璃(夹层玻璃)呈楔形状,以使得在夹层玻璃的正面和背面上反射的像重合。夹层玻璃具有多块玻璃板和粘接多块玻璃板的中间膜。作为赋予夹层玻璃以楔形状的方法,有将玻璃板研磨成锥形状的方法(专利文献1)、在浮法玻璃成形时将玻璃板制成锥形状的方法(专利文献2、3)

发明所要解决的技术问题
然而,各文献中均未具体公开使用锥形状的玻璃板的夹层玻璃,存在视觉辨认度的问题。
解决技术问题所采用的技术方案
为了解决上述课题,本发明提供一种夹层玻璃,该夹层玻璃的特征在于,包括:厚度从一端到相向的另一端发生变化、且形成有纹理的第一玻璃板;形成有纹理的第二玻璃板;位于所述第一玻璃板和所述第二玻璃板之间、将所述第一玻璃板和所述第二玻璃板粘接、使得从板厚方向观察时所述第一玻璃板的纹理与所述第二玻璃板的纹理正交的中间膜。
发明的效果
通过本发明,可提供视觉辨认度提高的夹层玻璃。

第二玻璃板12如图3所示,厚度恒定,并且如图2所示形成有纹理123。纹理123在成形时沿着玻璃的流动方向产生。另外,第二玻璃板12如下文中详述,厚度从一端到相向的另一端发生变化。
第一玻璃板11和第二玻璃板12分别可以是浮法玻璃板。
图4是表示一种实施方式的浮法玻璃板的制造方法的图。图4中,纸面垂直方向是玻璃带15的流动方向,左右方向是玻璃带15的宽度方向。图4中,将玻璃带15的厚度变化夸大表示。
浮法是将熔融玻璃15连续地供给至熔融锡等熔融金属14上,使供给的熔融玻璃15在熔融金属14上流动,从而成形为带板状。带板状的熔融玻璃15也称为玻璃带15。
为了抑制玻璃带15在宽度方向上的收缩,用一对辊16按住玻璃带15的宽度方向两端部。一对辊16在玻璃带15的流动方向上隔开间隔设置多个。通过多对辊16的旋转,玻璃带15向下游侧移动。
玻璃带15在移向下游侧的过程中逐步冷却,在冷却固化后从熔融金属14被提起,退火,切割。藉此,得到浮法玻璃板。浮法玻璃板的与熔融金属14接触的面称为底面,浮法玻璃板的与底面相反的一侧的面称为顶面。底面和顶面可以未研磨。
图4中,由于一对辊16将玻璃带15在宽度方向上拉伸,从玻璃带15的宽度方向两端部起越靠宽度方向中央部,玻璃带15的厚度越大。通过切割该玻璃带15,得到第一玻璃板11。
玻璃带15的厚度在宽度方向上发生变化,玻璃带15的纹理沿着流动方向形成。因此,第一玻璃板11的厚度在与纹理113正交的方向上发生变化。
另外,如果调整成形条件,则也可制成从宽度方向两端部起越靠宽度方向中央部厚度越大的玻璃带、从宽度方向一端部起越靠宽度方向另一端部厚度越大的玻璃带。当然也可制成厚度均一的玻璃带。玻璃带的厚度除了可通过辊16的张力来调整外,还可通过辊16的圆周速度等来调整。
中间膜13如图3所示,位于第一玻璃板11和第二玻璃板12之间,将第一玻璃板11和第二玻璃板12粘接。作为中间膜13的材料大多使用热塑性树脂,可例举例如可塑化聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂、可塑化聚氯乙烯类树脂、饱和聚酯类树脂、可塑化饱和聚酯类树脂、聚氨酯类树脂、可塑化聚氨酯类树脂、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物类树脂、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物类树脂等以往在这种用途中使用的热塑性树脂。
其中,因为可获得透明性、耐候性、强度、粘接力、耐贯穿性、冲击能吸收性、耐湿性、隔热性和隔音性等各性能的良好的平衡性,所以优选使用可塑化聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂。这些热塑性树脂可以单独使用,也可以2种以上并用。上述可塑化聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂中的“可塑化”是指通过添加增塑剂而可塑化。对于其它可塑化树脂也一样。
