Abstract

本发明提供一种四轮车辆,实现具有必要的强度、简单且生产性优异的框架结构,减少部件个数并使车体轻量化。梯型的底架由如下部分构成:左右的前侧框架(10),其以从前方向后方以向上的斜率倾斜且左右的分离距离随着从前方向后方而增大的方式沿前后方向呈直线状延伸;左右的后侧框架(12),其向上侧偏移地与前侧框架(10)的后端接合,并从前方向后方以向上的斜率倾斜,且互相平行地沿前后方向呈直线状延伸;前横梁(14、16、18),其沿左右方向延伸,使所述左右的前侧框架彼此结合;以及后横梁(20、22),其沿左右方向延伸,使左右的后侧框架(12)彼此结合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种四轮车辆,更详细而言,涉及含有电动机作为行驶用的原动机的四轮车辆,所述电动机以车载的电池单元为电源。
背景技术
公知如下的电动式的四轮车辆:具有水平且互相平行地沿前后方向延伸的左右的侧梁、与左右的侧梁各自的前部结合的左右的前侧架、以及与左右的侧梁的后部结合的笼状的后副框架,左右的前轮利用撑杆式悬架装置分别悬架于左右的前侧架,左右的后轮利用撑杆式或横臂式悬架装置悬架于后副框架,并且,在后副框架上安装有包括后轮驱动电动机的动力单元,在左右的侧梁间的上方配置有前部座位,在后副框架的上方配置有后部座位,在前部座位的下方配置有电动机的电源、即电池单元(例如专利文献1、2)。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
上述的四轮车辆中,由于需要后副框架,从而需要很多框架结构部件,框架结构变得复杂,生产性差,并且车体重量增大。特别是,在1~2人乘坐的小型电动汽车(MEV:MicroElectric Vehicle)中,使框架结构在具有必要的强度的基础上简单且生产性优异、使车体轻量化以增大行驶距离(续航距离)的需求强烈。
本发明要解决的课题在于:实现具有必要的强度、简单且生产性优异的框架结构,减少部件个数并使车体轻量化。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的四轮车辆具有左右的前轮86和左右的后轮106,并含有以车载的电池单元160为电源的电动机142作为行驶用的原动机,所述四轮车辆具有:左右的前侧框架10,其以从前方向后方以向上的斜率倾斜且左右的分离距离随着从前方向后方而增大的方式沿前后方向呈直线状延伸;左右的后侧框架12,其向上侧偏移地与所述前侧框架10的后端接合,并从前方向后方以向上的斜率倾斜,且互相平行地沿前后方向呈直线状延伸;至少一个前横梁14、16、18,其沿左右方向延伸,使所述左右的前侧框架10彼此结合;至少一个后横梁20、22,其沿左右方向延伸,使所述左右的后侧框架12彼此结合;前悬架装置93,其设在所述前侧框架12上,并悬架所述前轮86;以及后悬架装置117,其设在所述后侧框架12上,并悬架所述后轮106。
本发明的四轮车辆中,前侧框架10以及后侧框架12从前方向后方以向上的斜率倾斜,并且,后侧框架12向前侧框架10的上侧偏移地接合,由此即使它们由直的钢材构成,也能够构成为了配置后悬架装置117以及后部座位68而使得后侧框架12的后端侧处于高位的上拱(キックアップ),不需要为了上拱而进行弯曲加工,能够得到简单且生产性优异的框架结构。并且,左右的前侧框架10以左右的分离距离随着从前方向后方而增大的方式沿前后方向延伸,因此俯视时框架结构为梯形,承受因输入偏载荷而导致应变变形成菱形的强度高于长方形的框架结构承受应变变形成四边形的强度,对于偏移正面碰撞具有高强度。由此,能够得到具有必要强度的框架结构。
