Abstract
本发明属于远红外复合材料,具体地是一种无机宽波远红外复合环保材料。现有的远红外材料的缺点是:材料单一、远红外波段狭窄,功能局限性大;有的复合材料配方不合理,含有对人体有害成分。本发明由和田玉25重量份、泗水砭石25重量份、磁石25重量份、托玛琳25重量份组成。制备步骤为:将各原料分别粉碎至6000目,混合、加适量水搅拌均匀;压制成型;常温晾干;高温1000℃煅烧24小时;常温冷却。压制的型状为粉状、粒状、片状、圆柱状。本发明优点是:选用的材料全部为中药材,无毒;远红外波段宽、功能多、应用广泛;能持久发射宽波远红外线;一次使用,长期受益,使用成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于远红外复合材料,具体地是一种无机宽波远红外复合环保材料。
背景技术
远红外线有较强的渗透力和辐射力,具有显著的温控效应和共振效应,易被物体吸收并转化为物体的内能。现有远红外线技术广泛应用于环境保护、农业、交通、机械、电器、电子、制衣纺织、建筑材料、医学、人民生活等技术领域。远红外线被人体吸收后,可使体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强其分子间的结合力,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物体细胞处于最高振动能级。可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,产生的温热由内向外散发,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,调节精神状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。
产生远红外线的主要方法是选择热交换能力强、能放射特定波长远红外线的材料。现有发生远红外线的材料有:生物炭、碳纤维制品、电气石、远红外陶瓷、玉石、金属氧化物及碳化硅等等。
现有的远红外材料的缺点是:1.材料单一、远红外波段狭窄,功能局限性大;2.有的复合材料配方不合理,含有对人体有害成分,长期使用对人造成伤害。本发明选用多种纯天然无毒材料,利用对撞超细粉加工技术,制成无机宽波远红外复合环保材料。本发明利用多种天然材料的互补作用,克服了单一材料的局限性,激发了材料的内在能量,获得远红外波段宽、功能多、应用广泛、性能优良、能持久发射宽波远红外的复合环保材料。本发明复合环保材料具有一次使用,长期受益的效果。
本发明选用的材料全部为中药材,传统中医将和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳等作为矿物质药材治疗人体疾病。本发明复合环保材料根据中医理论和方法,除了应用于人体医学之外,首次将上述四种中药材经过粉碎、混合、煅烧处理后用于水、土壤、空气的处理;应用于工业、农业、环境保护、交通等领域,具有保护环境、改良土壤、提高农作物产量和品质、节约能源等效果。
经广泛查阅专利文献和国内外公开出版物,均未见有与本发明相同的技术方案,未见有与本发明原料和配方相同的远红外复合材料;本发明具有新颖性、创造性;本发明广泛应用于工业、农业、环境保护、医学等领域,具有广泛的实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种远红外波段宽、功能多、适用范围广、性能优良持久的无机宽波远红外复合环保材料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种无机宽波远红外复合环保材料,由下列重量比物质组成:
一种无机宽波远红外复合环保材料,制备步骤如下:
(1)准确称取和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳各25重量份;
(2)将和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳分别粉碎至6000目;
(3)将粉碎后的和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳粉混合、加适量水搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)产物压制成型;
(5)将步骤(4)产物常温晾干;
(6)将步骤(5)产物高温1000℃煅烧24小时;
(7)将步骤(6)产物常温冷却。
步骤(4)压制的型状为粒状、片状、圆柱状。
本发明的要点是:
1.和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳四种原料全部为中药材,人体医学使用安全。
2.和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳四种原料同等重量,混合后产生特性互补,互相激发,各自独特的功能得到充分的发挥,产生了出人意料的效果。
3.将四种原料分别粉碎、然后混合均匀、压制成型、煅烧,冷却制成粉状、粒状、片状、圆柱状等不同形状,可广泛应用于多种不同技术领域。
本发明无机宽波远红外复合环保材料的原料具有如下特点:
和田玉无毒、具有热容量大、辐射散热好的物理特性,可减少血液耗氧量,使血液中的酶分子不变性而保持大活性,加强代谢提高各种生理机能。和田玉的特殊分子结构能发射人体吸收的远红外电磁波,波长8—15微米,与人体共振吸收。和田玉同时含有多种对人体有益的微量元素,粉碎后会产生对人体有益的光电效应。和田玉受热后反应程度强烈,负离子释放速度快,负离子数量增多。
