Abstract

织机联动机构用的一种曲柄杆,它包括一带一中 心孔的高强铝板制的杆体以及一钢制的,表面经热处 理增硬的中心环形转动与止推轴承毂,后者嵌插于前 述孔内,并由横剖面上有一约束部的该毂之外部环形 边缘经简单的压缩塑性变形而锁定于此孔中。

Description

本发明涉及一种极其轻量因而是低惯性的,但却是高强度的新型曲柄杆,它特别适用于与要求以日益提高之速度操作之近代织机相连接的多臂提综器-综线架。
已知在将多臂提综器的指令传送给一织机的综线架之过程中,用到了两列曲柄杆,其中每一列中的杆它们相互邻近并装在同一枢轴上。
上述的曲柄杆通常经锻造或铸造由钢或铸铁单件制成,因而是很重的。鉴于目前日益提高速度的趋势,业已探求来尽可能减轻织机的可动部件,特别是这类曲柄杆。
但是由浇铸来制造单件式铝质曲柄杆时,虽有可能获得所要求的轻量性,而在此情形下作为浇铸成的铝则未必能保证具有所需的疲劳强度,这是由于铸件中有可能存在孔隙,还由于实际铸造作业中的缺陷所致,然而这种强度却又因近代织机普遍是在高速下作业,由此会引起高动态载荷而必须具备的。此外,这种曲柄杆不能如所需要的那样在其转动中心有一足够硬的环形区,以使摩擦与磨损减至最低限度,而此中央的环形区还必须起到相邻曲柄杆的转动轴承和止推轴承的两重作用。
本发明之目的在于通过提供一种兼具轻量性因而只有甚低惯性和在中心区有很高表面硬度的曲柄杆,来克服上述缺点。
上述目的基本上可以通过下述方式实现,即由两个部分来构制成这种曲柄杆,其中包括有中央孔之杆体是由轻量高强度铝板加工成,而中央区则由最好是锻钢制环形的转动与止动轴承毂构成,且其表面最好经热化学处理增硬,此表面增硬的轴承毂嵌插于前述铝制体的中央孔内,并通过使其外周环形边缘经压缩塑性变形而不是经由焊接锁定到此铝制体上,在此环形边缘的横剖面上有一个由位于轴承壳两个面之中的槽所确定的约束部,以便于进行环形边缘的塑性压缩,从而能通过最终将顺径向扩展的环形边缘之侧面与铝制体对应侧面间的抵触而达到前述锁定目的,由此便阻止了有任何变形从轴承毂内传递到约束部之外,使前述中央区起到转动与止推轴承的作用。
依上述方式便获得了一种惯性极低的曲柄杆,这是因为仅有的真正较重的物体便是前述的钢制轴承毂,但由于它是极其接近转动中心,因而对总的惯性几乎没有影响。此外,这时也能使中心转动区增硬,这是由于钢制轴承毂的表面已增硬而不会使加压过程中产生破坏或碎裂。因为在加压过程中所产生的塑性变形仅仅是压缩性的,而不会有破坏性的拉伸或弯曲。
下面对照附图详述本发明,这些附图以非限定性的例释方式,即在不偏离本发明范围可对技术或结构作出变动的方式下,阐述一相应的最佳实施例。在附图中:
图1是通过一列依据本发明构制且用于织机中之曲柄杆的顶视剖面图;
图2是图1中之一列曲柄杆之一经放大的正视图;而
图3与4分别是本发明之曲柄杆在将该中央毂锁定到曲柄杆体上之前与之后相应之高度放大的剖面图。
在这些图中以参考数号1代表轴,在此轴上以空载状态装有一批曲柄杆2,3,…,9,它们经由其中心环形止推轴承表面10′与11′(i=2,…,9)相互接触。每根曲柄杆均有一由高强铝板冲切形成的带一中心孔13之轻量杆体12,以及一插入此孔13中的包括着前述止推至轴承表面10′与1′的中心环形转动毂14。毂14由锻钢制成,表面经热化学处理增硬。在此毂的外部环形边缘15的邻近处,于其两个面之中设有一槽16而于其横剖面上构成一约束部,并使此毂借助作用于环形边缘15上的力(具体参看图3)由塑性变形而锁定到铝制的轻量杆体12上,从图4中可以清楚地看到,环形边缘15此时即与孔13的侧面抵触。

Claims (1)

1、一种特别适用于织机联动机构的曲柄杆,特征在于:它包括一高强铝板加工成的带有一中心孔的杆体,以及一表面最好由化学处理增硬了的由钢材制成的中心环形转动与止推轴承毂,此毂嵌插于前述铝杆的中心孔内并通过其外部环形边缘的压缩塑性变形而锁定到此铝杆上,外部环形边缘的横剖面上则有一为此毂各个面中之槽所确定的约束部。