本发明的四轮车辆优选为还具有设在所述左右的前侧框架10上的左右的减震器壳体30,所述前悬架装置93是撑杆式悬架装置,其具备:下臂82,其具有枢转支承于所述前侧框架10上的基端,并沿左右方向延伸,且具有支承所述前轮86的末端;以及悬架弹簧92和减震器90,该悬架弹簧92和减震器90设在所述减震器壳体30与所述下臂82之间,所述后悬架装置117是半拖曳臂式悬架装置,其具备:半拖曳臂102,其具有枢转支承于所述后侧框架12上的基端,并沿前后方向延伸,且具有支承所述后轮106的末端;以及悬架弹簧112和减震器116,该悬架弹簧112和减震器116设在所述后侧框架12与所述半拖曳臂102之间。
根据该结构,在左右宽度小的前侧框架10的前侧采用左右方向的必要尺寸大的撑杆式悬架装置作为前悬架装置93,采用左右方向的必要尺寸小的半拖曳臂式悬架装置作为后悬架装置117,由此车宽不会由于悬架装置93、117而增大。
本发明的四轮车辆优选为,所述电池单元160在所述左右的前侧框架10之间被配置成在侧视时与所述前侧框架10重叠。
根据该结构,能够利用前侧框架10进行针对侧面碰撞的电池单元160的保护。
本发明的四轮车辆优选为,所述前侧框架10在所述电池单元160的左右侧方从前侧下部向后侧上部呈对角线状延伸。
根据该结构,能够更可靠地利用前侧框架10进行针对侧面碰撞的电池单元160的保护。
本发明的四轮车辆优选为具有:配置在所述左右的前侧框架10上的前部座位56;和配置在所述左右的后侧框架12上的后部座位68。
根据这样的结构,能够得到多人乘坐的四轮车辆。
发明的效果
根据本发明的四轮车辆,能够实现具有必要强度的、简单且生产性优异的框架结构,减少部件个数并使车体轻量化。

具体实施方式
以下参照图1~图9说明本发明的四轮车辆的一个实施方式。另外,在以下的说明中,各部件之间的接合除非特别地记述,均是通过焊接或粘接来进行的。
(车体下部结构)
如图1~图5所示,本实施方式的四轮车辆具有左右的前侧框架10以及后侧框架12作为下部框架(底架)5。
左右的前侧框架10整体分别由一根直的比较长的钢材(例如闭合截面形状的管钢材或冲压钢材)构成,并以从前方向后方相对于水平面以规定角度的倾斜角以向上的斜率倾斜、且左右的分离距离随着从前方向后方而在俯视时以规定角度的张角增大的方式,从车体最前端呈直线状延伸至后述的后轮106的配置位置附近。由此,左右的前侧框架10在俯视时形成为后侧构成底边(长边)的梯形。
左右的后侧框架12整体分别由一根直的比较短的钢材(例如闭合截面形状的管钢材或冲压钢材)构成,各自的前端通过焊接等以具有前后方向的规定长度的重叠部11的方式偏移地接合于左右对应侧的前侧框架10的后端的上侧,从前方向后方相对于水平面以与前侧框架10相同的规定角度的倾斜角以向上的斜率倾斜,且互相平行地从后轮106的配置位置附近呈直线状延伸至车体最后端。
下部框架5还具有:方管钢材制的前端横梁14,其沿左右方向(车宽方向)水平地延伸,两端与左右对应侧的前侧框架10的前端面接合,从而使左右的前侧框架10的前端彼此结合;圆管钢材制的第1前中间横梁16,其沿左右方向水平地延伸,两端与左右对应侧的前侧框架10的前端附近的内侧面接合,从而使前端附近彼此结合;以及方管钢材制的第2前中间横梁18,其沿左右方向水平地延伸,两端与左右对应侧的前侧框架10的前后方向中间部的下底面接合,从而使左右的前侧框架10的前后方向中间部彼此结合。
