背景技术
洗衣片是一种全新的洗涤产品,改变了以往洗涤产品的形态,轻便是它最大的特点,因其不含有荧光增白剂,磷等有害成分,逐渐风靡欧美市场,成为新一代洗涤产品,是一种中性的合成洗涤剂。
但是目前国内的许多洗涤市场却存在着不小的问题,目前市面上最常见的洗衣粉与洗衣液中,普遍含有荧光增白剂、蛋白水解酶、三聚磷酸钠等成分,其中的荧光增白剂危害最大,对老人或者小孩,一定要谨慎选择洗涤产品。
洗衣片实现的定量洗涤,克服了传统洗衣粉、洗衣液使用中计量的繁琐,即节约了洗涤用品,其低泡超浓缩的环保特性又节约了用水,有望在国内得到推广,随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对洗衣片产品质量的要求也越来越高,洗衣片的需求量将会越来越大,质量要求也越来越高,活性物高、多功能、使用简便将是洗衣片的发展趋势。

甘油一硬脂酸酯 1~2 份;

(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入金银花提取物、茶树提取物、乙氧基月桂酷胺、甘油一硬脂酸酯搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
本发明洗衣片通过添加金银花提取物和茶树提取物,能产生明显的抑菌效果;通过添加乙氧基月桂酷胺和甘油一硬脂酸酯,有长效的抗静电作用,降低摩擦系数、抑制和减少静电荷产生。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种抑菌防静电洗衣片,其特征是,包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
去污剂 35~50份;
聚乙烯醇 8~10份;
甘油 2~5份;
金银花提取物3~5份;
茶树提取物3~5份;
乙氧基月桂酷胺 1~2 份;
甘油一硬脂酸酯 1~2 份;
成膜剂3~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌防静电洗衣片,其特征是,所述去污剂由十二烷基硫酸钠和a-烯烃磺酸钠组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌防静电洗衣片,其特征是,还包括EDTA二钠0.1~0.3份和柠檬酸钠1~2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌防静电洗衣片,其特征是,所述金银花提取物为金银花提取液,所述茶树提取物为茶树精油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌防静电洗衣片,其特征是,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇类物质。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的一种抑菌防静电洗衣片的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述组分先在去离子水中加入去污剂、聚乙烯醇、成膜剂、EDTA二钠、甘油搅拌均匀;
(2)然后按上述组分加入金银花提取物、茶树提取物、乙氧基月桂酷胺、甘油一硬脂酸酯搅拌,最后放入成膜机上拉平烘干成膜即可。
