Abstract

本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合配向型液晶面板结构。本发明的一种复合配向型液晶面板结构,包括:彩色滤光片基板、TFT基板以及液晶层;彩色滤光片基板包括第一玻璃基板、黑色矩阵、彩色滤光层、第一ITO电极层、第一石墨烯主配向层、第一氮化硅辅助配向层以及感光间隙物;TFT基板包括第二玻璃基板、TFT阵列层、第二石墨烯主配向层、第二氮化硅辅助配向层以及第二ITO电极层;利用石墨烯主配向层、氮化硅辅助配向层共同实现对液晶层的配向,以对液晶提供合适的预倾角,无需制作配向膜材料,结构简单,提升液晶面板的品质。

Description

一种复合配向型液晶面板结构
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合配向型液晶面板结构。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用,如:移动电话、个人数字助理、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括背光模组及结合于背光模组上的液晶面板。现有的液晶面板通常包括彩色滤光片基板、TFT基板、以及二者之间的液晶层,彩色滤光片基板和TFT基板与液晶层接触的一侧制作配向膜,在液晶显示面板中,还需要在TFT基板及CF基板上分别形成一层配向膜,该配向膜给液晶分子提供一个预倾角,配向膜的材料通常选用聚酰亚胺材料,现有的配向膜在摩擦配向时容易造成粉尘颗粒、静电残留、刷痕等问题降低工艺良率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合配向型液晶面板结构,以解决现有的液晶面板的配向层良率低的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种复合配向型液晶面板结构,包括:彩色滤光片基板、TFT基板以及液晶层;所述彩色滤光片基板和所述TFT基板相对设置,所述液晶层封装于所述彩色滤光片基板和所述TFT基板之间;
所述彩色滤光片基板包括第一玻璃基板、黑色矩阵、彩色滤光层、第一ITO电极层、第一石墨烯主配向层、第一氮化硅辅助配向层以及感光间隙物;所述黑色矩阵呈矩阵状分布于所述第一玻璃基板下表面,所述彩色滤光层设置于所述第一玻璃基板下表面且覆盖所述黑色矩阵,所述第一ITO电极层设置于所述彩色滤光层下表面,所述第一石墨烯主配向层设置于所述第一ITO电极层下表面,所述第一石墨烯主配向层上设置有间隔设置的第一贯通槽和第二贯通槽,所述第二贯通槽的宽度大于所述第一贯通槽的宽度,所述感光间隙物设置于所述第一ITO电极层下表面且穿过所述第二贯通槽,所述第一氮化硅辅助配向层设置于所述第一贯通槽内且与所述第一ITO电极层相接触;
所述TFT基板包括第二玻璃基板、TFT阵列层、第二石墨烯主配向层、第二氮化硅辅助配向层以及第二ITO电极层;所述TFT阵列层设置于所述第二玻璃基板上表面,所述第二石墨烯主配向层设置于所述第二玻璃基板上且覆盖所述TFT阵列层,所述第二ITO电极层设置于所述第二石墨烯主配向层表面;所述第二石墨烯主配向层上设置有数个盲槽,所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层设置于所述盲槽内,所述感光间隙物的末端与所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层连接。
优选地,所述第一石墨烯主配向层和所述第一氮化硅辅助配向层的下表面在同一平面内,所述第二石墨烯主配向层和所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层的上表面在同一平面内。
优选地,所述第一石墨烯主配向层、所述第一氮化硅辅助配向层、所述第二石墨烯主配向层以及所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层的表面具有预倾角处理层,所述预倾角处理层与所述第一玻璃基板的夹角为45度。

本发明的一种复合配向型液晶面板结构,包括:彩色滤光片基板、TFT基板以及液晶层;彩色滤光片基板和TFT基板相对设置,液晶层封装于彩色滤光片基板和TFT基板之间;彩色滤光片基板包括第一玻璃基板、黑色矩阵、彩色滤光层、第一ITO电极层、第一石墨烯主配向层、第一氮化硅辅助配向层以及感光间隙物;黑色矩阵呈矩阵状分布于第一玻璃基板下表面,彩色滤光层设置于第一玻璃基板下表面且覆盖黑色矩阵,第一ITO电极层设置于彩色滤光层下表面,第一石墨烯主配向层设置于第一ITO电极层下表面,第一石墨烯主配向层上设置有间隔设置的第一贯通槽和第二贯通槽,第二贯通槽的宽度大于第一贯通槽的宽度,感光间隙物设置于第一ITO电极层下表面且穿过第二贯通槽,第一氮化硅辅助配向层设置于第一贯通槽内且与第一ITO电极层相接触;TFT基板包括第二玻璃基板、TFT阵列层、第二石墨烯主配向层、第二氮化硅辅助配向层以及第二ITO电极层;TFT阵列层设置于第二玻璃基板上表面,第二石墨烯主配向层设置于第二玻璃基板上且覆盖TFT阵列层,第二ITO电极层设置于第二石墨烯主配向层表面;第二石墨烯主配向层上设置有数个盲槽,第二氮化硅辅助配向层设置于盲槽内,感光间隙物的末端与第二氮化硅辅助配向层连接;本发明利用石墨烯主配向层、氮化硅辅助配向层共同实现对液晶层的配向,以对液晶提供合适的预倾角,无需制作配向膜材料,结构简单,提升液晶面板的品质。