下部框架5还具有:方管钢材制的后中间横梁20,其沿左右方向水平地延伸,两端附近与左右对应侧的后侧框架12的前端附近、详细而言重叠部11的上表面接合,从而使左右的后侧框架12的重叠部11彼此结合;以及方管钢材制的后端横梁22,其沿左右方向水平地延伸,两端附近与左右对应侧的后侧框架12的后端附近的下底面接合,从而使左右的后侧框架12的后端附近彼此结合。
由此,本实施方式的四轮车辆由梯型的底架构成下部框架5。
本实施方式的四轮车辆还具有方管钢材制的左右的副侧框架118,其前端与后述的左右的后悬挂支架100的左右方向的内侧的端部接合,后端与从后端横梁22的左右方向的中间部垂下的左右的侧撑杆120的下端接合,互相平行且水平地沿前后方向延伸。左右的副侧框架118的前端附近利用方管钢材制的副横梁122彼此结合,该副横梁122的端部与副侧框架118接合且沿左右方向水平延伸。左右的侧撑杆120利用上下两个方管钢材制的副端横梁124、126彼此结合,该副端横梁124、126的端部与侧撑杆120接合并沿左右方向水平延伸。
(车体上部结构)
如图1和图2所示,从前侧框架10的外侧面向左右外侧水平伸出的短尺寸的方管钢材构成的左右的延伸件24的基端被接合在左右的前侧框架10与第2前中间横梁18的配置位置沿前后方向重叠的位置上。在左右的延伸件24的末端部上接合有左右的前下立柱(A立柱)26的下端。左右的前下立柱26分别从延伸件24垂直地向上方延伸,上端利用沿左右方向水平地延伸的方管钢材制的转向吊架28彼此结合。
在左右的前侧框架10上设有左右的减震器壳体30。左右的减震器壳体30分别由冲压钢板构成,该冲压钢板一体地具有:垂直壁30A,其下缘与左右对应侧的前侧框架10接合,并从前侧框架10垂直地立起;和凸缘壁30B,其沿着垂直壁30A的包括圆弧部的后缘以及与该后缘的前侧连续的水平上缘向左右外侧水平地弯折。凸缘壁30B包括与延伸件24接合的水平的下缘和与前下立柱26接合的垂直的外缘。
左右的减震器壳体30的上部利用前隔板32彼此结合。前隔板32由冲压钢板构成,该冲压钢板一体地具有:左右的端壁32A,其包括与左右对应侧的前下立柱26接合的左右的外侧缘、与转向吊架28接合的上缘以及与凸缘壁30B接合的下缘;左右的侧壁32B,其从端壁32A的内缘向前方弯折,并包括与凸缘壁30B的弯折缘接合的下缘;以及前壁32C,其从左右的侧壁32B的前缘向左右方向弯折,使左右的侧壁32B彼此结合。
后中间横梁20具有比左右的后侧框架12的分离距离长的左右长度,并包括相比于后侧框架12向左右外侧水平地伸出的左右的端部20A。在后中间横梁20的前侧设有:由短尺寸的方管钢材构成的左右的后立柱基部框架34,其与端部20A的前表面和重叠部11中的前侧框架10及后侧框架12的外侧面接合;以及左右的中间立柱(B立柱)36,其下端与端部20A的前表面及后立柱基部框架34的外侧面接合。左右的中间立柱36的上端利用沿左右方向延伸的上部构件37彼此接合。
在后中间横梁20上接合有翻车保护杆38。翻车保护杆38由弯折成门形的圆管钢材构成,包括向后方倾斜地沿上下方向延伸的左右的立柱部38A和与左右的立柱部38A的上端接合而使左右的立柱部38A彼此结合的顶部38B,左右的立柱部38A的下端与后中间横梁20的左右的端部20A接合。此外,作为翻车保护杆38的增强件,设有:左右的后支承杆40,其使立柱部38A的上端附近与后侧框架12的后端附近结合;以及增强杆42,其使立柱部38A与后支承杆(C立柱)40的中间部彼此结合。
在前隔板32上接合有方管钢材制的前隔板上部框架44,前隔板上部框架44沿左右方向水平地延伸并使左右的侧壁32B彼此结合。前隔板上部框架44具有比左右的侧壁32B的分离距离长的左右长度,并包括相比于左右的侧壁32B向左右外侧水平地伸出的左右的端部44A。在端部44A上接合有左右的车顶架46的前端。左右的车顶架46分别由圆管钢材一体地构成有:前上部立柱部46A,其从前端向后方以向上的斜率倾斜;以及上边梁部46B,其从前上部立柱部46A的上端向后方大致水平地延伸,沿前后贯穿左右对应侧的中间立柱36的上端附近,并接合于左右对应侧的立柱部38A的上端附近。
