Abstract
本发明公开了一种煤矿加工用磨煤机,包括粉碎外壳、进料管、弹性管、预粉碎筒体、进料斗、振动电机、电机、粉碎器、吹气头、送风管道、支架,电机的下侧设有减震支座,粉碎器由破碎刀片、搅拌杆和安装座构成,进料管中心位置设有输送轴,输送轴的左端与驱动电机相连接,输送轴上设有螺旋输送叶片;粉碎外壳中心位置设有转轴,转轴上设有粉碎叶片,粉碎外壳下端设有出料口,出料口内配合安装有出料盖,出料盖与支架之间设有调节杆。本发明结构简单合理,使用便捷,有效的提高粉碎效果,使得燃烧更加充分,减少粉料在粉碎外壳内壁的残留,减少噪音,提升机体的稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种磨煤机,具体是一种煤矿加工用磨煤机。
背景技术
磨煤机是将煤块破碎并磨成煤粉的机械,它是煤粉炉的重要辅助设备。磨煤过程是煤被破碎及其表面积不断增加的过程。要增加新的表面积,必须克服固体分子间的结合力,因而需消耗能量。煤在磨煤机中被磨制成煤粉,主要是通过压碎、击碎和研碎三种方式进行。其中压碎过程消耗的能量最省。研碎过程最费能量。各种磨煤机在制粉过程中都兼有上述的两种或三种方式,但以何种为主则视磨煤机的类型而定。
但是,现有的磨煤机工作时噪音较大,装置磨损严重,增加了维护成本投入,且磨煤不彻底,研磨后的煤料中夹杂着很多硬质颗粒,影响煤料的燃烧效果;而且现有的磨煤机其进料机构不够完善,连续进料往往会造成堵塞,影响整体的进行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种煤矿加工用磨煤机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种煤矿加工用磨煤机,包括粉碎外壳,所述粉碎外壳的上端连接有进料管,进料管的上端左侧导通设有弹性管,所述弹性管的顶部导通设有预粉碎筒体,预粉碎筒体的顶部设有进料斗,预粉碎筒体的左侧设有振动电机,预粉碎筒体的右侧中部设有电机,电机的下侧设有减震支座,减震支座固定于进料管上,所述电机的输出轴上于预粉碎筒体的内部均匀设有粉碎器,粉碎器由破碎刀片、搅拌杆和安装座构成,安装座通过螺栓固定于电机的输出轴上,安装座上竖直固定有搅拌杆,搅拌杆的端部固定有破碎刀片,所述进料管中心位置设有输送轴,输送轴的左端与驱动电机相连接,输送轴上设有螺旋输送叶片;所述粉碎外壳中心位置设有转轴,转轴上设有粉碎叶片,粉碎叶片上设有耐磨层,粉碎外壳的上部右侧设有吹气头,吹气头与送风管道导通连接;所述粉碎外壳安装在支架上,粉碎外壳下端设有出料口,出料口内配合安装有出料盖,出料盖与支架之间设有调节杆;所述出料盖的上表面还安装有耐磨垫。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述弹性管的内圈配合设有硬质压缩弹簧。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述调节杆为气杆或液压杆。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述出料盖一端与粉碎外壳之间铰接连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述粉碎叶片上设有耐磨层,耐磨层的厚度为5mm~15mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单合理,使用便捷,通过预粉碎筒体内的粉碎器对原料进行预粉碎,去除大块结节原料,且通过振动电机对预粉碎筒体进行振动,可以更快速的下料;且预粉碎后的物料通过输送轴、螺旋输送叶片进入粉碎外壳内部,再经过粉碎叶片进行充分粉碎,这样有效的提高粉碎效果,使得燃烧更加充分,粉碎后的煤粉从出料盖排出;同时通过送风管道向机体内鼓入空气,可以减少粉料在粉碎外壳内壁的残留,此外,通过在电机的下侧设有减震支座,可以减少噪音,预粉碎筒体与机体之间通过