201. The mobile terminal transmits notification information for physical examination to the server.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal receives an instruction input by a user, for example, when a "start physical examination" button is clicked in an application specified by a mobile phone, the mobile terminal is automatically triggered to send notification information for physical examination to the server.
202. When the server receives the notification information for physical examination sent by the mobile terminal, the server detects whether the OBD for physical examination is connected to the server network, and when detecting that the OBD is connected to the server network, step 203 is executed.
In this embodiment, the server is located at a network side, and when the OBD is connected to the server network, it indicates that the server can implement the OBD control, and step 203 is executed, and when the OBD cannot be connected to the server network, it indicates that the server cannot normally control the OBD. Wherein, the disconnection of the OBD from the server network, the connection failure of the OBD network, or the disconnection of the OBD from the vehicle, etc. may result in the OBD not being able to connect to the server network. The OBD and the server network connection means that the OBD establishes physical connection and network connection with the vehicle, and the server can normally access and inquire the OBD through the network connection.
In this embodiment, when the server detects that the OBD cannot be connected to the server network, the server may send a fault notification message for notifying the user of the OBD connection fault to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal sends a message to prompt the user of the OBD connection fault.
203. The server sends a physical examination instruction to the OBD.
In this embodiment, when the OBD is connected to the server network, the server sends a physical examination instruction to the OBD, and the physical examination instruction instructs to automatically perform a physical examination operation on the vehicle. Wherein, the instruction is used for controlling the OBD to carry out physical examination on the vehicle. When the OBD receives the physical examination instruction, step 204 is executed.

Therefore, even if the mobile terminal is not in the coverage of the local area network created by the OBD, the physical examination notification information can be sent to the server, the OBD is controlled to carry out physical examination on the vehicle through the server, the physical examination of the vehicle is not limited by the position of the mobile terminal, and the convenience of the physical examination of the vehicle can be improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another vehicle physical examination method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps.
302. When the server receives the notification information for physical examination sent by the mobile terminal, the server detects whether the OBD for physical examination is connected with the server network, when the OBD is detected to be connected with the server network, step 303 is executed, and when the OBD is detected not to be connected with the server network, step 308 is executed.
In this embodiment, when the OBD is connected to the server network, it indicates that the server can implement the OBD control, step 305 is executed, and when the OBD is not connected to the server network, it indicates that the server cannot normally control the OBD, step 308 is executed. Wherein the disconnection of the OBD from the server network, a failure of the OBD network connection, or the disconnection of the OBD from the vehicle, etc., results in the OBD not being connected to the server network. The OBD and the server network connection means that the OBD establishes physical connection and network connection with the vehicle, and the server can normally access and inquire the OBD through the network connection.
In this embodiment, when the server detects that the OBD is not connected to the server network, the server may send a fault notification message for notifying the user of the OBD connection fault to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal sends a message to prompt the user of the OBD connection fault.
Further, the server detecting whether the OBD for physical examination is connected to the server network specifically includes: after the OBD is associated with the mobile terminal, the server receives and stores the associated OBD equipment information sent by the mobile terminal; and the server detects whether the corresponding OBD is connected with the server network or not according to the stored equipment information.
303. The server detects whether the OBD has installed the latest version of the medical diagnostic program, and when it is detected that the OBD has not installed the latest version of the medical diagnostic program, step 304 is performed.
In this embodiment, when the server detects that the OBD has installed the latest version of the physical examination diagnostic program, it indicates that the physical examination diagnostic program does not need to be updated, and step 306 is executed; when it is detected that the OBD does not install the latest version of the physical examination diagnostic program, indicating that the physical examination diagnostic program needs to be updated, step 304 is performed. The physical examination diagnostic program can be delivered as a physical examination diagnostic package.
In this embodiment, the physical examination diagnostic program may be that when the OBD device is activated, the mobile terminal automatically sends the control instruction, or the mobile terminal sends the control instruction by triggering a corresponding key operation, where the configuration information of the vehicle installed in the OBD and the OBD information may be filled in the application through a corresponding application of the OBD on the mobile terminal, so as to implement network connection between the mobile phone, the server, and the OBD, that is, activate the OBD. Before the physical examination, the server checks whether the version of the physical examination diagnostic program is the latest version again, and when the version of the physical examination diagnostic program is not the latest version, the version of the physical examination diagnostic program is updated again.
304. The server pushes the latest version of the physical examination diagnostic program to the OBD, so that the OBD automatically downloads and installs the latest version of the physical examination diagnostic program.
In this embodiment, when the server detects that the latest version of the physical examination diagnostic program is not installed in the OBD, the latest version of the physical examination diagnostic program is pushed to the OBD. The network connection between the server and the OBD can be established in advance through the mobile terminal, wherein the OBD is installed on a vehicle, and the mobile terminal can be a mobile phone or a tablet computer and the like.
For example, after a corresponding vehicle health check application is installed on a mobile phone serving as a mobile terminal, registration and setting can be performed, information such as a VIN code and a license plate of a vehicle is input according to a description, corresponding vehicle configuration file information is downloaded, and the OBD is activated, so that network connection between the mobile phone, a server, and the OBD is realized.
Wherein, among the traditional vehicle physical examination system, the physical examination diagnostic program is preserved in mobile terminal, realizes carrying out fault diagnosis through the physical examination diagnostic program through the corresponding mobile terminal APP of vehicle physical examination system, and in this embodiment, the physical examination diagnostic program can be issued to OBD through the server, makes the step of carrying out fault diagnosis through the physical examination diagnostic program go on in OBD to the function and the integration of OBD have been improved, mobile terminal memory has been practiced thrift simultaneously.