作为上述聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂,可例举聚乙烯醇(以下根据需要有时也称为“PVA”)与甲醛反应而得的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛树脂、PVA与乙醛反应而得的狭义的聚乙烯醇缩乙醛树脂、PVA与正丁醛反应而得的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(以下根据需要有时也称为“PVB”)等,特别是因为透明性、耐候性、强度、粘接力、耐贯穿性、冲击能吸收性、耐湿性、隔热性和隔音性等各性能的平衡性良好,所以优选例举PVB。这些聚乙烯醇缩醛类树脂可以单独使用,也可以2种以上并用。
再者,如图2所示,第一玻璃板11具有纹理113,第二玻璃板12具有纹理123。将夹层玻璃10作为汽车的前窗使用时,如果汽车的乘坐者在水平方向上看到纹理,则会发生透视变形,视觉辨认度变差。
在作为汽车的前窗的夹层玻璃10上投影信息的HUD等投影仪通常配置在车室内下方。由投影仪投影的投影像在夹层玻璃10的背面和正面上反射。为了让两个反射像看起来不是二重的,从汽车的前后方向观察时,夹层玻璃10的厚度必须与投影方向平行地(即在上下方向上)发生变化。因为第一玻璃板11的厚度在与纹理113正交的方向上发生变化,所以从汽车的前后方向观察时,第一玻璃板11的纹理113成为与投影方向正交的方向(即水平方向)。因此,在视觉辨认度变差的方向上使用第一玻璃板11。
为了改善视觉辨认度,中间膜13如图3所示将第一玻璃板11和第二玻璃板12粘接,使得如图1所示从板厚方向观察时第一玻璃板11的纹理113与第二玻璃板12的纹理123正交。藉此,由于纹理正交的第二玻璃板12的存在以及将第一玻璃板11和第二玻璃板12粘接的中间膜13的存在,在单独使用第一玻璃板11时产生的透视变形得到缓解,视觉辨认度得以改善。另外,可以将第一玻璃板11配置于车外侧、将第二玻璃板12配置于车内侧,也可以将第一玻璃板11配置于车内侧、将第二玻璃板12配置于车外侧。
如果第一玻璃板11的顶面和第二玻璃板12的顶面分别是与中间膜13的接触面,则可使成形时在顶面上产生的微小的起伏难以看见。因此,夹层玻璃10的透视变形减小,可提高视觉辨认度。
如果第一玻璃板11的顶面和第二玻璃板12的底面分别是与中间膜13的接触面,则可减小顶面与底面的粘接力的差别的影响,可获得最适合作为夹层玻璃10的粘接性能。
如果第一玻璃板11的底面和第二玻璃板12的顶面分别是与中间膜13的接触面,则可减小顶面与底面的粘接力的差别的影响,可获得最适合作为夹层玻璃10的粘接性能。
如果第一玻璃板11的底面和第二玻璃板12的底面分别是与中间膜13的接触面,则可使顶面成为夹层玻璃10的露出面。该露出面上有时会设置功能膜,而顶面与功能膜的密合性好,因此可提高功能膜的耐久性。功能膜可以具有例如拒水、防雾、红外线屏蔽和紫外线屏蔽中的至少一种功能。
图5是第一变形例的夹层玻璃的剖视图,是沿着图6的V-V线的剖视图。图6是沿着图5的VI-VI线的夹层玻璃的剖视图。图5和图6中,将第一玻璃板11的厚度变化和第二玻璃板12A的厚度变化夸大表示。第一变形例的夹层玻璃10A包括第一玻璃板11、第二玻璃板12A、中间膜13。
第二玻璃板12A的厚度从一端121A到相向的另一端122A发生变化。第二玻璃板12A与第一玻璃板11同样地制造,具有未图示的纹理。第二玻璃板12A的厚度在与第二玻璃板12A的纹理正交的方向上发生变化。
