Abstract
本发明涉及一种人造板用无醛复合胶黏剂及其制备方法;由以下重量份的原料制备而成:棉粕80‑120份,去离子水800‑1200份、氨水5‑10份、盐酸4‑8份、天然改性剂10‑20份、尿素20‑40份、明胶粉10‑30份、交联增强剂20‑30份、填料10‑15份;本发明制备过程不添加甲醛等有害物质,胶接的人造板无甲醛释放,不污染室内环境;利用棉籽提油加工副产品为原料,节约生产成本,有助于缓解大豆蛋白原料供求矛盾,提高胶黏剂内聚强度和防水性;原料来自可再生资源,符合环保和可持续发展原则。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木材胶黏剂及其制备方法,具体涉及一种人造板用无醛复合胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,我国人造板产业发展迅速,2015年产量为2.87亿立方米。随着公众对家居环保意识的不断增强,国家和行业标准对人造板产品甲醛释放限量的要求逐步严格,产品的环保等级要求达到E1级,部分产品已接近于E0级的甲醛限量要求。由于人造板所用胶黏剂主要为甲醛系热固性树脂,其本身的结构特点决定了不管怎样进行工艺技术改进,无论是从理论上还是从实际应用上都存在一定的甲醛释放。因此,研究开发性能优良的无甲醛添加胶黏剂是解决甲醛问题的根本办法。
利用植物和动物蛋白制备生物基无醛胶黏剂是目前研究的热点,主要集中在大豆蛋白胶黏剂的研究,通常是由豆粉或大豆蛋白加入交联剂和助剂调制而成,通过对大豆产品(大豆粉或分离大豆蛋白)进行变性和化学改性,将大豆蛋白由天然高分子转变成为具有合成树脂特点的网状交联结构。大豆产品也可作为合成树脂的填充剂或改性剂,减少甲醛等挥发性物质的释放量,提高胶黏剂中可再生组分的含量并降低成本。
大豆蛋白胶黏剂的主要原料豆粕是目前用量最大的植物蛋白原料,主要用于生产蛋白类饲料,2015年我国蛋白类饲料原料缺口为2400万吨左右,据预测,到2020年,缺口将达4000万吨,因此开发与利用其它蛋白资源具有重要意义。从目前实际情况来看,豆粕紧俏,而棉粕利用率不高。2015年豆粕的市场价格为2767元/吨,棉粕为2305元/吨,棉粕作为一种理想的、新的蛋白胶黏剂原料开发潜力巨大。
我国年产棉籽800-1000万吨,棉籽中含棉仁约50-55%,棉仁中含油30-35%,蛋白35-38%。棉粕是棉籽经预压浸提或直接溶剂浸提取油的副产品,蛋白含量可达50%以上,但一直没有得到有效利用,主要原因是其中含有棉酚,棉酚食用后会影响动物生长,因此棉粕在饲料中添加量仅为3%-4%,不少地方把棉粕当作肥料还田。棉籽可通过脱酚技术直接生产脱酚棉籽蛋白作为优质蛋白饲料,但作为木材胶黏剂合成原料,棉粕不需要经过脱酚工序,可直接利用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种人造板用无醛复合胶黏剂及其制备方法;是一种以未脱酚棉粕为主要原料、工艺操作简单、胶接性能优良、无醛环保的复合木材胶黏剂及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种人造板用无醛复合胶黏剂,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
棉粕80-120份,去离子水800-1200份、氨水5-10份、盐酸4-8份、天然改性剂10-20份、尿素20-40份、明胶粉10-30份、交联增强剂20-30份、填料10-15份。
所述天然改性剂为植物油多元醇;
所述植物油多元醇制备方法为:50-60℃下将植物油与过氧酸在溶剂中反应2-4小时生成环氧化植物油,将环氧化植物油与醇、去离子水及催化剂在沸腾下反应1-2小时,将产物用弱碱性物质中和后得到植物油基多元醇;所述植物油基多元醇的黏度为2000-5000mPa·s,羟值为150-220mgKOH/g。
所述植物油为棉籽油、大豆油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、橄榄油、芝麻油、红花油、亚麻籽油、米糠油或棕榈油的一种或几种。
所述过氧酸为过氧甲酸、过氧乙酸、三氯过氧乙酸或苄氧基过氧甲酸中的一种或几种。
所述溶剂为甲酸、乙酸或氯仿中的一种或几种。
所述醇为甲醇与异丙醇、氯仿、甲酸或乙酸四种混合物中的一种,甲醇在每种混合物中的比例不高于体积比20%。
