Abstract

热塑性塑料薄膜口袋
本发明涉及一种由热塑性塑料薄膜制成的口袋，它带一个通过侧焊缝连接的前壁和后壁，一个沿口袋整个宽度展开的装入口和一个设置在这个部位的、通过侧焊缝与口袋相连的拎带，以及一个使后者(拎带)部分外露的把手孔。
已知有多种上述类型的口袋。例如由德国专利文献38 21905获得的一个生产带拎带的热塑性塑料薄膜袋的方法，这种塑料袋在装入口上翻转过来并焊牢的边框中装有拎带，边框和侧焊缝焊在一起。在边框中部的一个把手孔使得可以握住拎带并提起口袋。对于这种普通的塑料袋，通过焊牢卷边边框的自由端，在口袋单层的前壁和后壁上形成薄弱部位，它在装满东西时受到沉重负荷。固定在口袋上的拎带通过侧焊缝只在第二位置承受这个载荷。按照装的东西或它的重量不同这种普通口袋在薄壁部分由于撕裂容易损坏，使得这种口袋只有在装轻的东西或者在装重东西时采用合适的薄膜材料和厚度才能得到应用。
本发明目的在于：制造一种带拎带的塑料薄膜袋，它的壁厚尽管比较薄，但具有很高的强度。其次这种塑料袋在连续流水加工时应该可以以较高的生产速度制造。
对于开头所说的那种口袋可这样解决本发明的目的：口袋的前壁和后壁分别具有一个外薄膜层和一个沿整个壁面展开的内薄膜层，该内薄膜层分别在直到把手孔部位的在内外薄膜层之间安排的拎带外面在装入口的外边缘上通过一条纵向焊缝与外薄膜层相连接。
这样做成的口袋能更好地经受住装入物的重载，因为装入物的载荷首先由在焊入拎带的部位的侧焊缝承受。其次，还能节省材料，因为可以取消否则必须的袋口卷边边框，此外薄膜材料还可以选择得更薄一些，因为，由于通过现在这种承受负荷的方法，薄膜层不是非要达到那种普通的单层口袋的膜厚不可。
如果前后壁的薄壁层在装入口的外缘部位各自通过一个纵向焊缝相互连接，会有益于更好地承受装入物载荷。
如上所述，按本发明制造的口袋不仅能够使内、外薄膜层做得比普通口袋更薄，而且它可以针对装入物的种类完全专门地进行选择，也就是说，例如由不同的塑料材质制成和/或具有不同的厚度。因此极大地提高了按发明制造的口袋的应用可能性。
出于简化的目的，由塑料薄膜制成的拎带，可以用与制造前后壁内外薄膜层同样的材料制造。
使拎带部分外露的把手孔的布置和结构种类对于按本发明的口袋也起着重要的作用。按照本发明优先采用的一种结构形式，位于拎带部位的把手孔在装入口部位做得比在拎带部位窄。由此也改善了拎带上或者装入口部位袋壁上力的承受。
这特别适合于把手孔做成基本上是圆形缺口的情况，圆形缺口的圆心大致位于拎带宽度也即高度的一半处，它在装入口部位的开口小于180°。也就是说，把手孔相对于拎带的高度即宽度基本位于中心部位。由这种方法在装入口部位形成的尖角可防止通过纵向焊缝相互连接的前后壁的撕裂。
在另一种可选择的结构中，把手孔设置在与装入口相隔一定距离的地方，并在装入口和把手孔相向的边缘之间的这段距离上设置排孔。把手孔与装入口边缘相隔一定距离的这种布局不仅得到一个牢固的口袋，而且便于制造，因为位于装入口部位的纵向焊缝可以做得更好。
在一种改变更多的结构形式中，把手孔本身由排孔围成，由此而形成的孔残片直接做成价码或其他标志，或者作为价码或其他标志的载体(贴或写价码或标志的地方)。加上价码或其他标志，在必要的避免丢弃或重复使用措施的风气中赢得越来越大的意义，特别是为了指明已经交付了一定的费用。
按本发明制造的热塑性塑料薄膜袋还可以特别简单和合算地生产，例如按如下的方法：从两条最好是从开卷滚子上展开的平塑料带出发，将它们叠在一起，折叠成U形，以及在这样形成的开启顶部冲一个把手孔，在内、外层塑料膜带之间放入最好是由塑料制成的拎带，然后将塑料带在拎带外面的顶部成对地焊接在一起，接着焊侧焊缝，必要时在塑料膜带上打排孔，以形成单个口袋。