中间膜13将第一玻璃板11和第二玻璃板12A粘接,使得从板厚方向观察时第一玻璃板11的纹理113与第二玻璃板12A的纹理正交。因此,第二玻璃板12A和第一玻璃板11的厚度沿着正交的方向发生变化。因此,从汽车的前后方向观察时,在从正交的两个方向对夹层玻璃10投影信息的情况下,可使两份信息在夹层玻璃10A的正面和背面上反射的像重合。
图7是第二变形例的夹层玻璃的剖视图。图7中,将第一玻璃板11的厚度变化和中间膜13B的厚度变化夸大表示。第二变形例的夹层玻璃10B包括第一玻璃板11、第二玻璃板12、中间膜13B。
中间膜13B的厚度从一端131B到相向的另一端132B发生变化。图7中,中间膜13B和第一玻璃板11的厚度沿着相同的方向发生变化。此时,可制造具有较大的厚度变化的夹层玻璃10B。
另外,图7中,中间膜13B和第一玻璃板11的厚度沿着相同的方向发生变化,但厚度也可以沿着正交的方向发生变化。此时,从汽车的前后方向观察时,在从正交的两个方向对夹层玻璃投影信息的情况下,可使两份信息在夹层玻璃的正面和背面上反射的像重合。
另外,第二变形例的夹层玻璃10B也可以具有图5和图6所示的厚度有变化的第二玻璃板12A来代替图7等所示的厚度恒定的第二玻璃板12。
图8是第三变形例的夹层玻璃的剖视图。图8中,将第一玻璃板11的厚度变化夸大表示。第三变形例的夹层玻璃10C包括第一玻璃板11、第二玻璃板12、中间膜13C。
中间膜13C由3层构成,包括第一树脂层135C、第二树脂层136C、第三树脂层137C。第二树脂层136C位于第一树脂层135C和第三树脂层137C之间,具有与第一树脂层135C和第三树脂层137C都要低的硬度。藉此,可提高隔音性。另外,第一树脂层135C和第三树脂层137C可以具有相同的硬度,也可以具有不同的硬度。
中间膜13C在图8中由3层构成,但也可以具有别的树脂层,可以由4层以上构成。别的树脂层的位置无特别限定,可以设置在第一树脂层135C、第二树脂层136C、第三树脂层137C的中途和/或之外。中间膜13C由3层以上构成的情况下,可提高隔音性。
中间膜13C的厚度在图8中是恒定的,但其厚度也可以从一端到相向的另一端发生变化。
另外,第三变形例的夹层玻璃10C也可以具有图5和图6所示的厚度有变化的第二玻璃板12A来代替图8等所示的厚度恒定的第二玻璃板12。
图9是表示第四变形例的夹层玻璃的图。图10是沿着图9的X-X线的夹层玻璃的剖视图。图9和图10中,省略纹理和厚度变化等的图示。
将夹层玻璃10D作为汽车的前窗使用的情况下,通常从汽车的前后方向观察时如图9所示形成为近似梯形形状,从截面观察时如图10所示形成为弯曲形状。
构成夹层玻璃10D的第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板在通过浮法进行成形后、通过中间膜粘接前进行弯曲成形。弯曲成形通过对玻璃加热使其软化来进行。弯曲成形时的玻璃的加热温度大都为550℃~700℃。
夹层玻璃10D的最大弯曲深度D是指从将夹层玻璃10D的凹面101D的两组对边中较长的那组对边的中点彼此连结的直线L起到凹面101D的最深部为止的、与直线L垂直的方向上的距离。
如果夹层玻璃10D的最大弯曲深度D在10mm以上,则可通过弯曲成形将纹理充分拉伸,可充分提高视觉辨认度。夹层玻璃10D的最大弯曲深度D优选在12mm以上,更优选在15mm以上。
实施例
以下,参照实施例对本发明进行更详细的说明。
(实施例1)
通过浮法制造厚度从一端到相向的另一端发生变化的第一玻璃板和厚度恒定的第二玻璃板,分别切成30cm见方。第一玻璃板的厚度在最薄部为1.9mm、在最厚部为2.1mm,而第二玻璃板的厚度为2.0mm。第一玻璃板的顶面和底面以及第二玻璃板的顶面和底面分别为平面。