所述催化剂为硫酸、磷酸、盐酸、氟硼酸、对甲苯磺酸或酸活化的膨润土或蒙脱土中的一种。
所述弱碱性物质为氨水、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钠或碳酸镁中的一种。
所述交联增强剂为采用亚硫酸氢钠或亚硫酸氢钠与乙酰乙酸乙酯的混合物封端的甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
所述填料为面粉、淀粉、木薯粉、硅藻土、高岭土、膨润土、滑石粉、木粉或纤维素粉中一种或几种。
本发明还涉及一种制备上述无醛复合胶黏剂的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将提取油后的棉粕干燥,用研磨机研磨,经100目筛网筛分,得研磨后的棉粕粉。
(2)将去离子水、研磨后的棉粕粉、氨水加入反应釜,搅拌1小时后,离心(3500r/min)处理15分钟,取上清液加入盐酸,搅拌20分钟,离心(3500r/min)处理15分钟,得到棉籽蛋白凝乳。
(3)将去离子水、天然改性剂、尿素加入反应釜,升温到60-70℃,加入所述的棉籽蛋白凝乳,搅拌使其完全溶解,加入明胶粉,搅拌后溶解即制得主剂。
(4)使用时,将主剂、交联增强剂、填料均匀混合。
本发明制备的无醛复合胶黏剂,具有如下特点:
(1)制备过程不添加甲醛等有害物质,胶接的人造板无甲醛释放,不污染室内环境;
(2)利用棉籽提油加工副产品为原料,节约生产成本,有助于缓解大豆蛋白原料供求矛盾,提高产品附加值,原料来自可再生资源,符合环保和可持续发展原则;
(3)采用的改性剂为植物油改性制备的多元醇,官能度较高,有利于增加固化胶层交联密度,其脂肪长碳链有助于提高胶黏剂的水解稳定性并赋予胶黏剂一定的韧性。原料来自可再生资源,符合环保和可持续发展原则;
(4)采用的交联增强剂为封端型异氰酸酯,可延长调胶后胶黏剂的适用期,满足工厂不同需求。封端的异氰酸酯在70-100℃释放出异氰酸酯基团,可满足人造板热压要求。异氰酸酯基团与植物油基多元醇、尿素、棉酚、棉籽蛋白中的基团均可发生反应,生成网状交联结构贯穿于蛋白分子结构中,提高胶黏剂内聚强度和防水性。
(5)本发明制备的胶黏剂具有适宜的黏度和贮存期,胶接胶合板可达到国标GB17657-1999《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能实验方法》中II类胶合板要求。
具体实施方式
本实施例所述的植物油多元醇制备方法为:本实施例所述的各组分用量以重量份计:
50-60℃下将10份棉籽油与20份过氧甲酸在200份甲酸中反应3小时生成环氧化棉籽油,将10份环氧化棉籽油与15份醇(甲醇与异丙醇混合物,体积比为1:5)、80份去离子水及3份对甲苯磺酸在沸腾下反应1.5小时,将产物用氨水中和后得到棉籽油基多元醇。所得棉籽油基多元醇的黏度为3850mPa·s,羟值为205mgKOH/g。
实施例1:
将提取油后的80份棉粕干燥,用研磨机研磨,经100目筛网筛分,得研磨后的棉粕粉。将800份去离子水、80份研磨后的棉粕粉、5份氨水加入反应釜,室温搅拌1小时,以3500r/min的速度离心处理15分钟,取上清液加入4份盐酸,搅拌20分钟,以3500r/min速度离心处理15分钟,得离心后的棉籽蛋白凝乳。将200份去离子水、10份棉籽油改性多元醇、20份尿素加入反应釜,升温到60-70℃,加入棉籽蛋白凝乳,搅拌使其完全溶解,加入10份明胶粉,搅拌后溶解即制得主剂。使用时,在主剂中加入20份封端聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、10份面粉,均匀混合后即得复合胶黏剂。胶黏剂的性能指标见表1。
实施例2:
将提取油后的100份棉粕干燥,用研磨机研磨,经100目筛网筛分,得研磨后的棉粕粉。将900份去离子水、90份研磨后的棉粕粉、10份氨水加入反应釜,室温搅拌1小时,以3500r/min的速度离心处理15分钟,取上清液加入8份盐酸,搅拌20分钟,以3500r/min速度离心处理15分钟,得离心后的棉籽蛋白凝乳。将300份去离子水、15份大豆油改性多元醇、25份尿素加入反应釜,升温到60-70℃,加入棉籽蛋白凝乳,搅拌使其完全溶解,加入15份明胶粉,搅拌后溶解即制得主剂。使用时,在主剂中加入25份封端多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯、15份淀粉,均匀混合后即得复合胶黏剂。胶黏剂的性能指标见表1。
