背景技术

发明内容

定义
回缩力P(X)是已被拉伸至使得保留最大可用伸长的X％的样本的弹力。例如，P(30)是当样本被拉伸至最大可用伸长的70％时的回缩力。

A)如果吸收性物品是裤物品，则通过温和地打破侧接头来打开侧面。
B)为了确定腿部弹性元件和/或内侧泄露阻挡件弹性元件的最大可用伸长，吸收性物品被拉伸并且其拐角锚固于平坦表面。吸收性物品应当藉此被拉伸成使得围绕腿部开口和内侧泄露阻挡件弹性构件的材料实质上被展平即实质上没有折痕。吸收性物品不应当被拉伸至液体可渗透的顶片层或背片层变得过拉伸的程度，而是应当仅被拉伸至它们实质上没有折痕的程度。吸收性物品拐角在拉伸状态下的锚固优选用胶带、纸夹、磁体等等完成。
C)具有200毫米±2毫米的部段被标记在展开的腿弹性元件上和展开的内侧泄露阻挡件弹性元件上。在弹性元件不展示能够标记200毫米长度的展开长度的情形下，改为选择具有100毫米±1毫米长度的部段。标记的部段应当沿纵向实质上对中在弹性构件的中点上。
如果腿部弹性元件或侧漏阻挡件弹性元件延伸显示了弯曲伸长，则通过卷尺测量具有200毫米±2毫米(或100毫米±1毫米)长度的部段，藉此沿弯曲的弹性元件形成卷尺，随后标记200毫米±2毫米(或100毫米±1毫米)的部段。
D)为了确定腿部弹性元件的回缩力，分别在其里、外距最外和最内侧设置的弹性元件5毫米±1毫米距离处标记平行于弹性元件的直线。
随后沿标记的线裁剪出样本条带。每个条带包括位于腿部开口处的所有弹性元件。条带应当切得尽可能长、优选沿吸收性物品的整个长度切割。
在腿部开口上最外侧弹性元件外部具有小于5毫米的材料的情形下，不标记直线并且不切断材料。这在测试协议中被记录下来。
在腿部开口上最内侧弹性元件距吸收体的纵向边缘小于5毫米的情形下，不标记直线。随后尽可能靠近吸收体沿其纵向边缘切割样本条带。这在测试协议中被记录下来。应当令与吸收性物品分离的样本条带至少30分钟完全不伸长。
为了确定内侧泄漏阻挡件弹性元件的回缩力，第一直线沿内侧泄漏阻挡件的自由边缘的方向在距最外侧弹性元件5毫米±1毫米距离处平行于弹性构件被标记。最外侧弹性元件指的是被设置为最接近内侧泄漏阻挡件的自由边缘的弹性元件。在最外侧弹性元件与自由边缘之间的距离小于5毫米的情形下，不标记第一直线。这被记录在测试协议内。
第二直线沿朝向内侧泄露阻挡件连接至液体可渗透顶片层的方向(即内侧泄露阻挡件的近缘)在距最内侧弹性元件5毫米±1毫米处平行于弹性元件被标记。最内侧弹性元件指的是被设置为最接近顶片层的弹性元件。在最内侧弹性元件与液体可渗透的顶片层之间的距离小于5毫米的情形下，不标记第二直线。这被记录在测试协议中。
沿标记的第一和第二直线裁剪出样本条带，每个条带包括所有弹性元件。如果没有标记如上的第一直线，则不切除材料，并且如果没有标记第二直线，则尽可能接近液体可渗透的顶片层切割条带。条带应当被切割的尽量长，优选沿吸收性物品的整个长度切割。与吸收性物品分离的样本条带应当至少30分钟完全不伸长。
测试
此处描述了当拉伸成保留30％的最大可用伸长时用于弹性元件的测试。当确定回缩力P(30)时，切割的条带被放置在拉伸试验仪器内并且被拉伸至70％的最大可用伸长(200±2毫米或100±1毫米)即直至所做的标记之间的距离是140毫米(如果在100毫米±1毫米的距离处做标记则为70毫米)。70％的最大可用伸长意味着保留30％的最大可用伸长，因此术语P(30)。在完成拉伸之后5秒内记录样品的回缩力P(30)。
为了获得用于腿部开口弹性元件的完整测试结果，应当测试三个吸收性物品的左、右腿部开口的弹性元件。用于腿部开口弹性元件的P(30)是用于六个被测试元件的平均值。