在前上部立柱部46A上以使左右的前上部立柱部46A彼此结合的方式接合有四方形框状的挡风玻璃保持框48。
在左右的前侧框架10的前后方向的中间部的上表面分别接合有安装座50。在安装座50上接合有方管钢材制的座位支承前侧构件52的端部,该座位支承前侧构件52沿左右方向水平延伸并使左右的安装座50彼此结合。在从座位支承前侧构件52向后方分离的位置上设有座位支承后侧构件54,该座位支承后侧构件54沿左右方向水平地延伸,左右的端部与前侧框架10接合,从而使左右的前侧框架10彼此结合。在座位支承前侧构件52以及座位支承后侧构件54上以能够拆卸的方式安装有一人用的前部座位56。
未图示底板,但设在左右的减震器壳体30间的底板成为落座于前部座位56的驾驶员的搁脚板,左右的前隔板32的下方为落座于前部座位56的驾驶员脚部的前方空间。这源于:在后轮驱动中,在车体前部不配置用于行驶驱动的动力单元,能够在前部座位56的前方确保足够的车内空间。
在车体后部设有:中间框架60,其沿前后方向水平地延伸,前端与后中间横梁20的左右方向的中间部接合,且后端借助安装座58与后端横梁22的左右方向的中间部接合;以及座位安装框架62,其沿左右方向水平地延伸,右端与中间框架60的前后方向的中间部接合,且左端与左侧的后侧框架12的前后方向的中间部接合。在后中间横梁20以及座位安装框架62上,分别在左右方向上分离的两处安装有座位安装部件64、66。一人用的后部座位68通过共计四个座位安装部件64、66以能够拆卸的方式安装于车体后部。根据该安装,前部座位56配置在左右的前侧框架10间的中央,与此相对,后部座位68偏左侧地配置。
在左右的前下立柱26上分别通过门铰链70以能够开闭的方式安装有侧门72。在左右的中间立柱36上分别设有将侧门72保持于关门位置的锁定部74。
前部座位56的左右两侧具有被侧门72开闭的侧门开口73。前部座位56的上下车借助侧门开口73来进行。后部座位68的上下车通过使前部座位56的座位靠背向前侧倾倒,而借助侧门开口73来进行。
(前悬架)
如图1~图3所示,在左右的前侧框架10的前端附近的外侧面上分别安装有前悬挂支架80。左右的前悬挂支架80分别以能够绕沿前后方向大致水平地延伸的轴线转动的方式枢转支承下臂82的基部。左右的下臂82分别相比于前悬挂支架80的枢转支承部向左右外侧延伸,前轮86利用轮毂84以能够旋转的方式支承于左右的下臂82的末端部。
左右的下臂82通过稳定杆88彼此连结。稳定杆88的中间部与分别安装在左右的前侧框架10上的支架87卡合,从前侧框架10被支承。
并且,在左右的减震器壳体30与下臂82之间,分别设有减震器90,并且设置有由压缩螺旋弹簧构成的悬架弹簧92,该减震器90的活塞杆90A的上端与减震器壳体30的凸缘壁30B卡定,缸管90B的下端与下臂82卡定,该悬架弹簧92的上端与减震器壳体30的凸缘壁30B卡定,下端与缸管90B的上端卡定。由此,构成撑杆式的前悬架装置93。
(前轮转向)
如图1所示,在转向吊架28上利用柱安装部件94安装有转向柱96。在转向柱96上安装有方向盘98。方向盘98利用未图示的公知的转向装置与前轮86连结,进行转向。
(后悬架)
