本发明公开了一种改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,将结构为聚酯薄膜A、铝箔、聚酯薄膜B的混合物料经干复制成聚酯铝箔复合膜,在聚酯铝箔复合膜的表层涂上熔融温度为105‑113℃的改性水溶性聚酯,即得涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜;将涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜分切成膜条,将聚酯纤维分前后衬纬及编链把膜条包裹编织成涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品;将涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品通过收放卷方式导入热辊定型机中,经热定型工艺后自然冷却,收卷即得。本发明可以大大降低铝箔复合膜膜条扭曲、翻转及鼓起的概率,更好地发挥幕布的遮荫保温效能。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温材料技术领域,具体是一种改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法。
背景技术
铝箔遮荫保温幕是现代温室大棚中很重要的一个组成部分。它是用聚酯薄膜+铝箔+聚酯薄膜干复而成的聚酯铝箔复合膜与聚酯透明膜分切成一定宽度的条膜再和聚酯纤维通过经编工艺编织而成。它在温室大棚中的作用是:在外界光照较强温度较高时,可以通过铝箔膜与透明膜之间的比例来调节太阳光的透射率(铝箔可以将多余的太阳光反射掉),从而降低幕布覆盖下的温室内空间的温度。在外界温度较低时,可以有效减少温室内外热能的辐射和对流,从而起到很好的保温功能。这种幕布经编工艺编织结构可以保证足够的水汽透过,防止幕布下结露,给内部作物生长提供良好的环境条件。
但是现有的铝箔遮荫保温幕产品铝箔膜膜条(聚酯薄膜膜条)与聚酯纤维间无紧密粘连,在安装及使用过程中,由于幕布折叠及受力不均匀很容易引起铝箔膜膜条(聚酯薄膜膜条)的扭曲、鼓出及翻转 ,露出很多缝隙,从而大大降低它的遮荫及保温效能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作聚酯铝箔复合膜:将结构由上至下依次为聚酯薄膜A、铝箔、聚酯薄膜B的混合物料经干复制成聚酯铝箔复合膜,其中干复时的运行速度为80-120m/min;然后将初复合成的聚酯铝箔复合膜放入45℃-55℃的烘房中熟化48h即得;
(2)制作涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜:在80-120m/min的运行速度、115-130℃烘干温度下,在聚酯铝箔复合膜的表层涂上熔融温度为105-113℃的改性水溶性聚酯,改性水溶性聚酯的涂覆量为1-1.5g/m2,即得涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜;其中,改性水溶性聚酯是在水溶性聚酯中添加抗老化剂、阻燃剂、红外线阻隔剂;
(3)整经:把120D/18f的聚酯纤维收卷在整经机的盘头上;
(4)分切经编:将涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜卷放置在经编机的分切装置上;将收卷有聚酯纤维的盘头穿在经编机的经轴上,设定经编机运行速度200-300r/min,将涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜分切成膜条,将聚酯纤维分前后衬纬及编链把膜条包裹编织成涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品;
(5)定型:将涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品通过收放卷方式导入热辊定型机中,热辊温度115-130℃,转速1000-1400r/min,张力罗拉速度为1000-1100r/min,导热油压3.5-4.5kgf/cm3,自然运行冷却,收卷成卷状,即得涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)中,聚酯薄膜A、聚酯薄膜B的厚度为10-15μm。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明是在聚酯薄膜+铝箔+聚酯薄膜干复而成的聚酯铝箔复合膜(聚酯透明薄膜)表层通过涂布工艺涂上适当厚度的热熔性聚酯胶水(胶水在正常环境温度无熔融粘连)。通过以上经编织工艺编织成涂层铝箔遮荫保温幕。把编织好的涂层幕布经过热定型工艺使膜条表层胶水热熔与聚酯纤维粘连。(定型机热辊温度设定略超过涂层胶水熔融温度,幕布保持一定张力经过热辊时,表层聚酯涂层熔融,聚酯纤维与铝膜条紧密接触,幕布在收卷辊牵引下离开定型机热辊,自然冷却后,热熔聚酯胶固化,聚酯纤维与膜条完全粘连)
本发明可以大大降低铝箔复合膜膜条(聚酯透明膜膜条)扭曲、翻转及鼓起的概率,更好地发挥幕布的遮荫保温效能。另外,涂层中可以适当添加抗老化剂、阻燃剂、红外线阻隔剂等来拓展铝箔遮荫保温幕的性能。

