Based on the hardware structure of the mobile terminal 100 and the communication network system, various embodiments of the method of the present invention are provided.
When the recording method is applied to a mobile terminal, the functions realized by the recording method can be realized by calling a program code through a processor in the mobile terminal, and the program code can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a recording method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 3, the recording method according to the embodiment includes the following steps:
step 301, detecting an input operation of a call home terminal in a call process of a terminal device to acquire non-voice information of the call home terminal in the call process of the terminal device;
the recording method in the embodiment is mainly applied to the mobile terminal, and is used for converting non-voice information of a call home terminal in the call process of the mobile terminal into voice information and inserting the voice information into a call recording file.
Here, the call end in the call process of the mobile terminal can be two ends, three ends, or multiple ends; in order to briefly describe the implementation process of the recording method, in the following embodiments, the call end will be described in detail by taking two ends as examples.
Here, during a call, the mobile terminal may be defined as a call home terminal, and correspondingly, the other end of the call with the mobile terminal may be defined as a call opposite terminal.
In addition, the non-voice information may be information input by a user at a local end of the call in the call process of the mobile terminal by using a soft keyboard. For the information input by the soft keyboard of the user at the call home terminal, the mobile terminal can acquire the input information of the call home terminal by detecting the input operation of the call home terminal in the call process of the mobile terminal. Specifically, the mobile terminal may have two detection modes to detect an input operation of the call home terminal in the call process of the mobile terminal. The first detection mode is as follows: when a user executes input operation on the local terminal every time, the mobile terminal receives an input operation instruction sent by an input operation option to acquire the current input information of the local terminal; the second detection mode is as follows: only when the user executes the specific input operation of the representation end on the call home terminal, the mobile terminal receives the input operation instruction sent by the specific input operation option to acquire the input information of the call home terminal.
For example, when the user inputs the bank card account 6214421521454251895 on the call home terminal, the mobile terminal may use the first detection method to obtain the bank card account. Firstly, when a user executes a first input operation on a soft keyboard of a mobile terminal, namely clicks a number 6, the mobile terminal receives an input operation instruction sent by an input operation option representing the number 6 so as to acquire the current input information 6 of a call home terminal; then, the user can execute subsequent input operation on a soft keyboard of the mobile terminal until the user inputs all the bank card account numbers; finally, the mobile terminal obtains the input information 6214421521454251895 of the call home terminal. Correspondingly, the mobile terminal may also acquire the bank card account in a second detection mode. When the user clicks the symbol # representing the end of the input operation of the bank card account on the soft keyboard of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal receives the input operation instruction sent by the input operation option representing the end, so as to obtain the bank card account 6214421521454251895 at one time.
By using the first detection method, the mobile terminal can convert the input information into voice information in real time every time an input operation is executed, so that the call information in the call recording file can be ensured to be uninterrupted; however, when the user recognizes that the input information is wrong and needs to perform the input operation again, the input information is converted into voice information and inserted into the call recording file, so that the input operation cannot be performed again to modify the input information. By using the second detection method, the problem of input operation errors caused by hand errors or other reasons can be solved, and the input information can be modified before the mobile terminal does not receive the input operation instruction of the end of representation. Therefore, in order to ensure the correctness of the input information, in the following embodiments, the mobile terminal will adopt a second detection method to detect the input operation of the call home terminal in the call process of the mobile terminal, so as to obtain the input information of the call home terminal.
Further, the mobile terminal may start to detect the input operation of the call home terminal in the call process of the mobile terminal when establishing a call with the call opposite terminal, or may start to detect the input operation of the call home terminal in the call process of the mobile terminal when receiving an operation instruction sent by the call recording option. For example, for a user at a call peer end, who has significant benefits with the user at the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal may be configured to start a call recording function when establishing a call connection with the call peer end; and for other opposite call terminals, the mobile terminal starts the call recording function only when receiving an operation instruction sent by the call recording option. And after the call recording function is started, the input operation of the call home terminal in the call process of the mobile terminal is detected. When the mobile terminal establishes a call with the opposite call terminal, the call recording function is started, so that a plurality of unnecessary call recording files are stored in the storage space of the mobile terminal, and the storage space of the mobile terminal is wasted; therefore, in order to save the storage space of the mobile terminal, in the following embodiment, the mobile terminal starts to detect the input operation of the call home terminal during the call of the terminal device only when receiving the operation instruction sent by the call recording option.
Step 302, performing audio coding on the non-voice information, and converting the non-voice information into voice information;
here, the non-speech information may be audio-encoded by Pulse Code Modulation (PCM), Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation (ADPCM), or the like, and converted into speech information.
Step 303, inserting the voice information into a corresponding position in a call recording file, where the call recording file is a file for recording the call information by the terminal device in the call process.