泗水砭石是一种微晶灰岩矿物质,无毒,是一种可治病的石头。砭石无放射性;有奇异的能量场,作用于人体可产生红外热像并可循经而行;砭石接触人体表皮,在“微循环检测仪”监视器的屏幕上,可清楚看到小血管和毛细血管中的血液加快流动的状态;砭石含有锶、氧化钙、氧化硅、氧化钠、铬、锰等三十几种对人体有益的微量元素,其中锶的含量甚高;砭石可产生极远红外辐射,频带宽,远红外频率可达范围为7—20微米。砭石摩擦后,可以发出2-200万赫兹的超声波脉冲,产生超声波脉冲次数达3708次,频率范围可达2—40万赫兹,是所有材质之首。砭石摩擦后,反应强烈,电磁波增强,负氧离子增多,尤其适用于在风扇叶片上使用,清洁空气效果好,对人体健康有促进作用。
磁石辛、咸、平、无毒,是地球内部磁场产生的天然铁磁性矿物,密度5.16--5.18g/cm3,具强磁性,性脆,无臭,无味。磁石能产生电子运动,围绕原子核运动的电子产生电流,电流产生磁场,磁场中原子自动的排列有序,在其电子电流和磁场运动的作用下,大大激发其它材料的内在能量,使其它材料的远红外、负离子、电磁波、超声波等功能得到极大的放大,产生奇特的效应。磁石能引起人体内水分子共振,使水分子活性化,变成独立水分子。磁化后的水具有抗疲劳、抗幅射、抗衰老、提高人体免疫力的作用,达到调理和保健的功效。饮用磁性水可以提高人体细胞含氧量、恢复活力、抗疲劳、抗幅射;舒筋活血,延缓衰老;促进人体微循环系统、促进新陈代谢;润肤美容;减轻颈椎痛;预防因尿酸过高而引起的骨络关节痛等作用。
托玛琳又称碧玺、电气石,无毒,为硅酸盐类-硼硅酸盐物质,呈全透明、半透明状。化学式为Na(Mg,Fe,Mn,Li,Al)3Al6[Si6O18][BO3]3(OH,F)4,具有压电效应。托玛琳含有多种人类必须的微量元素,是极佳的矿物质来源。托玛琳具有永电性,能产生大量负氧离子,其远红外波长4—14微米,发射力高达88%,可永久产生微弱电流,释放大量负离子,起到调节人体离子平衡作用。托玛琳受热后特征体现更为强烈,负离子释放速度快,负离子数量增多。
本发明与现有同类产品相比,具有如下实质性不同:
1.四种原料全部为中药材;
2.四种原料重量比相等;
3.原料特性互补,如和田玉、托玛琳受热后反应程度强烈,负离子释放速度快,负离子数量增多;砭石摩擦后,电磁波增强,负氧离子增多。特性互补的结果,使本发明复合材料应用广泛。
本发明四种原料重量比相等,经对撞超细粉加工成粉后混合,各自独特的功能得到充分的发挥,同时产生特性互补,互相激发,产生了出人意料的效果。经检测每立方厘米含有400个负离子;远红外波段4—16微米,达到了人体最适宜的生命之光6—14的波段。经多年在多领域应用,均取得良好的效果。
本发明也可根据需要,在和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳四种材料的基础上,增加同等重量份的高岭土,使压制成型更方便。高岭土又名瓷土,成分为:SiO246.51%,Al2O339.54%,H2O 13.95%,熔点:1780℃。大部分带有白色丝绢状的光泽,是陶瓷的主要原料。瓷土颗粒表面具有微细孔隙,有吸附性。本发明中瓷土主要起粘结和填充料的作用,将材料粘结成型,并且增大材料的表面积。
本发明根据需要,也可制成粉状,其方法是将煅烧过的产品再次粉碎至6000目。
本发明的优点是:
1.选用的材料全部为中药材,无毒。
2.远红外波段宽、功能多、应用广泛。
3.本发明复合材料能持久发射宽波远红外线。
4.一次使用,长期受益,使用成本低。
具体实施方式
本发明已经多年在不同领域应用,效果显著。下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一:
取和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳、各100公斤,分别用对撞机粉碎至6000目,然后将其混合、加入适量水搅拌均匀,压制成直径0.5厘米的圆球,1000℃煅烧24小时,常温冷却后,放入水中。2小时后检测Ph值7.8,氯为0,矿物质含量提高10%。
实施例二:
和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳各5公斤,分别用对撞机粉碎至6000目,然后将其混合、1000度煅烧24小时;再次粉碎至6000目后,加入医用脱敏胶搅拌均匀,喷敷在立式风扇的叶片两面。夏天风扇工作,室内空气每立方厘米负氧离子1000个,空气清新。
实施例三:
和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳各50公斤,分别用对撞机粉碎至6000目,然后将其混合、加入适量水搅拌均匀,压制成直径0.5厘米、高度0.5厘米的圆柱,1000℃煅烧24小时,常温冷却后。均匀撒入菜地中,三个月后土壤农药残留物和铅、镉、汞、砷为零,土壤恢复原生态,蔬菜产量提高15%。
上述实施例仅为本发明的优选例,并不用来限制本发明,凡在本发明的原则之内,所做的任何修改和变化,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种无机宽波远红外复合环保材料,由下列重量比物质组成:

2.一种无机宽波远红外复合环保材料,制备步骤如下:
(1)准确称取和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳各25重量份;
(2)将和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳分别粉碎至6000目;
(3)将粉碎后的和田玉、泗水砭石、磁石、托玛琳粉混合、加适量水搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)产物压制成型;
(5)将步骤(4)产物常温晾干;
(6)将步骤(5)产物高温1000℃煅烧24小时;
(7)将步骤(6)产物常温冷却。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无机宽波远红外复合环保材料,其特征在于:步骤(4)压制的型状为粉状、粒状、片状、圆柱状。