如图1~图3所示,在左右的前侧框架10的后端附近的下底面分别安装有后悬挂支架100。左右的后悬挂支架100分别将左右的半拖曳臂102的基部(前端)在前后方向上倾斜地枢转支承为能够绕大致水平延伸的轴线转动。左右的半拖曳臂102分别相比于后悬挂支架100的枢转支承部向后方延伸,后轮106利用轮毂104以能够旋转的方式支承于左右的半拖曳臂102的末端部。
左右的半拖曳臂102的后端利用左右单独的稳定杆130与副侧框架118连结,该稳定杆130的外端与半拖曳臂102连结,内端与左右对应侧的副侧框架118连结。
在左右的后侧框架12的前后方向的中间部的外侧面上分别安装有上弹簧支承部件108。在左右的半拖曳臂102的前后方向的中间部上分别安装有下弹簧支承部件110。在左右的后侧框架12与半拖曳臂102之间分别设有由压缩螺旋弹簧形成的悬架弹簧112,该悬架弹簧112的上端与上弹簧支承部件108卡定,下端与下弹簧支承部件110卡定。
在左右的后侧框架12的后端附近的上表面上分别安装有上部支架114。在左右的后侧框架12与半拖曳臂102之间分别设有减震器116,该减震器116的上端与上部支架114卡定,下端与半拖曳臂102卡定。由此,构成半拖曳臂式的后悬架装置117。
(电机安装以及后轮驱动)
如图3和图4所示,在左右的后侧框架12间的下方配置有液密结构的动力单元140。动力单元140包括由PM电机等构成的电动机142和由齿轮系构成的减速装置144,并利用电机支架146从右侧的副侧框架118支承该动力单元140的右侧部,利用电机支架147从副横梁122支承该动力单元140的前部,利用电机支架148从副端横梁124以及126支承该动力单元140的后部。动力单元140的上方没有配置后述的动力控制单元180等,是被释放的空间,因此在动力单元140的上方具有足够的空间,能够配置后部座位68。
左右的车轴150从减速装置144的左右侧壁经由万向接头152向左右外侧突出。左右的车轴150与左右对应侧的后轮106连结。由此,左右的后轮106被电动机142驱动而旋转。
(电池单元以及动力控制单元的车载)
如图1~图5所示,电池单元(电池组)160是在气密结构的壳体166内内置由锂离子充电电池等构成的多个电池单体(未图示)而成的扁平箱状的电池单元,所述壳体166由前后方向上长的大致矩形的底板162以及螺合紧固在底板162上的上壳体164构成。
在左右的前侧框架10的前后方向的中间部的下底面上分别安装有安装座168。在左右的安装座168上分别利用至少前后两处的螺栓172以能够拆装的方式固定有沿左右方向延伸的带板状的前侧电池安装板170的端部。在左右的前侧框架10的比安装座168靠后方的下底面上分别固定有不同轴长的两个套环部件174。在左右的套环部件174上分别利用前后两处螺栓178以能够拆装的方式固定有沿左右方向延伸的带板状的后侧电池安装板176的端部。
前侧电池安装板170与后侧电池安装板176具有彼此相同的高度,互相平行且水平地在左右的前侧框架10间延伸,并水平地支承底板162的下底面。前侧电池安装板170和后侧电池安装板176能够通过螺栓172、178的松紧而相对于前侧框架10向下方拆卸,因此当维护时等,通过拆卸前侧电池安装板170和后侧电池安装板176,能够容易从车体下方拆卸电池单元160。
由此,电池单元160在前部座位56的下方水平地配置在左右的前侧框架10间,且在侧视时与前侧框架10重叠。前侧框架10向后方以向上的斜率倾斜,与此相对,电池单元160水平配置,因此如图7所示,前侧框架10在上壳体164的左右侧方从前侧下部向后侧上部呈对角线状延伸。
根据该配置,电池单元160的下部以及下底部相比于前侧框架10向下侧伸出而露出于外部,从而直接曝露于行驶风中,利用行驶风良好地进行电池单元160的冷却。底板162面对路面,并作为保护壳体166内的电池单体避免飞石等的保护装置发挥功能。