实施例3:
将提取油后的120份棉粕干燥,用研磨机研磨,经100目筛网筛分,得研磨后的棉粕粉。将1000份去离子水、100份研磨后的棉粕粉、10份氨水加入反应釜,室温搅拌1小时,以3500r/min的速度离心处理15分钟,取上清液加入8份盐酸,搅拌20分钟,以3500r/min速度离心处理15分钟,得离心后的棉籽蛋白凝乳。将200份去离子水、20份蓖麻油改性多元醇、35份尿素加入反应釜,升温到60-70℃,加入棉籽蛋白凝乳,搅拌使其完全溶解,加入10份明胶粉,搅拌后溶解即制得主剂。使用时,在主剂中加入30份封端多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯、10份木粉,均匀混合后即得复合胶黏剂。胶黏剂的性能指标见表1。
验证例:
分别采用上述实施例1-3中制备的复合胶黏剂压制三层胶合板,所用杨木单板厚度为1.6-1.7mm,幅面为300×300mm,含水率为10-12%。采用双面涂胶,涂胶量为:300g/m2,涂胶后闭合陈化20分钟,然后在压力0.8MPa下预压30分钟,在压力1.2-1.4MPa下热压7.0分钟,热压温度150℃。
按照上述方法制备的三层胶合板,按照国标GB 17657-1999《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能实验方法》中II类胶合板的要求(将试件放在63±3℃的热水中浸渍3小时,然后在室温下冷却10分钟)测试湿状胶合强度。实施例1-3的胶合板性能检测结果如表2所示。结果表明,以本发明的复合胶黏剂制备的胶合板满足II类胶合板要求。

Claims (3)
1.一种人造板用无醛复合胶黏剂,其特征在于由下列按重量份计的组分制成:
棉粕80-120份,去离子水800-1200份、氨水5-10份、盐酸4-8份、天然改性剂10-20份、尿素20-40份、明胶粉10-30份、交联增强剂20-30份、填料10-15份;
所述天然改性剂为植物油多元醇;
所述交联增强剂为采用亚硫酸氢钠或亚硫酸氢钠与乙酰乙酸乙酯的混合物封端的甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯中的一种或几种;
所述填料为面粉、淀粉、木薯粉、硅藻土、高岭土、膨润土、滑石粉、木粉或纤维素粉中一种或几种;
所述植物油多元醇制备方法为:50-60oC下将植物油与过氧酸在溶剂中反应2-4小时生成环氧化植物油,将环氧化植物油与醇、去离子水及催化剂在沸腾下反应1-2小时,将产物用弱碱性物质中和后得到植物油多元醇;
所述植物油为棉籽油、大豆油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、橄榄油、芝麻油、红花油、亚麻籽油、米糠油或棕榈油的一种或几种;
所述过氧酸为过氧甲酸、过氧乙酸、三氯过氧乙酸或苄氧基过氧甲酸中的一种或几种;
所述溶剂为甲酸、乙酸或氯仿中的一种或几种;
所述醇为甲醇与异丙醇、氯仿、甲酸或乙酸四种中的一种的混合物,甲醇在每种混合物中的比例不高于体积比20%;
所述催化剂为硫酸、磷酸、盐酸、氟硼酸、对甲苯磺酸或酸活化的膨润土或蒙脱土中的一种;
所述弱碱性物质为氨水、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钠或碳酸镁中的一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种人造板用无醛复合胶黏剂,其特征在于所述植物油多元醇的黏度为2000-5000 mPa·s,羟值为150-220 mgKOH/g。
3.制备如权利要求1所述的一种人造板用无醛复合胶黏剂的方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
1)将提取油后的棉粕干燥,用研磨机研磨,经100目筛网筛分,得研磨后的棉粕粉;
2)将去离子水、研磨后的棉粕粉、氨水加入反应釜,搅拌1小时后,3500 r/min离心15分钟,取上清液加入盐酸,搅拌20分钟,3500 r/min离心15分钟,得到棉籽蛋白凝乳;
3)将去离子水、天然改性剂、尿素加入反应釜,升温到60-70℃ ,加入所述的棉籽蛋白凝乳,搅拌使其完全溶解,加入明胶粉,搅拌后溶解即制得主剂;
4)使用时,将主剂、交联增强剂、填料均匀混合即制得无醛复合胶黏剂。