实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作聚酯铝箔复合膜:将按照由上至下依次为聚酯薄膜A、铝箔、聚酯薄膜B的结构经干复制成聚酯铝箔复合膜,其中聚酯薄膜A、聚酯薄膜B的厚度为10μm,铝箔的厚度为5μm。使用机械——干式复合机;干复时的运行速度为80m/min;然后将初复合成的聚酯铝箔复合膜放入设定温度45℃烘房熟化48h,即完成此工序。
(2)制作涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜:使用机械——干式复合机;运行速度:80m/min;烘干温度设定120℃;在聚酯铝箔复合膜的表层涂上熔融温度为110℃的改性水溶性聚酯(1g/m2),成膜分切成宽71.5cm,长2000cm,即得涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜。其中,改性水溶性聚酯是在水溶性聚酯中添加抗老化剂、阻燃剂、红外线阻隔剂。
(3)整经:使用设备——GE201型整经机。把120D/18f的聚酯纤维按照所需根数及长度,设定收卷转速为550r/min,收卷在GE201型整经机的铝制盘头上,即完成此工序。
(4)分切经编:使用设备——单针床经编机;
把所需的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕按照宽度型号折算成涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜卷的件数,放置在单针床经编机的分切装置上;折算成所需要的聚酯纤维盘头个数(6根/2.54厘米),穿在三副经轴上,设定单针床经编机运行速度200r/min,涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜分切成4mm宽的膜条,聚酯纤维分前后衬纬及编链把膜条包裹编织成所需宽度涂层铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品,即完成此工序。
(5)定型:使用设备——热辊定型机。设定热辊温度115℃,转速1000r/min,张力罗拉速度为1000r/min,导热油压3.5kgf/cm3,涂层铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品运行通过收放卷方式导入热辊定型机,经过热辊,表面聚酯涂层熔融,聚酯纤维与铝箔复合膜条粘连,经自然运行冷却,收卷成卷状,即得改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作聚酯铝箔复合膜:将按照由上至下依次为聚酯薄膜A、铝箔、聚酯薄膜B的结构经干复制成聚酯铝箔复合膜,其中聚酯薄膜A、聚酯薄膜B的厚度为15μm,铝箔的厚度为10μm。使用机械——干式复合机;干复时的运行速度为120m/min;然后将初复合成的聚酯铝箔复合膜放入设定温度55℃烘房熟化48h,即完成此工序。
(2)制作涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜:使用机械——干式复合机;运行速度:120m/min;烘干温度设定120℃;在聚酯铝箔复合膜的表层涂上熔融温度为110℃的改性水溶性聚酯(1.5g/m2),成膜分切成宽71.5cm,长2000cm,即得涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜。其中,改性水溶性聚酯是在水溶性聚酯中添加抗老化剂、阻燃剂、红外线阻隔剂。
(3)整经:使用设备——GE201型整经机。把120D/18f的聚酯纤维按照所需根数及长度,设定收卷转速为550r/min,收卷在GE201型整经机的铝制盘头上,即完成此工序。
(4)分切经编:使用设备——单针床经编机;
把所需的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕按照宽度型号折算成涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜卷的件数,放置在单针床经编机的分切装置上;折算成所需要的聚酯纤维盘头个数(6根/2.54厘米),穿在三副经轴上,设定单针床经编机运行速度300r/min,涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜分切成4mm宽的膜条,聚酯纤维分前后衬纬及编链把膜条包裹编织成所需宽度涂层铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品,即完成此工序。
(5)定型:使用设备——热辊定型机。设定热辊温度130℃,转速1400r/min,张力罗拉速度为1100r/min,导热油压4.5kgf/cm3,涂层铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品运行通过收放卷方式导入热辊定型机,经过热辊,表面聚酯涂层熔融,聚酯纤维与铝箔复合膜条粘连,经自然运行冷却,收卷成卷状,即得改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作聚酯铝箔复合膜:将按照由上至下依次为聚酯薄膜A、铝箔、聚酯薄膜B的结构经干复制成聚酯铝箔复合膜,其中聚酯薄膜A、聚酯薄膜B的厚度为12μm,铝箔的厚度为7μm。使用机械——干式复合机;干复时的运行速度为100m/min;然后将初复合成的聚酯铝箔复合膜放入设定温度50℃烘房熟化48h,即完成此工序。
