Abstract

本发明属于化工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种脱硫塔,包括塔体,塔体内从下至上依次设有浆液池,至少两级气流分散板、至少两级喷淋管和除雾器;所述的气流分散板与喷淋管在塔体内交替设置。本发明可以有效增大气液接触面积,明显提高脱硫效率,并且不会造成除雾装置的堵塞。

技术领域
本发明属于化工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种脱硫塔。
背景技术
脱硫是化工领域常用的操作手段之一,通常采用脱硫塔实现。但是目前常用的脱硫塔中通常烟气分布不均匀,与吸收液的接触面积小,脱硫效果不好,而且也容易导致除雾装置的堵塞。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明提出了一种脱硫塔,采用本发明可以有效增大气液接触面积,明显提高脱硫效率,并且不会造成除雾装置的堵塞。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种脱硫塔,包括塔体,塔体内从下至上依次设有浆液池,至少两级气流分散板、至少两级喷淋管和除雾器;所述的气流分散板与喷淋管在塔体内交替设置。
具体工作时,烟气进入脱硫塔,经过气流分散板被分散为若干细小气流,与喷淋管中的吸收液接触,接触面积增大,吸收效果更好。与除雾器靠近的喷淋管为双向喷淋管,可以对除雾器进行喷淋,有效避免了堵塞现象的发生。所述的气流分散板为表面布满小孔的孔板。
本发明结构简单,采用本发明可以有效增大气液接触面积,明显提高脱硫效率,并且不会造成除雾装置的堵塞。

具体实施方式
一种脱硫塔,包括塔体1,塔体1内从下至上依次设有浆液池2,至少两级气流分散板3、至少两级喷淋管4和除雾器5;所述的气流分散板3与喷淋管4在塔体1内交替设置。
与除雾器5靠近的喷淋管4为双向喷淋管。

1.一种脱硫塔,包括塔体(1),其特征在于:塔体(1)内从下至上依次设有浆液池(2),至少两级气流分散板(3)、至少两级喷淋管(4)和除雾器(5);所述的气流分散板(3)与喷淋管(4)在塔体(1)内交替设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱硫塔,其特征在于:与除雾器(5)靠近的喷淋管(4)为双向喷淋管。