如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种复合配向型液晶面板结构,包括:彩色滤光片基板1、TFT基板2以及液晶层3;所述彩色滤光片基板1和所述TFT基板2相对设置,所述液晶层3封装于所述彩色滤光片基板1和所述TFT基板2之间;所述彩色滤光片基板1包括第一玻璃基板11、黑色矩阵12、彩色滤光层13、第一ITO电极层14、第一石墨烯主配向层15、第一氮化硅辅助配向层16以及感光间隙物17;所述黑色矩阵12呈矩阵状分布于所述第一玻璃基板11下表面,所述彩色滤光层13设置于所述第一玻璃基板11下表面且覆盖所述黑色矩阵12,所述第一ITO电极层14设置于所述彩色滤光层13下表面,所述第一石墨烯主配向层15设置于所述第一ITO电极层14下表面,所述第一石墨烯主配向层15上设置有间隔设置的第一贯通槽151和第二贯通槽152,所述第二贯通槽152的宽度大于所述第一贯通槽151的宽度,所述感光间隙物17设置于所述第一ITO电极层14下表面且穿过所述第二贯通槽152,所述第一氮化硅辅助配向层16设置于所述第一贯通槽151内且与所述第一ITO电极层14相接触;所述TFT基板2包括第二玻璃基板21、TFT阵列层22、第二石墨烯主配向层23、第二氮化硅辅助配向层24以及第二ITO电极层25;所述TFT阵列层22设置于所述第二玻璃基板21上表面,所述第二石墨烯主配向层23设置于所述第二玻璃基板21上且覆盖所述TFT阵列层22,所述第二ITO电极层25设置于所述第二石墨烯主配向层23表面;所述第二石墨烯主配向层23上设置有数个盲槽231,所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层24设置于所述盲槽231内,所述感光间隙物17的末端与所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层24连接。所述第一石墨烯主配向层15和所述第一氮化硅辅助配向层16的下表面在同一平面内,所述第二石墨烯主配向层23和所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层24的上表面在同一平面内。所述第一石墨烯主配向层15、所述第一氮化硅辅助配向层16、所述第二石墨烯主配向层23以及所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层24的表面具有预倾角处理层,所述预倾角处理层与所述第一玻璃基板11的夹角为45度。其中,第一氮化硅辅助配向层16和第二氮化硅辅助配向层24表面经过离子束轰击处理的氮化硅膜,具体地,所述第一石墨烯主配向层15和所述第二石墨烯主配向层23为功能化石墨烯膜,即石墨烯表面接枝液晶垂直配向分子膜,液晶垂直配向分子接枝在石墨烯表面,以对所述液晶层3中液晶分子进行垂直配向,从而利用石墨烯主配向层、氮化硅辅助配向层共同实现对液晶层的配向,以对液晶提供合适的预倾角,无需制作配向膜材料,结构简单,提升液晶面板的品质。

1.一种复合配向型液晶面板结构,其特征在于,包括:彩色滤光片基板(1)、TFT基板(2)以及液晶层(3);所述彩色滤光片基板(1)和所述TFT基板(2)相对设置,所述液晶层(3)封装于所述彩色滤光片基板(1)和所述TFT基板(2)之间;
所述彩色滤光片基板(1)包括第一玻璃基板(11)、黑色矩阵(12)、彩色滤光层(13)、第一ITO电极层(14)、第一石墨烯主配向层(15)、第一氮化硅辅助配向层(16)以及感光间隙物(17);所述黑色矩阵(12)呈矩阵状分布于所述第一玻璃基板(11)下表面,所述彩色滤光层(13)设置于所述第一玻璃基板(11)下表面且覆盖所述黑色矩阵(12),所述第一ITO电极层(14)设置于所述彩色滤光层(13)下表面,所述第一石墨烯主配向层(15)设置于所述第一ITO电极层(14)下表面,所述第一石墨烯主配向层(15)上设置有间隔设置的第一贯通槽(151)和第二贯通槽(152),所述第二贯通槽(152)的宽度大于所述第一贯通槽(151)的宽度,所述感光间隙物(17)设置于所述第一ITO电极层(14)下表面且穿过所述第二贯通槽(152),所述第一氮化硅辅助配向层(16)设置于所述第一贯通槽(151)内且与所述第一ITO电极层(14)相接触;
所述TFT基板(2)包括第二玻璃基板(21)、TFT阵列层(22)、第二石墨烯主配向层(23)、第二氮化硅辅助配向层(24)以及第二ITO电极层(25);所述TFT阵列层(22)设置于所述第二玻璃基板(21)上表面,所述第二石墨烯主配向层(23)设置于所述第二玻璃基板(21)上且覆盖所述TFT阵列层(22),所述第二ITO电极层(25)设置于所述第二石墨烯主配向层(23)表面;所述第二石墨烯主配向层(23)上设置有数个盲槽(231),所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层(24)设置于所述盲槽(231)内,所述感光间隙物(17)的末端与所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层(24)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合配向型液晶面板结构,其特征在于,所述第一石墨烯主配向层(15)和所述第一氮化硅辅助配向层(16)的下表面在同一平面内,所述第二石墨烯主配向层(23)和所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层(24)的上表面在同一平面内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合配向型液晶面板结构,其特征在于,所述第一石墨烯主配向层(15)、所述第一氮化硅辅助配向层(16)、所述第二石墨烯主配向层(23)以及所述第二氮化硅辅助配向层(24)的表面具有预倾角处理层,所述预倾角处理层与所述第一玻璃基板(11)的夹角为45度。
