Abstract
本发明涉及一种混凝土外加剂,包含以下重量份的组分,氧化钙5‑9重量份,氧化铁10‑20重量份,氧化镁30‑40重量份,磷酸丁脂0.5‑1重量份,聚氨酯3‑5重量份,亚硝酸钠5‑6重量份。该外加剂兼具膨胀、减水及增强性能,可减少预拌混凝土的用水量,在混凝土后期养护中避免因体积收缩引起的开裂,且可保证混凝土早期具备较高的强度。

本发明涉及一种混凝土外加剂。
技术背景
混凝土外加剂是指在拌制混凝土的过程中掺入用以改善混凝土性能的物质。在制备混凝土时为了达到所需的效果通常需要加入各种外加剂,外加剂量的控制以及组分直接关系到混凝土的性能以及使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种兼具膨胀、减水及增强性能的外加剂,为了达到该目的,所提供的技术方案为:一种混凝土外加剂,包含以下重量份的组分,氧化钙5-9重量份,氧化铁10-20重量份,氧化镁30-40重量份,磷酸丁脂0.5-1重量份,聚氨酯3-5重量份,亚硝酸钠5-6重量份。
作为优选,包含以下重量份的组分,氧化钙6重量份,氧化铁15重量份,氧化镁35重量份,磷酸丁脂0.8重量份,聚氨酯4重量份,亚硝酸钠5.2重量份。
作为优选,所述的磷酸丁脂为磷酸三丁脂。
作为优选,所述的氧化钙和氧化镁为分析纯。
本发明所产生的有益效果:该外加剂兼具膨胀、减水及增强性能,可减少预拌混凝土的用水量,在混凝土后期养护中避免因体积收缩引起的开裂,且可保证混凝土早期具备较高的强度。

实施例1
一种混凝土外加剂,包含以下重量份的组分,氧化钙6重量份,氧化铁15重量份,氧化镁35重量份,磷酸丁脂0.8重量份,聚氨酯4重量份,亚硝酸钠5.2重量份。所述的磷酸丁脂为磷酸三丁脂。所述的氧化钙和氧化镁为分析纯。
实施例2
一种混凝土外加剂,包含以下重量份的组分,氧化钙9重量份,氧化铁10重量份,氧化镁30重量份,磷酸丁脂0.5重量份,聚氨酯5重量份,亚硝酸钠5重量份。所述的磷酸丁脂为磷酸三丁脂。所述的氧化钙和氧化镁为分析纯。
实施例3

1.一种混凝土外加剂,其特征在于:包含以下重量份的组分,氧化钙5-9重量份,氧化铁10-20重量份,氧化镁30-40重量份,磷酸丁脂0.5-1重量份,聚氨酯3-5重量份,亚硝酸钠5-6重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外加剂,其特征在于:包含以下重量份的组分,氧化钙6重量份,氧化铁15重量份,氧化镁35重量份,磷酸丁脂0.8重量份,聚氨酯4重量份,亚硝酸钠5.2重量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的外加剂,其特征在于:所述的磷酸丁脂为磷酸三丁脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外加剂,其特征在于:所述的氧化钙和氧化镁为分析纯。