配置成使得从板厚方向观察时第一玻璃板的纹理和第二玻璃板的纹理正交,将厚度恒定为0.76mm的PVB单层中间膜(积水化学株式会社(積水化学社)制,S-LEC ClearFilm)用第一玻璃板的顶面和第二玻璃板的顶面夹住,在该状态下将该层叠体放入真空袋中,脱气至压力计的显示值达到100kPa以下。然后加热至120℃来进行预压接,进而在高压釜中以温度135℃、压力1.3MPa的条件进行60分钟的加热加压,最后进行冷却,制成夹层玻璃。夹层玻璃的厚度在最薄部为4.6mm、在最厚部为4.8mm。
(实施例2)
除了将PVB单层中间膜用第一玻璃板的顶面和第二玻璃板的底面夹住以外,以与实施例1相同的材料以及相同的条件制造夹层玻璃。
(实施例3)
除了PVB3层中间膜(积水化学株式会社制,S-LEC Sound Acoustic Film)以外,以与实施例1相同的材料以及相同的条件制造夹层玻璃。
(比较例1)
除了配置成使得从板厚方向观察时第一玻璃板的纹理和第二玻璃板的纹理平行以外,以与实施例1相同的材料以及相同的条件制造夹层玻璃。
(比较例2)
除了PVB3层中间膜以外,以与比较例1相同的材料以及相同的条件制造夹层玻璃。
(夹层玻璃的评价时的状态)
接着,参照图11和图12,以实施例2的夹层玻璃的评价时的状态为代表进行说明。图11是表示实施例2的夹层玻璃的评价时的状态的侧视图。图11中,实线表示夹层玻璃的标准状态,单点划线表示夹层玻璃的倾斜状态。图12是表示实施例2的夹层玻璃的评价时的状态的俯视图。图12中,实线表示夹层玻璃的标准状态,单点划线表示夹层玻璃的倾斜状态,双点划线表示夹层玻璃的回正状态。图11和图12中,为了便于说明,省略纹理的图示,并且将厚度变化夸大表示。另外,表示实施例1、3、比较例1、2的夹层玻璃的评价时的状态的图与图11和图12相同,因此省略。
夹层玻璃10的标准状态如图11的实线所示,是使第二玻璃板12朝向下方、将其下表面配置在光源30的中心的同一水平面31上的状态。来自光源30的光在暗处透过夹层玻璃10,投影在屏幕40的投影面41上。
夹层玻璃10的状态为标准状态时,如图12的实线所示,夹层玻璃10的一组对边与屏幕40的投影面41平行,夹层玻璃10的其余的一组对边与屏幕40的投影面41垂直。
夹层玻璃10的状态为标准状态时,如图11的实线所示,夹层玻璃的厚度在与屏幕40的投影面41垂直的方向上发生变化,越靠近投影面41越大。夹层玻璃10的状态为标准状态时,第一玻璃板11的纹理与屏幕40的投影面41平行。
夹层玻璃10以转轴17为中心在图11中的顺时针方向上旋转,从图11的实线所示的标准状态旋转至图11的单点划线所示的倾斜状态。转轴17通过夹层玻璃10的下表面的中心点,与屏幕40的投影面41平行。
通过使夹层玻璃10以转轴17为中心在图11中的顺时针方向上旋转,使夹层玻璃10的下表面相对于水平面31倾斜。夹层玻璃10的下表面与水平面31所成的角称为倾斜角α。夹层玻璃10的下表面与水平面31一致时,倾斜角α为0(零)°。
夹层玻璃10以转轴18为中心在图12中的逆时针方向上旋转,从图12的单点划线所示的倾斜状态旋转至图12的双点划线所示的回正状态。将该旋转角称为回正角β。夹层玻璃10处于图12所示的倾斜状态时,回正角β为0(零)°。转轴18通过夹层玻璃10的下表面的中心点,与水平面31垂直。
(点光源评价)
点光源评价是在暗处使来自图11和图12所示的光源30、即汞灯的光透过夹层玻璃,投影在屏幕40的投影面41上,基于该投影像在第一玻璃板的纹理方向上的投影的深浅不均进行评价。该评价在倾斜角α为10°、20°、30°和40°的状态下进行。另外,回正角β为0°。实施例1~3和比较例1、2的夹层玻璃的评价结果示于表1。

由表1可知,实施例1~3的夹层玻璃的投影像与比较例1、2的夹层玻璃的投影像相比,第一玻璃板的纹理方向上的投影的深浅不均小,可改善视觉辨认度。
(透视变形评价)
透视变形评价是基于JIS R 3212(汽车用安全玻璃试验方法)中记载的透视变形试验,测定透视变形(分)。
