Abstract
本发明公开了一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料及其制备工艺,本发明的优势在于,用碱液浸泡稻草,并用双氧水处理,一方面可以融掉稻草里的木质素,为后面的反应做准备,另一方面还可改善稻草纤维的结构和性能,提高其与复合材料的界面结合,从而提高复合材料的硬度、抗压强度;柠檬酸无生物毒性,反应活性高,可以作为原位交联剂,与聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇上的羟基官能团同时反应,从而使得聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇得到有效的交联,进一步增加食品包装材料的强度和韧性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料,具体涉及一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
植物纤维的利用方式多种多样,可利用其原纤维,可利用其衍生物,或接枝共聚物。制品类型如纤维素衍生物膜,纤维素交换树脂,纤维素衍生物液晶以及纤维与热塑性树脂的复合材料等。近年来,世界各国广泛开发改性聚丙烯以替代工程塑料。用天然植物纤维与聚丙烯复合制备的复合材料代替工程塑料也拓展了植物纤维应用的新领域。在水泥基复合材料领域,自80年代以来,不少发展中国家热衷于研究和开发用非木浆植物纤维做水泥砂浆的增强材料。
胡红立在其博士学位论文《木质素酚醛泡沫保温材料的制备与性能研究》中利用木质素制备了一种酚醛保温材料,但是该保温材料的硬度、抗压强度和耐磨性等都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种抗压强度好,硬度适中,耐磨性好的包装材料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案实现:
一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料,其特征在于,该材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a. 将稻草切成碎段后进行洗涤除尘处理,然后将洗涤过的碎段放入60-80℃干燥箱中进行烘干干燥处理,然后将干燥过的碎段置于粉磨机中磨成纤维;
b. 将步骤a所得物、蒸馏水混合均匀,滴加氢氧化钠调pH至11-12,加入双氧水,在60-70℃下反应2-4h后,用盐酸调 pH 至 2-2.5,离心沉降,分离滤渣稻草纤维和滤液降解的木质素,稻草纤维用蒸馏水洗至中性,烘干;
c. 将步骤b所得稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡一段时间后取出,压干附着在其上的多余乳液,然后放在室外自然干燥;
d. 将聚乙烯醇、柠檬酸加入到适量去离子水中,并在85-105℃恒温水浴中搅拌5-10h,使其呈均匀溶液后,加入聚乙二醇,使其交联反应3-5h,置于阴凉处密封保存备用;
e. 将步骤步骤b所得滤液、c所得稻草纤维、步骤d所得溶液混合均匀后,采用涂膜棒将其在聚乙烯基材上进行流延成膜,并置于烘箱中干燥,之后将薄膜小心揭下即可。
所述的一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料,其特征在于,制备过程中所使用的各原料组分及重量份如下:
稻草40-50,聚乙烯醇30-50,氢氧化钠适量,柠檬酸10-15,双氧水8-10,盐酸适量,聚乙二醇10-15,明胶乳液50-80,;
所述盐酸含量为40-60%,氢氧化钠含量为20-40%,明胶乳液固含量为30-50%。
所述的一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤a中将稻草碎段粉磨成5-10mm的纤维。
所述的一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤b中稻草纤维的烘干温度为30-50℃。
所述的一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤c中将稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡20-25h后取出。
本发明的有益效果是:用碱液浸泡稻草,并用双氧水处理,一方面可以融掉稻草里的木质素,为后面的反应做准备,另一方面还可改善稻草纤维的结构和性能,提高其与复合材料的界面结合,从而提高复合材料的硬度、抗压强度;柠檬酸无生物毒性,反应活性高,可以作为原位交联剂,与聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇上的羟基官能团同时反应,从而使得聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇得到有效的交联,进一步增加食品包装材料的强度和韧性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
实施例
一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料,其特征在于,该材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a. 将稻草切成碎段后进行洗涤除尘处理,然后将洗涤过的碎段放入80℃干燥箱中进行烘干干燥处理,然后将干燥过的碎段置于粉磨机中磨成纤维;
b. 将步骤a所得物、蒸馏水混合均匀,滴加氢氧化钠调pH至12,加入双氧水,在70℃下反应4h后,用盐酸调 pH 至2.5,离心沉降,分离滤渣稻草纤维和滤液降解的木质素,稻草纤维用蒸馏水洗至中性,烘干;
c. 将步骤b所得稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡一段时间后取出,压干附着在其上的多余乳液,然后放在室外自然干燥;
d. 将聚乙烯醇、柠檬酸加入到适量去离子水中,并在105℃恒温水浴中搅拌10h,使其呈均匀溶液后,加入聚乙二醇,使其交联反应5h,置于阴凉处密封保存备用;
e. 将步骤步骤b所得滤液、c所得稻草纤维、步骤d所得溶液混合均匀后,采用涂膜棒将其在聚乙烯基材上进行流延成膜,并置于烘箱中干燥,之后将薄膜小心揭下即可。
所述的一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料,其特征在于,制备过程中所使用的各原料组分及重量份如下:
稻草50,聚乙烯醇50,氢氧化钠适量,柠檬酸15,双氧水10,盐酸适量,聚乙二醇15,明胶乳液80,;
所述盐酸含量为60%,氢氧化钠含量为40%,明胶乳液固含量为50%。
所述的一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤a中将稻草碎段粉磨成10mm的纤维。
所述的一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤b中稻草纤维的烘干温度为50℃。
所述的一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤c中将稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡25h后取出。
Claims (5)
1.一种掺杂稻草纤维的环保食品包装材料,其特征在于,该材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a. 将稻草切成碎段后进行洗涤除尘处理,然后将洗涤过的碎段放入60-80℃干燥箱中进行烘干干燥处理,然后将干燥过的碎段置于粉磨机中磨成纤维;
b. 将步骤a所得物、蒸馏水混合均匀,滴加氢氧化钠调pH至11-12,加入双氧水,在60-70℃下反应2-4h后,用盐酸调 pH 至 2-2.5,离心沉降,分离滤渣稻草纤维和滤液降解的木质素,稻草纤维用蒸馏水洗至中性,烘干;
c. 将步骤b所得稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡一段时间后取出,压干附着在其上的多余乳液,然后放在室外自然干燥;
