Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能空气净化器,包括箱体、过滤网、制氧机构、除湿器和加热器;箱体上端设置有出气口,出气口上设置有抽风机,箱体的下端设置有进气口,箱体的中部设置过滤网,加热器为设置在紫外线灯上侧的电阻丝,过滤网的下侧设置制氧机构,在过滤器的出风端设置加热器,空气经过加热后到室内,从而提高了空气的温度,而且为了减少加热器对箱体中的其他的器件造成顺坏,在加热器处设置有隔板,防止加热后的空气在箱体中到处流动。过滤网上涂有光触媒,光触媒在紫外线灯的照射下能够有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、有效杀灭空气中的细菌,除湿器设置在进气口和过滤网之间,进入过滤网的空气需要经过除湿器的干燥后进去过滤网,从而保证了空气的干燥。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器技术领域,特别涉及一种多功能空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器是对室内空气进行净化的设备。目前,现有的空气净化器只具有空气净化作用,在室内生活过程中不光会产生灰尘,还会造成空气比较潮湿,而且冬季室内空气比较潮湿寒冷,因此,现有的净化器不能满足生活的需要,因此,急需一种多功能的空气净化设备。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种在净化空气的同时,能够对空气进行加热和除湿的多功能空气净化器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种多功能空气净化器,包括箱体、过滤网、制氧机构、除湿器和加热器;所述箱体上端设置有出气口,所述出气口上设置有抽风机,所述箱体的下端设置有进气口,所述箱体的中部设置所述过滤网,所述过滤网包括纤维网层、HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层,所述纤维网层、HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层从下往上依次设置,所述活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,所述活性炭滤网层上侧设置有紫外线灯;所述紫外线灯的上侧设置有加热器,所述加热器为设置在所述紫外线灯上侧的电阻丝,所述出气口上侧往所述加热器远离所述出气口的一端延伸有一隔板,所述隔板将所述出气口和加热器分隔在同一区域内;所述过滤网的下侧设置所述制氧机构,所述制氧机构包括电解箱、液箱和水箱,所述电解箱的上端通过第一输氧管与所述液箱的上端连通,所述液箱的上端通过第二输氧管密封连接在所述水箱的上端,所述第二输氧管的端部延伸到所述水箱的液体中,所述水箱的上端设置有第三输氧管,所述第三输氧管的出氧口穿过所述隔板设置在所述出气口处;所述除湿器的进风口上通过第一风道与所述箱体的进气口密封连接,所述除湿器的出风口通过第二风道密闭连接在所述过滤网的下侧,气体通过进气口进入除湿器,从除湿器除湿后进入到过滤网进行过滤。
进一步的,所述液箱内设置有第一水泵,所述第一水泵的出水口通过连管连接到所述电解箱的底部,所述液箱和所述电解箱内盛有碱液,所述碱液位于所述液箱和所述电解箱的三分之二处。
进一步的,所述水箱中盛有三分之二的清水,所述水箱的底部设置有第二水泵,所述第二水泵的出水口通过连管连接到所述液箱的底部。
进一步的,所述电解箱由多个电解槽间隔串接制成,所述电解槽由可溶氧的阴极板和金属阳极板拼装组成,所述电解槽内设置有碱液。
进一步的,所述箱体的中部设置有用于固定所述过滤网的抽插槽,所述抽插槽的一端设置有抽插槽开口,所述过滤网可拆卸的固定在所述抽插槽中,所述过滤网与所述抽插槽接触处设置有密封件。
采用上述技术方案本发明得到的有益效果为:在过滤器的出风端设置加热器,空气经过加热后到室内,从而提高了空气的温度,而且为了减少加热器对箱体中的其他的器件造成顺坏,在加热器处设置有隔板,防止加热后的空气在箱体中到处流动。过滤网上涂有光触媒,光触媒在紫外线灯的照射下能够有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、有效杀灭空气中的细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气效果,除湿器设置在进气口和过滤网之间,进入过滤网的空气需要经过除湿器的干燥后进去过滤网,从而保证了空气的干燥,使得其具有较好的干燥效果。