为了获得用于内侧泄露阻挡件弹性元件的完整测试结果，应当测试三个吸收性物品的左、右内侧泄露阻挡件的弹性元件。用于内侧泄露阻挡件弹性元件的P(30)是用于六个被测试元件的平均值。
如果仅可能确定用于腿部开口弹性元件或内侧泄露阻挡件弹性元件之一的100±1毫米样本上和另一元件上200±2样本上的P(30)值，那么应当使用在100±1毫米样本上测量的P(30)值并且应当使用在200±2样本上测量的P(30)值。
前体板和后体板都被至少部分地弹性化从而能够方便穿脱物品。弹性件能够通过在形成前、后面板的料幅上附连多个实质上平行的弹性线获得，并且弹性线之间的距离能够被选择成获得绕穿戴者臀部的期望适配。例如，弹性线在腰部边缘的区域内比腰部边缘与裆部边缘之间实质上覆盖穿戴者的胃和背部部分的区域内彼此更接近。
前体板优选可包括沿平行于腰部边缘的方向实质上分布在其整个表面上的弹性线。后体板可具有弹性梯度，其中后体板的回缩力沿从腰部边缘朝向裆部边缘的方向减小，从而能够改进绕穿戴者身体的适配。可通过包括多个不同弹性(即具有不同回缩力)的区域的后体板获得这种弹性梯度。例如，具有第一回缩力的第一弹性区域可能位于腰部边缘附近，并且具有低于第一回缩力的第二回缩力的第二弹性区域可沿朝向裆部边缘的方向位于第一弹性区域附近。具有低于第二回缩力的第三回缩力的第三弹性区域可能位于第二弹性区域附近。此外，后体板可包括最接近裆部边缘的第四区域，该第四区域实质上是无弹性的。沿上述第一至第三区域的纵向的组合长度优选实质上与接合前、后体板的侧接缝的长度相同。在第一至第三弹性区域内，可通过均匀分布在每个区域内的弹性线获得期望的回缩力，其中与朝腰部边缘方向的相邻在先区域相比，所述弹性线在每个区域内彼此间隔更大距离。可选择地，后体板可包括带有从腰部边缘朝裆部边缘回缩力连续降低的弹性区域，所述区域大约终止于腿部开口边缘交会侧接缝的点之间的直线处。连续降低的弹性可通过连续地增加附连于后体板的弹性线之间的距离获得。可选择地，弹性幅材料例如弹性无纺布或弹性薄膜或包括弹性幅材料的层压品可用于前、后体板。弹性幅或层压品也可与弹性线组合。
吸收构件具有实质上矩形的形状，并且被制造为分离部件或已经通过附连于前体板和后体板而集成在吸收性物品中的“芯包”。吸收构件包括液体可渗透的顶片层、吸收体和液体不可渗透的背片层。吸收体的纵向长度典型地略微小于包括在吸收构件内的顶片和背片的纵向长度。吸收体可实质上为矩形，或可成形为在裆部区域内比其末端处更窄。液体可渗透的顶片层可由用于该目的的任何已知材料组成，例如无纺材料层、穿孔塑料膜、网材料、亚麻短纤维等等。顶片还可由相同或不同材料的两个或更多片的层压品组成。液体不可渗透的背片层可由液体不可渗透的塑料膜、已涂覆有液体阻挡材料的无纺片或具有耐液体渗透能力的一些其它柔性材料片组成。但是，如果液体不可渗透的背片层是透气的即容许水蒸汽通过背片，则这是有利的。
吸附体可由吸收性材料制成，例如纤维素短纤浆、棉纸、吸收泡沫等等。吸附芯容纳超吸收体即能够吸收对应于其自重数倍的体液且形成水凝胶的聚合物材料也是可能的。这种超吸收体通常以颗粒形式存在，但是纤维、薄片、小粒和薄膜也是可用的。此外，吸附体可包括非吸收性部件例如硬化元件、塑形元件、粘合剂等等。吸收体例如可包括为具有纤维素纸浆和超吸收颗粒的压花层形式的吸收性材料。压花层可包括形成实质上均匀分布在吸收性材料层上的压花图案的压花区域。压花区域覆盖吸收性材料层表面的5-15％、更优选7-13％，并且有助于吸收性材料层的完整性。包含于吸收体中的吸收性材料层可适宜地具有0.092-0.160g/cm3的密度和480-640g/m2的基重。吸收性材料适宜地在压花区域中具有0.28-0.62g/cm3的密度。
