技术领域
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域,尤其是一种真皮面料鞋面的制作方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对鞋子在耐用、舒适和美观方面提出了更高的要求。为了满足这些需求,需要在鞋子的鞋面部分采用多种材料重叠制作而成。
通常鞋面材料一般包括天然皮、PVC皮、PU皮、帆布、尼龙布等几大类。现有的一般做法是将鞋面材料、装饰附料及透气材料用针车缝合的方式缝合在一起,而采用针车缝合的加工方式,其加工难度较高,耗费的人工较多,生产效率也低。
因此,现有技术有待于提高和改善。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种制作简单、生产效率高、美观度高的真皮面料鞋面的制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术手段来实现上述目的的:
一种真皮面料鞋面的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)表面处理
常温下,用毛刷蘸取水性处理剂均匀地涂刷一遍于真皮面料上,然后静置两小时;
(2)烘干
将真皮面料置于烘干机内,控制温度为100℃,时间为10分钟;
(3)热压
将热熔胶膜置于两真皮面料之间,热压一次胶合成型,热压温度为120℃,压力为40吨。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
由于采用上述的制作工艺,使得真皮面料更好地与热熔胶膜粘合,不仅制作出的鞋面美观度高,而且制作简单、生产效率高。

下面给出实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
实施例:
一种真皮面料鞋面的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)表面处理
常温下,用毛刷蘸取水性处理剂均匀地涂刷一遍于真皮面料上,然后静置两小时,所述水性处理剂为羧酸改性聚酯溶液;
(2)烘干
将真皮面料置于烘干机内,控制温度为100℃,时间为10分钟;
(3)热压
将热熔胶膜置于两真皮面料之间,热压一次胶合成型,热压温度为120℃,压力为40吨。
上述工艺不仅制作简单、生产效率高,而且制成的鞋面美观度高。

(3)热压