弹性管进行连接,可以避免预粉碎筒体振动时对机体造成影响,提升机体的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-2,一种煤矿加工用磨煤机,包括粉碎外壳1,所述粉碎外壳1的上端连接有进料管2,进料管2的上端左侧导通设有弹性管9,且弹性管9的内圈配合设有硬质压缩弹簧,所述弹性管9的顶部导通设有预粉碎筒体7,预粉碎筒体7的顶部设有进料斗6,预粉碎筒体7的左侧设有振动电机8,通过振动电机8进行起振,减少预粉碎筒体7内的物料残留,预粉碎筒体7的右侧中部设有电机4,电机4的下侧设有减震支座3,减震支座3固定于进料管2上,所述电机4的输出轴上于预粉碎筒体7的内部均匀设有若干粉碎器5,粉碎器5由破碎刀片51、搅拌杆52和安装座53构成,安装座53通过螺栓固定于电机4的输出轴上,安装座53上竖直固定有搅拌杆52,搅拌杆52的端部固定有破碎刀片51,所述进料管2中心位置设有输送轴10,输送轴10的左端与驱动电机11相连接,输送轴10上设有螺旋输送叶片12。这样将煤球加入进料斗6内部,通过电机4带动粉碎器5转动,对大块结节原料进行预粉碎,以提升磨煤效率,此时驱动电机11带动输送轴10、螺旋输送叶片12旋转,将煤球输送到粉碎壳体1内部,通过在电机4的下侧设有减震支座3,可以减少噪音,预粉碎筒体7与进料管2之间通过弹性管9进行连接,可以避免预粉碎筒体7振动时对进料管2造成影响,提升整体的稳定性。
所述粉碎外壳1中心位置设有转轴13,转轴13上设有若干个粉碎叶片14,粉碎叶片14上设有耐磨层15,耐磨层15的厚度为5mm~15mm,这样耐磨层15能够减小粉碎叶片14的磨损量,延长使用寿命;所述粉碎外壳1的上部右侧设有若干吹气头17,吹气头17与送风管道16导通连接,通过吹气头17进行鼓风,可以减少粉碎壳体1内壁煤料的残留。
所述粉碎外壳1安装在支架18上,粉碎外壳1下端设有出料口19,出料口19内配合安装有出料盖20,出料盖20一端与粉碎外壳1之间铰接连接,出料盖20与支架18之间设有调节杆22,调节杆22为气杆或液压杆;所述出料盖20的上表面还安装有耐磨垫21,耐磨垫21可以有效的保护出料盖20不受损坏。

1.一种煤矿加工用磨煤机,包括粉碎外壳,其特征在于,所述粉碎外壳的上端连接有进料管,进料管的上端左侧导通设有弹性管,所述弹性管的顶部导通设有预粉碎筒体,预粉碎筒体的顶部设有进料斗,预粉碎筒体的左侧设有振动电机,预粉碎筒体的右侧中部设有电机,电机的下侧设有减震支座,减震支座固定于进料管上,所述电机的输出轴上于预粉碎筒体的内部均匀设有粉碎器,粉碎器由破碎刀片、搅拌杆和安装座构成,安装座通过螺栓固定于电机的输出轴上,安装座上竖直固定有搅拌杆,搅拌杆的端部固定有破碎刀片,所述进料管中心位置设有输送轴,输送轴的左端与驱动电机相连接,输送轴上设有螺旋输送叶片;所述粉碎外壳中心位置设有转轴,转轴上设有粉碎叶片,粉碎叶片上设有耐磨层,粉碎外壳的上部右侧设有吹气头,吹气头与送风管道导通连接;所述粉碎外壳安装在支架上,粉碎外壳下端设有出料口,出料口内配合安装有出料盖,出料盖与支架之间设有调节杆;所述出料盖的上表面还安装有耐磨垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿加工用磨煤机,其特征在于,所述弹性管的内圈配合设有硬质压缩弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的煤矿加工用磨煤机,其特征在于,所述调节杆为气杆或液压杆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的煤矿加工用磨煤机,其特征在于,所述出料盖一端与粉碎外壳之间铰接连接。
5.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的煤矿加工用磨煤机,其特征在于,所述粉碎叶片上设有耐磨层,耐磨层的厚度为5mm~15mm。