如果需要，吸收体也可包括沿纵向设置在包含于吸收构件的吸收体内的吸收性材料层中的两个折叠线，以有助于裆部部分内吸收构件的碗状外形。折叠线可被设置为平行的，并且可为直线或略微弓状的线的形式。优选地，这种折叠线沿吸收体长度L3的10-50％延伸。例如，折叠线可以是压花线，其中吸收性材料被压缩为低于吸收性材料层的总厚度的厚度。折叠线区域内的密度则优选等于或高于压花图案的压花区域内的密度。可选择地，折叠线可为吸收性材料层内沿横向具有0-7毫米的宽度的切口或纵向开口的形式。
吸收体可被封围在液体可渗透的棉纸层内从而将纤维碎片、SAP颗粒等等保持在吸收体内。吸收构件当然可容纳除了此处描述那些之外的其它部件。某些采集结构可用于吸收体的顶部上。
吸收构件进一步包括附连于前体板的前附连部、附连于后体板的后附连部和从前体板内缘的裆部边缘延伸至后体板的裆部边缘的中间裆部部分。
包括在吸收构件内的不同部件可以常规方式例如通过粘合剂结合、超声波焊接或热焊接而彼此相连。
吸收性物品具有纵向中心轴线X-X和横向中心轴线Y-Y。与横向中心轴线Y-Y重合的虚构中线将吸收性物品分割为相等纵向长度的两部分。虚构中线可将吸收构件的中间裆部部分分割为位于虚构中线与前体板的裆部边缘之间的前裆部部分和虚构中线与后体板的裆部边缘之间的后裆部部分，其中前裆部部分具有长度L1，并且后裆部部分具有长度L2，其中后裆部部分的长度L2与前裆部部分的长度L1的比率是L2：L1<0.4，优选<0.3，更优选<0.25。
可选择地，后体板的裆部边缘位于虚构中线的前面。通过该结构，后体板在其裆部边缘在物品中相对更靠前的状态下附连于吸收构件，并且使用期间腿部开口边缘位于穿戴者腿上相对较低处。后体板将藉此在相当程度上覆盖穿戴者的屁股，给予穿戴者舒适感并且减少泄露的风险。
吸收构件的吸收体优选具有细长形形状，并且可适宜地具有超出裆部部分纵向长度的总长度L3。吸收体的前附连部具有长度L4，后附连部具有长度L5，并且中间裆部部分具有长度L6，所述长度是沿吸收性物品的纵向量取的。中间裆部部分的长度L6与吸收体的长度L3的比率优选L6:L3＝1:2.4至1:3.5，优选1:2.5至1:3；并且前附连部的长度L4与所述后附连部的长度L5的比率是L4:L5＝1:1.4至1:2.5，优选的1:1.6至1:2.3，最优选1:1.8至1:2.2。藉此，获得吸收构件的最佳定位，得到物品的最佳适配。
为了进一步改进物品的适配，前腿部弹性件可设置在前体板的每个腿部开口边缘上，并且后腿部弹性件可设置在后体板的每个腿部开口边缘上。吸收构件可还包括中间裆部部分的每侧上的腿部弹性件。这些腿部弹性件例如可为一个或多个弹性线或弹性带的形式。一个或多个弹性线可被独立地施加于每个腿部开口边缘上，藉此弹性线的长度等于或者小于腿部开口边缘的长度。藉此，物品相对穿戴者的大腿密封并且形成可能终止于内侧泄露阻挡层外部的用于任何液体和/或粪便的附加泄露阻挡件。可选择地，可沿前体板的整个内缘施加一个或多个弹性线，从而相同的弹性线作用为两个前体板腿部开口边缘上的腿部弹性件。这种情况下，弹性线还在吸收构件的宽度之上延伸，并且弹性线也可以曲线施加，在曲线处弹性线在吸收构件之上延伸，从而弹性线在裆部边缘部分处比在腿部开口部分处更远离前体板的内缘。裆部边缘部分之上的这种曲线形式的弹性件可有助于吸收体的裆部部分内的碗状外形。