Here, a folder may be pre-established in the storage space of the mobile terminal, and when the mobile terminal receives an operation instruction sent by the call recording option, a call recording file may be automatically generated in the folder; the call recording file can store call information of each call terminal in the call process of the mobile terminal, and the call information also comprises voice information converted from information input by a call terminal user in the call process of the mobile terminal.
Here, the corresponding position in the call recording file is a position after the previous piece of audio information of the input information and before the next piece of audio information of the input information. Specifically, the mobile terminal may mark a position of a previous segment of audio information and a position of a next segment of audio information of the input information in the call recording file during the call. Firstly, when the mobile terminal receives an input operation instruction sent by an input operation option, the position of the last section of audio information at the current moment in a call recording file can be marked, and the position is the position of the previous section of audio information of the input information; then, when the mobile terminal receives an audio signaling sent by a call opposite terminal on a network side, the position of the last section of audio information at the current moment in the call recording file can be marked, and the position is the position of the next section of audio information of the input information; finally, the voice information after the input information conversion is inserted into the middle position of the two mark positions.
For example, in the call process of the mobile terminal, the audio information of the opposite end of the call is stored in the position of the previous section of audio information of the input information marked in the call recording file, and the audio information is 'please input your bank card account'; at this time, the mobile terminal user inputs a bank card account 6214421521454251895 after acquiring the audio information; after the input is finished, the position of the next section of audio information marked in the call recording file of the input information is also stored with the audio information of the opposite call end, and the audio information is 'the bank card account number input by you is correct'. Therefore, the voice message "6214421521454251895" after the input message is converted can be inserted into the position after the audio message "please input your bank card account", and before the audio message "your input bank card account is correct", the finally obtained call recording file is "please input your bank card account, 6214421521454251895, your input bank card account is correct". Therefore, key information can be prevented from being lost in the call recording file, the integrity of call recording in the call process of the mobile terminal is ensured, and the continuity of the call recording in the call process of the mobile terminal is ensured.
It should be noted that, a prompt message may be given between the previous audio message of the non-voice message and the voice message after the non-voice message is converted, and the prompt message may be "the input bank card account is. Through the reminding information, the connection tightness between the previous section of audio information of the non-voice information and the voice information can be enhanced, so that the continuity and the integrity of the call recording in the call process of the mobile terminal can be further ensured.
Furthermore, the voice information can ensure the readability of the call recording in the call process of the mobile terminal by simulating the voice characteristics of the call home terminal user such as tone, timbre, intonation and rhythm in the call process of the mobile terminal. Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a second recording method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 4, the recording method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
step 401, detecting an input operation of a call home terminal in a call process of a terminal device to acquire non-voice information of the call home terminal in the call process of the terminal device;
step 402, carrying out audio coding on the non-voice information, and converting the non-voice information into voice information;
step 403, acquiring first audio information of a call home terminal in the call process of the terminal device;
here, since the voice information needs to simulate the voice characteristics of the user at the call end in the call process of the mobile terminal, such as the tone, the timbre, the intonation, and the rhythm, before inserting the voice information into the corresponding position in the call recording file, the first audio information of the call end in the call process of the mobile terminal needs to be acquired to perform the subsequent simulation process.
Step 404, extracting audio characteristic data representing the first audio information;
here, the audio feature data may include voice feature data representing a voice of a user at a call end during a call of the mobile terminal, such as a tone, a tone color, a tone scale, and a rhythm.
In addition, since the first audio information in the call process of the mobile terminal is usually an audio signal in an uncompressed form, the audio feature data representing the first audio information can be extracted through four steps of pre-emphasis processing, framing processing, windowing processing and calculating feature parameters.
Step 405, analyzing the voice information according to the audio characteristic data to obtain second audio information;
here, the voice information needs to be parsed according to a specific type of the voice information. For example, when the voice information is non-confidential information, a matching function between the voice information and the first audio information may be established according to the audio feature data and a preset matching rule; and then, analyzing the voice information in real time according to the matching function to obtain second audio information, wherein the second audio information is the audio information obtained by simulating the sound characteristics of a call home terminal user in the call process of the mobile terminal through the voice information.
When the voice information is confidential information such as passwords, trade secrets and the like, in order to avoid the leakage of the privacy information of a user at a local end of a call in the call process of the mobile terminal, the voice information needs to be analyzed into preset confidential audio information according to the audio characteristic data; and determining the secure audio information as second audio information. Specifically, when it is detected that the voice message is secret information, first, the voice message needs to be replaced with secret voice message that is pre-stored by the mobile terminal, where the secret voice message may be "×"; then, according to the audio characteristic data and a preset matching rule, a matching function between the confidential voice information and the first audio information is established; then, analyzing the confidential voice information in real time according to the matching function to obtain confidential audio information, wherein the confidential audio information is the audio information obtained by simulating the sound characteristics of a call home terminal user in the call process of the mobile terminal by the confidential voice information; and finally, determining the secret audio information as second audio information.
Step 406, inserting the second audio information into a corresponding position in the call recording file.