结合附图对本发明进一步描述,使所属技术领域更好的实施本发明,本发明实施例一种多功能空气净化器,包括箱体1、过滤网、制氧机构、除湿器2和加热器3。
箱体1上端设置有出气口4,出气口4上设置有抽风机5,箱体1的下端设置有进气口6,箱体1的中部设置过滤网,过滤网包括纤维网层7、HEPA滤网层8和活性炭滤网层9,纤维网层7、HEPA滤网层8和活性炭滤网层9从下往上依次设置,活性炭滤网层9上涂有光触媒,活性炭滤网层9上侧设置有紫外线灯10;过滤网上涂有光触媒,光触媒在紫外线灯10的照射下能够有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体、有效杀灭空气中的细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气效果。
加热器3设置在紫外线灯10的上侧,加热器3为设置在紫外线灯10上侧的电阻丝,出气口4上侧往加热器3远离出气口4的一端延伸有一隔板11,隔板11将出气口4和加热器3分隔在同一区域内,箱体1的中部设置有用于固定过滤网的抽插槽12,抽插槽12的一端设置有抽插槽12开口,过滤网可拆卸的固定在抽插槽12中,过滤网与抽插槽12接触处设置有密封件;在过滤器的出风端设置加热器3,空气经过加热后到室内,从而提高了空气的温度,而且为了减少加热器3对箱体1中的其他的器件造成顺坏,在加热器3处设置有隔板11,防止加热后的空气在箱体1中到处流动。
制氧机构设置在过滤网的下侧,制氧机构包括电解箱13、液箱14和水箱15,电解箱13的上端通过第一输氧管16与液箱14的上端连通,液箱14的上端通过第二输氧管17密封连接在水箱15的上端,第二输氧管17的端部延伸到水箱15的液体中,水箱15的上端设置有第三输氧管18,第三输氧管18的出氧口穿过隔板11设置在出气口4处,液箱14内设置有第一水泵19,第一水泵19的出水口通过连管连接到电解箱13的底部,液箱14和电解箱13内盛有碱液,碱液位于液箱14和电解箱13的三分之二处;水箱15中盛有三分之二的清水,水箱15的底部设置有第二水泵20,第二水泵20的出水口通过连管连接到液箱14的底部;电解箱13由多个电解槽间隔串接制成,电解槽由可溶氧的阴极板和金属阳极板拼装组成,电解槽内设置有碱液,。
除湿器2的进风口上通过第一风道21与箱体1的进气口6密封连接,除湿器2的出风口通过第二风道22密闭连接在过滤网的下侧,气体通过进气口6进入除湿器2,从除湿器2除湿后进入到过滤网进行过滤,除湿器2设置在进气口6和过滤网之间,进入过滤网的空气需要经过除湿器2的干燥后进去过滤网,从而保证了空气的干燥,使得其具有较好的干燥效果。

1.一种多功能空气净化器,其特征在于:包括箱体、过滤网、制氧机构和加热器;
所述箱体上端设置有出气口,所述出气口上设置有抽风机,所述箱体的下端设置有进气口,所述箱体的中部设置所述过滤网,所述过滤网包括纤维网层、HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层,所述纤维网层、HEPA滤网层和活性炭滤网层从下往上依次设置,所述活性炭滤网层上涂有光触媒,所述活性炭滤网层上侧设置有紫外线灯;
所述紫外线灯的上侧设置有加热器,所述加热器为设置在所述紫外线灯上侧的电阻丝,所述出气口上侧往所述加热器远离所述出气口的一端延伸有一隔板,所述隔板将所述出气口和加热器分隔在同一区域内;
所述过滤网的下侧设置所述制氧机构,所述制氧机构包括电解箱、液箱和水箱,所述电解箱的上端通过第一输氧管与所述液箱的上端连通,所述液箱的上端通过第二输氧管密封连接在所述水箱的上端,所述第二输氧管的端部延伸到所述水箱的液体中,所述水箱的上端设置有第三输氧管,所述第三输氧管的出氧口穿过所述隔板设置在所述出气口处;
所述除湿器的进风口上通过第一风道与所述箱体的进气口密封连接,所述除湿器的出风口通过第二风道密闭连接在所述过滤网的下侧,气体通过进气口进入除湿器,从除湿器除湿后进入到过滤网进行过滤。
2.根据权利要求1所述多功能空气净化器,其特征在于:所述液箱内设置有第一水泵,所述第一水泵的出水口通过连管连接到所述电解箱的底部,所述液箱和所述电解箱内盛有碱液,所述碱液位于所述液箱和所述电解箱的三分之二处。
3.根据权利要求2所述多功能空气净化器,其特征在于:所述水箱中盛有三分之二的清水,所述水箱的底部设置有第二水泵,所述第二水泵的出水口通过连管连接到所述液箱的底部。
4.根据权利要求3所述多功能空气净化器,其特征在于:所述电解箱由多个电解槽间隔串接制成,所述电解槽由可溶氧的阴极板和金属阳极板拼装组成,所述电解槽内设置有碱液。
5.根据权利要求1所述多功能空气净化器,其特征在于:所述箱体的中部设置有用于固定所述过滤网的抽插槽,所述抽插槽的一端设置有抽插槽开口,所述过滤网可拆卸的固定在所述抽插槽中,所述过滤网与所述抽插槽接触处设置有密封件。