如图6所示,上壳体164的前侧部分164A为了避免与前侧框架10冲突,形成为左右的尺寸随着左右的前侧框架10的分离距离向前侧减小而减小的梯形。底板162整体上在比左右的前侧框架10靠下方处水平地配置,因此不必形成避免与前侧框架10冲突的形状,前侧也为矩形。
由此,电池单元160在左右的前侧框架10间持续延伸如下的前后方向长度,该前后方向长度从位于与前下立柱26对应的前后方向位置的第2前中间横梁18至位于与中间立柱36对应的前后方向位置的重叠部11。由此,由左右的前侧框架10、前下立柱26以及副横梁122等牢固地包围的前部座位56的大致整个下方空间被有效地用作电池单元160的配置部,能够具有高保护性地装配大型的电池单元160。
如图6和图7所示,上壳体164具有与底板162一同向后方伸出的扁平舌片状的伸出部164B。伸出部164B不收纳电池单体,而与底板162一同被设定成卷绕电力线以及信号线所必需的上下方向的尺寸。由此,伸出部164B的上表面比包括前侧部分164A的上壳体164的主要部164C的上表面充分低。
以在伸出部164B的上方重叠的方式设置有动力控制单元180。动力控制单元180包括由彼此连结的下部壳体182与上部壳体183构成的气密结构的电箱184,在电箱184内内置包括逆变器(未图示)、DC/DC转换器(未图示)在内的电力转换单元186和控制对电动机142的电力供给的电子控制单元(ECU)188,动力控制单元180利用设在上部壳体183的左右两侧的支架181固定于左右的前侧框架10。换言之,电池单元160的伸出部164B在动力控制单元180的下方重叠。
由此,动力控制单元180在从左右方向观察时配置在左右的前侧框架10与后侧框架12之间,且在从前后方向观察时配置在电池单元160的主要部164C与动力单元140之间,在从前面观察时配置在与主要部164C重叠的高度上。
如图8所示,在电子控制单元188的上部设有保险丝189的安装部。在上部壳体183位于保险丝安装部的正上方的部分上形成用于更换保险丝等的维护孔183A。在上部壳体183上利用螺栓187等以能够拆装的方式安装有封闭维护孔183A的盖185。维护孔183A位于后部座位68的正下方,当进行维护时,通过拆卸后部座位68,能够进行盖185的拆装作业。
如图9所示,在伸出部164B的底板162的下底面安装有包括突出端面190A的管连接部件190。管194的一端利用波纹罩192气密地安装在突出端面190A上。管194内置有对电池单元160与动力控制单元180进行电连接的电缆196,管194的另一端利用波纹罩198气密且能够拆装地安装于下部壳体182的下底面。管194相对下部壳体182的安装部向下方敞开,形成能够从车体下方触及下部壳体182与管194的连接部的结构。
根据该结构,动力控制单元180在与伸出部164B重叠的重叠部的下底面上设有与电池单元160进行电连接的电缆196的取出部,动力控制单元180和电池单元160不与其他设备冲突地以较短电缆长度进行电连接。
对电缆196与动力控制单元180进行电连接的连接器200是通过上下方向的拔插来进行连接的结构,通过波纹罩198相对下部壳体182向下方的移动来从下部壳体182拆卸波纹罩198,从而进行分离,与此相反地通过向上方的移动来将波纹罩198安装于下部壳体182,从而进行结合。由此,能够构成为通过电池单元160相对前侧框架10沿上下方向的拆装来自动地进行连接器200的结合、分离。