图1中表示一种热塑性塑料薄膜袋，它的前壁1和后壁2各自由外层1’和内层2’薄膜组成，其中根据口袋应用目的的不同薄膜层1’和2’可以由不同的塑料材质制成，和/或必要时可以有不同的厚度。在上部装入口部位6，在由纵向焊缝4相互连接的薄膜层之间分别放入一个由塑料制成的拎带3，它在制造口袋时通过侧焊缝5同样和口袋焊牢。在口袋上拎带3的中部设置一个把手孔8，通过这个孔可以拉出拎带3，并把它打结，以扎紧袋口。
正如由图1可见，把手孔基本上由一个圆形缺口组成，它的圆心大致上在拎带3宽度，也即高度的一半处，它在纵向焊缝4部位的开口小于180°。如果把手孔的半径大致相当于拎带的宽度、即高度，结果表明是最好的。
最好拎带可以由和前壁1和/或后壁2的内或外膜层同样的材料制成。
图4至6中表示关于把手孔8的布置的变化，各种不同结构共同的是圆形把手孔8设置在距装入口边缘一定距离处，并在这段距离上打排孔。图4和6上排孔9排成直线11，相对而言图5中排孔围成一个孔12。
在使用口袋时，通过把手孔8抓住拎带3，排孔9被撕裂，必要时将拎带打成结。
在图6的结构中，把手孔8本身由排孔13围成，使得由此形成孔残片14。为了能够抓到拎带3，使用口袋时，必须首先揭掉这个残片，例如用拇指。残片14可以直接用来写价码或做成标志物，或者用作贴价码或标志物的地方。在使用口袋时，拽下来的价码可以贴在口袋上任何地方，以表示，例如付了一定的费用或者这个口袋是按规定买的。价码设置在把手孔部位还有这样的优点，当平常在口袋卷成卷时价码可以安全地防止偷窃。
如果从两条从开卷滚子上展开的平塑料带出发，将它们相互叠起来，折叠成U形，以及在这样形成的开启顶部冲一个把手孔8，并各自在内外层塑料带之间放入最好由塑料制成的拎带3，然后将塑料带在口袋顶部成对地焊牢，接着焊侧焊缝5，必要时冲排孔，以形成单个口袋，这样将得到制造带拎带和把手孔的热塑性塑料袋的特别合算的方法。
但是制造的袋不一定要由两条相互重叠的平塑料带进行。用一条平塑料袋折叠成的半闭薄膜管，或一条封闭的薄膜管一侧切开也行。制造带价码或标志的口袋不会造成什么缺点，因为为了加上价码将薄膜层的一个边缘向外折叠一块，在这上面印上价码，然后折叠的这一端再折回来。此后再冲把手孔的排孔。口袋的其他制作过程没有什么变化。
显而易见，本发明并不仅仅局限于所表示的实施例，而是在权利要求范围内也允许其他变型方案。譬如口袋的概念也可以理解为包、囊等等。此外，拎带可以由首先是各种不同材质的带材制成，接着可以折叠成要求的宽度，并放进口袋的顶部。

Claims (8)

1．由热塑性塑料薄膜制成的口袋，带有由侧焊缝(5)相连的前壁(1)和后壁(2)，一个沿袋整个宽度展开的装入口(6)，和一个装在这个部位，通过侧焊缝(5)与口袋相连的拎带(3)，以及一个在前壁(1)和后壁(2)中的使拎带在其中间部位部分外露的把手孔(8)，其特征在于：前壁(1)和后壁(2)分别具有一个外薄膜层(1’)和一个沿整个壁面展开的内薄膜层(2’)，该内薄膜层(2’)分别在直到把手孔(8)部位的在内外薄膜层(1’,2’)之间安排的拎带(3)外面在装入口(6)的外边缘上通过一条纵向焊缝与外薄膜层(1’)相连接。
2．按权利要求1的口袋，其特征在于：把手孔(8)相对于拎带(3)的高度即宽度基本位于中心部位。
3．按权利要求1或2的口袋，其特征在于：把手孔(8)的半径大致相当于拎带(3)的宽度，也即高度。
4．按权利要求1的口袋，其特征在于：把手孔(8)设置在距装入口(6)一定距离处，在装入口(6)和把手孔(8)的相对边之间的这段距离上设有排孔(9)。
5．按权利要求4的口袋，其特征在于：排孔(9)排成直线(11)。
6．按权利要求4的口袋，其特征在于：排孔(9)围成孔(12)。
7．按权利要求4至6任一项的口袋，其特征在于：把手孔(8)本身由排孔(13)围成，并且由此形成的孔残片(14)直接做成价码或其他标志的载体。
8．一种如权利要求1的热塑性塑料薄膜口袋的制造方法，该口袋带拎带和把手孔，其特征在于：从两条最好是从开卷滚子上展开的平塑料带开始，将它们相互叠在一起，折叠成U形，在这样形成的开启顶部冲把手孔，并各自在内外层膜带之间放进最好是由塑料制成的拎带，然后将塑料带层在拎带外面的顶部成对地焊接在一起，接着焊侧焊缝，必要时冲排孔，以形成塑料袋。