首先,在倾斜角α为20°、30°和40°的状态下进行透视变形评价。另外,回正角β为0°。实施例1、2和比较例1的夹层玻璃的评价结果示于表2。

由表2可以确认,倾斜角α为20°时,实施例1、2的后窗玻璃与比较例1的夹层玻璃不同,其构成不容易发生透视变形。
接着,在倾斜角α为20°、回正角β为18°的状态下进行透视变形评价。实施例2、3和比较例1、2的夹层玻璃的评价结果示于表3。

由表3可以确认,使夹层玻璃的状态从倾斜状态变为回正状态、增大玻璃中的光路长度的情况下,可以更显著地体现出本发明的效果。
由此可知,如上所述,通过本发明,可提供视觉辨认度提高了的夹层玻璃。
以上对夹层玻璃的实施方式等进行了说明,但本发明不限定于上述实施方式等,可以在权利要求书记载的本发明的技术内容的范围内进行各种变形、改良。
本申请要求基于2015年1月26日向日本国特许厅提出申请的日本专利特愿2015-012162号以及2016年1月14日向日本国特许厅提出申请的日本专利特愿2016-005584号的优先权,将日本专利特愿2015-012162号和日本专利特愿2016-005584号的全部内容援引至本申请中。
产业上的利用可能性
本发明的夹层玻璃可应用于汽车和电车等车辆用途、飞机和直升机等航空机器用途、民宅·大楼等一般窗用途、固定式·移动式的屏幕用途等需要投影图像的用途。
Claims (9)
1.一种夹层玻璃,其特征在于,包括:
厚度从一端到相向的另一端发生变化、且形成有纹理的第一玻璃板;
形成有纹理的第二玻璃板;
位于所述第一玻璃板和所述第二玻璃板之间、将所述第一玻璃板和所述第二玻璃板粘接、使得从板厚方向观察时所述第一玻璃板的纹理与所述第二玻璃板的纹理正交的中间膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,
所述第一和第二玻璃板分别是浮法玻璃板,具有通过浮法成形时与熔融金属接触的底面、以及与所述底面相反的一侧的顶面;
所述第一玻璃板的所述顶面和所述第二玻璃板的所述顶面分别是与所述中间膜的接触面。
3.如权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,
所述第一和第二玻璃板分别是浮法玻璃板,具有通过浮法成形时与熔融金属接触的底面、以及与所述底面相反的一侧的顶面;
所述第一玻璃板的所述顶面和所述第二玻璃板的所述底面分别是与所述中间膜的接触面。
4.如权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,
所述第一和第二玻璃板分别是浮法玻璃板,具有通过浮法成形时与熔融金属接触的底面、以及与所述底面相反的一侧的顶面;
所述第一玻璃板的所述底面和所述第二玻璃板的所述顶面分别是与所述中间膜的接触面。
5.如权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,
所述第一和第二玻璃板分别是浮法玻璃板,具有通过浮法成形时与熔融金属接触的底面、以及与所述底面相反的一侧的顶面;
所述第一玻璃板的所述底面和所述第二玻璃板的所述底面分别是与所述中间膜的接触面。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述第二玻璃板的厚度从一端到相向的另一端发生变化。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜的厚度从一端到相向的另一端发生变化。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间膜由3层以上构成。
9.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,夹层玻璃的最大弯曲深度在10mm以上。