侧漏阻挡件也可以纵向地设置在吸收体外部吸收构件的每侧上，从而它们实质上沿吸收构件的整个长度延伸，并且弹性件可适宜地被包括在其远端边缘处。侧漏阻挡件的弹性件具有第一回缩力F1，并且中间裆部部分上的腿部弹性件可具有第二回缩力F2，第二回缩力大于第一回缩力。如上所述，回缩力是当弹性件延伸至某个长度时回缩的力。通过如上所述的方法适宜地确定回缩力F1和F2。用于侧漏阻挡件的弹性件的回缩力P(30)对应于F1并且用于中间裆部部分上的腿部弹性件的P(30)对应于F2。在本上下文中，侧漏阻挡件的弹性件与中间裆部部分上的腿部弹性件之间的关系是相关的，意味着用哪个方法确定回缩力并不重要。侧漏阻挡件的弹性件和中间裆部部分上的腿部弹性件的回缩力指的是当弹性件结合入物品时的回缩力，因而分别指的是包括弹性材料和产品元件中含有的任何其它层的产品元件侧漏阻挡件和裆部部分边缘的回缩力。
通过回缩力F1与F2的比率，腿部弹性件比侧漏阻挡件回缩的更厉害，导致在裆部部分内形成改进的碗形。这就增加了吸收性物品临时存储随后将被吸收体所吸收的液池的能力。
第一回缩力F1与第二回缩力F2的比率优选F1:F2＝1:1.2至1:2.8，优选的1:1.5至1:2.5，更优选的1:1.7至1:2.3。腿部弹性件在使用期间可具有更高的回缩力，因为它们位于大腿和腹股沟区域附近，在此它们应当提供紧配合和相对皮肤的密封。侧漏阻挡件还应当提供相对皮肤的良好密封。但是，它们可以不具有同样高的回缩力，因为它们典型地具有向内定向，使得它们与敏感的生殖器相接触。已经发现，上面给出的比率对于提供大腿周围紧配合的腿部弹性件和在生殖区域内提供相对皮肤更柔和密封的泄露阻挡件来说是最佳的。
侧漏阻挡件的弹性件具有长度L10，并且中间裆部部分上的腿部弹性件具有长度L12，腿部弹性件(25)的长度L12与侧漏阻挡件的弹性件(27)的长度L10的比率是L12:L10＝1:1.2至1:2，优选的1:1.4至1:1.8。
用于侧漏阻挡件中的弹性件和裆部部分腿部弹性件的弹性材料可以是相同或不同的。例如，能够使用本身具有相同弹性即相同回缩力的弹性线，并且设置在腿部弹性件内的弹性线比设在直立聚集弹性件内的数量更大，例如三个弹性线设置在腿部弹性件内，而两个弹性线在直立聚集弹性件内。
可选地，能够使用本身具有不同弹性的弹性线或带子，或类似的弹性线或带子在附连时能够被差异地拉伸。
吸收构件可在中间裆部部分内包括独立片材形式的边缘覆盖件。边缘覆盖件随后可沿附连线附连于背片的服装侧，并且绕背片和顶片的纵缘包裹，且在腿部弹性件内侧附连于顶片的面向身体的一侧。边缘覆盖件可以例如是无纺材料或穿孔薄膜的条带，并且可通过焊接或胶粘附连于背片和顶片。此外，边缘覆盖件可紧密地绕背片和顶片的纵缘包裹以使得最外侧的弹性线外部基本不存在过多的片材，从而吸收构件的边缘能够以平滑的边缘边界抵靠在穿戴者的身体上，进一步有助于适配和穿戴者舒适。
边缘覆盖件也可从顶片上的附连线进一步向内延伸，从而与边缘覆盖件一体地成形侧漏阻挡件，藉此能够有效地制造，因为独立零件的数量减小了。
裤型吸收性物品可用作失禁防护服或婴儿尿布。当物品意图用作失禁防护服时，其中吸收构件的后附连部的长度L5可比吸收构件的前附连部的长度L4大60-130毫米。当物品意图用作婴儿尿布时，其中吸收构件的后附连部的长度L5可比吸收构件的前附连部的长度L4大40-80毫米。
现在将参照附图通过示例实施例描述吸收性物品。
示例实施例的描述
将参照示出物品的不同实施例和细节的图1-7描述裤型吸收性物品。在附图中，相同的附图标记用于相同或相应的细节或部件。
图1是包括前体板1、后体板2和吸收构件3的裤型吸收性物品的示意图。前和后体板通过其相应侧缘处的侧接缝50彼此接合，从而形成具有腰部开口52和两个腿部开口54的裤型产品。
图2是示出在折叠和接合前、后体板之前第一实施例的具有纵向中心轴线X-X和横向中心轴线Y-Y的吸收性物品的示意图。物品包括前体板1、定位在距所述前体板一定距离处的后体板2以及附连至前体板和后体板并桥接前体板和后体板的吸收构件3。

