本发明涉及日化用品领域,主要涉及一种营养头皮毛囊生发精华及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对美的追求也越来越高,但空气污染、工作生活压力加大等因素都会对头皮头发造成极大伤害,时间长了会导致掉发脱发现象的出现。另外,人们经常使用洗发水和护发素,但目前市面上的洗护产品,大部分是含有硅油(聚硅油烷产品)成分的,硅油成分作为护理头发中常用的调理剂而被广泛使用。但是,长期使用会在头发上产生过度积聚,头发生长的环境变得越来越糟糕,不利于头发的健康生长。目前生发剂使用的防腐剂安全上也存在风险,比如甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、羟苯甲酯等,前两种成分从2017年开始全球禁止用于驻留产品中,可见其安全性成在很大问题。
尽管有人在生发产品添加对头发生长起调理作用的成分,比如Minodl、Finasteride等已获得许可,但成分比较单一,而且西药会造成药物依赖性,没有中和考虑全局,其调理生发效果相当有限,没有很好地将头皮、毛囊、发根有机结合起来进行考虑,所以老百姓对生发制品失去信心。且存在诸多使用局限,例如使用效果、刺激性及稳定性问题等;如何在不刺激头皮的同时,实现较佳的生发调理效果,是目前营养头皮毛囊生发精华组合物研究亟待解决的问题。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种营养头皮毛囊生发精华及其制备方法,该营养头皮毛囊生发精华将头皮、毛囊、发根有机结合起来进行考虑,整体改善毛发的生长环境,在不刺激头皮的同时,实现较佳的生发调理效果,旨在解决现有生发产品对生发的调理作用有限的问题。

一种如上所述的营养头皮毛囊生发精华的制备方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
在反应釜中加入水和基础组分,搅拌分散,加热至75-85度,保温搅拌15-30分钟,待固相物全部溶解分散好后开始降温;
温度降至50度时加入营养组分以及去屑组分,保温搅拌10-20分钟,令其分散均匀,继续冷却降温;
温度降至45度时加入能量组分,继续搅拌分散均匀;
温度降至40度时依次加入香精组分和防腐剂组分,并搅拌分散均匀;
补齐蒸发的水分,搅拌均匀,过滤出料,即得。

咖啡因,用于补充头皮细胞及毛囊细胞更多的能量。咖啡因是一种黄嘌呤生物碱化合物,中枢神经兴奋剂,能够暂时的驱走睡意并恢复精力,临床上用于治疗神经衰弱和昏迷复苏。咖啡因可抑制5α还原酶,阻止转化成双氢睾酮,这与脱发有关。这种酶广泛存在于表皮角质形成细胞和毛乳头细胞中。咖啡因增强了细胞内的环状AMP(环状磷酸腺苷)水平,刺激毛囊代谢,抑制可引起毛囊变小的DHT。在局部应用中,游离的咖啡因会在很短时间渗透进血液中,在皮肤停留的时间很短。而采用本发明基础组分就解决了此问题,使咖啡因能缓慢释放并靶向直达根部毛囊。本发明的基础组分,能将咖啡因包裹起来定向输送到毛囊部位,形成一个慢慢释放咖啡因的容器,维持长时间的疗效;具有以下3个优点:1、可以封装高含量的咖啡因,延长释放时间,增强疗效;2、将咖啡因定向释放输送至最需要的毛囊深处;3、易于配制,配方温和稳定。在本发明中,定向输送的设计理念,具体是指头发毛囊口直径约30-50微米,而包裹有咖啡因的容器直径仅0.8 微米,可以渗透到毛囊,更有针对性,增强疗效。为了证明咖啡因在所述基础组分中的缓释效果,按照实施例4中的基础组分和咖啡因的原料和配比配成基础组分,以基础组分和咖啡因混合物作为实验组,以游离咖啡因为对照组,进行体外释放控制的实验,检测6个小时内,实验组和对照组在体外残留的对比,结果如图1所示,图1的检测结果为咖啡因在皮肤表面渗透率,渗透率越高表示残留率越低,通过对比,可以明显看出实验组在体外释放的速度要比对照组的效果慢,具有缓释的效果。将对照组和实验组的咖啡因放置在显微镜下进行分析,图2为在100倍放大镜下显示10%游离咖啡因在水里的图像,图3为10%含咖啡因的基础组分在水里的图像。从图2和图3可以看出,游离的咖啡因在水里外观呈纤维状,在水里溶解度无法达到10%,只能达到2%;而含咖啡因的基础组分,在水里呈像更细,在水里的溶解度可达10%。
此外,添加了安全合理的去屑组合,减少头皮屑数量,除去了细菌滋生的良好的营养环境,细菌少了头皮毛囊产生炎症的可能。营养组分中的D-泛醇、维生素A对头皮、毛发起到协调作用,并在头发表面形成透气滋润保湿膜,保证营养组分的吸附在保湿膜中,随时间推移缓慢释放头皮、头发所需的营养元素,真正滋润营养头皮、毛囊细胞,从深处给予毛囊、头皮百般呵护,为头发健康生长提供科学营养组合,坚持使用会可使头发保持健康、光亮、富有弹性,加强头发的韧性。
进一步地,所述营养头皮毛囊生发精华,按照重量百分比计,还包括以下组分:
香精组分 0~0.50%。
其中,香精组分由香精和增溶剂聚山梨醇酯-20组成。聚山梨醇酯-20性质温和,有助于使香精同各个成分混合均匀。
更进一步地,所述营养头皮毛囊生发精华,按照重量百分比计,还包括以下组分:
香精组分:香精 0~0.10%;
聚山梨醇酯-20 0~0.40%。
本发明中还提供所述营养头皮毛囊生发精华的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在反应釜中加入水和基础组分(甘油、汉生胶、卡波姆钠、EDTA-2Na、羟乙基纤维素),搅拌分散,加热至75-85度,保温搅拌15-30分钟,待固相物全部溶解分散好后开始降温;
温度降至50度时加入营养组分(维生素B3、尿囊素、D-泛醇、维生素A、维生素H)以及去屑组分(水杨酸、吡啶酮乙醇胺盐),保温搅拌10-20分钟,令其分散均匀,继续冷却降温;
温度降至45度时加入能量组分(咖啡因、肉碱、精氨酸),继续搅拌分散均匀;
温度降至40度时依次加入香精组分(香精+聚山梨醇酯-20)和防腐剂组分(苯氧乙醇、己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮),并搅拌分散均匀;
补齐蒸发的水分,搅拌均匀,过滤出料,即得。
以下通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例
按照下表1的成分列表设置4个不同实施例的营养头皮毛囊生发精华,其中,各原料均以有效物含量100%计。
4个实施例方案营养头皮毛囊生发精华的制备方法如下所示:
在反应釜中加入水和基础组分(甘油、汉生胶、卡波姆钠、EDTA-2Na、羟乙基纤维素),搅拌分散,加热至75-85度,保温搅拌15-30分钟,待固相物全部溶解分散好后开始降温;
温度降至50度时加入营养组分(维生素B3、尿囊素、D-泛醇、维生素A、维生素H)以及去屑组分(水杨酸、吡啶酮乙醇胺盐),保温搅拌10-20分钟,令其分散均匀,继续冷却降温;
温度降至45度时加入能量组分(咖啡因、肉碱、精氨酸),继续搅拌分散均匀;
温度降至40度时依次加入香精组分(香精+聚山梨醇酯-20)和防腐剂组分(苯氧乙醇、己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮),并搅拌分散均匀;
补齐蒸发的水分,搅拌均匀,过滤出料,即得。

