Abstract

一种产生带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置,特别是在装饰 板上产生带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置。

Description

本发明涉及一种产生带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置,特别是用于装饰板上产生带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置。该装置包括一个容纳钻孔工具和与钻孔机连结的传递转矩的转接器,以及一个在支柱的支架上固定的轴承套,在该轴承套中有与钻孔机固定连接的通过一个摆动轴承转动和摆动地容纳和支承着的导向套。
生产带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置已经公知,该装置配置有一杯状套,在该套上支承具有配置着可摆动地支承着的套的钻孔工具。
通过钻孔工具的旋转及同时的摆动运动,由于钻具上配置有侧向切割刀具在孔底区域进行侧凹扩孔。支承套具有形状合适安装的支承。
这样的带有侧凹的孔可以产生在装饰板上或者类似板上。然而在那里各种侧凹孔必须精确加工,这样在安装和支承一个地脚螺丝时就不能使用较高的支承压力。一种较高的支承压力可能导致装饰板钻孔部位的偏离。为了制造出一种精确的侧凹孔,利用一种钻孔工具,这种钻孔工具具有由金刚石片装配成的钻头。对于对这种冲击和撞击敏感的工具以及达到带有侧凹孔的精度要求来说,公知的产生带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置是不合要求的。
因此本发明基于这样的任务,即提出一种产生带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置,特别是用于装饰板的一种装置,这种装置可以进行一种精确的,在支承上通过自动的机械可控的转动而达到一种可调节的钻孔。
本发明任务的解决方案是这样的,即在钻孔机和导向套上固定一个摆动盘,在该摆动盘上触接着多个在支架上的和围绕导向套的中心而同心配置的汽缸,为了产生侧凹扩孔的摆动运动,这些汽缸依次进行控制和操纵。
围绕导向套的中心轴同心设置的汽缸依次以顺时针或逆时针方向进行控制,这样在钻孔机上固定的摆动盘从其水平位置压向倾斜的位置。这种倾斜位置总是相应于伸出的汽缸活塞杆作圆形移动。这样就产生了一个摆动运动。
在这种摆动运动中工具轴处于偏离状态。围绕它的中心轴作圆形的运动。因此在钻孔中将孔扩成侧凹。通过在支架上配置的摆动轴承,摆动轴在摆动运动时精确地固定。
通过工具轴的自动转动和通过钻机的机械调节的摆动运动,避免了侧凹扩孔时产生误差的可能少许的偏离或者一种不完全的圆形运动。因此本装置适用于系列生产带有侧凹的钻孔,特别适用于装饰板复盖安装的固定零件的部件。
本发明的其他的有利的结构在于:
汽缸的活塞杆可以通过摆动铰链与摆动盘连接;
可有至少六个汽缸围绕导向套的中心轴同心且均匀地配置;
在支架上和围绕导向套的中心轴可同心配置多个用于摆动盘的挡块,挡块最好是其数目与汽缸数目相应;
该挡块可由一个螺栓构成,在该螺栓上旋紧一个配置着圆形端面的螺纹衬套。
活塞杆与摆动盘的连接通过一个摆动铰链而避免夹住、装置的倾斜以及汽缸增加了的磨损。汽缸的数目可以影响摆动运动的均匀性。摆动运动进行得越均匀对钻孔工具的磨损的作用就越有利。因此推荐至少六个围绕导向套均匀分布的汽缸用来产生摆动运动。
此外还表明,摆动盘的倾斜位置由一种挡块结构而限制,该挡块围绕导向套的中心轴同心地配置着,并且最好与汽缸数目相同的配置在支架上。为了能够调节该挡块,该挡块具有一种螺栓结构,在该螺栓上总是旋紧一个设置成圆形端部的螺纹套。
下面根据附图对本发明作进一步的说明。

这种产生带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置1在装饰板2上与支架3结合成一体,它具有一个支座4,必要时具有用于装饰板2的张紧装置。用于装置1的垂直运动而在支架5上配置着两个导轨6,该导轨6配合在支架3上固定的导向型材7中。
支架5上有转动轴承,该转动轴承由一个轴承套8和一个在导向套9上配置的球形套10所构成。该导向套9是与钻机11和圆形摆动盘12固定连接的。在钻机11的钻卡头上张紧着一个转接器13,在转接器中该导向套9突出的正面端部插入一种用金刚石片装配成的钻孔工具14。为了钻成孔15,在装饰板2上当水平位置的摆动盘和相接的钻孔机通过一个齿条传动装置、杠杆或者类似的装置(没有示出)向下运动时,钻出圆柱形的孔。在达到调节的孔深之后,当钻孔机运行时,摆动盘12通过一个汽缸16的控制和操纵进入到倾斜位置,一直到在该汽缸上的摆动盘接触到相对安装的挡块17上。同时钻孔机和钻孔工具的轴对着重心位置的中心而偏斜。通过汽缸16的这种依次调节的操作而产生一种顺时针或逆时针的摆动运动,这将导致对所钻孔15的侧凹18扩孔。在一个或两个循环之后,该摆动盘再处于水平位置以及该钻孔工具从孔中退出。
侧凹的程度是由挡块17调节的。通过或多或少的旋开在螺栓20上的螺纹衬套19,螺纹衬套19的圆型端侧21相对摆动盘12的距离可以调节。为了在装置摆动时避免汽缸相对摆动盘倾斜,汽缸16的活塞杆22为了构成一个摆动轴承而具有一个球头23,该球头23嵌合在一个连接件24的圆形孔中。
为了达到同一形式的摆动运动,如图2清楚表示的那种,围绕着导向套9在支架上同心配置着六个汽缸,这些汽缸依次按顺时针或逆时针调节。在其同一直径上,有时在两汽缸之间同样也安装六个限制摆动盘12倾斜位置的挡块17。
为了产生摆动运动可以利用一种气动或液压缸。然而可以想像的还有其他线性作用的驱动装置,例如起重磁铁或齿条传动装置。

Claims (5)

1、一种产生带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置,特别是在装饰板上产生带有侧凹孔的钻孔装置,该装置包括一个容纳钻孔工具的和与钻孔机连接传递转矩的一个转接器,以及一个在支柱的支架上固定的轴承套,在该轴承套中有与钻孔机固定连接的通过一个摆动轴承转动和摆动的容纳着和支承着的导向套,其特征在于,在钻孔机(11)和导向套(9)上固定一个摆动盘(12),在该摆动盘上触接着多个在支架(5)上的和围绕导向套(9)的中心轴同心配置的汽缸(16),为了产生侧凹(18)扩孔的摆动运动,这些汽缸依次进行控制和操纵。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,汽缸(16)的活塞杆(22)通过摆动铰链(23、24)与摆动盘连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,至少六个汽缸(16)围绕导向套(9)的中心轴同心和均匀地配置。
4、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在支架(5)上和围绕导向套(9)的中心轴同心配置着多个用于摆动盘(12)的挡块(17),最好挡块(17)的数目与汽缸(16)的数目相应。
5、根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,该挡块(17)由一个螺栓(20)构成,在该螺栓上旋紧一个配置着圆形端面的螺纹衬套(19)。
