Abstract
本发明提供了一种门窗用不锈钢材料,所述材料由Fe元素、改性化学元素杂质组成;所述改性化学元素的质量百分比如下:C0.05‑0.11%,Mn0.5‑1%,Si0.21‑0.24%,P0.006‑0.008%,S0.002‑0.004%,Nb0.093‑0.095%,V0.06‑0.08%,Ti2.8‑3.1%,Al 1.5‑1.7%,N0.001‑0.006%,H0.0001‑0.0002%,Cu0.05‑0.07%,Cr7.4‑15.2%,Ni8.1 ‑11.3%,Mo0.23‑0.25%,La0.21‑0.23%,Sr0.04‑0.08%,Th0.05‑0.1%,Be0.02‑0.03%,Zr0.05‑0.08%,B0.0015‑0.0.002%和Re0.06‑0.09%。本发明中对不锈钢中的各元素含量进行合理控制,得到的不锈钢耐腐蚀、耐冲蚀,添加稀土元素镧,从而成功得到用于金属门窗的高强度防腐不锈钢,具有很好的横向屈服强度及高塑性,横向抗拉强度≥450MPa,横向屈服强度≥240MPa,横向延伸率≥30%,厚度方向断面收缩率≥55%。

技术领域
本发明涉及门窗材料技术领域,具体涉及一种门窗用不锈钢材料。
背景技术
现有技术中用于制备门窗的材料,主要有铝合金、玻璃纤维复合材料等类型,但是铝合金门窗型材不耐腐蚀,而且其传热系数高,使其保五年性能差、节能效果一般并且重量较重。玻璃纤维复合材料门窗的传热系数虽然低一些,但是玻璃纤维复合材料门窗型材的耐腐蚀性和抗老化性能较差。因材料使用不当,会导致型材结构设计问题,比如:结构复杂、成本高,部件与部件之间容易发生损坏和磨损,且在安装过程中,需要额外的安装工具进行装配,装配过程繁琐,稳固性能不好等问题。还有的门窗采用不锈钢制成,但是不锈钢材料抗腐蚀特性较差,对冲蚀也极其敏感,且其材质对应力腐蚀也极其敏感,这些缺点制约了不锈钢在门窗领域的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的问题,提供一种门窗用不锈钢材料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种门窗用不锈钢材料,其特征在于,所述材料由Fe元素、改性化学元素杂质组成;
所述改性化学元素的质量百分比如下:
C 0.05-0.11%, Mn 0.5-1%,
Si 0.21-0.24%, P 0.006-0.008%,
S 0.002-0.004%, Nb 0.093-0.095%,

进一步地,所述门窗用不锈钢材料的表面喷涂有抗腐蚀涂层,所述抗腐蚀涂层的厚度为2-5mm。
进一步地,所述抗腐蚀涂层由重量百分比为47-55%的混合物A和重量百分比为45-53%的混合物B组合而成;所述混合物A的组成成分按重量份计为:丙烯酸树脂20-50份,复合聚苯并噁嗪材料20-30份,醛酮树脂KR-80F 10-20份,石蜡0-1份,氯化锆0-0.5份,木质素纤维1-6份,铝锆偶联剂TL-4 1-2份,固化剂1-5份,分散剂0-0.5份,消泡剂1-2份,防霉剂0-2份,颜料1-5份和溶剂50-100份;其中,溶剂是由正丁醇和二甲苯按质量比6:5混合制成;
所述混合物B的组成成分按重量份计为:聚酯树脂:5-7份,环氧树脂:34-37份,二氧化硅:7-9份,氧化镁2-4份、硬脂酸0.5-1.5份、半补强炉黑15-28份、氧化锌4-8份、秋兰姆类促进剂0.3-0.8份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体4-8份、异噻唑啉酮1.5-1.8份、次氯酸钙0.5-0.8份和导电纤维3-5份。
进一步地,所述混合物A的组成成分按重量份计为:丙烯酸树脂35份,复合聚苯并噁嗪材料25份,醛酮树脂KR-80F 15份,石蜡1份,氯化锆0.5份,木质素纤维3份,铝锆偶联剂TL-4 1.5份,固化剂3份,分散剂0.5份,消泡剂1.5份,防霉剂1份,颜料3份和溶剂75份;其中,溶剂是由正丁醇和二甲苯按质量比6:5混合制成;
所述混合物B的组成成分按重量份计为:聚酯树脂6份,环氧树脂35份,二氧化硅8份,氧化镁3份、硬脂酸1份、半补强炉黑23份、氧化锌6份、秋兰姆类促进剂0.5份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体6份、异噻唑啉酮0.7份、次氯酸钙0.6份和导电纤维4份。
进一步地,所述导电纤维为碳纤维。
进一步地,所述碳纤维是连续性碳纤维或者短纤维。