逆变器、DC/DC转换器等高压电气设备在电力转换动作时发热,可能对电子控制单元188带来不良的热影响。为了避免这一点,即为了使逆变器、DC/DC转换器的热量难以传递至电子控制单元188,如图8所示,包括逆变器、DC/DC转换器在内的电力转换单元186在电箱184内被集中收纳于不包括电子控制单元188的独立的壳体202内。
如图8和图9所示,在下部壳体182的底部,利用向下方突出的突出部204形成有凹部205,凹部205与形成于壳体202的下底部的冷却风入口(未图示)直接连通。进气管206的基端连接于突出部204。在壳体202的侧端部设有电动风扇208。电动风扇208的抽吸侧与形成在壳体202的侧端部的冷却风出口(未图示)直接连通,排气管210的基端连接于电动风扇208的排出侧。排气管210贯穿下部壳体182并延伸至电箱184的外部。如图6和图7所示,进气管206以及排气管210为了防止淹没时进水,具有在电箱184的后方铅直地延伸的通气管部206A、210A。
利用电动风扇208对壳体202内进行强制空冷,因此壳体202内的温度不会异常上升,逆变器、DC/DC转换器保持于正常的温度,并且也抑制了电箱184内的温度上升,可靠地保护电子控制单元188避免热损伤。
如图4和图6所示,在左侧的后侧框架12的内侧安装有充电装置220。充电装置220包括车载充电器,通过插接方式进行电池单元160的充电,配置在动力单元140的左侧剩余的空间内。
(实施方式的效果)
根据上述实施方式的四轮车辆,前侧框架10以及后侧框架12从前方向后方以向上的斜率倾斜,并且后侧框架12向前侧框架10的上侧偏移地接合,因此即使它们由直的钢材构成,也能够构成为了配置后悬架装置117以及后部座位68而使得后侧框架12的后端侧处于高位的上拱。由此,不需要为了上拱而进行弯曲加工,从而能够得到简单且生产性优异的框架结构。
左右的前侧框架10以左右的分离距离随着从前方向后方而增大的方式沿前后方向延伸,因此俯视时为梯形,承受因输入偏载荷而导致应变变形成菱形的强度高于长方形承受应变变形成平行四边形的强度,对于偏移(重叠)正面碰撞具有高强度。由此能够得到具有必要强度的框架结构。
左右的前侧框架10以左右的分离距离随着从前方向后方而增大的方式沿前后方向延伸,在前侧,左右的前侧框架10的左右宽度比后侧小,因此在采用需要左右方向尺寸的撑杆式悬架装置作为前悬架装置93时,不必另行接合在车体前侧左右宽度小的侧框架对。由此,不需要在左右一对侧框架的接合部上设置的角撑板等增强部件,左右的前侧框架10间的电池装配空间的前后长度扩展,从而能够装配大容量的电池单元160。此外,实现了部件个数的减少和车体的轻量化。此外,车宽不会由于前悬架装置93而增大。这一点对于1~2人乘坐的小型电动汽车很重要。
左右的前侧框架10的后侧的左右宽度比前侧大,因此确保了座位配置等所需的车体宽度。与左右的前侧框架10的后侧的左右宽度大相应地,左右的后侧框架12的左右宽度也增大,但通过采用不必具有较大的左右方向尺寸的半拖曳臂式悬架装置作为后悬架装置117,没有向左右外侧伸出,即使左右的后侧框架12的左右宽度大,车宽也不会由于后悬架装置117而增大。这一点对于1人~几人乘坐的小型电动汽车很重要。
电池单元160配置在左右的前侧框架10间,且在侧视时与前侧框架10重叠,因此前侧框架10针对侧面碰撞保护电池单元160。随着由于前侧框架10从前方向后方以向上的斜率倾斜、且在电池单元160的左右侧方从前侧下部向后侧上部呈对角线状延伸而使得保护电池单元160的上下宽度增大,这一点变得更加明显。
