Abstract
本发明提供一种轨道式铸铁生产线用铁水浇注车，可放置在铸铁生产线轨道上运行使用的铁水浇注车在行走架上方通过翻转装置安装有铁水浇注包，翻转装置固定在行走架上方的横向调节架上，行走架和横向调节架分别设有用于行走调节使用的操作盘。放置在铸铁生产线轨道上使用时，可随模具砂箱的移动而移动，分别对各砂箱进行浇注铁水，快速、方便、安全。

本发明涉及一种铸铁生产用铁水浇注车，具体的说是一种轨道式铸铁生产线用铁水浇注车。
背景技术
轨道式铸铁生产线，由于装有模具的砂箱密布排列，并顺序行走，要逐个砂箱进行铁水浇注很不容易，既要保证浇注质量，又要紧贴砂箱运行，这种满足快速运行进行铁水浇注的生产要求非常严格，并且直接影响铸铁生产线生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轨道式铸铁生产线用铁水浇注车，可直接放置在铸铁生产线的轨道上，随砂箱的运行而满足铁水浇注。
本发明包括铁水浇注包，所采用的技术方案在于：可放置在铸铁生产线轨道上运行使用的铁水浇注车在行走架上方通过翻转装置安装有铁水浇注包，翻转装置固定在行走架上方的横向调节架上。
上述技术方案包括：行走架和横向调节架分别设有用于行走调节使用的操作盘。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过上述技术方案，由于将铁水浇注包设置在可放在轨道上运行的一个行走架上，使用时，可随砂箱的运行而任意调整浇注包的精确浇注位置，由此可满足轨道上所有砂箱铁水浇注使用，解决了轨道式铸铁生产线铁水浇注无法与砂箱运行同步的问题，设计科学，铁水浇注使用方便，可促进轨道式铸铁生产线生产效率的稳定提高。

具体实施方式
图1所示：可放置在铸铁生产线轨道6上运行使用的铁水浇注车在行走架1上方通过翻转装置4安装有铁水浇注包2，翻转装置4固定在行走架1上方的横向调节架3上。行走架1和横向调节架3分别设有用于行走调节使用的操作盘5。
实施本技术方案时，所述横向调节架3的设置可在行走架1上设置横向滑轨，直接将横向调节架3设置在滑轨上左右横向滑移。

1.一种轨道式铸铁生产线用铁水浇注车，包括铁水浇注包（2），其特征在于：可放置在铸铁生产线轨道（6）上运行使用的铁水浇注车在行走架（1）上方通过翻转装置（4）安装有铁水浇注包（2），翻转装置（4）固定在行走架（1）上方的横向调节架（3）上。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道式铸铁生产线用铁水浇注车，其特征在于：行走架（1）和横向调节架（3）分别设有用于行走调节使用的操作盘（5）。