进一步地,所述门窗用不锈钢材料中还包括1-3%的变质元素,所述变质元素为Sc、Gd和Ce。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的有益效果:
本发明中对不锈钢中的各元素含量进行合理控制,得到的不锈钢耐腐蚀、耐冲蚀,添加稀土元素镧,从而成功得到用于金属门窗的高强度防腐不锈钢,具有很好的横向屈服强度及高塑性,横向抗拉强度≥450MPa,横向屈服强度≥240MPa,横向延伸率≥30%,厚度方向断面收缩率≥55%。
本发明不锈钢中添加了Sc、Gd、Ce三种变质元素,可以显著改善不锈钢的金相组织,细化晶粒,减少二次晶间距,减少合金中的有害气体和杂质,减少不锈钢的裂纹源,从而进一步提高不锈钢的强度和韧性,改善不锈钢材料的加工性能。
本发明的抗腐蚀涂层采用丙烯酸树脂、复合聚苯并噁嗪材料、醛酮树脂KR-80F作为成膜物质并加入溶剂,大大提高了强度、附着力和防腐蚀性能,而且增强了本发明的疏水性。同时对表面的细菌具有抗菌作用,延长不锈钢材料的使用时间,减少后期清洁和替换的成本,还通过添加导电纤维使得本发明的不锈钢门窗具有永久抗静电性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种门窗用不锈钢材料,其特征在于,门窗材料由Fe元素、改性化学元素杂质组成;
改性化学元素的质量百分比如下:
C 0.05%, Mn 0.5%,
Si 0.21%, P 0.006%,
S 0.002%, Nb 0.093%,
V 0.06%, Ti 2.8%,
Al 1.5%, N 0.001%,
H 0.0001%, Cu 0.05%,
Cr 7.4%, Ni 8.1%,
Mo 0.23%, La 0.21%,
Sr 0.04%, Th 0.05%,
Be 0.02%, Zr 0.05%,
B 0.0015%, Re 0.06%。
上述门窗用不锈钢材料的表面喷涂有抗腐蚀涂层,抗腐蚀涂层的厚度为2mm。
上述抗腐蚀涂层由重量百分比为47%的混合物A和重量百分比为45%的混合物B组合而成;混合物A的组成成分为:丙烯酸树脂20克,复合聚苯并噁嗪材料20克,醛酮树脂KR-80F 10克,木质素纤维1克,铝锆偶联剂TL-4 1克,固化剂1克,消泡剂1克,颜料1克和溶剂50克;其中,溶剂是由正丁醇和二甲苯按质量比6:5混合制成;
混合物B的组成成分为:聚酯树脂5克,环氧树脂347克,二氧化硅7克,氧化镁2克、硬脂酸0.5克、半补强炉黑15克、氧化锌4克、秋兰姆类促进剂0.3克、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体4克、异噻唑啉酮1.5克、次氯酸钙0.5克和导电纤维3克。
上述导电纤维为碳纤维。
上述碳纤维是连续性碳纤维或者短纤维。
上述不锈钢门窗材料中还包括1-3%的变质元素,变质元素为Sc、Gd和Ce。
实施例2
一种门窗用不锈钢材料,其特征在于,门窗材料由Fe元素、改性化学元素杂质组成;
改性化学元素的质量百分比如下:
C 0.11%, Mn 1%,
Si 0.24%, P 0.008%,
S 0.004%, Nb 0.095%,
V 0.08%, Ti 3.1%,
Al 1.7%, N 0.006%,
H 0.0002%, Cu 0.07%,
Cr 15.2%, Ni 11.3%,
Mo 0.25%, La 0.23%,
Sr 0.08%, Th 0.1%,
Be 0.03%, Zr 0.08%,
B 0.0.002%, Re 0.09%。
上述门窗用不锈钢材料的表面喷涂有抗腐蚀涂层,抗腐蚀涂层的厚度为5mm。
上述抗腐蚀涂层由重量百分比为55%的混合物A和重量百分比为53%的混合物B组合而成;混合物A的组成成分为:丙烯酸树脂50克,复合聚苯并噁嗪材料30克,醛酮树脂KR-80F 20克,石蜡1克,氯化锆0.5克,木质素纤维6克,铝锆偶联剂TL-4 2克,固化剂5克,分散剂0.5克,消泡剂2克,防霉剂2克,颜料5克和溶剂100克;其中,溶剂是由正丁醇和二甲苯按质量比6:5混合制成;
混合物B的组成成分为:聚酯树脂7克,环氧树脂37克,二氧化硅9克,氧化镁4克、硬脂酸1.5克、半补强炉黑28克、氧化锌8克、秋兰姆类促进剂0.8克、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体8克、异噻唑啉酮1.8克、次氯酸钙0.8克和导电纤维5克。
上述导电纤维为碳纤维。
上述碳纤维是连续性碳纤维或者短纤维。
上述门窗用不锈钢材料中还包括3%的变质元素,变质元素为Sc、Gd和Ce。
实施例3
