Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料,其所用原料按重量百分数计为:有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂70%‑75%、助剂20%‑25%、溶剂3‑6%,上述原料的重量百分数之和为100%;其中,所述助剂是将改性纳米锆粉与氟硅助剂按重量比1:3‑5混合制得。本发明玻璃涂料涂覆后所得漆膜澄澈透明,光学性好,并具有良好耐高温、防火、防爆的性能。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料制备领域,具体涉及一种水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料。
背景技术
汽车自出现之日起,就离不开玻璃。最初的汽车玻璃只不过是起到抵御风寒、防止雨水及尘土的作用。随着汽车工业的发展,道路状况不断改善及车速的日益提高,汽车玻璃的重要性逐渐被认识,汽车玻璃在汽车行驶中不仅要给驾驶人员及乘客提供良好的视野,在遇到突发性事故时还要能不伤害驾驶人员及乘客,这要求其轻量化及多功能化。
在天气炎热的地区或者是夏季用车,由于室外与车内的温差较大,尤其是中午车内温度可能达到50℃以上,易发生火灾及爆炸事故。而开车过程中由于受到石子等异物的撞击,轻则可使玻璃破洞,重则可使整扇玻璃支离破碎。因此,汽车玻璃不仅需要遮风挡雨、透光保温,也是汽车安全系统的重要组成部分,关系到驾驶员和乘客的人身安全。
然而,汽车问世已达百余年之久,而汽车玻璃极其脆弱的致命缺陷仍然普遍存在,由此带来的安全隐患每一天都在威胁着行驶在路上的人们的安全。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料,其所用原料按重量百分数计为:有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂70%-75%、助剂20%-25%、溶剂3-6%,上述原料的重量百分数之和为100%。
所述助剂是将改性纳米锆粉与氟硅助剂按重量比1:3-4混合制得;所述改性纳米锆粉是将纳米锆粉、PVDF按质量体积比1:0.1-0.3 g/mL共同加入到一定量的N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,搅拌混合6-8h,然后于真空条件下挥干溶剂制得。
所述溶剂为环己酮、甲基异丁基酮中的一种或几种。
所述水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料的制备方法,是将有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、助剂与溶剂混合后1000r/min高速分散30-60min制得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明通过改性纳米锆粉的加入,以提高所得玻璃涂料的光泽性,增强其隔热性能,而采用PVDF对纳米锆粉进行包覆改性,可提高纳米锆粉的稳定性;结合氟硅助剂与有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂共同形成牢固的网格结构,一方面可使所得玻璃涂料具有良好耐磨、耐冲击性能,另一方面可达到进一步稳定改性纳米锆粉的作用,避免其脱落,从而有效延长涂料的使用寿命。
本发明玻璃涂料涂覆后,所得漆膜澄澈透明,光学性好,且经检测,其可耐受600℃以上高温,承受10kg以上的外力击打,说明其具有良好耐高温、防火、防爆的性能。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
实施例1
一种水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料,其所用原料按重量百分数计为:有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂70%、改性纳米锆粉6%、氟硅助剂18%、环己酮6%。
所述改性纳米锆粉是将10g纳米锆粉、1mL PVDF共同加入到50mL N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,搅拌混合6h,然后于真空条件下挥干溶剂制得。
所述水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料是将有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、改性纳米锆粉、氟硅助剂与环己酮混合后1000r/min高速分散30min制得。
使用时,可在施工现场直接根据实际情况将涂料喷在汽车玻璃上,喷涂厚度为22-35μm,烘烤条件为230-280℃烘烤30-40min。
实施例2
一种水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料,其所用原料按重量百分数计为:有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂72%、改性纳米锆粉5%、氟硅助剂20%、环己酮3%。
所述改性纳米锆粉是将10g纳米锆粉、3mL PVDF共同加入到50mL N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,搅拌混合8h,然后于真空条件下挥干溶剂制得。
所述水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料是将有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、改性纳米锆粉、氟硅助剂与环己酮混合后1000r/min高速分散60min制得。
使用时,可在施工现场直接根据实际情况将涂料喷在汽车玻璃上,喷涂厚度为22-35μm,烘烤条件为230-280℃烘烤30-40min。
实施例3

所述改性纳米锆粉是将10g纳米锆粉、2mL PVDF共同加入到50mL N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,搅拌混合6h,然后于真空条件下挥干溶剂制得。
所述水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料是将有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、改性纳米锆粉、氟硅助剂与甲基异丁基酮混合后1000r/min高速分散50min制得。
使用时,可在施工现场直接根据实际情况将涂料喷在汽车玻璃上,喷涂厚度为22-35μm,烘烤条件为230-280℃烘烤30-40min。
实施例1-3所得玻璃涂料涂覆后得到的漆膜澄澈透明,光学性好,且经检测,其可耐受600℃以上高温,承受10kg以上的外力击打。

1.一种水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料,其特征在于:所用原料按重量百分数计为:有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂70%-75%、助剂20%-25%、溶剂3-6%,上述原料的重量百分数之和为100%;
所述助剂是将改性纳米锆粉与氟硅助剂按重量比1:3-4混合制得;
所述改性纳米锆粉是将纳米锆粉、PVDF按质量体积比1:0.1-0.3共同加入到N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,搅拌混合6-8h,然后于真空条件下挥干溶剂制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述水性耐高温防火防爆汽车玻璃涂料,其特征在于:所述溶剂为环己酮、甲基异丁基酮中的一种或几种。