(2)制作涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜:使用机械——干式复合机;运行速度:100m/min;烘干温度设定120℃;在聚酯铝箔复合膜的表层涂上熔融温度为110℃的改性水溶性聚酯(1.2g/m2),成膜分切成宽71.5cm,长2000cm,即得涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜。其中,改性水溶性聚酯是在水溶性聚酯中添加抗老化剂、阻燃剂、红外线阻隔剂。
(3)整经:使用设备——GE201型整经机。把120D/18f的聚酯纤维按照所需根数及长度,设定收卷转速为550r/min,收卷在GE201型整经机的铝制盘头上,即完成此工序。
(4)分切经编:使用设备——单针床经编机;
把所需的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕按照宽度型号折算成涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜卷的件数,放置在单针床经编机的分切装置上;折算成所需要的聚酯纤维盘头个数(6根/2.54厘米),穿在三副经轴上,设定单针床经编机运行速度250r/min,涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜分切成4mm宽的膜条,聚酯纤维分前后衬纬及编链把膜条包裹编织成所需宽度涂层铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品,即完成此工序。
(5)定型:使用设备——热辊定型机。设定热辊温度120℃,转速1200r/min,张力罗拉速度为1100r/min,导热油压4kgf/cm3,涂层铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品运行通过收放卷方式导入热辊定型机,经过热辊,表面聚酯涂层熔融,聚酯纤维与铝箔复合膜条粘连,经自然运行冷却,收卷成卷状,即得改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (9)
1.一种改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作聚酯铝箔复合膜:将结构由上至下依次为聚酯薄膜A、铝箔、聚酯薄膜B的混合物料经干复制成聚酯铝箔复合膜,其中干复时的运行速度为80-120m/min;然后将初复合成的聚酯铝箔复合膜放入45℃-55℃的烘房中熟化48h即得;
(2)制作涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜:在80-120m/min的运行速度、115-130℃烘干温度下,在聚酯铝箔复合膜的表层涂上熔融温度为105-113℃的改性水溶性聚酯,改性水溶性聚酯的涂覆量为1-1.5g/m2,即得涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜;其中,改性水溶性聚酯是在水溶性聚酯中添加抗老化剂、阻燃剂、红外线阻隔剂;
(3)整经:把120D/18f的聚酯纤维收卷在整经机的盘头上;
(4)分切经编:将涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜卷放置在经编机的分切装置上;将收卷有聚酯纤维的盘头穿在经编机的经轴上,设定经编机运行速度200-300r/min,将涂层聚酯铝箔复合膜分切成膜条,将聚酯纤维分前后衬纬及编链把膜条包裹编织成涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品;
(5)定型:将涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕半成品通过收放卷方式导入热辊定型机中,热辊温度115-130℃,转速1000-1400r/min,张力罗拉速度为1000-1100r/min,导热油压3.5-4.5kgf/cm3,自然运行冷却,收卷成卷状,即得涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,聚酯薄膜A、聚酯薄膜B的厚度为10-15μm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,聚酯薄膜A、聚酯薄膜B的厚度为12μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,铝箔的厚度为5-10μm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,铝箔的厚度为7μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,改性水溶性聚酯的涂覆量为1.2g/m2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,收卷的转速为550r/min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,经编机运行速度250r/min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的改进型的涂布铝箔遮荫保温幕的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,热辊温度120℃,转速1200r/min,导热油压4kgf/cm3。