将实施例1-4所制备得到的营养头皮毛囊生发精华以及对比例(市面上普通生发精华)采用感官评价法,对各个产品的效果进行综合比较:
选100名头发稀少或脱发人群进行测试,将实施例1-4以及对比例(市面上普通生发精华)分别给100名受试者测试使用。受试者按照洗发前涂抹上营养头皮毛囊生发精华,并来回揉搓按摩5-15分钟,待营养头皮毛囊生发精华全部吸收后用清水洗净即可,必要时可使用洗发水(本发明产品是可以不用清洗,但是由于产品有粘腻感,可以用水洗之)。每种营养头皮毛囊生发精华连续使用四周,受试者根据自己的感受对实施例和对比例进行评分,评分采用5分制,1分为最差,3分为适中,5分为最好,得分越高生发效果越好。100名受试者使用前评分均为1-2分,使用后生发效果评价结果如表2所示。

由表中的测试结果显示,使用本发明所述营养头皮毛囊生发精华后,去除头屑减少炎症问题获得明显控制,且所有受试者都表示喜欢使用本发明所述营养头皮毛囊生发精华,而80%的受试者会在试用后继续定期使用。使用本发明营养头皮毛囊生发精华,头发生长速度加快、并有新发长出来,坚持使用头发浓密度显著增加,还能显示头发更有光泽、富有弹性、韧性增加。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种营养头皮毛囊生发精华,其特征在于,按照重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
能量组分:咖啡因 0.3~1.5%;
肉碱 0.05~0.5%;
精氨酸 0.2~0.8%;
去屑组分:水杨酸 0.1~0.3%;
吡啶酮乙醇胺盐 0.2~0.4%;
防腐组分:苯氧乙醇 0~0.5%;
己二醇 0~0.5%;
对羟基苯乙酮 0~0.5%;
水:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养头皮毛囊生发精华,其特征在于,所述营养头皮毛囊生发精华,按照重量百分比计,还包括以下组分:
香精组分 0~0.50%;
香精组分包括香精和增溶剂聚山梨醇酯-20。
3.根据权利要求2所述的营养头皮毛囊生发精华,其特征在于,所述营养头皮毛囊生发精华,按照重量百分比计,还包括以下组分:
香精组分:香精 0~0.10%;
聚山梨醇酯-20 0~0.40%。
4.一种如权利要求2~3任一所述的营养头皮毛囊生发精华的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在反应釜中加入水和基础组分,搅拌分散,加热至75-85度,保温搅拌15-30分钟,待固相物全部溶解分散好后开始降温;
温度降至50度时加入营养组分以及去屑组分,保温搅拌10-20分钟,令其分散均匀,继续冷却降温;
温度降至45度时加入能量组分,继续搅拌分散均匀;
温度降至40度时依次加入香精组分和防腐剂组分,并搅拌分散均匀;
补齐蒸发的水分,搅拌均匀,过滤出料,即得。