2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其中吸收体(20)具有总长度L3，前附连部(22)具有长度L4，后附连部(23)具有长度L5，并且中间裆部部分(24)具有长度L6，所述长度是沿吸收性物品的纵向量取的，并且
中间裆部部分(24)的长度L6与吸收体(20)的长度L3的比率是L6:L3＝1:2.4至1:3.5，优选1:2.5至1:3；并且
前附连部(22)的长度L4与所述后附连部(23)的长度L5的比率是L4:L5＝1:1.4至1:2.5，优选地1:1.6至1:2.3，最优选1:1.8至1:2.2。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的吸收性物品，其中在前体板(1)的每个腿部开口边缘(9，10)上设置有前腿部弹性件(11)，并且在后体板(2)的每个腿部开口边缘(16，17)上设置有后腿部弹性件(18)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的吸收性物品，其中吸收构件(3)包括在中间裆部部分(24)的每侧上的腿部弹性件(25)，所述腿部弹性件为一个或多个弹性线(38)的形式。
5.根据权利要求4所述的吸收性物品，其中侧漏阻挡件(26)纵向布置在所述吸收构件每侧上吸收体(20)的外侧，所述侧漏阻挡件(26)实质上沿所述吸收构件(3)的整个长度延伸，并且在其远端边缘处包括弹性件(27)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的吸收性物品，其中所述侧漏阻挡件(26)的弹性件(27)具有第一回缩力F1，并且所述中间裆部部分(24)上的腿部弹性件(25)具有第二回缩力F2，所述第二回缩力大于所述第一回缩力。
7.根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的吸收性物品，其中所述吸收构件(3)在所述中间裆部部分(24)中包括边缘覆盖件(35)，所述边缘覆盖件(35)为分离片材的形式，其沿附连线(41)附连于背片(21)的服装侧(36)，并且绕所述背片(21)和顶片(19)的纵缘(39,40)包裹，并且在所述弹性线(38)内侧附连于所述顶片的面向身体的一侧(37)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的吸收性物品，其中所述边缘覆盖件(35)紧密地绕所述背片(21)和顶片(19)的纵缘(39,40)包裹以使得最外侧弹性线外部实质上不存在过多的片材。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的吸收性物品，其中所述边缘覆盖件(35)从所述顶片(19)上的附连线(49)进一步向内延伸，藉此所述侧漏阻挡件(26)与所述边缘覆盖件(35)一体地形成。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的吸收性物品，其中后体板具有弹性梯度，其中后体板的回缩力沿从腰部边缘朝向裆部边缘的方向减小。
11.根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的吸收性物品，用作失禁防护服，其中吸收构件(3)的后附连部(23)的长度L5比吸收构件的前附连部(22)的长度L4大60-130毫米。
12.根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的吸收性物品，用作婴儿尿布，其中吸收构件的后附连部(23)的长度L5比吸收构件的前附连部(22)的长度L4大40-80毫米。
