Abstract
一种污水处理装置,内部由一带落水口的横板将
装置分为上下两部分,上部为生物滤池,下部为接触
氧化池,在该装置内完成污水的二级生化处理,该装
置占地少、能耗少、去除率高,耐冲击、易管理,不外排
过剩的污泥和废气,减轻了二次污染。
Description
石油炼厂、化工厂等污水处理大多采用活性污泥法,该法剩余污泥多,易发生污泥膨胀,操作管理困难,并且占地面积大,运行费用高,文献调研中发现近几十年来,国内外许多企业采用生物滤池处理代替传统的活性污泥法,由于生物滤池处理工艺去除率低,只能在低有机负荷条件下运行,还有的企业采用生物滤池与接触氧化池及活性污泥法串联的工艺,这种串联的方式占地面积大,运行费用高,不易管理。
本发明的目的在于研究开发一种占地面积小、处理效果好、能耗低、管理方便,运行费用低,能处理各种污水,包括海、淡混合污水的污水处理装置。
本发明污水处理装置上部设有污水进水线、冲洗水线及空气排出线,装置的下部按装有进气线和出水线,装置内一带有落水口的水平汇水板将装置分为上下两部分,汇水板上部分为生物滤池、下部为接触氧化池,在汇水板的上部有一与汇水板平行的筛板,筛板以上的滤池中装有陶瓷软性填料,汇水板下面的接触氧化池内设有折流挡墙,在接触氧化池内也装有陶瓷软性填料。
待处理污水从污水进水线进入生物滤池处理,然后经筛板渗滤,由汇水板汇集到装置的一端,经落水口排到接触氧化池,经处理后的水从接触氧化池直接排出,空气经鼓风机从接触氧化池底部进入,经生物滤池的落水口进入生物滤池,然后从装置顶排出,接触氧化池中设有折流挡墙,可延长水流过的长度,使污水中的污染物含量在装置内形成明显的梯度,经过充分处理后,从出水线排出。
本发明污水处理装置的壁部,生物滤池内的筛板,汇水板及接触氧化池内的折流挡墙均由钢筋混凝土制成。
本发明是在同一装置内完成污水的二级生化处理装置,上部的生物滤池为予处理设施,下部的接触氧化池为进一步处理设施。接触氧化池过剩的空气经上部生物滤池后排出,造成生物滤池的强制供风,这样不仅提高了氧的利用率,也有利于提高生物滤池的处理效果,同时废气经过生物滤池时,其中的有害物质可以被滤池中的污水吸收,经生物氧化后分解,减轻了二次污染。
本发明污水处理装置占地少,效率高,耐冲击、易管理,费用低,不外排过剩的活性污泥,对污染物去除率高。该装置用于处理炼油厂含油污水,当原水水质硫化物含量≤200mg/l,挥发酚含量≤200mg/l,石油类含量≤60mg/l时,处理后水中硫化物<1mg/l,挥发酚<1mg/l,石油类<5mg/l。
该装置不仅可以处理炼油厂,也可处理化工、染料等其它行业生产中产生的污水。
图1为本发明生物氧化污水处理塔的内部结构示意图。
下面结合附图来说明本发明的一个实施例。
图1中,1是生物氧化污水处理塔的塔壁、2是筛板、3是冲洗水线、4是污水进水线、5是生物滤池、6是汇水板、7是出水线、8是接触氧化池、9是折流挡墙、10是进气线、11是落水口、12是空气排出线。
待处理污水由进水线4进入生物滤池5,经一次生化处理的水通过筛板2的渗滤由汇水板6汇集到塔的一端,然后从落水口11排到接触氧化池8,由于接触氧化池中折流挡墙9的作用,污水中污染物含量形成明显梯度,在接触氧化池中污水经二次生化处理后从出水线7排出。
该生物滤池除有污水进水线外,另外设有冲洗水线3,在污水处理塔正常运行一定时间后,用大量新鲜水进行冲洗,加速生物滤池填料上生物膜的脱落、更新和排出,防止生物滤池堵塞。
压缩空气通过进气管线10进入接触氧化池8,又通过落水口11进入生物滤池,最后由塔顶空气排出线12排出。
塔壁及内部设施全部由钢筋混凝土制成,塔内填料均为陶瓷软性填料。
Claims (3)
1、一种含生物滤池的生物氧化污水处理装置,其特征在于装置的上部设有污水进水线4、冲洗水线3及空气排出线12,装置的下部设有进气线10和出水线7,装置内一带有落水口11的汇水板6将装置分为上下两部分,汇水板上部有一与汇水板平行的筛板2,筛板以上的生物滤池5装有填料,汇水板下面的接触氧化池8内设有折流挡墙9,并装有填料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生物氧化污水处理装置,其特征在于所述生物滤池5和接触氧化池8内的填料为陶瓷软性填料。
3、根据权利要求1所述的生物氧化污水处理装置,其特征在于所述装置的外壁1、筛板2、汇水板6及折流挡墙9均由钢筋混凝土制成。