在后轮驱动中,包括电动机142在内的动力单元140配置在左右的后轮106间且左右的后侧框架12间,在其前方依次配置有动力控制单元180和电池单元160,换言之,从前方依次配置有电池单元160、动力控制单元180、动力单元140,因此能够按电流的流动顺序以最短且合理的绕线方式进行这三者的基于电线束等的连接,并且动力单元140的上方空间不会因配置动力控制单元180等而变狭小,能够增大用于配置后部座位68的车室后部的空间。由此能够以足够的空间设置后部座位68。
此外,在电池单元160的左右两侧未配置逆变器、DC/DC转换器、电子控制单元等电气设备,因此不会因为这些电气设备的配置而使得车宽增大、电池单元160的配置空间减少。由此,能够不扩大车宽而装配大型的大容量的电池单元160。
电力转换单元186收纳在不含电子控制单元188的独立的壳体202内,设有对壳体202内进行强制空冷的电动风扇208,因此电力转换单元186的发热难以对电子控制单元188产生热影响,能够实现电子控制单元188的热保护。并且,壳体202内由电动风扇208进行强制空冷,因此壳体202内的温度不会异常上升,也能够实现电力转换单元186的热保护。
以上,对本发明的优选的实施方式进行了说明,但如本领域技术人员能够容易理解的那样,本发明并不限定于这样的实施方式,能够在不脱离本发明的宗旨的范围内适当变更。例如,可以是仅有前部座位56的四轮车辆,该情况下,将后部座位68的设置部用作行李箱即可。此外,还可以是除了电动机还包括内燃机作为行驶用原动机的混合动力式的四轮车辆。此外,各框架等不限于钢铁制,为了轻量化,可以是铝等轻金属制。此外,上述实施方式所示的结构要素未必都必需,只要不脱离本发明的主旨,可以适当取舍选择。

Claims (5)

1.一种四轮车辆,该四轮车辆具有左右的前轮和左右的后轮,并含有以车载的电池单元为电源的电动机作为行驶用的原动机,
所述四轮车辆具有:
左右的前侧框架,其以从前方向后方以向上的斜率倾斜且左右的分离距离随着从前方向后方而增大的方式沿前后方向呈直线状延伸;
左右的后侧框架,其向上侧偏移地与所述前侧框架的后端接合,并从前方向后方以向上的斜率倾斜,且互相平行地沿前后方向呈直线状延伸;
至少一个前横梁,其沿左右方向延伸,使所述左右的前侧框架彼此结合;
至少一个后横梁,其沿左右方向延伸,使所述左右的后侧框架彼此结合;
前悬架装置,其设在所述前侧框架上,并悬架所述前轮;以及
后悬架装置,其设在所述后侧框架上,并悬架所述后轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四轮车辆,其中,
所述四轮车辆还具有设在所述左右的前侧框架上的左右的减震器壳体,
所述前悬架装置是撑杆式悬架装置,其具备:下臂,其具有枢转支承于所述前侧框架上的基端,并沿左右方向延伸,且具有支承所述前轮的末端;以及悬架弹簧和减震器,该悬架弹簧和减震器设在所述减震器壳体与所述下臂之间,
所述后悬架装置是半拖曳臂式悬架装置,其具备:半拖曳臂,其具有枢转支承于所述后侧框架上的基端,并沿前后方向延伸,且具有支承所述后轮的末端;以及悬架弹簧和减震器,该悬架弹簧和减震器设在所述后侧框架与所述半拖曳臂之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的四轮车辆,其中,
所述电池单元在所述左右的前侧框架之间被配置成在侧视时与所述前侧框架重叠。
4.根据权利要求3所述的四轮车辆,其中,
所述前侧框架在所述电池单元的左右侧方从前侧下部向后侧上部呈对角线状延伸。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的四轮车辆,其中,
所述四轮车辆具有:
前部座位,其配置在所述左右的前侧框架上;以及
后部座位,其配置在所述左右的后侧框架上。