一种门窗用不锈钢材料,其特征在于,门窗材料由Fe元素、改性化学元素杂质组成;
改性化学元素的质量百分比如下:
C 0.07%, Mn 0.8%,
Si 0.23%, P 0.007%,
S 0.003%, Nb 0.094%,
V 0.07%, Ti 2.9%,
Al 1.6%, N 0.003%,
H 0.00015%, Cu 0.06%,
Cr 11.2%, Ni 9.5%,
Mo 0.24%, La 0.22%,
Sr 0.06%, Th 0.08%,
Be 0.025%, Zr 0.06%,
B 0.0018%, Re 0.08%。
上述门窗用不锈钢材料的表面喷涂有抗腐蚀涂层,抗腐蚀涂层的厚度为4mm。
上述抗腐蚀涂层由重量百分比为50%的混合物A和重量百分比为50%的混合物B组合而成;混合物A的组成成分为:丙烯酸树脂35克,复合聚苯并噁嗪材料25克,醛酮树脂KR-80F15克,石蜡0.5克,氯化锆0.3克,木质素纤维3克,铝锆偶联剂TL-4 1.5克,固化剂3克,分散剂0.3克,消泡剂1.5克,防霉剂1克,颜料3克和溶剂75克;其中,溶剂是由正丁醇和二甲苯按质量比6:5混合制成;
混合物B的组成成分为:聚酯树脂6克,环氧树脂35克,二氧化硅8克,氧化镁3克、硬脂酸1克、半补强炉黑23克、氧化锌6克、秋兰姆类促进剂0.5克、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体6克、异噻唑啉酮0.7克、次氯酸钙0.6克和导电纤维4克。
上述导电纤维为碳纤维。
上述碳纤维是连续性碳纤维或者短纤维。
上述门窗用不锈钢材料中还包括2%的变质元素,变质元素为Sc、Gd和Ce。

本发明不锈钢中添加了Sc、Gd、Ce三种变质元素,可以显著改善不锈钢的金相组织,细化晶粒,减少二次晶间距,减少合金中的有害气体和杂质,减少不锈钢的裂纹源,从而进一步提高不锈钢的强度和韧性,改善不锈钢材料的加工性能。
本发明的抗腐蚀涂层采用丙烯酸树脂、复合聚苯并噁嗪材料、醛酮树脂KR-80F作为成膜物质并加入溶剂,大大提高了强度、附着力和防腐蚀性能,而且增强了本发明的疏水性。同时对表面的细菌具有抗菌作用,延长不锈钢材料的使用时间,减少后期清洁和替换的成本,还通过添加导电纤维使得本发明的不锈钢门窗具有永久抗静电性。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种门窗用不锈钢材料,其特征在于,所述抗腐蚀涂层由重量百分比为47-55%的混合物A和重量百分比为45-53%的混合物B组合而成;所述混合物A的组成成分按重量份计为:丙烯酸树脂20-50份,复合聚苯并噁嗪材料20-30份,醛酮树脂KR-80F10-20份,石蜡0-1份,氯化锆0-0.5份,木质素纤维1-6份,铝锆偶联剂TL-41-2份,固化剂1-5份,分散剂0-0.5份,消泡剂1-2份,防霉剂0-2份,颜料1-5份和溶剂50-100份;其中,溶剂是由正丁醇和二甲苯按质量比6:5混合制成;

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种门窗用不锈钢材料,其特征在于,所述混合物A的组成成分按重量份计为:丙烯酸树脂35份,复合聚苯并噁嗪材料25份,醛酮树脂KR-80F 15份,石蜡1份,氯化锆0.5份,木质素纤维3份,铝锆偶联剂TL-4 1.5份,固化剂3份,分散剂0.5份,消泡剂1.5份,防霉剂1份,颜料3份和溶剂75份;其中,溶剂是由正丁醇和二甲苯按质量比6:5混合制成;
所述混合物B的组成成分按重量份计为:聚酯树脂6份,环氧树脂35份,二氧化硅8份,氧化镁3份、硬脂酸1份、半补强炉黑23份、氧化锌6份、秋兰姆类促进剂0.5份、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉聚合体6份、异噻唑啉酮0.7份、次氯酸钙0.6份和导电纤维4份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种门窗用不锈钢材料,其特征在于,所述导电纤维为碳纤维。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种门窗用不锈钢材料,其特征在于,所述碳纤维是连续性碳纤维或者短纤维。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗用不锈钢材料,其特征在于,所述不锈钢门窗材料中还包括1-3%的变质元素,所述变质元素为Sc、Gd和Ce。