In this embodiment, before the mobile terminal notifies the server to control the OBD to perform a physical examination operation on the vehicle, the server sends a physical examination diagnostic program to the OBD, where the physical examination diagnostic program is used for the OBD to perform a physical examination on the vehicle. The physical examination diagnostic program may be issued by the server to the OBD when the OBD is activated by the mobile terminal.
305. The server sends a physical examination instruction to the OBD.
In this embodiment, when the server detects that the latest version of the physical examination diagnostic program is installed on the OBD, or the latest version of the physical examination diagnostic program is updated, the server sends a physical examination instruction to the OBD. Wherein, the physical examination instruction is used for controlling the OBD to carry out physical examination on the vehicle. Wherein, when the OBD receives the physical examination instruction, step 306 is executed.
306. The OBD performs physical examination operations on the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the OBD is mounted on the vehicle, and when the OBD receives a physical examination instruction, physical examination operation is performed on the vehicle. When the OBD is connected to the server network, the OBD device may update the physical examination status, the server acquires the physical examination status, and the physical examination status may be acquired through the network connection established between the server and the OBD, and may be acquired in real time, and the physical examination status may include the overall progress of the vehicle physical examination, for example, the percentage of completed items in all items, the physical examination items, and the percentage of completed physical examination items, and may further include status information such as time consumption still required for the physical examination to be ended. The server can also send the physical examination state to the mobile terminal in real time, so that the mobile terminal sends prompt information to prompt a user, and automatic synchronous updating can be realized.
307. When the server detects that the physical examination operation is interrupted, second prompt information for prompting that the physical examination operation is interrupted is sent to the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the physical examination interruption may be caused by an OBD being disconnected, that is, the OBD is changed from a network connection state with the server to a network disconnection state with the server, or the physical examination interruption may be realized by an instruction for interrupting the physical examination, which is sent by the user through the mobile terminal. If the physical examination is manually interrupted for the user, the user can manually control the mobile terminal to continue the physical examination, stop the physical examination, or end the physical examination. For example, the application interface of the vehicle physical examination using the mobile phone as the mobile terminal includes control buttons such as "start physical examination", "stop physical examination" and "end physical examination", when the user operates the keys, for example, the user clicks the "stop physical examination" key, the mobile terminal first sends a notification for stopping the physical examination to the server, the server correspondingly sends a control instruction for stopping the physical examination to the OBD, the OBD performs the stop physical examination, and after the server detects that the OBD stops physical examination, the server sends second prompt information for notifying physical examination interruption to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal outputs a prompt message for prompting a user, for example, "physical examination is stopped" is displayed on an application interface, wherein, when the mobile terminal controls the operations of "start physical examination" and "end physical examination", the process is similar to that of stopping physical examination, and the description is omitted in this embodiment.
When receiving the second prompt message, the mobile terminal may display prompt text in the application, may also send a voice prompt message, or may be other types of messages to remind the user that the physical examination has been interrupted, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal can acquire the physical examination state through the server in real time, and when the OBD physical examination is interrupted, the server can immediately detect the physical examination state and send a prompt message to the mobile terminal.
308. The server sends first prompt information for prompting that the OBD is in an offline state to the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, when the server detects that the OBD is not connected to the server network, the server cannot control the OBD to perform vehicle physical examination at this time, and sends the first prompt message to the mobile terminal to notify the user that the OBD is in an offline state, so that the user can check the connection of the OBD in time, and when the mobile terminal receives the first prompt message, the server may output a message "OBD offline!in a corresponding application program in the mobile terminal! ", or output a voice prompt" OBD offline! Please check.
309. After the physical examination operation is finished, the OBD transmits the physical examination result to the server.
In this embodiment, after the OBD performs the physical examination operation on the vehicle, the physical examination result of the physical examination operation is automatically transmitted to the server. In this embodiment, when the server detects that the physical examination state of the OBD is finished, the server acquires the physical examination result of the OBD through network connection, wherein the server can acquire the physical examination state of the OBD in real time, and therefore when the physical examination of the OBD is finished, the server can immediately detect a message that the physical examination is finished. The physical examination result is raw data of a physical examination result of the OBD performing physical examination on the vehicle.
310. The server generates a physical examination report according to the physical examination result.
In this embodiment, the physical examination report may be obtained by processing raw data acquired from the OBD by the server, or may be unprocessed raw data. For example, the physical examination report may include: the system comprises the items such as fault indicator lamp states, fire monitoring, fuel system detection, comprehensive component monitoring and the like and corresponding physical examination output values.
311. And the server sends a physical examination report to the mobile terminal according to the request instruction of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the physical examination report is stored in the mobile terminal for the user to view, for example, the request instruction may be sent by the user through a "view report" button in a corresponding application program in the mobile terminal. The physical examination report may be pre-stored on the server, and when the mobile terminal sends a request instruction for acquiring the physical examination report to the server, the mobile terminal acquires the physical examination report from the server and saves and outputs the physical examination report. For example, after the physical examination is completed, when the mobile terminal side presses a "view report" button, the mobile terminal automatically acquires a physical examination report from the server through network connection, and stores and displays or voice broadcasts the physical examination report at the mobile terminal.
In the vehicle physical examination method depicted in fig. 3, when the server at the network side receives the notification information for physical examination sent by the mobile terminal, it is detected whether the OBD for physical examination is connected to the server network; when detecting that the OBD is connected with the server network, the server sends a physical examination instruction to the OBD so that the OBD performs physical examination operation on the vehicle; and after the physical examination operation is finished, receiving a physical examination result sent by the OBD.
